This article investigated the living conditions,economic status,and physical condition of aging population in the Jianghan District at Wuhan,and analyzed their needs for smart care services and intention to serve voluntarily,and explored the factors impacting their needs and intention to volunteer.The target user characteristics were depicted to assist decision-making based on the investigation results.The results of data analysis showed that:(1) The need and influencing factors for smart old-age care services were different among different types of elderly;(2) The factors affecting the needs of smart care and intention to volunteer service were different due to the ages of general old people and five special types of old people in different age groups.(3) The characteristics of the target users for the promotion and implementation of smart elderly care services were:very old,living alone,and poor health in general elderly and very old,living alone,low income and poor health in five special types of elderly;(4) The target users who could develop into volunteers were:single elderly people living alone or empty nests;five types of elderly people with low age,single living/empty nest,low income,and good health.

Through the analysis of the running status of the university think tank alliance,the paper found out the problems caused by the alliance operation under the condition of no incentive.This paper introduced the prisoner's dilemma,the intelligent pig game and the signal game model,and analyzed the game choice of the participating subjects in the university's think tank alliance.On this basis,it proposed an incentive strategy to promote the construction and development of the think tank alliance in universities.

The influence factors of user experience of government data open platform were discussed and established based on the classic user experience model.the classification of each experience factor was analyzed according to questionnaire processing methods,traditional classification methods and better-worse classification methods of the Kano model,and the influence for improving user satisfaction and preventing user dissatisfaction were identified when specific experience factor was improved.The result showed that among the 45 experience factors,7 of them were attractive factors,26 of them were one-dimensional factors,6 of them were essential factors,4 of them were indifference factors,and 2 of them were reverse factors.In addition,the 36 factors that needed to be improved through sensitivity were sorted,and the 7 key factors affecting the user experience of government data open platform were fittered,such as feedback function,which justly distributed resource for government data open platform in order to improve service quality provides reference.

A brand-new perspective is taken to analyze the process of knowledge exchange in real people's libraries so as to improve the social benefits of real-life library knowledge exchange and the degree of recognition of the library industry.The real-life library was regarded as a complex system and used as a research object,and the process of knowledge exchange of real people libraries was studied by using the order parameter principle and chaos theory of the complex system theory.Among them,the principle of order parameters was used to explain the internal reasons why the "real people's book" and the readers form an understanding and generate emotional resonance.The chaotic theory was used to explain the deep mechanism of the efficient transfer of tacit knowledge between the "real people" and readers.Through the analysis of its internal factors and deep mechanisms,the library could provide more cultural services,control and intervention of its influential factors in the process of tacit knowledge transfer,and then improve the quality of human library knowledge exchange.

[Purpose/Significance] Clarifying the relative concepts of social organization's role in the management of emergency's network public and building the guarantee system of its participation can help to improve the ability of social organization government in solving the network public opinions of emergency,creating harmonious and ordered atmosphere of network opinion.[Method/Process] On the basis of clearing related researches and combining practice,this thesis definited the role of social organization in taking part in management of network public opinions of emergency in a correct way and conclucted the system design owing to new institutional economics.[Result/Conclusion] The participation of social organization had great significance in the management of emergency's network public opinions.It was the necessary choice to clarify the role and function of social organization and build guarantee system of its management participation in the course of management achievement.

[Purpose/Significance] From the perspective of information life cycle of mobile health(mHealth) service,this paper tried to analyze the accountability and compensation behavior of mHealth service providers and patients that can guide and promote efficient privacy protection.[Method/Process] This paper designed the game agents consisted of mHealth service providers and patients,and investigated the strategies of privacy accountability and compensation.According to the different payoff matrices of game players when adopting different strategies,this paper developed an evolutionary game model and proposed evolutionary stable strategies of their privacy behavior.[Result/Conclusion] The results showed that the privacy accountability and compensation strategies of mHealth service providers and patients were related to the accountability costs,compensation earnings,and regulation effect and privacy loss.Different evolutionary stable strategies could be found when the related parameters change.At last,a numerical verification for the mathematical model was given and several countermeasures and suggestions were proposed for the development and implementation of privacy protection.

This article used related theories of information ecology and information literacy,based on the constituent elements of information literacy,built an information literacy evaluation system for undergraduates from the perspective of information ecology.Combined with Shannon-Wiener index and Pianka formula of ecological theory,the information literacy of college students was established.Finally,taking the university students of Jilin University as an example,the data was collected using pure language multi-attribute group decision making method,and empirical research and verification were conducted.

[Purpose/Significance] Through exploring the influencing factors and dynamic influencing mechanism of users' adoption behavior of mobile library,the paper gained the transition process between potential users and real users of mobile which contributes to improve,perfect and promote mobile library services for libraries,and enhance user usage and resource utilization of mobile Library.[Method/Process] Based on the research method of system dynamics,a system simulation model for users' adopting behavior of mobile library was constructed for university teachers and students in Wuhan.Using Anylogic 8,simulation experiments were repeated by controlling the changes of various parameters in the model.[Result/Conclusion] The results showed that promotion efficiency,body influence factor,contact rate,and acceptance rate had a significant positive effect on users' adoption behavior of mobile library,and the flaw of seven characteristics (system characteristics,interface characteristics,etc.) had a significant negative effect on users' adoption behavior.

[Purpose/Significance] Virtual community has become the main channel of knowledge sharing.Identifying and analyzing the influencing factors of knowledge sharing under the Internet environment is of great significance for evaluation of the knowledge sharing performance and promoting knowledge sharing and creation in virtual community.[Method/Process] Establish the knowledge sharing influence factor system which was based on four dimensions of online user,knowledge attribute,virtual community and knowledge sharing situation aspect through scientific literature review.Then the DEMEATEL method was used to build an influential network relationship map (INRM) that could explore the parameter inter-relationships within the various dimensions and criteria,and discern cause-and-effect associations based on the score which got by experts' evaluation.Last,using the DANP method to calculate the weight of the index factors.[Result/Conclusion] The analysis showed that knowledge effectiveness,user sharing willingness,knowledge quality,trust,cognitive distance and the sharing atmosphere were the key factors that affect the virtual community knowledge sharing.

[Purpose/Significance] Mining adjoint pattern of spatiotemporal trajectory could find the movement rules of terrorists and the proximity of different terrorists,which are helpful to provide the essential references for making decision of counter-terrorism.[Method/Process] The initial sample date sets were generated from the tracks of terrorists that had been caught in the cracked terror cases.The adjoint pattern of spatiotemporal trajectory could be obtained by iteratively executing the process of clustering and intersecting sets until meeting the terminal demands.The way of similarity calculation and clustering was modified according to the characteristics of counter terrorism intelligence.[Result/Conclusion] Coupled with static spatial data mining,temporal sequential data mining and frequent spatiotemporal trajectory mining,this method could anticipate the change rules of spatiotemporal data in terrorist activities,which contributed to optimize the disposition of resources of counterterrorism and accomplish precision strike.

With the continuous development of online shopping,many online shopping websites have added the function of writing additional reviews in their review systems,and the number of additional online comments have increased significantly.However,previous studies on online reviews mainly focused on the study of one-off online reviews,and fewer scholars focused on the reviews with additional one.This paper focused on the online reviews with additional one by using eye-tracking technology.Based on the theories of attribution and negative deviation,it explored the factors affecting the perceived usefulness and the intrinsic subjective cognitive process of the online reviews with additional one.The results were as follows:Consumers paid more attention and perceived greater usefulness to reviews with negative additional reviews,reviews with consistent emotion(initial reviews and the additional reviews) and reviews with longer time interval(initial reviews and the additional reviews).In addition,there were more complex interactive relationships between variables.

[Purpose/Importance] Knowledge base,which is the intellectual support of Intelligent TCM,aggregates knowledge that describes clearly,reflects comprehensively and closely related,and plays an important role in the decision-making of Intelligent TCM.[Methods/Procedures] Around the wisdom diagnosis,this paper combed the needs of knowledge base from three perspectives of public,individual and decision-making,and explored the framework of personal health knowledge base system based on knowledge service from three dimensions of knowledge in the field of traditional Chinese medicine,personal health knowledge and operational reasoning rules.[Results/Conclusion] Finally,the system structure of TCM personal health knowledge base system was put forward,and two ways of providing knowledge services and five functional modules of knowledge base were explained in detail.

This paper explored the impact of new changes in social environment on professional competency of academic librarians.Using the literature survey,content analysis,and environment scanning,it investigated the status quo of professional competency development of academic librarians,the social environment for academic librarians' professional competency on both macro and micro levels,thus further suggested the future trend of professional competency development of academic librarians.

With the rapid development of information technology and big data era,researchers' demands of libraries have changed greatly.How to provide embedded research services has become one of key issues that university libraries must consider in the transition period.Based on clarifying concepts of embedded research service,the article gives its concrete jobs from four dimensions,such as research projects,research process,research groups,and individual researchers,and then summarizes characteristics of embedded research services in domestic university libraries.It could not only provide new ways for library service transformation,excavate new channels of subject service,but also help deepen researchers' understanding of library services.

In this study,qualitative research method was used to summarize the factors of user satisfaction of reading promotion from the perspective of social reading.And this study constructed a research model with the extracted variables namely reading efficiency,reading socialization,and reading initiative.Then it used empirical method to analyze the effects of reading efficiency,reading socialization,and reading initiative on user satisfaction of reading promotion.Based on the research process and results of qualitative and quantitative methods,this paper put forward some constructive suggestions on the development of reading promotion in public libraries.

From the level of individual perception,this paper analyzed the formation of online health information sharing,and pointed out that the degree of credit was the main factor that could effectively realize the sharing of online health information.On the basis of the theory of social credit system,the framework of credit file system was constructed with the main contents of government credit file,enterprise credit file and personal credit file.The two key points of the design of the credit file system were set up by the directory system and the exchange system,and the main work of the 5 aspects was the credit data collection,the credit data transmission,the credit data integration,the credit data evaluation and the credit data disclosure.Finally,from the aspects of technology,content and system,it put forward the safeguard strategy of online health information sharing credit file system.

[Purpose/Significance] There are more and more users in WeChat.It is of great significance to research and analyze how to improve user satisfaction.[Methodology/Process] In this paper,based on the theory of Expectation Confirmation Theory,the model of influencing factors of WeChat user satisfaction was constructed with Technology Acceptance Model and Complementary Element Theory.The DEMATEL method was used to analyze the reasons and the result factors of the satisfaction.[Result/Conclusion] The analysis found that perceived content,perceived usefulness,perceived ease of use and aesthetic perception had a significant impact on WeChat user satisfaction,and the use cost was the driving factor,and it has played the most critical role,and the specific measures to improve the satisfaction of WeChat were put forward accordingly.

The number of ESI high cited papers is one of the important evaluation indicators of first-class discipline.In this study,the frontier detection method based on ESI high cited papers was explored.This study constructed a research frontier model based on ESI highly cited papers.ESI highly cited papers of medical informatics and their citing papers were conducted visualized analysis based on the model,Five research frontiers were detected:electronic health records,mobile apps,patient portals,clinical decision support and social media,and three development trends of the discipline were summarized.The research frontier model based on ESI high cited papers could also be applied to the frontier detection of other disciplines under the background of "Double First-rate".

[Purpose/Significance] Through the bibliometrics analysis of relevant literature collected by WOS from 1996 to 2018,this paper was to understand the current situation and clarify the research context of the semantic of library digital resources abroad,and provide a reference for the future research.[Method/Process] Firstly,time and geographical distribution of literature was described;Secondly,the list of core authors and co-author network was given out;Finally,this paper analyzed research hotspots from the perspective of keywords and draws research hotspots clustering network in the help of CiteSpace.[Result/Conclusion] The research force was mainly distributed in the United States,Europe and Japan,digital library,information retrieval,user behavior pattern,metadata management,ontology were current research hotspots.This field still had large room for development in terms of theoretical basis and technology application,and it was expected to make bigger breakthroughs in future research.

[Purpose/Significance] It is of great significance to study the co-author network and influence of papers in the field of information science library science.[Method/Process] This article used the 17 core periodicals in the ISLS field of the Information Science Library Science(ISLS) field in the web of science database from 2007 to 2017 as the data source,and used the TOPSIS analysis method based on the entropy weights.The evaluation of scientific research subjects were in the field of information science and library science.[Result/Conclusion] The results showed that Harvard University,University of Maryland,and Indiana University were the most influential research institutions.Viswanath,Bates,and Reidsdorf were the most influential authors.

[Purpose/Significance] This paper analyzed the related research progress in the field of Library and Information Science(LIS) using the methods of keyword frequency analysis and content analysis.[Method/Process] This paper revealed the research subject areas and research method types of relative literature on research data in the field of LIS from 2004 to 2018 based on Web of Science database through the methods of keyword frequency analysis and content analysis,and analyzed the characteristics of subject distribution and research methods of related research abroad,and further pointed out the reference and inspiration to the relevant research in China.[Result/Conclusion] Foreign related research paid more attention to the relevant subject areas of applied research,widely used various research methods to conduct empirical research,and attached importance to the innovative application of the multi-disciplinary methods for reference and transplantation.

[Purpose/Significance] Combing the recent developments and trends in international medical informatics research,which can provide researchers with relevant literature information,provide a strong basis for the selection of scientific research topics and information research,and provide advices for future development of medical informatics in China.[Methods/Process] Take the 10 years of the ten key medical journals in Web of Science as the information source,introduced BICOMB,TDA,SPSS,UCINET as the statistical analysis tools,and combined traditional bibliometrics methods to do a statistical and visual analyze of the number of documents,countries,institutions,core authors,key words and so on.[Results/Conclusion] In the 2008-2017,the core medical journals of the 10 kinds of medical informatics in the WOS database included 18823 articles and the volume of documents continued to grow year by year.The U.S.research in this area was in a leading position,and Harvard University had the highest proportion of research output in this field,and the core authors were closely related,but the high-yield author group still needed to be formed.The study found that in recent 10 years,the four aspects of international medical informatics were the development and management of health information systems,the objects and practical applications of health information analysis methods,the application and challenge of artificial intelligence and data mining technology in clinical diagnosis and treatment and the application and development of new technology in medical informatics.

[Purpose/Significance] Based on the view of the co-authoring of scientific and technological papers,studied the development process and characteristics of the cooperation between Guangdong and Hong Kong.[Method/Process] Using the method of social network analysis,taking the workplace of scientific papers as the nodes and the cooperation relationship as the side,drawing the scientific and technological cooperation network between Guangdong and Hong Kong through Netdraw tool,and making relevant statistical analysis,some results were as following.[Results/Conclusion] Firstly,the level of cooperation between GD-HK was not as good as that of BJ-HK & SH-HK.However,science and technology cooperation between the two areas was developing rapidly after year of 2008.Secondly,the network of GD-HK cooperation was the core-edge structure,such as HKU,CUHK and SYSU were in the central,while the weak institutions were located in the edge.Finally,the relative intensity of cooperation between GD-HK was less than that HK-GD.So,it was necessary to further strengthen the interchange of science and technology between Guangdong and Hongkong.And jointly promoted the construction of the scientific and technological center in the Great Bay area of Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macao through the complementary advantages of the two areas.
