[Purpose/Significance] Simulation based on system dynamics can comprehensively capture the dynamics of complex social systems under the influence of policies, accurately simulate the cumulative impact of policy interventions over time, and evaluate the implementation effect of policies, which plays an extremely important role in promoting the scientific and efficient formulation and use of policy tools and improving the effectiveness of policies. [Method/Process] Taking the implementation of fertility policy as an example, based on key influencing factors such as fertility rate and environmental influencing parameters such as education and economy, this paper constructed a simulation system based on system dynamics through Vensim PLE.The model dynamically demonstrated the interactions between the population—policy—economy subsystems and designed and implemented three differentiated policy intervention scenarios, and conducted in-depth simulations to predict the paths of demographic change and the evolutionary trends under different policy orientations. [Result/Conclusion] It is found that the liberalization of fertility policies had effective in mitigating the ageing trend while promoting population growth.However, the impact of the policy is waning and structural changes and adjustments are urgently needed.
[Purpose/Significance] The governance of illegal use of digital resources in academic libraries involves complex interactions among multiple stakeholders, and a single-dimensional analytical perspective fails to effectively reconcile and resolve this conflict at the systemic level. [Method/Process] This paper adopted an evolutionary game theory framework, constructing a tripartite evolutionary game model involving data suppliers, college libraries, and users, further investigating the behavioral patterns and equilibrium stabilization strategies of each party.By constructing a hierarchical model to assign values to parameters, the paper aimed to enhance the reliability and authenticity of the simulation analysis results.Through MATLAB-based simulation experiments, it delved into the impact mechanisms and effect pathways of various factors on the evolutionary game, clarifying the dynamic interplay and associated structures among these interest-bearing entities. [Result/Conclusion] The research findings reveal that the game model presents two distinct evolutionary stable strategy states.Based on the current status quo of illegal usage of data resources, the study proposes targeted suggestions for each of the three parties involved in the game.
[Purpose/Significance] The digital economy policy has become an important policy tool for the government to promote economic development, and an empirical analysis of the effectiveness of China's local digital economy policy implementation can be helpful to promote the local economy to achieve high-quality development. [Method/Process] This paper examined the impact of local digital economic policies on regional economic development using the PSM-DID method with panel data from 337 prefecture-level and above cities in China from 2010 to 2021. [Result/Conclusion] Local digital economic policies significantly promote regional economic growth.However, their promotional effects exhibit a two-year time lag.The implementation of digital economic policies proves to be more effective in cities with larger population sizes or higher administrative levels.Additionally, the impact of digital economic policies on regional economies in central and western regions exceeds that in eastern regions.
[Purpose/Significance] The science fund system is an important way for countries to enhance scientific research.Identifying the funding direction and effectiveness of science funds plays a key role in perceiving the situation of science and technology development. [Method/Process] This study proposed the key phrase extraction rules to identify the phrases of science funds, and the ambiguity effects of synonyms and near synonyms were eliminated using semantic similarity.And then, a word co-occurrence network was constructed by moving dynamic sliding windows.After semantic weighting, the fund topics were identified based on the community detection algorithm named Infomap.The experiment collected 1812 projects from National Natural Science Foundation of China and 2807 projects from National Science Foundation of the United States, which were related to the field of integrated circuits.The experiments showed that the method would be able to accurately identify topics and the efficiency of funds. [Result/Conclusion] The National Natural Science Foundation of China and the National Science Foundation of the United States both cover major research topics in the field of integrated circuits, but there are obvious differences in the direction of focus and intensity.The average citation frequency of papers funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China is relatively low, and the funded institutions are comparatively homogeneous.
[Purpose/Significance] The output performance of technology innovation leadership is closely related to the innovation team and crucial in the increasingly complex technology innovation collaborations.However, existing research on technology innovation leadership mostly focuses on qualitative discussions.This study delves into the evolution mechanism of technology innovation leadership networks from a quantitative perspective, which helps further promote technology innovation collaboration. [Method/Process] Driven by the data in the pharmaceutical field, this paper set the search rules, leadership rules and innovation rules of the innovation subject, used the average scientific and technological innovation leadership gain and the average scientific and technological innovation leadership gain diffusion rate in order to evaluate the index to measure the diffusion effect of technological innovation leadership, simulated the diffusion process of technological innovation leadership, and further explored the dynamic relationship between multidimensional proximity and the diffusion of technological innovation leadership. [Results/Conclusion] The results show that the weight of multidimensional proximity has an important impact on the diffusion of technological innovation leadership.Different proximity plays different roles in different stages of network evolution.This paper comprehensively and meticulously characterizes the limitations of the specific effects of multidimensional proximity on different stages of the evolution of STI leadership networks, and then provides reference for the development of institutions/enterprises and innovative individuals.
[Purpose/Significance] Applying virtual digital humans for teaching in educational environments can lead to more efficient online learning for users.This study aims to investigate the impact of virtual digital human characteristics on the effectiveness of users' online learning, providing insights for the design of online instructional videos and the optimization of teaching strategies to enhance learner efficiency. [Method/Process] Based on the theory of parasocial interaction, the study designed instructional video materials featuring virtual digital humans with VTube Studio software, which explored the situation of virtual teachers teaching in online learning environments.Users were recruited to watch the instructional video, and their subjective perceptions were measured. [Result/Conclusion] The features of attractiveness and anthropomorphism of virtual digital humans have a positive impact on online learning performance through a chain-mediated effect of users' attitudes and learning satisfaction with the virtual humans.Additionally, a masking effect exists between the anthropomorphism and learning performance mediation pathway.Parasocial interaction has a positive impact on learning satisfaction, but affects learning performance negatively.
[Purpose/Significance] Against the backdrop of frequent public health incidents, the demand for health information among the public is growing rapidly.Social media as an important way for users to obtain information, not only efficiently spreads health information, but also provides convenient conditions for the generation and dissemination of false health information.With the increasing penetration and influence of social media, users have a stronger sense of uncertainty about health information.In view of this, this article explores the mechanism of trust formation among social media health information users, in order to provide reference and inspiration for subsequent related research. [Method/Process] This paper deconstructed the elements that form user trust in social media health information, constructed a trust framework oriented towards user perception process, proposed a theoretical hypothesis model of user trust in social media health information from three aspects: user, information and environment, and then modified the structural model. [Results/Conclusion] The paper aims to clarify the process of perceived trust and psychological changes among social media health information users from a theoretical perspective.The paper also found that emotional polarity, involvement, source credibility, and conflict resolution have a significant positive impact on trust in hot reviews.Trust has a significant positive impact on adoption intention.Reference group norms have a significant positive impact on adoption intention.Trust plays a complete mediating role between emotional polarity, involvement, source credibility, and conflict resolution and willingness to adopt information in hot reviews.
[Purpose/Significance] Improving scientific data ethics governance can help regulate the scientific data collection, sharing and use, bring into the function of data as a key resource and element in research, and optimize scientific data management services. [Method/Process] This study analyzed the scientific data ethics policy using the UK as an example based on the Grounded Theory, summized the policy framework and content, revealed the governance characteristics through matrix coding and Social Network Analysis, and put forward suggestions for the scientific data ethics governance in China. [Result/Conclusion] Results indicate that the scientific data ethics policy framework includes 3 dimensions: the environment, subject and strategy.The environment involves applicable fields, subjects, concept definitions, problem analyses, and existing policies.The subject consists of the definition of governance subjects and collaboration promotion.The strategy includes governance guidance and measures at various stages.Accordingly, this research proposes four pathwayes: forming an ethical governance system, standarizing the ethical theory, clarifying the governance rights and responsibilities of all parties and the way of collaboration, and refining the ethical governance at all stages.
[Purpose/Significance] Under the surroundings of the national philosophy and social science development plan, responsible data governance has become an important driving force to promote the open sharing of social science data and contribute to social science research and innovation, and it is urgent to explore basic theories of responsible social science data governance. [Method/Process] This paper explored the conceptual elements and dimensions of responsible data governance by using thematic analysis method, and based on the conceptual relationship of international standard ISO704 : 2009 to combine the characteristics of social science data to explain the conceptual connotation of responsible social science data governance and its relationship with related concepts, characteristics, layers and corresponding contents, aiming to build a more comprehensive and systematic conceptual system. [Result/Conclusion] Responsible social science data governance is a process in which multiple subjects integrate the concepts and principles of responsible research and innovation into the whole life cycle of social science data by using appropriate governance mechanisms and means under the existing data governance environment, so as to ensure all processes and results involving social science data are responsible.It has such the characteristics as responsibility, reflection, foresight, openness and instrumentality, and can be divided into strategy layer, data layer and activity layer.
[Purpose/Significance] The study gives the limitations of privacy protection mechanisms in smart medical scenarios, studying the privacy behavior interactions among patients, medical institutions, smart medical platforms, and governments is of great practical significance for maintaining privacy security. [Method/Process] Based on evolutionary game theory, a four-party game model of patients, medical institutions, smart medical platforms and governments was constructed.The study calculated the benefit matrix based on the benefits, costs, losses, etc.of each party's behavioral strategies, solved the evolutionary stable strategies of each subject and the system, and considered the impact of different factors on the subject's behavioral strategy selection and the stable state of the system. [Results/Conclusion] Patients' privacy disclosure behavior is closely related to the service benefits obtained after disclosing privacy.The privacy protection investment cost and privacy leakage probability of medical institutions significantly impact their privacy protection behavior.The government rewards and penalties and fines income of the smart medical platform and input costs are key factors affecting its strict management behavior.The government's regulatory behavior is closely related to factors such as reward and punishment mechanisms.By applying the models and methods in this study, the privacy protection mechanism can be dynamically adjusted, the responsibilities of all parties can be clarified, and the sustainable and healthy development of smart medical care can be promoted.
[Purpose/Significance] Precision is the goal of the development of community elderly care services and an important standard for measuring the level of community elderly care services.There is a supply-demand contradiction in the current development of community elderly care services, and the level of precision needs to be improved.The rapid development of digital intelligent environments such as big data and artificial intelligence has brought historical opportunities to improve the precision of community elderly care services, and research and exploration of the influence mechanism on the precision level of community elderly care services is a prerequisite for improving the precision of services. [Method/Process] Based on the value-network model, the grounded theory research method was used to conduct coding analysis on the semi-structured survey interviews with representatives of relevant participants in community elderly care services with reference to the classic grounded theory paradigm of"context-conditions-action-results", and the influence mechanism of value-network on the community elderly care precision services in digital intelligence environment was researched. [Result/Conclusion] A"Rocket Model"of the influence mechanism is constructed to analyze the influencing factors and mechanism of value-network on the precision of community elderly care services from three levels: macro, meso and micro.Among them, "Digital Intelligence Technology Empowerment"is the key influencing factor.The study answers the question of "what is the influence mechanism of value-network on community elderly care precision services in the digital environment", and points out the direction for further exploration of specific strategies to improve the precision level of community elderly care services.
[Purpose/Significance] Scholars mostly focused on pursuing the cutting-edge technology of medical intelligence Q&A, with less exploration and research on basic theories, and the two have not been integrated and developed. [Method/Process] On the basis of distinguishing relevant concepts, this study first elaborated on the connotation and characteristics of wisdom Q&A services in the field of online healthcare.Then, it deeply analyzed the connection between knowledge graphs and large language models, as well as the complementary integration ideas of the two in the field of online healthcare wisdom Q&A.Finally, it proposed a framework of online medical health wisdom Q&A services driven by knowledge graphs and large language models. [Result/Conclusion] The article integrates the theoretical characteristics of medical wisdom Q&A services throughout the entire process of wisdom Q&A services, and innovatively proposes that its wisdom Q&A services should include three parts: the construction of medical knowledge graphs driven by large language models, the training of medical large models enhanced by knowledge graphs, and the process of wisdom Q&A services driven by knowledge graphs and large language models.This study achieved a deep integration of theory and technology, and the research results can be used for practical work in subsequent medical wisdom Q&A services.
