The paper aimed to analyze the status of research on China's cultural relics categorizing and encoding based on self-organization theory and find out the research perspectives of it.The paper proposed two perspectives of the research:one was based on the knowledge of the researchers;the other was based on the combination of other subjects such as mathematics,computer and so on.The two perspectives showed that the process of simple to complex of researches on cultural relics categorizing and encoding.Finally,the paper proposed categorizing and encoding methods for cultural relics based on self-organization.

The public is sensitive to food safety incident.The public opinion of food safety is group release of the unsecrity sense in the risk society with the high development of media.And the public opinion of food safety is the public's appeal to the govement to perfect the food safety adminster system and to guide the opinion.This paper first reviewed relevant literature of the theories about internet public opinion,because of the Specific characteristics of food safety incident,this paper analysed the factors and the factors's characteristics about public opinion of the food safety,at the same time provide reference to the alarm system about the public opinion of food safety.

In this paper,using the evolutionary game theory to analyze the R&D alliance knowledge sharing among enterprises in evolutionary stability strategy,the study found that:the independent research level P does not influence the knowledge sharing strategy choice,and the distribution coefficient Z of excess return is a prerequisite for strategy selection.On this basis,parameters affecting the distribution coefficient Z include knowledge innovation level U,proprietary knowledge level A,knowledge sharing degree B,knowledge conversion capability R and the risk degree I of knowledge sharing.Changes of these parameters to a certain extent,will push the game towards an evolutionary stable strategy(ESS).

As an important form of network public opinion,fast generation,wide audience,network pubic opinion plays an increasingly key role in the nation and society.Internet users can freely present their opinion in micro-blogs,forums,and blogs.The primary means of monitoring the network public opinion is the use of a Web crawler page of the target network,data mining,classification,and scientific statistical information of public opinion information.This paper mainly focused on the features of the network public opinion and treatment measures.Using Web crawler,text search,explore and system the Keywords rating,as well as scientific and mathematical statistics,it explored the principle of network public opinion system and realize the system.

Focusing on QoS guarantee of virtual resource allocation for digital library under cloud computing environment,a virtual machine resource allocation strategy based on QoS guarantee for digital library in cloud computing was proposed in this paper.The strategy can improve the reliability of virtual machines,help to balance the load in cloud environment,and improve the virtual resource utility rate for digital library under cloud computing environment.

Aiming at the practical problems arising in digital library retrieval process of the mobile devices,this article developped a comprehensive analysis of the light document matching algorithms.This included the concrete realization of the pre-treatment and the front-end and back-end of the retrieval techniques.In addition,the article describes the application of bipartite network clustering method in the digital Library Recommended system.This provides a practical method for the retrieval of the digital library.

The non-book resource(NBR)is becoming an important literature carrier and information resource of the university library,and its management is one of important aspects in library management.The disk attached to book was used as the sample to study NBR management modes and NBR management performance analysis in this paper.Management modes and reader's usage modes were systemically analyzed.One-factor analysis and multi-factor analysis of Chi square test were used for NBR performance analysis.The results showed that NBR management modes had great effects on reader's usage modes.Readers tended to get information on line,while network management mode was more effective.Chi square test could be used as an effective method for NBR management performance analysis.

Groupware is used to help collaborative works,and plays an important role during information sharing process.This article firstly described a model of collaborative group information sharing,assumed 7 conditions of a perfect sharing system,and then summarized the application of groupwares from the following four aspects:sharing patterns,shared information management,authority control,and security.Based on these detail discussion,some limitations of current groupwares were pointed out and some advices are then proposed.

The resource of digital documents has become the priority of document resource establishment in the libraries of higher education.The libraries increase the number of their digital documents through purchasing or self-building.In order to ensure the long term,stable and reliable usage of these digital documents,methods of preserving these documents for a long period of time have become foci of attention.This article not only analyzes digital document construction and current preservation in the Regional University Library Consortia but also proposes strategies for cooperative preservation of digital document resources in the Regional Consortia.

A method of principal component extraction and analysis about student reading needs was proposed in order to establish a model of predicting distribution of subscription fund by means of student reading needs.Taking Shanghai Dianji University as an example,the features and differences of the principal components of student reading needs belonging to the college including key discipline and other colleges were compared.A model about predicting the distribution of subscription fund by means of a correlation analysis with reading need data was built,the reading need data are of the union of the principal component for key discipline.

As a new type of physical space and service models,Information common is becoming one of the directions of the development in academic libraries.By using questionnaire survey,this paper tried to study the differences of information commons in China and Japan.Through the comparative study in the aspects of construction reasons,naming,existing services and the future development,this paper concluded the construction suggestions for information commons in university library in order to explore the future direction of university library.The article suggested university library in China improve resource allocation,spatial distribution,staffing,etc.

As the center of accumulation and dissemination of vast amounts of knowledge,university libraries have the responsibility of serving the local economy and promote the social development.From the survey of information resource needs in Yiwu,the demand of local society for documentation and information has its own characteristics;And from the analysis of the resource constructions and the social services of two libraries which belong to different systems,there are still some problems we need to solve.In order to enhance the level and ability of serving local society,Yiwu Industry and commercial college should take different methods and construct Yiwu Digital Library as well as serving the industries and expatriates.With these efforts,the road of university library services for local society will be wider and wider.

With reference to SERVQUAL method and the related model,this paper brought up the public satisfaction mode of e-government information service.Using nantong e-government platform as subject,the model and hypothesis were empirically tested based on structural equation model by the data from the questionnaire.Finally,some suggestions were given to improve the public satisfaction based on the quadrant analysis of this empirical study's results.

This paper collected the keywords in the researches of Image Retrieval field published in CNKI full-text databases,then use soft SATI 3.2 to get word frequency of these keywords.The highly cited keywords were identified.Constructed the co-word matrixes,corr-elation matrixes and discriminative matrixes.On the basis of this classification,the paper tried to conduct co-word analysis on different matrixes taking advantage of three multivariate statistic methods—cluster analysis,and multidimensional scaling analysis.At last,it explored the current research status and hotspot of Image Retrieval theory.

Library is an important part of the system of public cultural services;it is the main position to carry out reading promotion activities.It should provide people with reading promotion for society,to promote national reading rate.This paper investigated the public libraries of 34 provinces and University Libraries of the national top 25 as the research object,using network survey method and comparative analysis method,compared public libraries and university libraries to carry out reading promotion activities differences and problems,from the survey results,public libraries and university libraries in our country should establish the alliance platform to promote the reading promotion activities,and it promoted innovative promotional activities to ensure depth and sustained manner to carry out activities.

Document retrieveal course is set in order to improve the fundamental of information literacy of undergraduate students in academic.Based on selected a sample of 60 academic libraries ranking 100 of higher education institutions in China,the study investigated the present document retrieveal course teaching.It analyzed existing problems of library retrieval course construction of academic libraries in China,which was lack of perfect teaching system of document retrieveal course,and low popular in on-line information literacy education and is short of professional teachers.It put forward rationalization proposal to improve library retrieval course teaching,such as systematicallystaged teaching model,constructing three-dimensional teaching resource system and strengthening constructon of team ranks of tearchers.

The misplacement problem of library has been for a long time,most of those present solutions are temporary.For thoroughly resolving the misplacement problem of library,a smart book shelf of library which based on RFID and using C# and SQL Sever2008 has been designed.Hardware of system composed mainly by UHF tags worked at frequency range of 920MHz,RFID reader,antenna,software of system includes two parts:inventory check,misplace check.It can complete the statistical work of available and borrowed books,find those misplaced books and chech their corresponding correct place.The test results suggest that the system is running stable,the accuracy of data read is relatively high,the find and compare results are according with expected results.Finally,this system saved labour and emproved work efficiency.

Characteristic Database is one of project of JALIS project Construction,Investigating into the Status of characteristic databases in university of Jiangsu shows that:cooperative construction is few;more characteristic databases unopened to public;the lack of standardization.JALIS should overall planning,emphasis on cooperation construction and sharing,solve the ploblems of characteristic and standardization,establish sustainable development mechanism.

Using SPSS statistical analysis,investigated the effectiveness of problem-based learning(PBL)in teaching of TCM literature retrieval.The results show that the PBL method is better than that of the LBL method on the average report score,improve positive study,study interest,participation willingness,aggregate analysis ability,speech ability,self-study ability,information acquisition ability,information analysis and utilization ability,solve problem ability,communication between teachers and students,strengthen digestive understanding ability and so on.but there is no significant difference between the two methods in aspects of team cooperation,improving learning efficiency,improving writing ability and practicing ability.

The construction and development research of emergency safety information service system is major scientific research project that related to the national economy and people's livelihood and property.In this paper,by integrating the science and technology resources,human resources and material resources of Jilin province,and under fully reference in dealing with emergencies and emergency safety at home and abroad in the field of advanced experience,also combined with the current actual situation of Jilin province,the present situation of information service system of Jilin city emergency security was analyzed.And some corresponding countermeasures and suggestions were put forward.

This paper collected literature of the School of Information Studies(Syracause University,SU)from Web of Science database(SCI-E,SSCI,A&HCI).Firstly,a bibliometric analysis has been conducted,including publication year,document type,source journal,subject,and funding agencies analysis.Secondly,this paper has conducted co-operation analysis of scientific research from the perspective of authors and countries,and the scientific research cooperation of SIS(SU)has been gradually moving towards technology and international,meanwhile,this paper has applied social network visualization techniques to draw a co-operation network diagram of authors,and SIS(SU)has formed a relatively large cooperative group.Finally,this paper has revealed the research content and direction of the SIS(SU)by high-cited literature analysis.This paper has revealed objectively the research strength,research cooperation and research content of SIS(SU).

On the basis of technology acceptance model and theory of planned behavior,this paper aimed to construct a conceptual model of factors affecting the mobile library usage,which empirically supported by cases of college students collected in Wuhan as the research object.For purpose of investigating university students' use of mobile library intention,basing on the survey afforded by questionnaire,it verified the model proposed by SPSS and AMOS.It was found that the main factors that affecting college students using the mobile library include perceived usefulness,perceived ease of use,external influence,interpersonal influence,self efficacy,facilitating condition,attitude,subjective norm and perceived behavior control.
