[Purpose/Significance]With the growing of the national economy,people's consumption has shifted from material needs to spiritual needs.The development of the mobile music platform comes across a new growth point.Based on the Push-Pull-Mooring model,this paper takes Netease Cloud Music as the research object and analyzes the user's switching behavior in the mobile music platform through the empirical method.[Method/Process]This paper assumed that the dissatisfaction as push factors,financial costs and switching costs as mooring factor,network obligation and relative deprivation as pull factors have influence on the user's switching process.And the lack of deprivation was reflected by the relative lack of emotional,relative lack of economy and the relative lack of function.[Result/Conclusion]The results showed that dissatisfaction,network obligation and relative deprivation all positively affect the user's switching intention,and the user's switching intention positively affects their actual switching behavior.However,the capital assets and the relationship switching cost had no real impact on user's switching intention.

Timely and accurate classification of public opinions can not only understand the dynamic changes of public opinions in real time,but also can establish the foundation for the development trend of public opinions and the guidance of public opinions.In this paper,a topic classification method based on ontology and Weighted Naive Bayes was proposed,which integrated domain knowledge and domain text features into the classification process by using ontology.Applying this method to the topic classification for animal health-related public opinions,and the accuracy and Marco_F1 of experiment were respectively 0.9402 and 0.9339.Compared with the two methods of Naive Bayes and THUCTC,it was proved that the proposed classification method based on ontology and weighted naive Bayes was effective and feasible.The completeness of concepts and relationships in domain ontology could affect the efficiency of classification.

[Purpose/significance]With the rapid development of online healthy communities,people pay more and more attention to health issues and begin to attach importance to knowledge sharing in online healthy communities.This paper combines S-O-R model and motivation theory to construct an integrated model to study the influencing factors of different types of knowledge sharing behavior of online health community users.[Method/process]The paper collected 249 valid questionnaires by questionnaire,and tested the hypotheses proposed by SPSS24.0 and AMOS23.0.[Result/conclusion]The results showed that hard rewards had a significant positive impact on altruism and self-efficacy of knowledge,while soft rewards had a positive effect on altruism and had no significant positive impact on self-efficacy of knowledge.What's more,altruism had a significant positive impact on the sharing of general health knowledge and a significant negative impact on the sharing of special health knowledge.The self-efficacy of knowledge had a significant positive impact on both general health knowledge sharing and special health knowledge sharing.

[Purpose/Significance]Emotional energy of medical violence public opinion space pushes point forward and deeply impacts development trend of events.It is identifying different emotional cognition dimensions and focusing on energy characteristics that can be effective to track emotional focus of doctor-patient conflict.[Methods/Process]Using emotional dimension as energy source and using emotional energy characteristics as energy wave to build emotional energy domain spatial model of medical violence public opinion.Power source was divided into the three dimensions of self-awareness,public opinion of the people's livelihood and social development on basis of keywords cloud.Energy wave based on emotional tendency,emotional intensity and diffusion velocity of their respective cognitive dimensions to synthetically reflected energy trend.Eventually,analysis of emotional space of sudden medical violence events based on energy domain model.[Result/Conclusion]The results showed that emotional energy domain space model could reflect the trend of emotional evolution of medical violence public opinion.Each energy source accumulated negative emotional energy continuously.Public opinion of people's livelihood was the emotional focus of medical violence events.

Based on the interpretation of scientific research team's internal knowledge integration idea towards knowledge innovation,the connotation of a team's internal knowledge integration was presented in views of teamwork production behaviors,various players' roles,knowledge integration models diversity,the interaction between subjects and objects,etc,and the characteristics of a team's internal knowledge integration were analyzed from the respects of actors participation,the actors' relations diversity,self-organization and adaptive evolution behavior,robustness,complex adaptation and the uncertainty of a team's internal knowledge integration.On the basis of the above exploration,it could be concluded that scientific research team's internal knowledge integration was a complex adaptive system,whose process was a complex adaptive procedure,which could be analyzed through the objective establishment,knowledge composition,and knowledge emergence.At last,the team's internal knowledge integration rules were discussed from two dimensions of individual participation rule and team's benefit distribution rule.

This thesis mainly explored the willingness and influencing factors of internet users participation in LAM crowdsourcing,and it clarified the user's information needs and promoted the development of LAM crowdsourcing.After the review of the literature,the article tries to understand the willingness and influencing factors of users participation in LAM crowdsourcing based on a questionnaire survey,SPSS software was used to verify and correct the influencing factor model.[Result/Conclusion]Corresponding to the model,it discussed the conclusion from five dimensions:platform management,task characteristics,crowdsourcers' responsibilities,external satisfaction,and internal implementation.Finally,the paper summarized in terms of paying attention to crowdsourcing,establishing advantages and balancing relationship.

[Purpose/Significance]Under the background of the continuous development of new media technologies represented by government microblogs,the dissemination of public opinion information on the network of politics and law has become a new problem faced by the law enforcement agencies.Research on the public opinion dissemination of the Weibo laws and microblogs helps to analyze the laws of information ecology in the dissemination of microblogs.[Method/Process]Based on the theory of information ecology,the paper constructed the public opinion ecosystem of the political,legal,and micro-blog,takes Liaocheng Yuhuan case as an example,and used Sina Weibo public opinion information as the research object,and disseminated the information subject,information environment and information in the system.The evolutionary process was analyzed.[Result/Conclusion]The research results showed that in the person factor,the number of fans and the number of attentions of users were in line with the power rate distribution and were in the tail-distribution distribution characteristics;the information factor characteristic amount conformed to the exponential distribution;the environmental factor characteristic amount had the long-tail distribution characteristic.The public opinion propagation of law and law microblog was in line with the interactive ecology,dynamic balance,coevolution and effective limit law of information ecology.The research of the article had a certain reference function for the public opinion supervision department of the political and legal department to grasp the law of Weibo's lyrical transmission and the control of public opinion.

[Purpose]The innovation ecosystem is a popular research field in recent years,which reflects the frontier and development trend of academic research.This is conducive to stimulating academic thinking,generating new insights and new ideas,providing reference for the formulation and management of science and technology policy on the diversity study of innovation ecosystem.[Methods]This paper based on the bibliographic analysis method,which aimed at the relevant literature in the Web of Science from 2002 to 2017,and with the discipline overlay map,brillouin index,information entropy,Stirling index and comprehensive measurement index to compare and analyze innovation ecosystem subject diversity characteristics.[Results]The field of innovation ecosystem had a strong diversity of disciplines,and the subject mainly focused on neighboring disciplines or fields.Although there was no significant diversity of disciplines in the field of innovation in time series,but the higher the frequency of the target literature,the greater the diversity of the literature.

For the more reasonable in the evaluation of academic influences,the author designed a revised percentile rank scores index.The relative impact indicator and percentile rank scores were analyzed based on the distribution characteristics of the citations,internal diversity of the papers at the same percentile rank and the correlation between citations and publication time.On this foundation,a revised percentile rank scores index which introducing heterogeneity and timelines parameters was designed.Taking the core periodicals of library and information and the university library as the evaluation objects,the empirical investigation of the revised percentile rank scores index was conducted.It was clarified by the empirical results that compared with percentile rank scores index,the model proposed had a higher discrimination and sensitivity.The revised percentile rank scores was an effective and comprehensive evaluation index of quality factor and quantity factor and it had the ability to identify differences between papers at small scale.

[Purpose/Significance]In order to discover and utilize the information in enterprise micro-blog better,this paper constructs a signal index framework based on enterprise micro-blog by means of signal analysis,providing a new way to effectively predict enterprise short-term performance.[Method/Process]Applying the prediction system to typical experience good (i.e.film) industry,the study collects information,identifies signals and interprets signal online,and finally uses BP neural network algorithm to output the prediction results of the first week movie box office revenue.[Result/Conclusion]Enterprise micro-blog has a high value for exploration,and informative content released by enterprise and followers' conclusive feedbacks are proved to influence box office.Combined with the signals of enterprise micro-blog,the prediction model achieves much higher accuracy.

It could hardly discover the underlining causal relationship behind technology collaboration if only relying on statistical description about its structure characteristics,although structure embeddedness in technology collaboration network has been paid attention to by scholars.Influencing factors upon technology collaboration were classified into endogenous and exogenous parts from views of technology collaboration network,and ERGM was applied to mainly analyze the effects of structure embeddedness in purposes to discover mechanisms of forming technology collaboration network.Some conclusions were found by the empirical research based on collaborative patents in graphene field.Technology collaboration tend to embedded in closed structure of triangle,but not star or 2-path,which illustrated that closure in structure was the key endogenous mechanism to form technology collaboration network.Furthermore,tendency of homophily in geography could be significantly found in exogenous aspect.Empirical results demonstrated that network structure reflected the socialization characteristics of technology collaborative relationship,and intertwine between endogenous and exogenous issues ultimately resulted in technology collaborations.

[Purpose/Significance]The effective evaluation of the personal cloud storage website impact has an important reference for users to choose the cloud storage service and provides the direction for the personal cloud storage service providers to improve the quality of website design.[Method/Process]The paper established the evaluation indicator system of personal cloud storage website impact through integrating the WebQual 4.0 model and the China customer satisfaction evaluation indicator system,as well as combining with the personal cloud storage function features,and calculated the weight of each evaluation indicator by applying AHP method.The four typical personal cloud storage websites(Baidu network disk,Tencent micro cloud,Tianyi network disk,115 network disk)were chosen to carry out an empirical analysis.[Results/Conclusions]The research results showed that indicators that had a greater impact on personal cloud storage websites mainly include storage capacity,usefulness,efficient sharing,and user scale.The largest website impact was Baidu network disk,and the smallest was 115 network disk.Personal cloud storage service providers should pay more attention to improve site storage capacity,usefulness,efficient sharing and user scale in the future.

Faced with the complex social environment of frequent crisis events,it is the key link of government crisis management to make accurate decision quickly and effectively.Based on the analysis method,this paper put forward the related factors that affect the efficiency of government crisis decision,and used the structural equation model to explore the relationship between various factors and carried on the hypothesis and demonstration,and finally put forward the corresponding suggestions and measures.

Because university think tank is an important part of think tank,and the network influence is very important to the development of the think tank.The paper was focused on the university think tank in the Chinese think tank index database,constructed the network influence evaluation system of university think tank by AHP and group policy,and made an empirical study on the network influence of Chinese university think tank through the collection of data,so as to provide advices for the university think tank to enhance the network influence.

[Purpose/Significance]This paper aims to reveal current situation and existing problems on education of Competitive Intelligence,providing reference for the establishment and improvement of education system for Competitive Intelligence in China,and also for future study.[Methods/Process]Based on the collected periodical literatures of research on education of Competitive Intelligence,this study has analyzed the research structure,topic distribution,subject content and existing problems in detail by combining with bibliometric analysis and topic inductive analysis with software tool,Ucinet and NetDraw.[Result/Conclusion]The results show that,(1)in recent years,the field of education of competition intelligence has obtained fruitful results,with the overall situation being fluctuating.And(2)topic-relevent research literatures of education of competition intelligence are distributed in a few core periodicals,(3)and 8 influential authors have been found by considering the number of journal papers and their influence published by one author.And(4)co-authored network density is small and has"small world effect"in the field of education of competition intelligence.(5)And as described in section 3,the literatures on education of Competition Intelligence focus on three main direction,and(6)after analyzing the content of the literatures,three serious problems of education practice of Competition Intelligence have been revealed.Last but not least,4 points of reference are put forward for improving education practice of Competition Intelligence.

Taking the ESI subject assessment work practice conducted by the China University of Mining and Technology Library as an example,the ESI and InCites database was used to illustrate the discipline construction of China University of Mining and Technology with indicators such as 1% of academic subjects,scholars,highly cited papers,and hot papers.The current situation was analyzed macroscopically,and the status quo of the discipline development was evaluated from the perspective of literature analysis,and the strengths and weaknesses of the evaluation discipline were analyzed.The first was that it was not possible to deeply study the relationship between many documents.It was recommended that the citation analysis tools provided by Histcite,Citespace,and Web of Science platforms be used as auxiliary tools for ESI subject assessment tools to achieve a more in-depth and comprehensive development of disciplines.The analysis provided a reliable basis for the development of the university's discipline development policy,and provided a reference for later discipline construction and development.The second was the requirement for the ability to participate in the discipline assessment staff.It was recommended that corresponding measures be taken in terms of strengthening training,and While improving the ability of subject assessment staff,it establish it relationships with teachers according to the development of disciplines in various universities,and provided related discipline-related services for their daily scientific research;and finally,the discipline construction of universities focusing on science and engineering.The weak disciplines in development proposed countermeasures in the absence of literature resources.

[Purpose/Significance]This study aimed to explore the research hot topic during 2017 in Information Science & Library Science using the co-words analysis and cluster analysis.[Method/Process]Firstly,the paper collected the raw data from the web of science.Secondly,it counted the frequency of the author's keywords by HistCite.Finally,it used VOSviewer to deal with the data and Generated 9 clusters.[Result/Conclusion]The result showed that there were 9 hot topic which were library management and service,user studies and information literacy;social media,e-commerce,e-government,smart city,information technology and information security;bibliometrics,scientometrics,altmetrics;open data,data analysis,data quality and data mining;open access,digital humanities,digital libraries and information retrieval;health informatics;knowledge management and open innovation;public information,information share,social network and political communication;library and information science education.

[Purpose/Significance]The modern society has entered the era of big data.Intelligent information services based on user portraits have profoundly changed people's lives.Studying portraits of users plays an important role in the development of society.[Method/Process]Using the user portrait literature in the CNKI Chinese academic literature web publishing library as the research object,CiteSpace was used to draw the visual knowledge map and keyword analysis,revealing the time distribution,subject areas,and theme evolution of the user portrait study in China.[Result/Conclusion]The study of user portraits in China has developed rapidly since 2015,but the research results have not yet formed a system;the user portrait study literature has gradually moved from the initial computer and e-commerce fields to management,economics,humanities and social sciences.The development showed an obvious interdisciplinary character;big data constitutes the data foundation for the study of user portraits.With the development of computer and information network technologies,the study of user portraits and the practice and application in various industries were continuously developing.Library Information and Digital Library were important area for user portrait studies;research hotspots included basic theory,core technology,practical application,and basic data.

Taking papers abroad on counterproductive work behavior in Web of Science as research object,we analyze the research status,characteristics and trends in this area according to three aspects including the research authors and institution、research focus and research evolution and development through CiteSpace.This study suggests that counterproductive work behavior is in the development stage.And the four main research topics are the:job performance,meta analysis,personality orientation and organizational citizenship behavior.

[Objective]the military academy library was an important part of our country's library cause,and played an important role in the construction of our army information support system.However,the active degree and depth of the research on the military academy library in our country was not high,and there was a significant lag in the study of the local university library.[Method]to provide reference and reference for solving the above problems,this paper took the literature of Chinese Military Academy Library in the CNKI Chinese Academic Journal Network Publishing House as the research object,and used the method of information metrology to drew the visual atlas with the help of CiteSpace software,from the distribution of the papers,the core periodicals,the core institutions,and the core institutions.From the perspective of core authors and core documents,this paper analyzed the research paths and hotspots of domestic military academy libraries.[Results]on the surface of the research results,the research focus in the field of military academies in China mainly focused on three aspects:the construction of various strategic information resources,the transformation from resource management to knowledge service,and the transformation and upgrading of Librarians' ability and quality.
