Prediction markets appeared in the 1990s as a new prediction theory and practice,now being widely used at the forecasting and decision-making.A short period of more than ten years,it caused the many scholars' attention in the different fields.Delphi method is the most widely used method in forecasting and decision-making,from its emergence to the present,only 40 years time.This article pointed out that two approaches had many different characteristics though having some in common,and compared the two methods in several aspects:their origins and background;their theoretical basis and mechanism;their procedures and methods;application scope and their effectiveness.Basing on this comparison,the forecast was a more efficient market forecasting tools.

After analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the current recommendation algorithms and the main problems of algorithms,the online supermarket goods recommendation method based on mixed mode had been put forward.In order to fill the user-rating-data matrix via adopting content-based recommendation,this paper constructed commodity sub-model by using good ontology concepts and attributes of goods.In the same way,it constructed user sub-model by using background information,rating data and query keywords of user to complete the k-means clustering.Then the results were generated by means of collaborative filtering algorithm.The experimental results suggested that hybrid algorithm revealed good performance.

Based on Wilson's concept,the paper defined postgraduates' information behavior as information inquiry,information utilization and information communication,and built a structural equation model of task complexity affecting postgraduates' information behavior with four relative hypotheses.The data was collected by questionnaire survey and analyzed by Lisrel 8.70 to verify the model and hypotheses.The results revealed that task complexity affected information inquiry ways and information utilization behavior.
