[Purpose/Significance]The paper aimed to explore the influence factors of mobile social media users' continuous usage behavior and their mutual relationship,and provided a reference decision-making reference for mobile social media operators to improve users' satisfaction and loyalty,enhance users' stickiness,insight into the user's real interests and psychological needs,and cultivate users' habits and so on.[Method/Process]The paper integrated the extended ECM-ISC model,Self-determination Theory and Habit,constructed the conceptual model of mobile social media users' continuous usage behavior,and proposed the hypotheses and designs the questionnaires;The research data was collected through the paper questionnaire survey of WeChat users,and 234 valid questionnaires had been collected.The paper used partial least squares(PLS)to analyze the collected data,evaluated the measurement model and the structure model,and validated the hypothesis and the moderating effect under the influence of excluding common methods of variation.[Result/Conclusion]The results showed that Continuous Usage Intention and Habit had direct influence on mobile social media users' Continuous Usage Behavior,and Habit had negative moderating effect on Continuance Usage Intention and Continuance Usage Behavior;Post-Usage Usefulness,Satisfaction and Self-Efficacy had a significant positive effect on Continuance Usage Intention;Expectation Confirmation had a direct impact on Post-Usage Usefulness and Satisfaction;Perceived Relatedness and Perceived Competence positively affected Intrinsic Motivation,and Intrinsic Motivation had a significant positive impact on Satisfaction which had a direct impact on Habit.According to the research conclusions,management Suggestions for mobile social media(WeChat)operators were proposed.

[Purpose/significance]Nowadays,under the mode of multi polarization information communication,it is urgent to prevent and deal with the unexpected incidents of Internet public opinion.[Method/process]This paper used social network analysis' method and combines with typical representative of emergency case.Then,the network public opinion data was collected and organized.Meanwhile,the paper mined and identified key nodes and explained its internal structure,characteristics and evolution,by using quantitative measurement and analysis of public opinion's network of emergency.[Result/conclusion]Finally,according to the case study discoveries,this paper put forward controlling strategy which was related to emergency network public opinion dissemination.In addition,with the help of Shannon's information communication theory,this paper also put forward the source(government)-sink(media)-destination(public) thinking guidance strategy which was based on public opinion subject,and offered the Guidance strategy between the government and the public based on good governance theory.

The arrival of the new data age has brought new challenges to the management of research data.This paper introduced the dissipative structure theory to analyze the four characteristics of the dissipative structure of the scientific data management system.Based on this,the conceptual model of the dissipative structure of the scientific data management system was established.By introducing the entropy flow to reveal the conditions required for the scientific data management system to achieve an orderly equilibrium state,the paper put forward the idea of leading into negative entropy from the outside to suppress the increase of positive entropy in the system to solve the problem of scientific data management,and provided the theoretical basis and reference value for the orderly management of scientific research data.

Analyzing from the theories of knowledge alliance and knowledge stock,the article proposed the issue of formation mechanism of breaking property about knowledge stock in knowledge alliance.According to theoretical model,the formation mechanism of breaking property about knowledge stock was built up.With mathematical analysis,it discovered that the breaking property about knowledge stock was affected by knowledge transfer frequency,distortion degree and resonance.By model study,it was founded that the breaking property about knowledge stock has waved with the effects of different combinations with three non equilibrium forces.The breaking property about knowledge stock had experienced development from disorder to order,which promoted the levels of knowledge stock in alliance.

[Purpose/Significance] Clustering analysis is one of the common data mining technologies.Mass terror related data could be classified based on the characteristics of big similarities inside clusters and small similarities between different clusters.[Method/Process] This paper proposed how to classify the basic data with terror related features by using jaccard index.After deleting irrelevant attributes and discretizing continuous attributes,it needed to repeat the process of computing jaccard index and updating the itemsets in different clusters until triggering conditions of termination.[Result/Conclusion] When combined with manual intervention and applying classification techniques of data mining,this method could improve the efficiency of intelligence analysis and provide decision-making references after make the initial classification of mass terror related data.

Scientific data and scientific literature are two important forms of scientific research outputs.Link application of scientific data and scientific literature plays a vital part in realizing integrated information service,facilitating knowledge discovery and improving e-science environment.The paper extracted content features from the metadata of both,used vector space model to perform similarity calculation of content features.So then,it associated the scientific data and scientific literature on the basement of content features.

Mobile library is a new network environment to provide users with anytime,anywhere on-demand information service application platform,despite its popularity,it still faces the unsatisfactory user adoption rates.In order to solve the realistic problems,it is important to analyse and mine factors affecting user adoption intention of mobile library,explain and predict the mobile library user behavior.In this paper,based on the integration of UTAUT and TTF model,from a dual perspective of user perception and task/technology,it built theoretical model,using empirical research method,using the equation model to explore the influence of on the factors user adoption intention of mobile library.Data analysis results showed that performance expectations,individual innovation,perception trust had a significant positive effects to adoption intention,the task technology matching affected user adoption intention through performance expectation.On this basis,the paper discussed the theoretical and practical significance of the development of mobile library.

Opening and sharing platform is an important technological innovation,knowledge innovation and management innovation in the field of science and technology resource.Its innovation diffusion is influenced by various key factors.Based on the diffusion of innovation theory and TOE theory framework,this paper analyzed the influence of various key factors of technology,organization and environmental on the adoption and diffusion of opening and sharing platform.Through the key factors model,the results showed that the platform base,complexity,compatibility,management system,supporting system,market environment and policies regulations was the decisive factors influencing the opening and sharing platform further spread.Personnel system and social environmental were not the outstanding influence.On the basis of results,related policies and suggestions were put forward to further spread of science and technology resource opening and sharing platform.

[Purpose/Significance]According to the theory of information lifecycle,the paper studied the periodic trends of network public opinion propagation,put forward a propagation phase accurate model of network public opinion,and helped the government to be able to accurately grasp the evolution trend in the face of complex and changeable situation of the network public opinion.[Method/Process]Through the qualitative analysis of the periodic trends of network public opinion,it put forward the logistic model of network public opinion propagation,analyzed four key time nodes and five stages of propagation according to the model,and then made model simulation based on MATLAB to research the impact of three parameters on network public opinion propagation and verify the model by examples.[Result/Conclusion]Through theoretical modeling and empirical analysis,confirmed the feasibility of propagation phase accurate model in this paper.The above theory research would contribute to accurately grasp the evolution of network public opinion,and provided references of network public opinion countermeasures for government.

[Purpose/Significance]The journal academic influence has become the research hotspot in academic circles and periodical fields.Many scholars have analyzed the structure of journal academic influence measurement indexes,but lacked the study of the interaction between the measurement indexes on the whole.[Method/Process]In this paper,it took 632 kinds of "comprehensive humanities,social sciences" journals as the research sample.The paper construced the measurement indexes system of journal academic influence from four aspects,then used BP-DEMATEL model to calculate the degree of causal and centrality of the measurement index,and to analyze the importance and the mutual connection of each index base on the reason-result graph.[Result/Conclusion]The results showed that the non-self-citing impact factor and the composite total citation were the strong driving indexes,the top two driving indexes are the average number of citation and the impact factor,the 5-year impact factor was the most significant feature type index.This model could accurately reflect the structural relationship between indicators.

Social selection and social influence are the two main factors in the formation of online social network community.If classification of users and groups in network community effectively,it can take different strategies for group recommendation,so can realize the community satisfaction maximization.The paper used pairwise to express user preference preference,used matrix factorization and Bayesian personalized ranking method to judge social selection and influence on user preferences.And it realized the classification of users and groups,Then proposed 2 group recommendation strategies.Finally,the experimental results of 2 datasets showed that the proposed group recommendation strategy based on classification of users and groups is effective.

Tourism government micro-blog has become an important carrier to issue and disseminate tourist information as the government official tourism agencies.The information service quality optimization of tourism government micro-blog is especially crucial for the improvement of tourism public information service system and enhancement of tourism brand image.Based on qualitative research method of Ground Theory,this paper made a 3-level coding of raw material about tourists' online comment information,constructed four central categories of the online tourists' demands,in order to build the theoretical model of the public information service quality optimization of tourism government micro-blog,finally proposed some optimization recommendations.

With the rapid development of mobile internet and the popularity of smart phones,mobile APP,the most important access to mobile Internet of smart phones,is more and more inseparable from people's lives.The research on the mechanism of diffusion and spreading of mobile APPs had important significance for enterprises to formalate IT marketing and developing strategies.Based on the classic BASS model,this paper introduced a new influencing factor,electronic word of mouth,into the model.Multi-agent simulation technology was utilized to model the diffusion of mobile APPs with the help of AnyLogic,a powerful modeling software.After comparing the simulation results with real cases,the paper validated the effectiveness of this model.There were obvious differences between the diffusion process of mobile APPs and traditional products.The cumulative effect of different kinds of electronic word of mouth will lead to different diffusion results of mobile APPs.

[Purpose/Significance]This paper aimed to provide data support to improve facilities and precise services of study rooms in university library by analyzing user behaviors.[Method/Process]System log of Beijing Normal University Library was collected,and further analyzed with Persona related technique to get multi-dimensional modeling results,to analyze major factors affecting user behaviors and to build user prototypes.[Results/Conclusions]Via the behavior analysis,it showed that the utility of study rooms was related to classes of disciplines and the grades of students,the popularity of study rooms was related to their lighting conditions and relative locations,noncompliance with requirements was related to both the grade and discipline factors,and that reservation data was somewhat related to scholarships.The multi-dimensional user behavior analysis method may provide data for improving facilities and building user prototypes.

The current research status on library mobile user behavior at home and abroad was summarized in this paper to provide a reference for designing the analysis model of library mobile user behavior to facilitate personalized information service.With theoretical research and model analysis combined,the relationship between the action sequence of user behavior and the characteristics of user behavior was studied in three aspects,i.e.,data collection,data processing and data application.Front-end operation behavior and back-end business database were combined to define and denote library mobile users' invisible feedback of product UI on iOS App,Android App and Web.Three types of data,namely,the basic information field of mobile user client,fields related to user behavior and Flume were collected,and six dimensions including time,user,department,resource,behavior and entrance channel were introduced to set a DW-based model to finally realize data application by two steps-user behavior sequence prediction and user interest guiding.

Based on bibliometric,considring the assessment problems exists in the source of research achievements,achievements statistics and personal influence,the paper used mathematical method,information search and ratio calculation to correct one-sidedness,limitations and in statistics.The precondition,the evaluation background and other factors were included in the evaluation category,so that the bibliometric was more fair,and realistic in the research evaluation and reflected the scientific research strength of the evaluation object.

[Purpose/Significance]The paper aimed to propose sound management strategy for government social media information due to effective recordkeeping of such information contributing to open government.[Method/Process]The paper took the method of case study and discourse analysis to present how social media provider support government social media information management by investigating their policies.[Results/Conclusion]The paper found that three platforms offer limited support for government social media information management and perspective of users is ignored.Then,the paper proposed that social media service providers should build better information management capability by emphasizing government social media information,focusing on users,and combining professional information management with platform design.

This paper conducted an empirical study of research themes evolution in the field of Research Data from 2005 to 2016 based on CNKI database through the methods of keyword frequency analysis and co-word analysis.Based on 547 articles in the field of Research Data published from 2005 to 2016,which were embodied by Chinese core journal criterion of PKU or Chinese Social Science Citation Index(CSSCI),this paper determined the relative growth,stable and decline trend of keyword frequencies and identified the core words,burst words and new words during the different research periods by calculating logarithmic likelihood value and relative variation ratio,and finally revealed the dynamic evolution trends of research themes combined with co-word analysis.The research results showed that the relevant research themes in the field of Research Data in China from 2005 to 2016 had transitioned from mainly technical level ones to managerial,service and political level ones,and that the Library and Information Science(LIS)had gradually become the main subject area of relevant domestic research in the field of Research Data.

Blockchain,as an innovative application model of computer technology,including distributed data storage,peer to peer transmission,consensus mechanism and encryption algorithm,has attracted widespread attention from both domestic and overseas,and has become a hot topic of technological innovation.On the basis of objective literature data of blockchain,this paper analyzed the development stage and trend of literature quantity,discipline distribution structure,research hotspots and tendencies of block chain research,so as to provide reference for further research and development of block chain in china.To make an analysis of current situation and research trend of blockchain research,achieving the purpose of researching on the knowledge network and theoretical structure of blockchain,this paper applied bibliometrics method to analyze the research papers of blockchain in the past eight years in CNKI by means of knowledge mapping generated by citespace.The results showed that the number of blockchain research papers had showing a sudden blowout since 2015.Combining the current policy and economic environment,it was concluded that the studies on blockchain in China were still at the initial stage and the study at present was more found in articles which are introductory or commentary.In the view of knowledge network and structure research,the blockchain research based on the technical subject group consisted of Computer Science,Electronic Information Engineering and automation technology,and the applied subject group consisted of Finance,Energy and Power Engineering,Industrial Manufacturing,Supply Chain Management,Culture Education,etc.These subject structural elements of knowledge shaped the blockchain research,formed three hotpots of technology,application and social macro effects.

This paper took the "WOS core collection database" as the data source,using the bibliometrics method,the social network analysis method and the content analysis method to carry on the quantitative analysis about the foreign government crisis information management literature in 2007-2017,in order to reveal the scientific research structure,analyze the frontier hotspots in this field and study new contacts from the perspective of information science on the era of big data.

[Purpose/Significance]Interdisciplinary studies using science overlay maps could be very intuitive to study the citation relations and interdisciplinary situations from the macro level of the whole field.[Method/Process]This paper studied the production process of the science overlay maps based on 23 disciplines in the CSSCI of China's humanities and social sciences,specifically including the production of base map and science overlay maps of humanities and social sciences in China,and the calculation of Rao-Stirling index.[Result/Conclusion]This paper then made an empirical study on the two instances of library science and information science and scientific output of CSSCI in 6 universities in Shandong Province.The results showed that the science overlay maps of humanities and social sciences based on CSSCI could better demonstrate the citation of disciplines,and the Rao-Stirling index preferably showed the interdisciplinary level,therefore,it could be used as a visualization method to demonstrate interdisciplinary research in humanities and social sciences in China.

Under open innovation model,there are new connotations and characteristics for knowledge sharing.In this paper,the study selected some related articles between 2003 and 2016 and employed methods which combine bibliometric,knowledge visualization and content analysis to analyze the literature.The paper studied the problems such as the number of documents,the distribution of research,hot spots and citation from the perspective of data analysis,discussing the connotation,characteristics,advantages,risks,operation and impact models of knowledge sharing from the perspective of subject analysis of knowledge sharing under open innovation model.Through the systematic review and interpretation of the related literature,this paper discussed the shortcomings of the relevant research including research objects,the fusion of advantages and risk,communities and participants.Finally,according to the research above,there was a conclusion that the future development of China's research in this field should focus on the comparison of research objects,the establishment of policy standards,the construction of communities and the relation of users' motivations and organizational needs.
