[Purpose/Significance] Based on the knowledge element theory, the knowledge element of intangible cultural heritage resources of Shuishu customs was extracted and organized to help the development and utilization of intangible cultural heritage resources of Shuishu customs. [Method/Process] The paper built the knowledge element semantic description model of intangible cultural heritage resources of Shuishu customs, extracted the knowledge element of intangible cultural heritage resources of Shuishu customs based on the knowledge element semantic model and deep learning technology, and conducted Fine-grained knowledge organization and visualization research on intangible cultural heritage resources of Shuishu customs. [Results/Conclusion] The study realizes the revelation of multi-dimensional knowledge correlation of intangible cultural heritage resources of Shuishu customs, and promotes the inheritance, development and utilization of intangible cultural heritage resources of Shuishu customs.
[Purpose/Significance] Exploring the process and key influencing factors of users knowledge exchange in the virtual academic community has important theoretical and practical significance for promoting scientific research cooperation and scientific development. [Method/Process] Based on regret theory and evolutionary game theory, the factors around community environment and personality characteristics were the main indicators for the study.And multi-agent simulation system was developed using the Anylogic software to describe and analyze the evolution process of knowledge exchange in virtual academic communities under different scenarios. [Results/Conclusion] The study finds that the proportion of personal personality characteristics, the cost of knowledge exchange and the loss of benefits can significantly improve the number of participants in community knowledge exchange, and the knowledge benefits have a positive effect on promoting the stability of community knowledge exchange, then some suggestions are put forward for the simulation results.Subsequent research can increase the model variables, optimize the quantification method, and further improve the explanatory power of the model.
[Purpose/Significance] With the rapid development of networking and digitalization, online and offline medical and health activities have generated massive multimodal data.At present, a more perfect method of knowledge organization is urgently needed to sequence and organize medical and health multimodal data with various types and strong expertise. [Method/Process] First, the paper preprocessed the multimodal data to construct a multimodal medical and health dataset; Next, implemented knowledge unit extraction of medical and health data based on entity alignment and relationship extraction, and constructed multimodal knowledge units through knowledge evaluation and fusion; Then, a knowledge organization model for multimodal medical and health data was proposed based on multimodal knowledge units and knowledge graph; Finally, text and image modal data were taken as examples, and the medical health question answering system was used as the practical application for analysis and verification. [Result/Conclusion] In light of the inherent characteristics of multimodal medical and health data, the study proposes a knowledge organization pattern for multimodal medical and health data based on multimodal knowledge graph and semantic knowledge organization framework.This research advances the theoretical depth of multimodal knowledge organization and provides effective support for knowledge serialization, precision knowledge services, and deep knowledge discovery in the field of medical and health care.
[Purpose/Significance] The e-commerce intelligent recommendation service helps the e-commerce platform to tap the potential needs of users, and provides convenience for users to choose goods and services.However, it also raises users' concern about privacy and data security.By exploring the influencing mechanism of users' information privacy disclosure intention in the era of intelligent information technology, this study provides reference and suggestions for alleviating users' concern about information privacy and promoting the sustainable and healthy development of e-commerce platforms. [Method/Process] Based on the APCO model, privacy calculus theory and five factor personality model, combined with the relevant literature on information privacy disclosure, this study constructed the information privacy disclosure intention model of e-commerce intelligent recommendation users.A total of 596 valid responses were collected through the questionnaire survey, and the data analysis and hypothesis test were carried out by using Smart PLS3.0 software. [Result/Conclusion] The research findings are as follows.First, privacy literacy and privacy social norms significantly positively affect users' privacy concern.Second, privacy concern significantly positively affects perceived risk and significantly negatively affects information privacy disclosure intention.Third, perceived benefits have a significant positive impact on information privacy disclosure intention.Finally, the intelligent recommended products relatedness, extraversion personality traits and agreeableness personality traits significantly and negatively moderated the relationship between users' privacy concern and information privacy disclosure intention.Information privacy security and algorithmic fairness are important management practice issues in the information age.This study focuses on the problems and challenges brought by intelligent recommendation and association analysis to users' information privacy protection, expands the research perspective in the field of information privacy disclosure theoretically, and provides reference for e-commerce platforms to protect users' information privacy security and continuously optimize information recommendation services in practice.
[Purpose/Significance] As an effective way to bridge the digital divide and promote health equality, online surrogate health information seeking behavior to coordinate society, families and individuals to achieve the common construction and sharing of health information resources. This study aims to systematically deconstruct the online surrogate health information seeking behavior to deepen the understanding of the behavior itself. [Method/Process] Based on the conceptualization of online surrogate health information seeking behavior, the stud introduced activity theory and analyzed the six elements of surrogate health information seeking behavior: "subject, object, tool, rule, community and division of labor", the four systems of "information acquisition, information communication, information sharing and task collaboration" and the three levels of "activity-action-operation". Based on the analysis of the above four systems and the three-level structure, a system model of online surrogate health information seeking behavior was constructed. [Result/Conclusion] The model explains the subject structure and dynamic change process of surrogate health information seeking behavior, which helps to understand the generation, development of behavior and the interaction between elements. It would provide a theoretical and operational perspective for future research.
[Purpose/Significance] This study aims to explore the influence of gamified information presentation of virtual brand community website pages on users' participation intention, in order to provide targeted guidance and suggestions for the content design of virtual brand community website pages. [Method/Process] Based on the S-O-R model, a framework model was constructed to investigate the effects of gamified information presentation, user perceived playfulness, user gamification involvement, and users' participation intention. The effectiveness of the model was tested through situational experiments. [Result/Conclusion] The gamified information presentation of virtual brand community website pages significantly enhances users' participation intention; User perceived playfulness plays a significant mediating role in the relationship between gamified information presentation and users' participation intention; User gamification involvement plays a positive moderating role in the relationship between gamified information presentation and user perceived playfulness. This study confirms the important role of gamified information presentation of virtual brand community website pages in users' behavior decision-making process and provides practical guidance for virtual brand community website designers.
[Purpose/Significance] The paper's aim is to explore the impact of inter-governmental relationships on the diffusion of innovations in open government data policy, and to reveal the specific mechanisms of innovation diffusion by using cost-benefit theory and external pressure theory as competing theories to provide feasible policy recommendations for China's big data development strategy. [Method/Process] Panel data of 293 prefecture-level cities in China from 2014—2018 were selected for event history analysis to examine the moderating effects of cost-benefit and external pressure variables. [Result/Conclusion] The findings suggest that: Inter-prefectural learning and inter-prefectural competition significantly contribute to policy adoption; External pressure theory has stronger explanatory power for the diffusion mechanism of policy innovations than "cost-benefit" theory, with higher-level government and public opinion pressure catalyzing the horizontal.
[Purpose/Significance] The survey of provincial government data policy aims to clarify the overall layout and practice path of Chinese government data governance, and then puts forward the future development direction. [Method/Process] With the method of qualitative text analysis based on framework deducted from literature, it is found that the Chinese government data governance included the collaborative construction government governance data resource sharing system, cooperation to construct a system of open government data socialization, global government data asset-like on mechanism. On the basis of overall layout, the difference of each local policy point was contrasted. [Result/Conclusion] Therefore, the study proposes that Chinese government data governance methods, on the one hand, it continues to deepen its cultivation direction by connecting national digital strategy, clarifying its basic connotation, building dynamic and complex systems, and establishing the concept of comprehensive layout, on the other hand, the study finds the existing limitations positively, and promotes the systematization, collaborative optimization of regional paths and the intellectualization of policy content design of government data governance.
[Purpose/Significance] The innovative combination of the knowledge twin system and the metaverse scenario explores the path of knowledge development in the future metaverse scenario, and points out the direction for the future development mode of the interaction of virtual and real knowledge scenarios, virtual communities and the way to realize knowledge value. [Method/Process] Drawing on the spatial technological advantages of the metaverse scene and the knowledge twin system, on the basis of analyzing the existing research and practical practice, the paper analyzed the interaction process of the community scene and the reorganization path of knowledge value in the future integration of virtual and reality, and constructed a dual Knowledge Twin Architecture system with significant system tension. [Results/Conclusions] The dual knowledge twin value reorganization model of virtual community in the future metaverse field is systematically constructed.Knowledge value completes value reorganization under the cyclic maintenance of the six system tensions of the dual knowledge twin system.The dual knowledge twin system builds a value exchange bridge between real space and virtual space.The interactive fusion of the original state of twin knowledge and the original state of twin knowledge provides the impetus for knowledge value reorganization, reuse and behavioral practice.
[Purpose/Significance] The comprehensive analysis for the behavior of citing Chinese books, can show the characteristics of books in academic application scenarios, and improve the rationality of evaluating and purchasing books. [Method/Process] This study took G-class Chinese books in Nanjing University Library as the sample, then collected bibliographic data, clicks, borrowings and their citation data in the Chinese Science and Social Sciences Citation Library.From the aspects of citation type, citation law, citation network, etc., it showed the distribution characteristics and correlation of implicit indicators such as self-citation, interdisciplinary citation, cited half-life, knowledge breadth, and knowledge depth of books, and furtherly analyzed features of book purchasing and borrowing behavior. [Result/Conclusion] The results show that readers are usually aimless in browsing and borrowing books, and libraries give priority to purchasing a wide range of books, and lack attention to the depth of book knowledge and academic recognition.Therefore, it is necessary to include citation evaluation and related indicators in the process of book recommendation and procurement to improve readers' reading experience and optimize the quality of library collections.

[Result/Conclusion] Through the platformization of the competitive intelligence service model, the synergy of the service process, and the digital operation mechanism, small and micro enterprises can be empowered to achieve the high-quality and sustainable development.
[Purpose/Significance] It is of great significance to accelerate the construction of intelligence personnel training of national security subject oriented to the overall national security concept, which conforms to the major strategic and practical needs of the CPC and the nation, which is vital to accelerate the cross-integration of information science and national security subject under the new liberal arts and cultivate intelligence personnel of national security subject. [Method/Process] This paper used the methods of network survey, social survey, expert survey and literature survey to select typical domestic and foreign enterprises under the overall national security concept for investigation, combined with the information of representative recruitment websites to determine the job needs of intelligence talents.It selected the typical colleges and universities with national security disciplines at home and abroad, compared their theoretical curriculum system, practical teaching links and talent training characteristics, then analyzed the characteristics and differences of intelligence talent training under the national security disciplines, and put forward the idea of constructing the theoretical curriculum system and practical system of intelligence talent training under the discipline of national security. [Purpose/Significance] In recent years, the global influence of research and teaching is crucial to the development of new research universities.The construction of the index evaluation system of global influence of research and teaching can better evaluate the global influence of research and teaching of universities, better analyze the construction of universities and propose targeted development measures. [Method/Process] Based on domestic and foreign literature research and bibliometric theory, the evaluation system of global influence of research and teaching indexes was constructed from three aspects, namely, influence of scientific research, influence of platform and social leadership force, by decomposing the elements of the criteria of global influence of research and teaching from the perspective of international openness of new research universities, and the evaluation method of global influence of research and teaching was proposed by using analytic network process, and the constructed index system was verified and analyzed by 36"double first-class"A-level universities in China. [Result/Conclusion] The empirical study shows that new research universities need to strengthen high-quality level scientific research, pay attention to nationalized platform construction, and improve the influence of university research on society, and the evaluation system of global influence of research and teaching of new research universities constructed in this paper has certain scientificity.
[Purpose/Significance] Technology association and matching are the fundamental reasons for R&D cooperation.Sort out the identification methods of potential R&D cooperation of enterprises which based on technology association, summarize the research shortcomings and put forward development suggestions, and improve the intelligence method system for potential partner identification. [Method/Process] Based on 136 key literatures, the study summarized the potential cooperative identification methods which based on technology inheritance relationship, co-emergence relationship, structure relationship, application relationship and composite technical relationship, compared and analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of each method, proposed future research directions. [Result/Conclusion] The existing research has achieved good recognition effect by mining useful information in citation relationship, co-occurrence relationship, text semantics, and complex network, combining statistical and semantic features.The disadvantages are: The data source and data scope are limited; The technical text semantic analysis method has defects; The relationship between technical association and cooperative behavior is not clear.Future directions: Incorporate multiple types of data and ensure the integrity of the scope of identification; Improve the theoretical method system of semantic analysis and calculation of technical texts; Systematically sort out the relationship between technical association and cooperative behavior, and improve the cooperation potential measurement index.
[Purpose/Significance] Quantitative and visual analysis and summary of the evolution characteristics of research topics in the field of health information are conducive to grasping the overall development status and future development direction of the field of health information. [Method/Process] The Node2vec algorithm and LDA topic model were used to calculate the expansion and convergence degree of research topics in the field of health information from two dimensions of internal text and external citation, and then the scientific and rigorous mathematical model was used to track and build the model of the expansion and convergence time series change data of research topics, and the dynamic evolution rules of research topics in the field of health information for decades were summarized and summarized based on the model construction results. [Result/Conclusion] The research finds that the development and evolution of research topics in the field of health information present the following laws: the change trend of health information literacy from recognition to utilization to evaluation, the change trend of health information demand from professional concentration, single passivity to multi-agent and multi-level, and the change trend of health information behavior from search to dissemination to evaluation, etc.
