[Purpose/Significance] Through the analysis on the background and content of NIST Big Data Interoperability Framework,the main characteristics were summarized to provide beneficial advice for the big data development in China.[Method/Process] With the methods of content analysis and text analysis,from the aspects of data layer,frame layer,role layer,and application layer,the analysis and summary on NIST Big Data Interoperability Framework were made based on the data of public policy and research report mainly collected from the NIST official websites.[Result/Conclusion] It is found that NIST established a comparatively perfect reference framework,and emphasis on the changes in the big data paradigm and encourage the possibility of big data applications.When formulating the big data reference framework,China can pay attention to the reference value and the development needs of stakeholders under the premise of reaching a consensus on the theoretical level,and build a mapping relationship between demand and value.

[Purpose/Significance] The number of patents in China is huge,but the quality is uneven.High-quality patents are extremely important for technology tracking,technology introduction and patent asset management.Low-quality and inferior patents can hinder the evaluation of technological innovation.Focusing on high-quality patents and mining patent data can gain deeper and core intelligence value,but high-quality patent screening is like "needle in a haystack".There is no feasible identification and screening method.It is extremely urgent to explore high-quality patent evaluation models and screening methods suitable for Chinese patents.[Method/Process] Based on the literature research method to comprehensively summarize the current patent quality and evaluation,it extended and defined the connotation of high-quality patents,innovate and expand the dimensions and indicators of patent quality evaluation,and build a hierarchical multidimensional perspective patent quality evaluation index system.Established a high-quality patent identification method flow model based on the innovation index system.Finally,the practicality and feasibility of the method model were verified by taking the example about high-quality patent distribution in Shanghai,and corresponding suggestions were proposed for the innovation subject.[Result/Conclusion] The research results showed that the high-quality patent index model and recognition method proposed in this paper were scientific and operational.The index model and identification method could be used to screen and identify large-volume patents in a certain region or a certain field,and provide a valuable reference for the scientific and efficient use of patented technical information.

[Purpose/Significance] The accuracy and the real-time performance of recommendation exist mutual restraint under high dimensional data environment.How to achieve the balance between accuracy and real-time performance and to realize effective control of recommendation quality are problems worth studying.[Method/Process] At first,the causes of high dimensional data environment and its affects to recommendation quality were analyzed.On this basis,a quality control model of personalized recommendation was constructed.This model first assessed the loss of recommendation quality from two aspects of accuracy and real-time performance and then combined with the application environments to get the corresponding quality control strategies.[Result/Conclusion] The result of experimental analysis illustrated that the model was able to realize effective control of recommendation quality under high dimensional data environment,so that personalized recommendation system could better adapt to different application environments.

[Purpose/Significance] In order to reduce the harm of enterprise information breaches,solve the problem of information breaches risk management,and then build a model of enterprise counter-intelligence mechanism based on risk life cycle,which provides a reference for enterprises to deal with information breaches.[Method/Process] Through the use of literature research and theoretical deduction,the paper discussed the counter-intelligence flow and counter-intelligence work process from the perspective of risk life cycle,and constructed a corporate counter-intelligence mechanism model based on risk life cycle.[Result/Conclusion] At various stages of the risk life cycle,counter-intelligence can provide information support for information breaches risk management and effectively improve the efficiency of information leakage risk management.This study also provided a theoretical basis for the future construction of enterprise risk management knowledge service model and empirical research as well as new research perspectives and ideas.

[Purpose/Significance] Social commerce based on the social media has significantly promoted users' informational interaction.At the same time,improper information collection and usage has become a serious problem and aroused users' privacy concern.From the perspectives of user,platform and environment,this research examined the determinants of privacy concern and its effect on user behaviour.[Method/Process] 340 valid questionnaires were collected and analyzed using structural equation modeling.[Result/Conclusion] The results showed that privacy propensity,platform reputation,and laws and regulations significantly affected users' privacy concern,which in turn affected users' trust,privacy risk and their social commerce behaviour.The results implied that companies should adopt measures to mitigate users' privacy concern and promote their social commerce behaviour.

[Purpose] This paper aimed at find out the formation mechanism and rules of users' social media fatigue behavior in order to make social media platform develop in better way.[Method] Combined with psychology,complex systems and decision theory,this paper constructed an analytical framework of the user behavior impact of social media platform.Then,we analysed the platform and user behavior strategies by evolutionary game method,and the effect of individual and platform environment difference have been taken into account.Finally,numerical simulation was carried out.[Conclusion] This study showed that the key factors influenced the users' fatigue behavior were user content resource contribution,time cost,and fixed income.In addition,the "altruism" behavior of users and the "friendly" platform environment would help the stability of relationship between users and the platform.

[Purpose/Significance] Online Health Communities(OHCs)have become increasingly popular in recent years.However,few communities have been successful in retaining members and motivating members to share knowledge continuously.This paper combined social support theory and commitment-trust theory and established an integrated model to study the factors affecting continuous knowledge sharing intention in online health communities.[Method/Process] Through analysis of 475 valid questionnaires by SPSS20.0 and AMOS 20.0 software,this paper tested the hypotheses.[Result/Conclusion] The results showed that,information support and emotion support had significant impact on satisfaction and trust.Network support only had significant impact on satisfaction.In addition,apart from the direct positive impact on continuous knowledge sharing intention,satisfaction and trust also had indirect impact through the mediation of relationship commitment.The findings from the current study would make contributions to deepening the understanding of knowledge sharing behaviour and help the managers of OHCs to maintain the users.

[Purpose/Significance] Based on basic psychological needs as intermediaries,this paper explored the effect of personality traits on information sharing behavior in virtual community.The results of the study were of great signifigance in promoting the healthy and sustainable development of virtual communities.[Method/Process] Based on the Five-Factor Model(FFM) and self-determination theory,this paper constructed theoretical research model,developed path analysis and mesomeric effect analysis,researched and analyzed the influence of personality traits on the behavior of information sharing in virtual communities,as well as the intermediary role of autonomous needs,ability needs,and relationship needs.[Result/Conclusion] The results showed that the extraversion and conscientiousness personality could positively influence the information sharing behavior of virtual community users,and the agreeableness personality had a positive and significant effect on the browsing behavior,the openness personality had a positive and significant effect on the posting behavior.In addition,the study also found that autonomy needs,ability needs,and relationships need to play a mediating role in different degrees between the extraversion and information sharing,also played a mediating role in different degrees between the conscientiousness personality and information sharing.

[Purpose/Significance] Digital reading is the main way of national reading,and paid digital reading has become a new growth point of consumption,but user satisfaction is still not high.This paper attempted to explore from the user demand level,in order to provide guidance for the sustainable and healthy development of digital reading,and gave inspiration to the construction of digital library.[Method/Process] The research data was obtained by collecting a large number of online comments of related products and in-depth interviews with users,and then the grounded theory was used to explore the factors influencing the payment of digital reading products and to construct the corresponding user demand model.[Result/Conclusion] It is found that the demand of paid digital readers was divided into two dimensions:functional demand and information demand,and the hierarchy of user demand had an evolving trend of continuous growth,which made the user demand keep expanding,from basic demand to expectation demand,and then to excitement demand.

[Purpose/Significance] Data quality is the key factor that hinders the realization of data value in e-commerce.Constructing an evaluation index system of e-commerce data quality is helpful to clarify the direction of data quality optimization in e-commerce.[Method/Process] Based on the perspective of data asset management,this paper put forward the evaluation index of e-commerce data quality,and used Delphi method to revise the evaluation index,and then used AHP to determine the weight of each index.[Result/Conclusion] Through the combination of qualitative and quantitative methods,a data quality evaluation index system was constructed,which included four layers of internal dimension,situational dimension,application dimension and asset dimension.It provided a useful reference for guiding the data quality management of e-commerce and improving the value of data assets.

[Purpose/Significance] Constructing an evaluation indicator system of mobile cloud storage service quality,and categorizing different quality elements of mobile cloud storage service quality can provide reference for promoting mobile cloud storage service quality to improve and enhance.[Method/Process] This paper constructs the quality evaluation indicator system of mobile cloud storage service from four dimensions,namely,technical quality,function quality,interaction quality and environmental quality,and applies the Kano model to classify the quality elements of mobile cloud storage service,and ranks the decision priority of service quality elements according to the SII-DDI quadrant matrix.[Result/Conclusion] The results show that among the 20 quality factors,two factors are must-be quality elements,eight factors are one-dimensional quality elements,four factors are attractive quality elements,and six factors are indifferent quality elements.The lowest decision priority is system improvement and user guide,the highest is system responsiveness,followed by system reliability,security guarantee,network ubiquity and device reaction rate.To enhance customer satisfaction,the mobile cloud storage service providers need to investigate and meet the demand of user's basic quality as far as possible,focus on increasing the one-dimensional quality factors of environmental elements,actively seek out and improve the user's attractive quality elements.

[Purpose/Significance] As the top of the national education sequence,graduate education shoulders the dual mission of "high-end talent supply" and "scientific and technological innovation".It is of great significance to realize the national strategy and support the construction of a modern and powerful country.Big data era put forward higher requirements for the information literacy of graduate students in China,and also challenged the traditional information literacy education in colleges and universities.[Method/Process] Based on the interdisciplinary research methods of information science,communication and higher education,this paper discussed the necessity of introducing game mechanism into graduate information literacy education from the perspective of information science,and then probed into the present situation of game information literacy education in American colleges and universities,and obtained the effective communication path of information and the experience of advantage education through comparative study.[Result/Conclusion] Finally,based on the perspective of information science,this paper put forward the game strategy of information literacy education for graduate students in China,and formed the four integrated innovation systems of"game design service demand,cooperative propaganda and media promotion,strengthening the intrinsic motivation of game librarians and optimizing the game learning experience".

[Purpose/Significance] Since the 20th century,although the number of agricultural think tanks in China has increased rapidly,the quality and level of development are not high,and there are not many high-end agricultural think tanks with international influence.[Method/Process] Based on the system analysis,the DEMATEL method for influencing factors of agricultural think tank development were established,and the causality and centrality of each influencing factor were calculated.[Result/Conclusion] Based on the factor causality and centrality calculated by DEMATEL method,it was considered that the function target orientation,personnel construction of think tanks were the two most important reason factors,and outcomes quality and transformation,culture construction,the funds source and management mechanism and the international cooperation and exchanges were important result factors affecting the development of agricultural think tanks.

[Purpose/Significance] Intelligence perception of social security incident based on big data of public opinion provides intelligence support for emergency management of social security incident.[Method/Process] Based on the social network attribute of public opinion big data,this paper analyzed the characteristics of social security incident and intelligence perception needs under the network society environment,and proposed that the intelligence perception of social security incident based on big data of public opinion had the advantages of diversity,speed,comprehensiveness and depth.From two aspects of the element and process of social security incident,the whole element and the whole cycle of intelligence perception indicator systems are constructed.Through the mobile sensor network,intelligence perception was conducted contraposing intelligence perception indicators,the intelligence perception path of "abnormality,risk and intelligence" is determined,and intelligence perception methods were analyzed.[Result/Conclusion] Based on the big data of public opinion,the indicator systems of intelligence perception and applied research were constructed,so as to provide new ideas and methods for the emergency management of social security incident from the perspective of network society.

[Purpose/Significance] The paper contributed to optimize the social media information ecosystem,and provides guidance for the needs both of the user community and the library's own construction.[Methods/Processes] Based on the analysis of the similarities and differences between social media ecologysystem and natural ecology system.This paper defined the concepts of social media ecological system population,community,and discussed the basic elements of social media ecology system and the hierarchical relationship between various elements.Taking the library Weibo as an example,this paper analyzed the composition of the weibo information ecosystem and the information circulation path.[Methods/Processes] The formation of social media and library microblog information resource flow path map,helped to explore the survival and development of social media.

[Purpose/Significance] This paper aimed to discuss the impact of information explosion and online-offline integration environment from the perspective of use and gratifications on the willingness to continue to use new media for government affairs for the development of new development of new media for government affairs.[Method/Process] Based on the theory of use and gratifications,incorporating sensory overload and perceptual integration,combined with the characteristics of new media of government affairs,it conseructed a conceptual model of continuous use of government affairs,and the research model was empirically validated.[Result/Conclusion] The results showed that perceptual integration was positively affecting the three factors of gratifications,which indirectly affected the willingness of government new media to continue to use new media,perceived overload had a negative effect on the willingness to continue to use new media for government affairs,and the perceived overload and perceptual integration had a effect on the willingness to continue to use new media for government affairs together.

[Purpose/Significance] Online reviews of physicians have important influence on health consumers,medical service providers and physician rating websites in the era of "Internet plus healthcare".[Method/Process] After retrieving foreign research in the field of online reviews of physicians,it reviewed related studies from five aspects:quantitative analysis of published literature,content analysis of physician rating websites,related factors of characteristics of online reviews of physicians,consumers' and physicians' utilization of online reviews of physicians,and the relationship between online reviews of physicians and medical service quality.[Results/Conclusion] Researches on online reviews of physicians had attracted the attention of scholars in different fields abroad.The quantity of online reviews generated by health consumers has gradually increased.Factors related to the characteristics of online reviews of physicians needed to be further investigated.The utilization of online reviews of physicians by healthy consumers and physicians have been continuously improved.The positive relationship between online reviews of physicians and medical service quality was not consistent.Finally,we point out the future directions for deep studies on online reviews of physicians.

[Purpose/Significance] This paper reviewed the management progress of property rights in big data transactions in China from the perspective of practice and policy in order to provide the reference for the practice of big data transaction in China.[Method/Process] From the view of practice,this paper investigated the status of property rights management of typical big data transaction platforms in China from three aspects:legal authorization,ownership transfer,and transaction supervision.From the policy point of view,this paper summarized the current regulations on data transaction property rights in China's big data development policy and analyzes them from the perspective of policy tools.[Result/Conclusion] It found that the current property rights policy tools of big data transaction were mainly concentrated on the environmental and demand side.It was concluded that the property rights in big data transactions were not paid enough attention and the policy structure of big data transactions is unbalanced.It is necessary to strengthen the incentive and resource allocation roles of property rights to promote the development of big data transaction market.At the same time,the country had to legislate corresponding policies to regulate transaction behavior.

[Objective/Meaning] The current security situation in the international community is complicated and poses a serious challenge to the police.As the most prestigious police reform in the world,Intelligence-led policing is conducive to deepening the study of public security intelligence in China and providing practical guidance for improving the quality of public security intelligence work.[Method/Process] This paper comprehensively combed the existing research on foreign intelligence-led policing,summarizes the relevant development results,and studied its development law.[Results/Conclusions] The current research situation of foreign intelligence-led policing was presented from its history,basic theory,practice and existing problems,then cleared the direction and focus for the related research of domestic intelligence-led policing.It would also help to promote the police reform of China,and break through the bottleneck of intelligence-led policing.
