[Method/Process] The article was based on the theory of endogenous growth, combined with the connotation and characteristics of data elements and new quality productivity, and elabporated on the basic logic of data elements driving the development of new quality productivity from four dimensions: technology, talent, capital, and innovation.Based on this, corresponding paths were constructed and planned. [Purpose/Significance] Currently, there is a diversified understanding of the new quality of productivity, but most of the response is from the perspective of economics.The study aims to analyze educational concepts, systems, and even more microcosmic curriculum development related to the issue of new quality productivity, which can help to touch on the essence of the internal logic of science and technology innovation talents cultivation and education, and provide some inspiration for the issue of scientific and technological talents cultivation. [Method/Process] The paper used historical and theoretical research methods to analyze the deeper connotation of the new quality of productivity and the positioning of historical prescriptive, searched their association logic with higher education, and explored the path of scientific and technological talent cultivation in response to the drawbacks of professional education. [Purpose/Significance] Revealing the characteristics and structure of New Quality Productivity (NQP), deeply understand the essential meaning of NQP. [Method/Process] First, the paper summarized the core connotations of NQP from the important speeches of President Xi Jinping.Second, extracted keywords from the full texts of papers related to NQP using the large language model ERNIE-bot 4.0.Subsequently, a stochastic block model was applied to explore the structural equivalence of NQP keyword co-occurrence network.Third, displayed connotations of NQP and their structure with knowledge graph technology.Finally, discussed the hierarchical structure of the core connotations of NQP. [Result/Conclusion] Studies on NQP closely revolve around the core connotations of Xi Jinping NQP theory.The full-text keyword co-occurrence network shows a core-periphery structure, with keywords in the center representing the core connotations of NQP.Technology innovation and high-quality development occupy the core position of co-word network, forming the primary connotations of NQP and being the core content of academic research.Keywords such as digital technology, data elements, strategic emerging industries, future industries, talent cultivation, and green development are in the secondary core positions in the co-word network. Results of the word frequency and combination relationship networks further suggest that digital technology and data elements are crucial connotations of NQP and focal points of related studies.Strategic emerging industries and future industries represent major connotations of NQP and are key research topics.Talent resources and green development are important extensions of NQP core connotations and are significant topics in studies.Additionally, the scope of NQP studies is extensive covering areas such as governance systems and open-door policies, which are top-level design requirements for NQP high-quality development.
[Purpose/Significance] Promoting the transformation of data elements into new quality productive forces has become an important issue for policy makers and practitioners, therefore it being of practical significance to analyze the rationality and scientificity of data elements policies. [Method/Process] Using the policy documents quantitative analysis method, this paper analyzed how policies promote the transformation of data elements into new productive forces.This paper used the following analytical framework: policy subject, policy tool, policy target, and the logic of the data element value chain: collection, storage, governance, transaction and application. [Results/Conclusions] This paper finds that: (1)The central policy entities are relatively scattered, and the local governments with developed digital economy have a significant driving role.(2)Supply side policy tools and environmental side policy tools are the main policy tools, with digital innovation, data application, data transaction, and data governance as the main policy targets.(3)There are some differences in the layout and combination of policy tools and policy targets between central and local governments.(4)To improve policy efficiency, the policy system can be optimized, such as the combination of policy subjects, policy targets, and policy tools, as well as the combination of universal and special policy tools.
[Purpose/Significance] The change of information dissemination and communication methods and the popularity of mobile terminal equipment have brought problems such as overload and stress to personal information management, triggering personal information avoidance behaviors.Investigating the mechanisms through which information overload and system feature overload influence personal information avoidance behavior is crucial for comprehending the occurrence process and triggers behind such behavior.Additionally, understanding these mechanisms can aid in optimizing the user experience with information recommendation services and information management tools. [Method/Process] Adopting a mixed research methodology, this study initially analyzed the key factors influencing personal information avoidance behavior using grounded theory.This process facilitated the construction of a theoretical model outlining the stages leading to the manifestation of personal information avoidance behavior.Subsequently, the study applied the theoretical framework of stressor-strain-outcome to empirically validate the pathways through which various factors influence personal information avoidance behavior in a quantitative research phase. [Result/Conclusion] Information overload and system feature overload positively affect emotional stress, and then lead to personal information avoidance behavior, resilience negatively regulates the relationship between system function overload and emotional stress; information literacy negatively regulates the relationship between information overload and emotional stress.The mixed approach in this study provides a new perspective for understanding the formation mechanism of personal information avoidance behavior, and provides insights for the optimization and improvement of personal information management practice, information recommendation services and information management tools.
[Purpose/Significance] The study aims to explore the influencing mechanism of social media users' algorithm awareness on their self-concealment behavior, which is helpful to improve the multi-governance system of algorithm governance in China, and provide a theoretical reference for the privacy management of social media users. [Methods/Process] Based on Privacy Calculus Theory, this paper explored the influencing mechanism of algorithm awareness on social media users' self-concealment behavior, and considered the moderating effect of platform trust.By collecting questionnaires from 730 social media users, the empirical study was conducted by using structural equation model and Bootstrap method. [Results/Conclusion] The results show that algorithm awareness has significant positive effects on privacy concerns, perceived benefits, privacy risk belief and self-concealment.Perceived benefit has no significant effect on privacy risk belief.Privacy risk belief has a partial mediating effect between algorithm awareness and self-concealment.Privacy concern and privacy risk belief have a chain mediating effect between algorithm awareness and self-concealment.Platform trust negatively regulates the relationship between algorithm awareness and self-concealment.
[Purpose/Significance] To provide reference for the governance of false health short videos, this research analyzed the impact of false health information features in short videos on users' multiple risk perceptions and explored the impact of different risk perceptions on users' willingness to share. [Method/Process] This research collected false health short videos from the TikTok, and then processed them for experiment.As such, this research analyzed the impact of short video features on users' multiple risk perceptions and willingness to share based on multiple linear regression. [Result/Conclusion] First, the avatars of the accounts posting false health short videos, as well as the screen form, voiceover form, and title tone of the short videos have different degrees of influence on the psychological, physiological and resource risks of the users, respectively.The influence of account authentication on user risk perceptions is not significant; Second, users' physical and resource risks significantly negatively affect their willingness to share; Psychological risk significantly positively affects users' willingness to share; Third, multiple risk perceptions have partial mediating effects on the influence of false health short video features on user sharing willingness.
[Purpose/Significance] The study aims to apply the theory of integrated diagnosis of traditional Chinese medicine to the process of mining the value of social demand data and provide systematic guidance for data empowerment decision-making. [Method/Process] Firstly, the study analyzed the effectiveness of the theory of combining the four diagnostic methods with the participation of data value mining, and constructed a theoretical model that includes five levels: "four diagnostic methods"and"participation of data".Secondly, a technical framework for social demand data mining was established based on statistical analysis, thematic analysis, sentiment analysis, predictive analysis, and knowledge organization.Finally, the study crawled the social demand data from the official website of the Suzhou Municipal People's Government for experimental analysis and built a prototype system. [Result/Conclusion] The feasibility of applying the theory of integrating four diagnostic methods into the analysis of social demand data is strong, which not only expands the application scenarios of integrating four diagnostic methods, but also provides practical solutions for the value mining of government data, innovating the path and research perspective of data-driven decision-making.
[Purpose/Significance] This paper delves into an effective classification model for handling mixed labels and complex samples, aiming to provide new perspectives for the practical application of fake news detection and the theoretical methods of classification recognition. [Method/Process] This paper utilized a two-stage identification process to classify complex samples through a burden-reducing training approach.In the first stage, feature vectors were extracted from three dimensions: semantics, topics, and emotions, to construct a multi-objective matching optimization model.Using the criterion of Pareto efficiency, mixed labels were separated and both strong and weak burden-reducing environments were established.In the second stage, heterogeneous graph neural networks were constructed in both environments to identify complex samples. [Result/Conclusion] This paper utilizes the Fake News Corpus Dataset for validation, and the conclusions indicate that burden-reducing training markedly improves the performance of neural networks; the two-stage process effectively manages mixed labels.
[Purpose/Significance] As China's data element market transitions from a disorderly and spontaneous exploration stage to an orderly and standardized formal exploration stage, data security issues have become particularly prominent and have risen to the national strategic level.Exploring the synergy between China's data security policies and scientific research can provide important reference and guidance for promoting scientific research on data security and improving China's data security policies. [Method/Process] This article took 546 policies and 2446 research papers in the field of data security in China as samples, combined with the NMF topic model and Word2vec model, to identify the topics of policy texts and research papers, and explored the evolution and collaborative between China's data security policies and research topics through similarity calculation methods. [Results/Conclusion] China's data security policies and research topics exhibit a synergistic and evolving relationship, and there is a clear trend of collaborative research driven policies in data elements and cross-border data flow topics.
[Purpose/Significance] Establishing a reasonable distribution of expected benefits is of great significance for achieving cooperation intentions in federated computing. [Method/Process] The paper proposed a fuzzy modified Shapley value model for the distribution of expected income in federated computing.Firstly, the model reflects the direct contribution of data suppliers to the value of data products and the systematic impact of external environment on the income of data products by incorporating factors of prediction accuracy, application scenarios, and market environment.Secondly, the model adds factors of forecast robustness, data credit, and data input to reflect the indirect driving force of data supplier cooperation input and credit level on data cooperative development.Finally, in response to the issue of difficult to accurately measure expected income during trading matching, the model uses fuzzy numbers to express expected income, providing data suppliers with more stable expected income distribution results. [Result/Conclusion] Through simulation experiments, it is found that the fuzzy modified Shapley value method proposed in this paper could promote the formation of a more reasonable expected income distribution model.
[Purpose/Significance] The construction of the ethical order of scientific data sharing aims to strengthen the legitimacy and rationality of the sharing participants' behavior and normalize the sharing process and subjects' relationships.Scientific data sharing is a new type of data empowerment field, leading to the enhancement of the risk and uncertainty of scientific data sharing.Therefore, the construction of the ethical order of scientific data sharing is urgent in order to avoid the ethical disorder of scientific data sharing and data reuse. [Method/Process] On the basis of interpreting the connotation and attributes of the ethical order of scientific data sharing, the actual basis and the necessary requirements for the construction of the ethical order of scientific data sharing were demonstrated, and the construction approach of the ethical order of scientific data sharing was systematically discussed. [Result/Conclusion] The construction of the ethical order of scientific data sharing needs to follow the basic value criteria of idea fairness, process fairness and result justice, guarantee the effectiveness with institutional contract, ensure the enforceability with incentive mechanism, and realize the controllability with the logic of mutually beneficial symbiosis governance on the platform.
[Purpose/Significance] This study aims to analyze the current pain points in the development of emergency systems and explores how to leverage emergency intelligence to address these issues, thereby constructing an emergency intelligence system adapted to the socio-economic realities of China. [Method/Process] By conducting textual analysis of the"14th Five-Year Plan for Emergency System"documents from various regions, this study identified existing problems within the emergency system.Utilizing the characteristics of field theory elements, the study analyzed the causes of these problems and proposes solutions and methods for creating an emergency intelligence system that meets societal needs. [Results/Conclusion] Emergency intelligence should not be limited to responding to sudden incidents, it also should serve as a reference for decision-making in the improvement of the emergency system.Towards this goal, the study suggests clarifying the field of the emergency intelligence system and establishing habits for forming an emergency intelligence system, thereby facilitating the transformation of capital within the field of the emergency intelligence system.
[Purpose/Significance] It is of great significance to explore the influence of regional emerging industry innovation ecosystem on the flow of scientific and technological talents to optimize the structure of regional scientific and technological talents. [Method/Process] The paper examined the innovation ecosystem of the new energy automobile industry across 31 provinces and cities in China, adopting a perspective that links policy, technology, and industry.Integrating necessary condition analysis and fuzzy set qualitive comparative analysis, it employed a mixed method approach, to explore how the regional innovation ecosystems of emerging industries influenced the flow of scientific and technological talent. [Result/Conclusion] The paper reveals that: ①no single element of a regional emerging industry's innovation ecosystem constitutes a necessary condition for promoting the flow of scientific and technological talents; ②six distinct paths lead to the flow of scientific and technological talents, further categorized into three types: "policy—technology—industry omnipotent", "science and technology—driven", and"policy—driven".③the promotion paths of regional innovation ecosystems for emerging industries on the flow of scientific and technological talents are characterized by obvious heterogeneity of geographic regions, pilot policies and infrastructures, the linkage effect of each type of path is obvious, and the core role of the elements of the policy and science and technology sub-systems is relatively prominent, but the interaction between the industry and the science and technology sub-systems needs to be strengthened.
[Purpose/Significance] The information retrieval class is tasked with supporting students' thesis writing and various innovation and entrepreneurship competitions.However, the goal achievement degree of the information retrieval class has not been continuously improved in stages, which affects its support for other links.As a result, exploring how colleges and universities can improve the goal achievement of information retrieval courses based on the law of students' information behavior acquisition has become an urgent problem that needs to be solved. [Methods/Processes] To this end, this study started from the law of students' information acquisition behavior, combined the influence of new technologies on information retrieval courses, took economic management majors as an example, analyzed the formation mechanism of goal attainment in information retrieval courses, and focused on the strategy of improving goal attainment in information retrieval courses. [Results/Conclusions] It is found that the goal achievement degree of information retrieval class depends on students' information acquisition behavioral pattern and information acquisition satisfaction.Since the goal achievement degree of information retrieval class has not been adjusted according to the changes of the digital era, the knowledge points do not match well with the goal of professional graduation achievement.At the same time, the information retrieval course needs to keep up with the development of the times and incorporate new technologiesinto thecourse teaching in order to adaptto theever-changing requirements oftalentcultivation.
[Purpose/Significance] The impact of conflicting health information on public health has become increasingly prominent, but few studies have systematically reviewed and analyzed it.This paper summarizes the research progress of conflicting health information at home and abroad, finds out the achievements of existing research, and puts forward potential research directions worthy of attention in the future, so as to provide reference for the follow-up relevant study. [Method/Process] By analyzing and summarizing the main viewpoints and discussions of the research on conflicting health information at home and abroad in recent years, this paper summarized the definitions, causes and types of conflicting health information. [Result/Conclusion] In the future, further research on conflicting health information could be considered from three aspects: interdisciplinary theory integration for research on conflicting health information, research on health information adoption behavior in the context of conflicting health information, and research on intervention strategies for conflicting health information.
[Purpose/Significance] The sutdy aims to systematically examine and analyze the current situation, hotspots and frontiers of research on conflicting health information abroad, so as to fully grasp the development of this field and provide useful reference and support for future research directions. [Method/Process] Research literature on conflicting health information was retrieved from two foreign language databases, Web of Science and Elsevier ScienceDirect, and the VOSviewer visualization tool was used to analyze the publication trend, research hotspots and frontiers of the literature, and the analysis results were explained in detail. [Result/Conclusion] Research on conflicting health information abroad is in a stage of rapid development.Research hotspots include: causes and sources of conflicting health information, the impact of conflicting health information on public health cognition and behavior, public health decision-making under conflicting health information and conflicting health information coping and governance.In addition, research fronts cover conflicting health information from the perspective of uncertainty, the carryover effect of conflicting health information, and interdisciplinary theoretical research on conflicting health information.
