Publication Agreement
Please carefully read this agreement, fill in the necessary changes in the blank spaces, and sign this agreement if you agree.
1）Please confirm the title of the paper ( ), and the author's name and order, author's affiliation, the name and number of the funding project, author's biography, and other items. If there are any changes, please fill in the following ( ). Our journal will no longer accept any related change requests after signing this agreement . Before the article is published, we will send you a sample via email, please reply in a timely manner.
2) Please ensure that the paper is not submitted to multiple journals. The page fee will not be refund under any of the following circumstances : there are other publicly available publications that have been published earlier; copyright issues are involved; the paper is withdrawn due to author's reasons.Our journal is not responsible for verifying the source of the article content. If there is fake data or copyright disputes, the author will be fully responsible. The article content should comply with national laws and regulations. Our journal has the right to appropriately delete or modify the article according to relevant regulations and formatting requirements. Before the paper is formally published, please do not distribute the paper via the internet, WeChat or other means, and do not publish it in publicly available collections of papers.
3) After the publication of the paper, if serious plagiarism, duplicate publication, or falsified data is found, our journal has the right to publish a "retraction statement" for the article.
4) Journal of Modern Information (JMI) is an open access journal . After they are published by JMI, the articles' PDF versions are immediately available for open access at JMI's website (www.xdqb.net) under a Creative Commons Attribution-Non Commercial-No Derivs (CC BY-NC-ND) license. For more information, please visit the https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0/.
4) The author voluntarily grants the rights to copy, compile, distribute, and disseminate the paper within the copyright protection period (including digital means) to our journal, and our journal can authorize the above rights to third parties. The act of submitting an article to our journal for publication is deemed as agreeing to the above statement.
5）Journal of Modern Information encourages authors or authors' institution to archive the papers to implement self-archive immediately in the author's institutional repository or on the author's personal website. The archived version is a peer-reviewed final released version with a basic license of CC-BY-NC-ND. However, it is necessary to indicate the published information in the metadata of institutional repository and use it as a recommended way of citation.
6) Our journal has joined the China National Knowledge Infrastructure Network First Journal (CAJ-N) and the "ChinaXiv Preprint Platform" (www.lis.chinaxiv.org). After the manuscript is accepted and this agreement is signed, it will be the final version. The final version will be published on the network first, and simultaneously released on the "ChinaXiv Preprint Platform" after editing. The title of the paper, author, institution name, and academic content cannot be modified after the final version is selected for publication, and only minor modifications to the text can be made based on editorial standards. Please carefully choose whether to agree to the China National Knowledge Infrastructure Network First Journal (Yes□ No□); whether to agree to release on the "ChinaXiv Preprint Platform" (Yes□ No□).
