Network Anti-corruption has become a hot spot in the current society.However, there are few articles about the Network Anti-corruption public opinion evolution and propagation rule.This paper research network anti-corruption from the perspective of public opinion evolution and propagation, firstly use the dynamic field theory to analysis the behavior mechanism internet users participate in Network Anti-corruption and establish the simulation model, secondly use Netlogo platform for simulation, and finally further verify the model conclusion according to the Baidu index.The results not only reveal that the government behavior is how to affect the evolution of the Network Anti-corruption public opinion, but also conclude that when government intervene in public opinion to greatly enhance the enthusiasm of the people to participate in the Network Anti-corruption.This paper provides a new direction for the future research of Network Anti-corruption, and also to explore new areas of public opinion research.

Based on the system and control theory, the paper analyzed the relationship between tag, user, and resource in the label system, using system dynamics method to analyze the process of personalized information recommendation and the influencing factors, and constructed system dynamics simulation model on the information recommendation using the vensim PLE software, finaly this paper revealed the characteristics and mechanism of information recommendation for further research on the dynamic evolution on the tag of personalized information recommendation, through the verification of model in validity.

Domestic Library Knowledge Exchange and Sharing Platform rarely providing services of storage and curation for readers' uploaded data such as research data, used data and created data, which is not integrated with open data cloud too.In order to providing services of academic information communication and reader uploaded data management, this paper mainly studied the method of building the Library knowledge exchange and sharing platform by using Drupal, which is an open source content management system.The research process included:(1)Analyzing the requirements of the library and readers for the platform;(2)Designing the function and architecture of the platform;(3)Introducing the method of building the platform with Drupal.(4)Discussing the method of research data curation, semantic prescription and its semantic linking to other dataset.Finally, this paper put forward a series of suggestions on future development of Library knowledge exchange and sharing platform in large data and open data cloud environment.

Social media is playing an important role in college students' life.In this situation, the campus social networks for colleges and universities based on the campus life is gradually applied among the students.The research on the functional requirements of students has positive significance to the development of campus social networks for colleges and universities.This paper took Pocket University as an example, the paper consulted relevant literature about social media and functional requirements, used the KANO model, summarizes the quality attributes of each function of Pocket University based on the interviews and questionnaires of college students, analyzed the function requirements according to everything kind of quality attributes, and finally made recommendations for improving the function of campus social networks for colleges and universities.

In order to understand the competitive status in technology of steel enterprises in China, the patents of 73 key iron and steel companies in China are retrieved from Derwent Derwent Innovation Index(DII) and sixteen key steel enterprises of them are regarded as our research object.Each of the sixteen enterprises applied more than 300 patents from 1985 to 2013.Number of patent applications per year, patent citation, highly cited patents, IPC classification number is used to investigate the competitiveness in technology of sixteen steel companies.Results showed that Baosteel, Anshan Iron and Steel Group, and Wuhan Iron and Steel Group are strong in patent and technological competitiveness.With Derwent manual code for co-occurrence analysis, alloy steel and low carbon technology are identified as research and development focus in China's patented iron and steel technology from 2008 to 2013.The results can be used to clear their patented technology for enterprise competitive position and determine the direction of future technology development.

This paper took 7 kinds of medical informatics core journals from 2014 JCR as the data samples, used bibliographic items co-occurrence matrix builder BICOMB generating the author co-occurrence matrix, realized the core author co-authorship networks visualization through UCINET software, analyzed the co-authorship networks density, average path length, cohesive subgroups, core-periphery and centralization, revealed the overall network structure characteristics of foreign medical informatics field, the core academic groups and the cooperation between the prolific authors.The result showed that in the co-authorship network of the foreign medical informatics field, the information communication is not smooth, the cooperation between the prolific authors is not widespread, cooperation pattern is single, and lack of the bridge author who can connect different co-authorship group.
