This paper draw up the standard of the legitimacy of university information disclosure policy,and analyze it from the viewpoint of theory and implementation.Get the conclusion that university information disclosure policy is legitimate.

Partners searching is the important first step of the partners selection,which is one of the critical issues in the consortium purchasing.In this paper,partners searching method in e-commerce is researched by referencing the semantic matching of tow order texts.Based on domain ontology and concept semantic similarity,partners searching model for purchasing consortia is proposed.After filling each order text concept vector with near neighbored superior concepts according to their connection path and semantic relation in the network structure of domain ontology,the semantic matching degree between two order texts is quantified by the semantic similarity between the two concept vectors.

In order to understand the status of China’s search engines research,this paper makes a thorough survey of search engines research papers published on core periodicals of library science and information science from 1997 to 2011.Using Bibliometrics method,an emphasis is laid in the aspects of numbers of research papers,including publishing years,source journals,fund projects,distribution of core authors,etc.Based on the statistical analysis in the paper,we can understand the current situation of search engines in our country.

Choosing the documents of theme on the subject knowledge portal included in Web of Science database during 1981 and 2012 as the studying object,map out the Knowledge maps of the evolution paths of subject knowledge portal by using the Information visualization tools—CiteSpace to analyze the ducuments co-citation and clustering.And show the distribution of the main research countries and institutions,research hotspots,intellectual base,research fronts in different periods and the future trends of development on the subject knowledge portal through the high-low of frequency and centrality of knot points,burst term and other related indicators of the knowledge maps.

This paper collects cited literatures by CSSCI database from 1998 to 2011,and quantitatively analysis citation relationship of 15 high cited authors of mapping knowledge domains form density,centrality and subgroup aspects by social network analysis tool,in order to reveal research status and trend in domestic,we also qualitatively analysis the content of high cited literatures,it is found that the research on basic theory of mapping knowledge domains is weak,core research team has been established,and application field need to be expanded.

Through the quotation data in CSSCI from 2005 to 2011,the g-index,the number of published articles,the number of cited papers and h-index of 15 kinds of core LIS journals are compared one by one.The features of each evaluation index are analyzed as well as the reasons of different evaluation results.The new journal evaluation index eliminating the influence of the number of the journal published paper——relative g-index is proposed.The relative g-index is compared with g-index,and results show that the g-index is more scientific and objective in periodical evaluations.

Information security problem is becoming serious, how to evaluate it comprehensively is an important project at present. Basing on synergetic,this article researched four factors(technology, management, institution and government)that influence information security and builded a model to evaluate them.By simulation,this paper found that the four factors should be developed synergeticly, whichever was vulnerable, the total information security level shouldn’t be optimal.

In recent years,RFID technology has developed rapidly in library application.Many domestic libraries introduce RFID systems based on high frequency(HF)or ultra high frequency(UHF).Both HF and UHF’s physical characteristics and works are different.This paper analyses the strengths and weaknesses of HF and UHF RFID in standard matures,technology applications,label costs and other fields by comparing the physical characteristics of HF RFID and UHF RFID.At present,HF RFID obtains the favor of the majority of libraries for its stable performance.The advantages and disadvantages of UHF RFID are the same,and which shall take appropriate measures to avoid weaknesses in the library application.
