Based on the database of National Teacher Professional Development Surveys,this paper displayed the general utilization status of online educational resources of elementary and secondary school teachers,and discussed the factors which affect teachers to use online educational resources from the point of view of personal characteristic,instructional circumstance and education technology training.The results showed that the utilization of online educational resources was still low for elementary and secondary school teachers.The major factors which affect the utilization include age,degree,teaching period,location of school,participation in training and attitude towards training.To raise the utilization of online educational resources,the paper suggested that training more teachers about educational technology,especially for the older teachers and low-degree teachers,developing more practical resources,and assuring the utilization conditions.
