Taking domestic college students as the research object,on the basis of the ESM-IS model,this paper combined the characteristics of mobile social commerce,extracted several measuring indexes,including user's trust,homepage reputation,relationship strength and professionalism,to expand and improve the model,the paper established brand loyalty model of college students to mobile social commerce,and verified by collecting data through questionnaires and structural equation model.The results showed that the satisfaction and continuance usage intention of domestic college students had a directly positive effect on brand loyalty.

In the running of personal information supply chains,enterprises supplying service of cloud-computing platform do harm to information safety elements,which torts information subjects' personality interests and hinders the development of relative industries.To cope with risks above-mentioned,the paper should govern supply chains to urge members of chains to maintain safety in a cooperative way and encourage members to enhance management of information safety to prevent risks happening.In governance,the macroscopic environment should be regulated.

Small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs) are important forces of the national economy and social development.With the era of big data coming,the market environment and technology environment are increasingly complicated and changeable,and gaining competitive intelligence(CI) timely and effectively has become the essential condition for the rapid development of SMEs.However,with lack of funds and professional intelligence personnel for SMEs,the CI shortage has seriously restricted the Chinese SMEs' development.The above problem has raised concerns of our government,and some laws,policies and plans are made to promote SMEs' CI service.The laws,policies and plans concerned were investigated in detail,and the contents and types of SMEs' CI service had been well known about.In the end,some problems were pointed out,and some feasible suggestions were put forward to promote SMEs' CI service in China.

The big data era's coming makes legislation value of "right to be forgotten" gradually obvious.Academics abroad have made active exploration,which is worth learning from.The aim of the "right to be forgotten" is to make related data become unsearchable or difficult to search,and these data become normally unreachable for ordinary people,to achieve the forgotten of these data and ensure the peaceful life of data subject.Legislation should define the subject,object and content of "right to be forgotten",clear the range of the right and exercise methods,find an optimal balance between the protection of citizen's personal interest and the exploration of data resource as well as utilization.

The paper introduced relationship in the model as an important variable to analyze the cost,income and strategic choices for the network users.Based on the degree of relationship,the paper added up a strong-weak social relationship and some game models in order to figure out the influence relationship level and strong-weak social relationship made together to the network,such as strong-weak spreading evolutionary game,strong-weak spreading static game,strong-weak spreading mixed strategy game,and strong-weak vicious spread game.

In a BIG DATA environment,the source of the crisis is complex,by using word similarity computation and network user's free marking technology,the paper transfed the multimodal crisis information into a single information source,and an integrated model for the extraction of crisis information was established.The integrative course included three processes:collect information and extract features;describe and storage metadata;divide the feature domain.Realizing the integration of different sources of information sources,the paper provided a uniform information platform for emergency response of the crisis,to provide case analysis and intelligence warning.

This paper focused on efficient event sentences extraction algorithm.A trigger phrase extraction algorithm to extract events sentence based on time or nontime trigger word was presented.Some trigger words were extracted from industry news corpus about conductive plastics based on the algorithm,the opening beta on industry news corpus about conductive plastics and solar higher than 98% recall ratio and 95% accuracy ratio,which indicated the effectiveness of algorithm.

In the era of "Internet+",the effective operation and management of government official micro-blog is of great significance for the innovation of government management and social governance model.Jiangxi Province as the underdeveloped areas and the old revolutionary base areas,the construction of its government official micro-blog representative typical.Through a combination of qualitative and quantitative way,in Sina micro-blog authentication of the local people's government official micro-blog as the breakthrough point,through the collection and summary of 11 districts and cities in Jiangxi Province People's Government official micro-blog between the second quarter of 2016,using cluster analysis and factor analysis method,has carried on the quantitative evaluation,and put forward some countermeasures and suggestions on how to improve local government official micro-blog operation and management.

By taking into consideration of the TAM Model,network externality,transformation barriers,hesitation of privacy risks and trust,this paper established a theoretical model for analyzing the factors that impact people continuously using those social mobile APP.To be more specific,both empirical and comparative study were adopted in this paper upon the WeChat and Weibo.Date was analyzed with structural equation modeling.The results indicated most assumptions of both examples were proved to be solidly true,and people's satisfaction and trust toward the mobile APP bring direct influences on their continuous usage,while other factors like network externality,perceived usefulness,perceived ease of use and perceived enjoyment play an indirect role.The moderating effect of attractiveness of available alternatives on the relationship between gratifications and continuance intention is significant.Finally,some suggestions were put forward based on the conclusions.

[Purpose/significance] In order to control the source of online public opinion for emergencies and enhance public,government and media's ability of guiding it,exploring its topological structure,propagation and identifying its key nodes are necessary.[Method/process] This paper collected data and uses social network analysis(SNA)method to study the case of WeiZexi,used Ucinet software to construct binary matrix of interactive relationship,and used Netdraw software to draw "Wei Zexi incident" network public opinion dissemination community map.Then,this article measured the public opinion dissemination network mainly from overall network structure,Internal structure and network structure of individuals.[Result/conclusion] The paper expanded the application of SNA and revealed emergency's network public opinion spreading structure characteristics and evolution laws of nature.Then,the paper summarized and put forward the control recommendations for its topology structure.Finally,in order to weaken the uncontrollable nature of the online public opinion spread during emergencies,the public,government and media's guide advice were put forward respectively.

There are large numbers of universities in Beijing.The construction of library WeChat platform is different in quality.To carry out systematic investigation not only has contribute to the cognition of library mobile service for users but also can promote the overall development of library mobile services.The open construction,service contents,promotion modes and certification bodies of 66 university library WeChat in Beijing were mainly investigated and analyzed by landing the website of libraries,searching and using WeChat with mobile tools.Some suggestions were given about regulating the name of library WeChat,developing personalized content and strengthening publicity and promotion.

Deepening of platform services,is the innovation of library services for the new path.The knowledge service platform for integration of technology and academic resources,however,without the necessary conditions,it is difficult to realize the vision.The paper first analyzed the significance of building "Shenzhen School" knowledge base.Then it discussed the functionality to achieve "Shenzhen school" knowledge base,for one thing,the software platform and model should meet the academic resource long-term preservation,open access and academic exchange,and for another,informational resources development should be to plan and define the scope,type of academic resources,establish multiple layers of incentives,guarantee mechanisms,as well as easy access to information channels.

Based on the data of three e-books PDA projects in Hong Kong University of Science and Technology,this paper analyzed the impact of PDA projects of EBRARY,WILEY and JSTOR,and compared the effect of their e-books PDA,and analyzes the reasons and the relation between subject distribution difference and PDA effect.By analyzing three e-books PDA projects in Hong Kong University of Science and Technology,the paper came to the conclusion that taking the initiative to cooperate with publishers,transforming the booksellers' sales mode,distributing and using the funds flexibility,analyzing cost-effectiveness regularly,strengthening the evaluation of publishers,and selecting the appropriate PDA mode,in order to promote the development of domestic PDA practice.

In view of the current situation that it's difficult to find an empty seat in some college libraries,this paper analyzed the shortcomings of the existing seat management system and the advantages of WeChat,then proposed the feasibility of constructing the library seat management system based on Micro Message Public Platform.Taking Nantong University Library as an Example,the paper conducted the system development test and finally put forward the shortages and the future direction.

Taking 114 doctoral and master's theses in China and 124 doctoral and master's theses at foreign countries in the field of information behavior as research samples,this article compared them from six aspects,which were their basic information(including degree genre,publication year,affiliation,discipline distribution),subject and object of information behavior,types of information behavior,high-frequency keyword,research method and research depth.The results showed that there were mainly three similarities.The first was the coverage and diversity of both subjects and objects of information behavior,and the second was that information seeking behavior was predominant,than other types of information behavior.The third similarity was that the three most frequently used methods were survey method,statistical analysis and interview method.The differences lied in degree genre,discipline distribution,types of subject and object of information behavior and research depth.Finally,five proposals were put forward for graduate students who are interested in the study of information behavior in future.

International scientific cooperation has been the main scientific production mode of big science projects in big science times.Research big science operation mode and characteristics of international scientific cooperation has theoretical and practical significance for developing big science project in China.SDSS project is a typical big science project leading by the United States since 21 century.This paper retrieved the articles based on SDSS project from Web of Science and made a information visualization on countries and institutions' scientific cooperation by CiteSpace software system.This paper revealed the three layers scientific cooperation system including multilateral cross cooperation pattern,bilateral interactive cooperation mode and complementary cooperation mode.It summarized the basic characteristics of international scientific cooperation of big science projects in order to providing important reference of participating and leading international scientific cooperation for China.

Through keywords co-occurrence patterns of government information resources research,the paper found that the hot topics of domestic government information resources research in recent years are mainly in seven areas,including basic theory,government information management mode,development and utilization,sharing and integration of information resources,investment-benefit analysis,data format and system standard,institutional policy and intellectual property right.By analyzing keywords time seris,trends of domestic government information resources research mainly contained dynamic adoption,cloud computing,government transition,public opinion guidance,open data,etc.

Since twenty-first Century,trust research has received much attention in the field of Library and Information Science at home and abroad,but foreign research is more abundant,and it is worth learning from.This paper targeted eight kinds of SSCI source journals with high impact factors in the field of foreign Library and Information Science as the main research objects.First of all,the papers concerning trust research published in these eight journals in the years from 2006 to 2015 were selected.After careful screening,300 papers were obtained as the analysis objects.Then,the keywords with the frequency being 10 or above are shown in a table.More analyses were conducted in terms of word frequency from the perspectives of trust research environments,types,research methods and variables,so as to reveal the megatrends of trust research.Finally,according to the 300 papers and more papers regarding trust research published in other journals,the method of content analysis was employed combined with word frequency statistics to further reveal the foreign research progress of trust from the aspects of e-commerce trust,virtual community trust and organizational trust.

Based on the theory of triadic reciprocal determinism in Bandura's Social Cognitive Theory,this study investigated individual characteristics of researchers in terms of their research self-efficacy and research outcome expectations,as well as organizational characteristics in terms of organizational climate.The influence of these characteristics on two variables,namely international research behavior and international research achievement,is also analyzed for researchers in doctorate-granting LIS institutions.Findings indicated that:1) There is positive influence of international research behavior and research self-efficacy on researchers' international research achievement.The indirect influence of research self-efficacy also exists via international research behavior.2) Researchers' international research behavior is positively influenced by research self-efficacy.3) Research self-efficacy is positively associated with organizational climate.Research outcome perceptions are positively associated with organizational climate and research self-efficacy.
