Virtual Community knowledge assets includes the explicit knowledge(such as test, picture etc)and the members' tacit knowledge.This paper aimed to proposes a knowledge organization model which can organization both explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge.Based on FCA and SNA, this paper proposed the"Virtual Community Member Knowledge Ontology", which gave consideration to both of them.The Author first elucidated the connotation of ontology of virtual community member knowledge, and analyzed the relationship between FCA and ontology, and believed that it's of feasibility and suitability to adapt FCA to create ontology of virtual community member knowledge.However, the limitation of this process is pointed out.To break through the limitation, SNA is adapted in order to find the community opinion leaders.Based on the above principles, this paper at last put forward the process of creating the ontology of virtual community member knowledge based on FCA and SNA.

In the process of building evaluation index system for library by focus interview, apart from recording the participants' oral proposal, the credibility of those suggestions should be considered, and their inner thoughts should be dug out.By the knowledge of psychology and behavioral science, the relationships among body language, the way and content speaker said are analyzed.With the information of speaker's body language, the credibility of his oral content is evaluated.Furthermore, by the body language of the participant while other speaker is expressing their views, participant's support degree to the speaker is accessed.Finally, the method to correct the oral suggestion of this participant by his support degree is given too.

The game theory model of the libraries and the database vendors is formulated in this article, it also pointed out the prisoner's dilemma was the Nash equilibrium of the game between the libraries and the database vendors, it analysed the causes of the prisoner's dilemma and also had an analysis of the possibility and necessity to break prisoner's dilemma between the libraries and the database vendors.Based on the perspective of Karldor Hicks Priciple, some strategies to break prisoner's dilemma were proposed.

In our country, the development of guidance and control about emergency's online public opinion undergoes three parts:starting, agitating and adjusting and deep developing.From the perspective of deliberative democracy to rethink the problems in guidance and control about emergency's online public opinion, the paper found four reasons.The first is the lack of macroscopic planning.The second is single target and strong utility color.The third is internal coordination difficulties from divided institutions.The fourth is the slow supporting measures.From the perspective of innovation of deliberative democracy, guidance and control about emergency's online public opinion needs the scientific micro planning to command overall arrangements, pursues the combination of instrumental rationality and value rationality, establishes multiple and effective mechanism of control subjects, and builds solid social supporting and follow-up measures.

This paper discussed the relationship between interactive utility of user-generated content and brand attitude, as well as the moderate effect of susceptibility to interpersonal influence from the perspective of online brand community.The study found that the social utility, information utility and entertainment utility positively influence brand attitude;normative influence factor in the susceptibility to interpersonal influence has moderate effect on the relationship between social utility and brand attitude as well as entertainment utility and brand attitude, however, informational influence factor in the susceptibility to interpersonal influence has moderate effect on the relationship between information utility and brand attitude.

According to the influence factors of public library personnel performance evaluation and the characteristics of information.How to improve index system of public library personnel performance evaluation is urgent problem to be solved, this article was based on the characteristics of public library personnel, from four dimensions of performance evaluation"morality, ability, work, performance"as the index system research way for constructing public library personnel performance evaluation.By AMOS19.0 and SPSS19.0, the paper adopt the method of multistage structural equation model of second-order factors to analysis the key factors which affecting the performance evaluation of personnel in the public library, and verification or correction the performance evaluation model.At Last, the study found that"quality, ability index, work attitude and the performance evaluation"were all key indicators affecting of public library personnel performance evaluation, and the paper provided a reference to the future research of public library personnel performance evaluation index system.

According to four aspects:the user, the trade company, the online product and the publishing platform, the paper analyzed the effects of these intrinsic characteristics of four aspects on online product reviews.In the course of the study, the information of online product reviews was divided into three dimensions:the content, the quantity and the forming speed.In order to conduct a comprehensive, systematic analysis, this paper made the four concepts correspond to every dimension and finally put forward a theoretical model of influencing factors of online product reviews.The paper provided a reference for the next step of relevant empirical study.

This paper constructed the evaluation indicator system of knowledge complexity of the network public opinion from the view of knowledge management.The design of indicator system is fully taken into account the knowledge complexity of network public opinion.Based on the full analysis of the factors affecting knowledge complexity of network public opinion, the evaluation indicator system of knowledge complexity of the network public opinion is established according to the method of indicator quantification and the mapping function of the complexity.At last, the validity of the indicator system is tested using gray similarity and deviation analysis method.The result showed that the validity index of the evaluation indicator system is relatively high so that the system can be used as decision-making reference for government dealing with the network public opinion using the knowledge management theory and method.

Knowledge sharing, depends largely on the interpersonal communication.Consider that interpersonal communication was composed of consultation network, emotional network, general trust and special trust, Firstly, 4 hypotheses was proposed and the questionnaire was developed, Secondly, network datum were collected.Finally, this paper conducted centrality analysis and QAP regression analysis on the the two small research university team.Conclusion show that the consultation Network, general trust and special trust and had positive correlation with knowledge sharing, and the test was significant, and the centrality of them was higher, the effect of knowledge sharing was better, while emotional network had negative correlation with knowledge sharing.

The information dissemination of the WeChat is studied with the method which combines complex-network-based modeling and agent-based modeling.The complex network is established through the analysis on the interactive rule of information, and the Agent model is built upon the work searching for relevant variables which affect individual dissemination behaviors.For the information interacation between Agents, three evolution rules based on these variables are presented.This study revealed the mechanism of WeChat information diffusion and contributes to controlling and making better use of WeChat.

Micro-blog has rapidly gained worldwide popularity and has grown into a major method for commercial promotion for most of the companies in china, An influential micro-blog can spread information more efficiently.However, most of the telecom operators' micro-blog accounts lack of such influence.The present study built an influence evaluation system of telecom operators' micro-blog based on the data of 200 micro-blog accounts with the method of factor analysis, and applied to 30 telecom operators micro-blog accounts, the results verified the scientific and practical implication of the influence evaluation system, which could be used by the telecom operators to promote their micro-blog influence and eventually propagate their products.This study put forward some specific strategies according to the results.

Institutional repository is a new way of research communication, which realizes knowledge dissemination through network.Thus network impact is one of the important factors to evaluate Institutional repository.U.S.and U.K.own the largest number of institutional repository at today, and China and India are the representative of developing country.This study made the empirical evaluation of institutional repositories' network influence in China, U.S., U.K.and India.The study used five indices:the scale of website, the site links, the extent of display on the internet, the papers and MozRank.Network impact of IR were ranked by TOPSIS Method;Correlation test between indicators and rank was analyzed by Spearman Correlation Test.The result showed that the network impact of IR in U.S.is the best, and U.K.is the second, China and India are third and four.

A bibliometric analysis was conducted based on collection of literature on Antarctic research in Germany from the database of Web of Science.The study included chronological distribution, author affiliations, author cooperation, discipline and keywords.Some conclusions had been made:literature on Antarctic theme had been grown steadily from 1990s;Alfred Wegener Institute Polar Marine Research was the major force in Antarctic research;authors had formed frequent, stable relationship of cooperation;predominant disciplines of Antarctic research included geology, environment science and ecology and oceanography;the focus of the study was the Southern Ocean.

Based on a total of 4362 pedagogy papers included in SCI, SSCI and A & HCI databases from 2007 to 2013, using clustering, social network and strategy diagram, this paper analyzed the research focus, evolution and trends.The results showed that the research of international education papers in China focuses on seven aspects, including interactive learning, intelligent tutoring teaching, m-learning, higher education, special education, teacher education and e-learning.Since 2008 the education research has great development and research topics are more abundant.After 2010 the traditional research topics are deepened and new research themes are also emerging.Interactive learning is a core hot spot, m-learning, special education, teacher education and e-learning in the research of edge location while intelligent tutoring teaching and high education are potential research themes.

Analyzing of the basic situation and cooperation status of the fund paper published in the field of computer science of APEC members has great significance in deepening the understanding of the scientific status quo, promoting technological innovation cooperation, enhancing the level and performance of technology services as well as strengthening the combined degree of technology and economy.Based on the Web of Science databases, the paper analyzed the fund paper's productivity and influence by using bibliometric analysis method from the perspective of the number of papers, age distribution, the average number of funding per paper, citation frequency and funding agency.Through social network analysis tools, the paper drew a network of cooperation among APEC members and analyzes its characteristics.Results showed that:In the field of Computer Science, the funding grants has an important role on the output of high level of scientific papers, particularly significant for China;The funding's impact on the overall thesis is not obvious, but its impact on highly cited papers is significant;Agencies funded most papers are the highest level of national academic institutions from each member;There is a close cooperation among APEC members, especially the United States and China.

This paper concentrated on R & D knowledge and established an index system to evaluate its conversion efficiency, in which the panel data of ten years are selected and thirty districts in China are divided into five regions depending on economic development degree.Then a static analysis on conversion efficiency of R & D knowledge was made from the region dimension via BCC-DEA method, while a dynamic research was carried in the double dimensions of region and time by utilization of the Malmquist-DEA method.Based on the results, conversion situations of R & D knowledge in different regions are analyzed and the ranking of average value of conversion efficiency is obtained.
