This article used the theory of mind and body's unity which was called "Embodied Cognition" to study the quality problems of MLIS education.The article pointed out that the practice of MLIS education should emphasize the body's practice,make the body become educational focus,and create a "body in" education model.In the first place,this paper explained the concept of MLIS education and "Embodied Cognition's" combination.Secondly,it put forward the principle of "Embodied Cognition" on MLIS education,which was included four aspects:the restriction of natural body,the activity of main body,the practical of experienced body,the connection of media body.After that,according to the cognitive mechanism of "body and mind integration",this paper explained the implication of MLIS education,and then put forward some new ideas to improve the quality of MLIS education.

Based on summarize the current of education of Competitive Intelligence in China's universities and questions that there are of education of Competitive Intelligence in its disciplines of science and technology,this article put forward principle and basic demand of education of Competitive Intelligence in China's university of disciplines of science and technology,and its teaching content of education of Competitive Intelligence was divided into four types according to characteristics and requirements in distinct disciplines of science and technology,it was proved that it was essential and feasible what were offered the course of education of Competitive Intelligence in university of disciplines of science and technology to pass through its practice and experiment in three year times.

Existing academic papers evaluation methods mainly use the Journal Impact Factor or the number of citations as evaluation index,which can not demonstrate the value of academic papers' content in a comprehensive way.Based on a systematic analysis of the characteristics and shortcomings of existing academic papers evaluation,this paper put forward a method of public evaluation by most of scientific researchers,which has a theoretical basis named berrypicking model by Bates.Through the analysis of the feasibility of public evaluation,the structure of index system of the public evaluation of academic papers was discussed,the meaning of specific indexes such as paper rating,the type of paper's value,the expert opinions,public comments and other authoritative indexes were explained as well.

The rise and development of mobile social network made the network public opinion can quickly generate and evolve in a very short period of time.In order to guide and control mobile social network public opinion scientifically and effectively,the paper analyzed the characteristics and influencing factors of mobile social network public opinion detailedly,and combined the analytical hierarchy process(AHP)with fuzzy comprehensive analysis method.Then it constructed the mobile social network public opinion early-warning model that based on AHP fuzzy comprehensive analysis,and used "8.12 Tianjin Harbor Explosion Accident" for empirical analysis,finally came to the conclusion that the events of the warning level for particularly serious,class I",the results and expert the forewarning grade of the event qualitative were consistent,so as to better illustrate the validity and accuracy of the model.

How to better adapt to the profound changes brought by the big data and to provide more scientific,accurate and reliable emergency intelligence service products for emergency has become an important problem of emergency management based on the big data.Combining with the general plan of emergency and the management of emergent information in Beijing and Guangzhou,This article analyzed the impact of big data on the intelligence analysis of emergency and the current problems in the intelligence analysis of emergency in China.It proposed the emergency intelligence flow that adapted the big data environment and built an emergency intelligence analysis model of big data that including the comprehensive judgment module,in order to realize the deep integration of big data and emergency intelligence analysis and provide valuable information decision support for emergency decision-making.

The current MARC format have fallen far behind the requirements of Semantic Web technologies.The library community is trying to find a new bibliographic linked data model to replace MARC.In this context,this paper first briefly discussed the development of the new bibliographic framework BIBFRAME and the influences on the tataloguing and retrieval in library,and then emphatically analyzed its architecture,core elements and open linked characteristics,and compared the differences with MARC and RDA in detail.On this basis,the paper not only elaborated the development and evolution of its core classes,but also analyzed the behind internal reasons.In the end,combined with the actual situation of cataloguing,the paper still predicted the possible difficulties during the actual implementation process,and pointed out the future trends.

With an improved CODA model,the paper studied the formation and change process of credibility and tendentiousness of individual opinion,which simulated and explained the forming conditions and process of group opinion polarization.Research results showed that in the high credibility(ρ_j=0.7-0.9) cases,individual eventually evolved to form a cluster;while under low credibility(ρ_j=0.2-0.4) situation,individual's opinion was presented in a decentralized state.The greater the difference between high and low credibility,the more conspicuous the conversion efficiency would be.The High credibility individuals promoted an occurrence of a phenomenon of group polarization;meanwhile,the polarization phenomenon also occurred when the low credibility value was less than 0.2.This study further discussed the network group polarization reality effect,proposed public opinion intervene strategies aimed at high and low credibility evolution boundary,and has a practical significance in prevention and control the group polarization of public opinion.

Information retrieval evaluation has been widely researched to scholars,the research from the perspective of cognitive has gradually become a hot pursuit of the scholars.Based on logarithmic law proposed by Brooks,this paper made some changes to commonly used evaluation index,from the perspective of user cognition,change evaluation measures in material "world 1" to spiritual "world 2" and "world 3" by logarithmic law,evaluated result by information amount instead of the number of documents.At the same time,the article did a application analysis to explain the changes and pointed out the deficiency and what should do at last.

As the development of financial market and network technology in china,financial portals have become the main body of the financial information services.Analyzing the characteristic of our financial portals and being inspired by the theory of information ecology,this paper proposed an approach to build a hierarchical ontology of service quality of financial portals with the top-down strategy.Then,this paper developed an evaluation tool to assess the service quality of financial portals based on the analytic hierarchy process.Therefore,the abstract model of service quality evaluation for financial portal could be quantified as ability index.Finally,using the evaluation tool,it evaluated five representatives of financial portals and made a discussion through analysis of the results of the data.

A method was proposed in the paper to identify online hot topics based on Poisson distribution and Gamma distribution,which combined the popularity and time interval characteristics of hot topics.It was found that the number of people participating in a topic discussion per unit time(e.g.one hour) follows a Poisson distribution,and the time interval between two replies follows a Gamma distribution.Historical data was used to test the effectiveness of the method.

[Purpose/Significance] Because of the drawbacks of traditional single evaluation method becomes more obvious,it would prove through a combination of empirical research and evaluation of complex evaluation model in the academic journal evaluation with respect to the evaluation of the advantages of a single model,provide a more rational assessment perspective academic journal evaluation.[Method/Process] Single evaluation method was to choose to use entropy method,factor analysis and TOPSIS method to influence academic journal for academic evaluation,the combination of the principles of evaluation model proposed by these three single evaluation method Kendall test results in significant consistency on the basis of fuzzy Borda combination evaluation model combined evaluation,the principles of composite evaluation model proposed amendments was the main factor variance contribution rate and factor score coefficient by the coefficient of variation of entropy method of factor analysis to determine the index of weights,weighted normal matrix structure,using TOPSIS comprehensive evaluation method.[Result/Conclusion] Empirical studies had shown that a combination of complex evaluation model and evaluation model and a single evaluation model results were in good agreement,and the combination of complex evaluation model and evaluation model had better discrimination with respect to the single evaluation has certain advantages.

Online information has been one of the main information sources before consumer behavior is conducted and it is separated into Buyer-oriented,seller-oriented and third-party information respectively,whose impacts on consumer cognition is discussed to set up the model of consumer online information searching behavior.Research showed that seller-oriented information would satisfy consumer's information demand to the most extent and Buyer-oriented was used to judge the risk of seller-oriented information,while third-party information provided supplementary judgment for the other two kinds of information.

The emergence of online reviews promotes the network shopping consumers decision behavior.This study used DEMATEL method to analyze the influence factors of online comments usefulness,in order to further promote the network shopping consumer decision-making,promote the network shopping decision of rational behavior,provide a theoretical reference.Based on the system building of influential factors of the usefulness of online reviews,the paper used the fuzzy set theory and DEMATEL model to analyze the properties and relationships of the 15 factors influencing the usefulness of online reviews,and identified the six key influential factors including consumer's professional knowledge,information disclosure of reviewers,product involvement degree,writing style of comments,timeliness of comments and information completeness of comments.According to the research,the paper concluded that it was urgent to take priority on the management of consumer information.Business men need to pay attention to the content management of comments in terms of different product prices,to promote social exchange between the consumers.

As an important source of academic research,the quality evaluation,sharing model and intellectual property of online free academic resources has attracted more and more attention.But the research from the aspect of user behavior is few in number.The study assessed questionnaire data from university teachers and postgraduated who had academic resource need and used the Baidu Wenku before.By getting their using behavior,the paper perceived copyright issues and quality assessment of Baidu Wenku to analyze their sharing and using behavior of online free academic resources.Results indicated that Baidu Wenku was not the major source in research and its perceived ease of use and easy access promoted users continue to use.Although they had confusion about resource's quality and copyright sharing on the Baidu Wenku website,but this did not affect users' continuance intention.

With the rapid development of e-commerce,in the face of massive online sellers and platforms,how to identify effective online reviews to improve online shopping decision-making of consumers is an important research topic.Therefore,to carry out the research on online review effectiveness has important theoretical value and practice significance.Around the main line as individual characteristics of consumers and effectiveness of online reviews,this paper constructed a theoretical model of the impact of consumer's individual characteristics on online review effectiveness.After scale design,the model was examined by validation of factor analysis and regression model through the collected sample data.Some research results showed that psychological characteristics,behavioral characteristics and cognitive characteristics of consumers had a significant positive effect on the effectiveness of online reviews,while demographic characteristics of consumers had no significant effect on online reviews effectiveness.

Based on the survey report of national reading in 2014 and the recent investigations on iReader,Pris,Dangdang,and Amazon,along with some local reading reports from Shanghai,Hunan,Hubei,Jiangsu and other provinces,the present mobile reading environment in China was analyzed.Meanwhile,the strategies on domestic development such as optimizing the mobile reading chain,enriching the reading content,meeting the diverse needs for users and improving the mechanism of reading sharing,were discussed,in order to explore the new mode of mobile reading and promote the step on national reading.

By selecting China's websites and Ameirican Amazon electricity supplier websites,the paper compared their privacy policy such as the types of information collection,users' rights,objects of sharing informationas well as the uses of cookies,ect.The paper conducted a comprehensive comparison of their privacy policy,analysed their characteristics,found extisting problems,put foward suggestion on construction of privacy policy for e-commerce websites.Besides,the paper found the deficiency of domestic e-commerce wibsite on users' privacy policy,so as to provide references for domestic e-commerce websites formulating policy to protect users' privacy rights.Finally,the paper pointed out the direction for domestic e-commerce websites to protect user's privacy.

In this paper,it randomly selected 20 out of 86 kinds of JCR journals in library and information science fieldthrough SPSS software as the data source,generated the author co-occurrence matrix through bibliographic items co-occurrence matrix builder BICOMB,mapped the co-authorship networks of authors,institutions and countries through UCINET software,analyzed the three co-authorship networks' clustering coefficient,the average distance,high frequency cooperationgroup,tested the small world characteristics,revealed the structure characteristicof the overall network,the relationship between the core academic group and the high frequency co-authorshipgroup.The results showed that the publishing quantity,the rate of cooperation papers and the scope of cooperationof the field of library and information science was increasing year by year,cooperative research had become an irreversible trend and the three co-authorship networks with characteristics of high clustering coefficient and short average distance,in line with the small world theory of complex network.It showed that the cooperation network of international library and information was highly connected,internal communication was frequent,and the information was communicated smoothly.High frequency cooperative institutions usually had certain research direction,and tended to publish their research results in the same journal.

[Purposes] The competitive situation of the global big data technology was explored by using patent map,which provided competitive intelligence support for Chinese government,enterprises,colleges and universities to develop big data industry and technology.[Methods] 1363 patent documents of big data technology were obtained from Derwent Innovations Index(Derwent patent database) in Thomson Innovation platform.By using method of patent management map,patent claim map and patent technology map,patent documents of big data technology were analyzed from perspectives of application year,priority country,assignee,patent family,patent citation,field of technology.[Conclusions] The result showed that the stage characteristics of big data technology was obvious;China and US were the main countries for big data technology research;Internet enterprise was an important driving force for big data technology;Research hotspots of big data technology were focused on Hadoop and MapReduce.
