This article mainly researched on concepts mapping between"Chinese Thesaurus"and"Science & Technology English Super-thesaurus",then established an optimized and ordered mapping mode.It conducted experiments by using Semantic similarity algorithm based on the Google distance to calculate the semantic distance between English and primary word.Through experimental analysis,it got the sort of English words by similarity mapping mode to achieve a corresponding number of English words and Chinese words and arrange them in descending.The results obtained by sorting meet the basic requirements,some words require manual correction.

This paper used four index including knowledge donating average and variance,knowledge collecting average and variance to construct team knowledge sharing behavior structure,and described some classical structure characterize.Based on IPO model,this paper studied the effect of team-based reward and team sharing atmosphere on team sharing behavior structure,and the effect of team sharing behavior structure on team sharing effectiveness including sharing satisfaction,task performance and team innovation.Some proposition was proposed and a research model was constructed based on a new perspective for further study in the future.

Lacking knowledge element representation,with the increasing of data and information growth,it has been an urgent problem to be solved.How to represent knowledge element is the key to achieve the knowledge retrieval.The paper proposed a representation method of"Concept-Relationship-Problem",Through giving a kind of recessive description method of relations between attributes of knowledge elements,the incompleteness of knowledge inference is conquered.Therefore,the goal of comprehensive knowledge support to knowledge retrieval could be realized by means of the proposed knowledge element model.In the end of the paper,an example is analyzed to prove the efficiency and practicability of the knowledge element model.

This paper explored the influencing factors of Wechat users' continuance intention based on the expectation-confirmation model,social presence and flow experience theory.Data collected from 308 respondents was analyzed with structural equation modeling.The results showed that perceived usefulness and satisfaction affect Wechat users' continuance intention significantly;and social presence and flow experience have indirect effects on Wechat users' continuance intention.

In order to consider the influence of opinion leaders on rumors spreading process,on the basis of the infectious disease model ISR,the paper built micro-blog rumors spreading model that considering hibernation was awaken by opinion leaders,gave corresponding average field equations,and analyzed it find the threshold of the spreading of rumors,using MATLAB to the results of numerical simulation and analysis of the model.Simulation results showed that in the process of rumor spreading,due to the wake up mechanism,the rumors influence eventually increases,accelerate the rumor over time.Government departments and micro-blog rumors control department can supervision over the post through the opinion leaders and try to avoid opinion leaders consciously or unconsciously involved in the rumor spreading,reduce the impact of spreading rumors on the public and the society.

The development of network virtual community depends on the community knowledge sharing degree.Building a game model and analysis,this paper found that incomplete information,finite repetition,and no sharing initial strategy would lead to knowledge sharing in virtual communities to be immersed in predicament.However,it's possible to make the game reach to the new equilibrium,while the period of boundary becomes infinite,i.e.,members of the community relay on obtaining knowledge through virtual community.And the incentive mechanism and improving the community knowledge quantity could make this possibility into reality.

According to the characteristics of the development of government affairs micro-blog,the behavior of E-public service participation was divided into 2 levels,which were"attention level"and"interaction level".With reference to the TAM model,motivation theory and trust theory,an E-public participation model of government affairs micro-blog was proposed in the article.The observed variables of each latent variables of the model were given and the hypotheses of the model were tested based on structural equation model by the data from the questionnaire.Finally,some suggestions were given to increase the e-participation in government affairs micro-blog service on the basis of the empirical study's results.

The paper analyzed how postgraduates share information in academic virtual community and as a composite higher-order factor predicated knowledge sharing behaviors.The study is based on a sample of 250 high-level postgraduates user from pinggu-BBS.By using the methods of exploratory factor analysis(EFA)as well as confirmatory factor analysis(CFA)and building the structural equation model of knowledge sharing behaviors of postgraduates under conditions of academic virtual community.The result showed that motivation,community atmosphere and self-efficacy have a positive and direct influence on sharing willingness; community atmosphere have a positive and direct influence on sharing behaviors while motivation and self-efficacy don't have an obvious influence on sharing behaviors;sharing willingness has a positive and direct influence on sharing behaviors.The last part of the thesis put forward the relative suggestions and limitation of research in improving knowledge sharing willingness and behaviors of postgraduates.

The rapid development of mobile reading has attracted more and more attention in recent years.Based on characteristics of mobile reading,this article integrated the extensional ECM-IT model and successful DM ISSM model,constructed the continuance intention research model of mobile reading users,then empirically researched these models,and then mainly got the following conclusions:a:the extensional ECM-IT model and the successful DM ISSM model are adapted to the research on continuance intention of mobile reading users;b:satisfaction,perceived usefulness(utilitarian value),perceived enjoyment(hedonic value)and perceived cost level significantly influence users to continuously use mobile reading;c:the content of mobile reading service,interface functions and format design of mobile reading application significantly influence the users' satisfaction;social characteristics of mobile reading service,such as sharing,comment and so on,no significantly influence the satisfaction of mobile reading users.

Considering how to control and guide microblog net-mediated public sentiment,a complex-network-based graph-analytical approach was proposed.Based on the analysis of relationship data generated by users that commented on and forwarded one topic of the microblog,graphs of user nodes network are built,and by analyzing the modularity graph,path graphs and centrality graphs,user nodes that are highly active on public sentiment and have wide breadth propagation,deep depth propagation and fast speed propagation are evaluated quantitatively and qualitatively.Besides,these nodes are controlled and guided effectively,which may be used to slowly spread the net-mediated public sentiment and guide the direction of the public topic.Taking some microblog community data as sample data,and using complex network software Gephi as analysis tool,the correctness and effectiveness of the a complex-network-based graph-analytical approach which was used to identify the key nodes in the process of the public sentiment control were verified.

The evaluation of digital archives knowledge service capacity is affected by archival resources,service,development ability,management and costs,but not all the influence factors can be measured in quantity.Through the idea of combining qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis,this paper adopted the method of the analytic hierarchy process to determine indicator system and weights and then put forward the evaluation method on the user's based knowledge service capacity for digital archives,and then verified it.It was to assist archives information workers to make a good evaluation on knowledge service capacity for digital archives from theory and practice,so as to improve the knowledge service capacity and user satisfaction.

Information literacy education merging into project-based professional course teaching is a kind of education form of promoting information literacy education in University Library thoroughly and effectively,and also the education form with more beneficiaries.This paper analyzed ways and methods of modular information literacy education and the project-based professional course teaching.It is feasible to put both into integrated teaching.To integrate modular information literacy education and the project-based professional course teaching,the author explored from three aspects:classroom teaching and network teaching platform and extracurricular learning space.The practice indicated that modulus curriculum of information literacy education can merge into the project-based professional course teaching,which is flexible and regulatory.It contributed to students' autonomous learning and innovative thinking.

The assessment of library organizational climate is helpful to improve library service quality from the perspective of librarians' feedback.In order to study the relation between organizational climate and service quality in academic libraries and examined whether localization evaluation index system created by the domestic scholars is reasonable,this paper constructed a theoretical model,which took organizational climate as the antecedent,job performance as the mediating variable,and service quality as the outcome variable.The findings revealed that there is a positive and significant relation between librarians's ervice and interpersonal relationship as well as growth space through employee performance.It was as also shown that there is no direct association between management policy and service quality as well as employee performance,and organizational citizenship behavior played a mediator effect obviously.Therefore,the results indicated that interpersonal relations and the growth space are more crucial,but management policy left to be discussed.
