Knowledge sharing among users is significant for the development of the virtual community,and the Social Network Analysis(SNA)has been a popular research method in recent years,the paper aimed to analyze the principle and the perspective of the application of SNA for the virtual community knowledge sharing research.This paper discussed the application range of SNA and the characteristic of virtual community in detail,and expounded that SNA was a proper method to study the virtual community knowledge sharing in nature.The conclusion of literature research and empirical research demonstrated that the application perspective of SNA for the virtual community knowledge sharing research was feasible and scientific.

The development of social network makes Network Knowledge Community more and more universal.As the users number has accumulated,the users' continued using motivation has becoming an issue of concern.This paper studied user behavior initiation mechanism,and established the model of users behavior in Knowledge Community based on the three-dimensional structure.It will focus on analysis of the factors that influence the users' motivation and providing the better recommendations for the Knowledge Community website operators.

Online reviews have become the important reference for consumers,shopping,but the increasing mass information results in information overload.So judgement and identification of helfulness reviews have important research significance.Using text minning and statistic analysis methods,this paper studied the determinants of voting for the helpfulness of online reviews,from the viewpoint of information features and reviewer information of online reviews.And this paper analysed the impact of each variable on helpfulness of online reviews,based on online user reviews of Amazon.The results indicated that review rating had negative influence on the number of helpfulness votes;review information richness and reviewer's helpfulness of previous reviews had significant positive influence on the number of helpfulness votes.

This paper proposed a model for the user acceptance of a self-built resources system in university library,based on the study on the characteristics of digital resource systems and TAM(Technology Acceptance Model).It defined the variables of the proposed model,with the related measurement and indicators refined.After amending and verifying the model by the empirical analysis,it derived of the key factors which influence the user acceptance and put forward some suggestions to help the library formulate measures to improve the quality of services and optimize the resources system.

Based on the related theories of complex network,this paper discussed the complexity of social risk network of the Internet of things.In this paper,it made an abstraction and model description for the social risk network of the Internet of things,which was regarded as a complex network system,by using the relevant metric parameters of complex system.Study revealed that social risk network of the Internet of things have the rules of preferential selection and self-propagation.Managers and related industry leaders could clarify the type of expression and the evolution mechanism by drawing the topology diagrams of the social risk network,thus avoiding losses caused by social risk of the Internet of things.

Chinese Library Classification is a large comprehensive taxonomy in current,which is widely used in China.A comparison and analysis of the category evolution of "the G63 secondary education" in Chinese Library Classification from the first edition to the fifth edition were made at first.The changes of Special Subdivision Table were studied.After comparison and analyses of the evolution of "-4 education and popularization" of General Compound Table,it can be concluded that the Secondary Education Category Settings in Chinese library classification after these revisions has become increasingly applicable the categories of new technology and new topics can be added timely with the development of society.

How to provide with the most effective and reliable service in the cloud computing environment,has become a new challenge for digital library.This paper proposed a cloud service performance evaluation for digital libraries based on trust model,from security and risk,data availability,cloud service quality and controllability,cloud resources and economic dimensions.The evaluation results provided a quantitative data analysis foundation for cloud reading service for digital libraries under cloud computing environment.

The calculation of user's interest degree and amendment of user's interest are the essential content of personalized services research.Based on a set of user browsing behaviors,it introduced the concept of browsing rate,improve measurement method of stay time on webpage and established a calculation function of interest degree with variables browsing rate,stay time and browsing speed of webpage.At the same time,interest degree was imported into Vector Space Model and user's interest was presented by two-layer tree structure on the paper.Besides,fixed period amendment method of user's interest was given on the paper at last which could not only modify user interest in time,but also ease the problem of system's performance drop caused by user interest' real-time updating.

Based on the database of National Teacher Professional Development Surveys,this paper displayed the general utilization status of online educational resources of elementary and secondary school teachers,and discussed the factors which affect teachers to use online educational resources from the point of view of personal characteristic,instructional circumstance and education technology training.The results showed that the utilization of online educational resources was still low for elementary and secondary school teachers.The major factors which affect the utilization include age,degree,teaching period,location of school,participation in training and attitude towards training.To raise the utilization of online educational resources,the paper suggested that training more teachers about educational technology,especially for the older teachers and low-degree teachers,developing more practical resources,and assuring the utilization conditions.

Mobile library is a digital library mode that users accept the information service on the mobile phone provided by library in wireless access way.By systematically researching the library mobile information services in the domestic undergraduate colleges,this paper respectively investigated and analyzed the service model of the mobile library and its regional distribution,part publicity settings,services,as well as system stabilities.Finally several strategies for building an academic mobile library were proposed.

Baidu products such as Baidu Know,Baidu Pedia,and Baidu Document are knowledge sharing platforms based on Web2.0,where users can not only seek but also contribute knowledge,which are regarded as important social library systems.Building on the digital divide,this study explore user perceived differences of ease of use(capability divide)and perceived usefulness(output divide)in the hopes that a better understanding of the differences can help facilitate the healthy development of social library systems.First,the instrument was designed and developed.Second,a large scale survey was conducted.Third,data analysis was employed,including the test of the measurement model validity,the frequency calculation and the correlation analysis.Based on the data analysis,a figure was presented to demonstrate the distribution of difference and a significant correlation was found between the capability divide and outcome divide.

Chinese Geographical Science,founded earliest focused on Geographical Science in China,is a comprehensive English journal.Analysis on citations of published articles would help to understand the changing characteristics and provide the basis for the development of the journal.According to the date from Web of Science,this paper analyzed statistically the citations of the articles published during 2002-2012 based on the bibliometrical method.The amount of articles published,the mean cited rate of each article,citations of each article,the time distribution of the cited articles,major distribution of cited articles and the types of cited articles were analyzed,which showed the major problems existing in current developing of the journal.This paper provided some measurements for further improvement,with a view to referring the development of the journal and promoting the development of geographical sciences.

Online reviews have been an important factor that affects customer's behavior of on-line purchase.This paper studied the influence of online reviews and reviewer's digital characteristics to the helpfulness of the reviews across Amazon.cn.An analysis of 1845 reviews from Amazon.cn across five products indicated that review depth and reviewer ranking have a positive effect on the helpfulness of the review.Brand moderates the effect of review depth on the helpfulness of the review.Besides,the effect of review extremity on the helpfulness of the review also moderated by brand.For products with big brand,there is a"U"relationship between review extremity and the helpfulness of the review.

The Cross-language retrieval is an important method of information retrieval.In order to improve the cross-language retrieval efficiency,it adapts the method of semantic extension.By analyzing the design idea and workflow,it builds a kind of cross-language automatic retrieval model based on semantic extension.Focusing on its semantic extension,knowledge base and expounding the result clustering design,the semantic understanding segmentation method of word segmentation method is proposedand adapts the Single-Pass clustering algorithm.The experimental results show that this model can effectively improve the cross-language retrieval recall and precision.

This study examined the role of self-esteem and altruism in the relationship between SNS information sharing attitude and information sharing behavior.According to the different types of information in Ren-Ren,it divided the information sharing attitude and behavior into four categories,including knowledge,thoughts,entertainment and emotions.The data was from 231 users of Ren-Ren and result suggested self-esteem could moderate the relationship between SNS information sharing attitude and information sharing behavior in the first two types of information while altruism could act as moderators only in the second type,i.e.,thoughts.The result had significant implications for SNS-based marketing.

Though bibliometries and content analysis,this paper analysed published articles on library digital resources at home and abroad during 2003-2012.It was found that the library digital resources evaluation was a well-developed field,and it need to combine with other areas to explore new research directions.The periodical distribution of literature at home and abroad was relatively concentrated,core authors and team were insufficient.Through the keywords visualization and clustering analysis,it was found that the situation at home and abroad are different,and the domestic focused on theoretical research,but abroad pay more attention to practical research.The method,index and the user of library digital resources evaluation had become the emphasis of research.
