Based on the brief review the current and history of developed Specialized Education of Competitive Intelligence(SECI)in colleges and universities in China, this article discussed on three problems and gaps of SECI and qualified demand in society that were universal existed between developed countries and China, and it also fixed out three countermeasures including transforming and upgrading of national economy development;adjusting the objective and specialized direction of SECI in China;building "specialized-modularity" teaching model of SECI to adapt to socialist market economy development.

Based on a review on electronic service quality by the authors of this study, this study critically heritaged and developed the theoretical framework of electronic service quality constructed by Parasuraman, Zeithaml and Malhotra.A more perfect integrated model was proposed based on the perspective of means end chain theory from the aspects of inside and outside attributes and users' characteristics of electronic service and evaluation contents and results of electronic service quality, and the following research issues were excavated.This model could provide references to grasp the relationships among the existing research results of electronic service quality for scholars, and also could make the following researches progress in an integrated framework.

In order to improve the effectiveness of early warning monitoring of network opinion events, based on the value added theory, the evolution law of the network opinion events is analyzed, and the main causal relationship in the events evolution is summarized.And based on the structure and function model of system dynamics, the system dynamics model of the network opinion events evolution is built.Using the Vensim PLE, the effects of relevant factors on the event evolution are simulation analyzed, and the data relationship among the main factors is established.According to the data relationship, the early warning monitoring model is designed.And the intelligent monitoring system of network public opinion hotspot is built to acquisite and discovery the hotspot information, analyze the development trend.The analysis results could be used as the necessary theoretical basis for the government to formulate the network opinion events coping strategies.

Citation analysis is an important research field in LIS discipline.Based on the concept of citation identity and citation image with an individual author.Taking the Duxiu book data as the research sample, the paper selected the Chen Jin as the research object to analyze his author citation identity and author citation image.The result showed the author citation identity and author citation image is accord with the concentrate and discrete distribution.author's social structure writing styles, process of academic activities.Citation analysis might be further improved by the study of author citation identity and author citation image from different style cited data.

Firstly, the paper introduced the research methods of complex network into the analysis of public opinion network and describes its basic research steps;Next, it focused on the more mature of virus propagation network model theory and public opinion model which has a close connection with complex network;Finally, the paper proposed some specific measures of public opinion based on complex network including three immunization strategy and bootstrap percolation modeling strategy.The paper provided a new idea to build an efficient and rational public opinion network environment.And thus it enhanced the Government's overall management of the network of public opinion information.

Under the condition of China's continuous urbanization, understanding the patterns of new citizens' information behavior and building a model of its information behavior help to improve new citizens' information activity efficiency, promote the integration of new citizens into cities and further improve the quality of urbanization.Based on surveys in several cities in Guangdong and a comprehensive analysis of new citizen's internal factors, external factors and informational factors, taking Wilson's General Model of Information Behavior as main reference and combining with Technology Acceptance Model and Kochen's information demand theory, a new citizens' information behavior model was built in this paper.Afterwards an empirical study on the model was done based on new citizens in Guangdong Province and using the logistic regression and correlation analysis to verify the influencing factors in the model.At last, the model was revised according to the verification results and some suggestions were proposed.The results indicated that most of the factors in the model have significant influence on new citizens' information behavior, which will promote in-depth analysis of new citizens' information behavior and efficient information service.

Present there is a lack of systematic analysis of public information service platform of disadvantaged information groups, through theory analysis and instance collection, public information service platform of disadvantaged information groups is builded from information supporting perspective.Using literature analysis, information supporting is analyzed through 4 main points:provider, goal, major issue, basic instrument.And on this basis barrier types of information supporting in disadvantaged information groups are fully discussed.According to barrier types, different channels of public information service are divided.Corresponding instances are also collected to provide certain support to divided channels.Then group system, institution system, communication and expectation confirmation system of public information service platform are designed, and public information service platform is established.Characteristics of homogeneity and heterogeneity in different disadvantaged information groups are caused by different barrier types existed in information supporting, they determines that public information service platform not only which provides homogeneous information service and scope of acceptor targeting the whole disadvantaged information groups, but only provides special information service and focuses on special populations and distinctive individual.Public information services need to consider objectivity of information and subjectivity of demand.Public information service platform is a multi-dimensional, and participants present diversity.Public information service platform is social service network and takes the service, trust, voluntary and mutual benefit as its starting point.

The arrival of the big data era brings tremendous challenges to both the university library and enterprise.Industry characteristic university library gives full play to its advantages to service for the related industry enterprises based on big data becomes a good enter point for its successful transition.Taking China Civil Aviation University as an example, this paper analyzed the feasibility.A new intelligence service system including intelligence collection, analysis and services was constructed, and some suggestions about the intelligence service of the industry characteristic university library under the new situation were put forward.

Subject service is the inevitable outcome of the impact on search engines such as Google, Badu on library, and key choice and breakaway to the library out of the crisis.Through the theory and practice of discipline at home and abroad, based on the current situation and the plight of the Library services, the paper concluded that it is an urgent need to build the top-level design beyond the efforts of the various parties to solve the puzzle of today's subject service.On this basis, combined with the "2011 Plan" collaborative philosophy, from the macro, meso and micro, senior, middle and bottom design vision, a top-down design of Subject service with "vertical programming, horizontal coordination" is built, in order to looking for the speedy road on exploring the subject service.

In order to improve the effect of library personalized recommendation, personalized recommendation system of digital library is designed based on fuzzy clustering and fuzzy pattern recognition.The paper analyzed the users' information literacy, discipline background, interests, electronic resources retrieval and history information.Then the readers were classified by using fuzzy clustering.The best threshold λ is determined and the optimal clustering is obtained.According to the basic situation of individual user, the paper used fuzzy pattern recognition to give the personalized recommendation for the current user.From the experiment result, it showed that the proposed approach is feasible and effective, and it provided a new way for the innovation of digital library personalized service.

The paper defined the boundary of review spam, used intelligent algorithms to effectively detect review spam.The internal subdivision of review spam, evaluation index and an improved decision tree method for intelligent evaluation of review spam with readable rules are proposed.The empirical research based on Matlab showed the model can achieve higher prediction accuracy.The paper provided technical support for the review spam classification regulatory governance through proposing an efficient method for intelligent multiple classification of online reviews.

[Purpose/significance]This paper is aimed at establishing an effective index system and model of industrial competitiveness evaluation, in order to help analyze, evaluate and optimize industrial development level and structure stability of China's provincial regions.[Method/process]On the basis of summarizing the previous studies of industrial competitiveness in China and abroad, this paper uses "Information Entropy" and "Rough Sets" theoretical method to optimize the "Michael Porter Diamond Model", further more to establish a set of systematic index model of industrial competitiveness evaluation.This model is used to analyze and evaluate the development status and structure stability of machinery industry of China's provincial regions, while the industrial data of machinery industry in 2012 is as the empirical research object.[Result/conclusion]This systematic index model of industrial competitiveness evaluation is applicative and effective; the evaluation result of China's machinery industry running out via this model is closely matched with the actual operation of these regions.

User reviews in online travel community truly reflect visitors feeling about the tourist attractions and services, this paper builds a tourist sentiment analysis model based on online reviews.Firstly, the paper acquired comments text about some tourism destination from the comment community of a few well-known tourist sites and made a pretreatment.secondly, the paper used domain ontology construction method to build tourist body, and matched the texts after processing to tourism body, drew classification commentaries on each property of the body.Thirdly, using emotional extent weighting rules, the paper calculated the emotional polarity average value of these commentaries, got tourists' whole emotional tendencies about all elements of tourism, and the paper gave a visual analysis and presentation.In this way, the paper could visual display tourists' whole emotional tendencies about the tourism destination, and it could provide reference for improving services by tourism operators.Taking Lushan Tourism as an example, the paper verified the feasibility of the model.

There are a large number of universities in Hubei province, while the construction of library APP platform is different.By carrying out systematic investigation, it can promote the overall development of library mobile services.The paper mainly investigated and analyzed the construction of library APP, development modes, system compatibility and stability, service content, column setting and publicity modes of 123 university libraries in Hubei province by browsing the website of libraries, retrieving relevant literature papers, using APP, searching news and information, telephone and e-mail consultation.What's more, some suggestions were given about mobile library APP's cooperation, personalized service, publicity and so on.

WeChat public platform is a kind of platform which has rapidly developed in the recent years.This article investigated the current situation of the WeChat public platformservice of provincial public libraries in China, finding that the amount of libraries that opened and authenticated the platform is increasing, but the services level they provides are different:not all provincial public libraries has opened and authenticated the platform, the information service, instant messaging, custom menus has not been fully utilized, the situation of online advertising is also not enough.It proposed some suggestions for further use of WeChat public platform, such as, open and authenticate the platform completely, routine maintenance the platform, made full use of the platform, enlarging the propaganda.

In Big Data era, it is important to construct an effective and efficient information sharing and interactive mode, which is the basic foundation of supplying personalized and intellectualized service, and the new developing trend of current information commons.This paper firstly analyzed the conjunct rationality of Web3.0 and the features of information commons.Based on improvement of interviewing mode for literature resource and the resource construction of user generated content, this paper highlighted the integration of information resource and proposed various useful channels to build an integrated service platform.These plat forms include personalized/intellectualized retrieval service, virtual referential consultation, personal library portal and mobile library service, which will meet the users' requirement to effectively collect and exploit valuable knowledge through information commons.

Based on the processing of citation dates and keywords in 1244 research papers from CSSCI on open access, this paper identified research institutions, the important academic representatives and keywords clustering, the results showed the current situation and the hot spots in order to reveal the dynamic trends of this field in China.

Based on the semi-structured interviews of 12 researchers from one of Chinese doctorate-granting LIS schools and departments, the international research output of researchers could be devided into two variables, namely international research behavior and international research achievement.Generally speaking, international research behavior is positively associated with international research achievement.Also, types of international research behavior and international research achievement were discussed in this study.This paper also concluded factors which affect researchers' international research output.Affecting factors could be devided into individual characteristics of researchers in terms of their self-efficacy and outcome expectations and organizational characteristics.Most of the factors which were confirmed to affect teachers' performance in existing studies were also accepted by 12 researchers.Besides, this exploring study also obtained some new affecting factors.

Service ability of science and technology innovation is an important aspect of reflecting the level of science and technology innovation.Based on literature's space-time distribution, core author, collaboration network, core index, keywords evolution and knowledge base, research status and main contents in this field at home and abroad are analyses with the way of mapping knowledge domain and international comparison.The paper found that service ability of science and technology innovation develop very quickly at home and abroad, but domestic research level is lower than international level.At last, it put forward some measures to deepen research with strengthening theory construction, extending depth of research and expanding regional cooperation.

The paper analyzed the knowledge graph of International competitive intelligence with CiteSpace Ⅲ which is a tool of visualization analysis.Taking papers on competitive intelligence indexed by SCI-E and SSCI from 1985 to 2015 as objects, the paper used the bibliometric method and content analysis method to analyze the document distribution, country distribution, research direction, research hotspots, knowledge and research fronts and drew a knowledge graph of knowledge vein and development tendency.The result showed that the research of international competitive intelligence is developing stably, and innovation and development of competitive intelligence depends on technology, Knowledge-sharing and cooperation between countries to improve Competitiveness are advised.Knowledge management and collaborative innovation were considered.

Based on 4407 articles published in 18 journals of Library and Information Science(LIS)in 2014, which were covered by the Chinese Social Science Citation Index(CSSCI), this paper discussed the research progress in LIS research in China with the methods of co-word analysis, cluster analysis, drawing strategic diagram, co-authorship and author-keyword coupling analysis.This paper determined 17 important research themes and their revolution trend in LIS research in China by using co-word clustering analysis and drawing strategic diagram, found status quo of scientific collaboration and main cooperative groups by analyzing co-authorship network, and determined prolific authors' main research fields through author-keyword coupling analysis.
