[Purpose/Significance] With the increasing number of research literature on policy text in China, a comprehensive review of relevant research literature published by domestic CSSCI journals helps to sort out the context of policy text analysis and research, and provides reference for further research on policy text in the future. [Method/Process] Based on the perspective of bibliometrics and visual analysis, the maps of Chinese policy text research were drawn, such as the author co-occurrence map, institutional co-occurrence map, keyword co-occurrence map, keyword clustering map, keyword mutation map, etc. [Results/Conclusion] It visually presents the cooperation between influential authors and research institutions in the research of policy text in China, reveals the development strategy of policy text research by analyzing the co-occurrence, clustering and mutation ofkey words, and summarizes the research methods, research perspectives and research areas.
[Purpose/Significance] It aims to provide reference for the formulation of subsequent policies through the quantitative evaluation of existing local public data policies. [Method/Process] Based on 25 local public data policy texts, this paper extracted high-frequency keywords through ROSTCM6, and constructed a PMC index model of local public data policy at a more granular level on the basis of the existing evaluation index system.Secondly, the study obtained the PMC index value of ten policy sample by quantitative evaluation, and drew the PMC surface chart according to better understand the advantages and disadvantages of each policy sample. [Result/Conclusion] The results show that the overall local public data policy is acceptable, 5 are good, 5 are acceptable, and they perform well in policy areas, nature, policy departments, and content, and need to be improved in terms of policy tools, effectiveness, and evaluation.
[Purpose/Significance] Public data plays a crucial role in the data driven society, which promotes industrial transformation and upgrading, accelerating the pace of data economy development and other fields.Therefore, establishing and improving policies and regulations for public data, strengthening top-level design and construction plays a positive role in promoting the development of the digital economy, improving competitiveness, and enhancing the government's social governance capacity and scientific decision-making. [Methods/Process] With the help of the qualitative text analysis software NVivo 12PLUS, this paper conducted open coding, correlation coding and core coding for the public data management measures issued by seven provincial regions, including Beijing, Shanghai and Guangdong, to form a coding statistics table.Finally, according to the statistical results of the text analysis, the study put forward corresponding suggestions. [Results/Conclusion] According to the coding results, the research sample attaches great importance to the construction of the responsibility system and has a clear supporting logic in the open use.However, the security guarantee and supervision management of public data still need to be improved, and put forward corresponding suggestions to better adapt to the construction and development of public data.
[Purpose/Significance] A sound public data openness policy is an important guarantee to ensure the effective opening of public data in China.This paper analyzes the text of open public data policy in China, reveals the supply characteristics of China's open public data policy, and provides reference for relevant departments to formulate policies and high-quality open public data. [Method/Process] The study searched the policy texts related to open public data in China in the" www.pkulaw.cn "and the official websites of Chinese governments at all levels, and conducted manual secondary screening.Then it used the LDA model method to cluster quantitative analysis of public data opening policy, and then summarized the supply characteristics of open public data policy. [Result/Conclusion] The supply characteristics of open public data policy in China show obvious"differences"and"imbalances".Emphasizing openness in daily situations and not giving enough attention to openness in"stressful situations"; At the same time, there is also an imbalance in the"fields"and"regions"involved in the policy of public data openness as well as a lack of constructing an open public data policy network covering a wide range of fields to promote the effective release of value in public data.
[Purpose/Significance] Non-fungibility time allocation behavior refers to the phenomenon that individuals are reluctant to use the planned time for other purposes.The introduction of mental accounting theory to analyze the behavior of users in online health community is helpful to predict user behavior and optimize information services. [Method/Process] By crawling the user behavior and statistical information in the chronic disease area of the dingxiangyuan forum, and constructing a time allocation framework for online health community users' behavior from"source-use"according to the non-fungibility of time.The study identified time mental accounting from the data of posting behavior, replying posts and single continuous use behavior, and then analyzed its non-fungibility time allocation behavior rules. [Result/Conclusion] The online health community user's replying behavior has a non-fungibility time allocation behavior, and the time derived from work for policy understanding and employment seeking and from rest for medical consultation and drug use will not be used for other use.But there is no non-fungibility in the allocation of time for posting and single continuous behavior.
[Purpose/Significance] In the internet traffic age, fan behavior presents a high participation, interaction and organization.To explain fan behavior and the logic behind it, and explore cross-cultural differences, a comparative study on fan behavior of Chinese and American in online interest-based communities is conducted. [Method/Process] Take basketball community for example, this article collected data from Hupu community and RealGM community.Based on grounded theory and community text mining technology, a fan behavior system was constructed containing six behaviors of participating, supporting, resisting, swearing, using fandom language and emotional expressing.According the coding classification, the similarities and differences of fan behavior in the two communities were analyzed. [Results/Conclusion] The distribution of categories and thematic contents of fan behavior have both consistency and differences.The reason lies in the new media platform guidance, the composition of fans and the emotional expressions differences.Next studies can expand the scope of empirical research, and explore the formation mechanism of fans' behavior.
[Purpose/Significance] The adoption of online information shared by tutors by graduate students is a key part of online guidance.Clarifying the strategies and paths of postgraduates' adoption of online information shared by their supervisors can provide references for improving the quality of education. [Method/Process] Using grounded theory approach, three levels of coding were coded in interview data from 28 respondents and 108 pieces of social media data.In this way, the influencing factors and paths of information adoption based on adoption strategies were explored. [Result/Conclusion] According to the degree and speed of adoption, we divide the adoption strategies of postgraduates for tutors sharing online information into five types: initial adoption, in-depth adoption, information avoidance, immediate adoption and delayed adoption.There are similarities and differences in the influencing factors of different adoption strategies.We also found three possible adoption impact paths.
[Purpose/Significance] The study conducts research from the perspectives of government, platform, and users, analyzes the current situation of health information quality governance on online health platforms, and explores strategies to improve the effectiveness of online health information quality governance. [Method/Process] Firstly, the study collected health information quality governance policies to understand the policy content and governance points; Secondly, selected a number of online health platforms to investigate measures for information quality governance on online health platforms; Then conducted a questionnaire survey and in-depth interviews with users of the online health platform to understand the effectiveness of information quality governance on the online health platform from a user perspective; Finally, based on multiple surveys, this paper analyzed the current information quality governance model of online health platforms, identified the existing problems in the current governance model, and proposed corresponding improvement strategies. [Results/Conclusion] There is still a certain gap between the current governance effectiveness of health information quality and policy requirements and user needs; The current health information quality governance model, which is dominated by the government, mainly implemented by online health platforms, and supplemented by user participation, has problems such as a loose relationship between the government and the platform, a weak role for user participation, and insufficient participation by social forces.It is necessary to optimize the existing health information quality governance model, enhance the initiative of users to participate in online health information quality governance, and fundamentally improve the effectiveness of health information quality governance on online health platforms.
[Purpose/Significance] The proposal of the concept of data continuity provides a new perspective for the study of the credibility of online health information.By introducing data continuity, research will focus on the level of health data, exploring the temporal, spatial, and content representations of the credibility of online health information, as well as the relationship between these representations and the perceived trust of network users.This will comprehensively reveal the representation elements of trust establishment from the temporal, spatial, and content dimensions, providing strategic guidance for comprehensively improving the credibility of online health information, This may also be a new approach to enhancing the credibility of online health information. [Methods/Process] Based on Grounded theory, the representation methods and relationships of time, space and content dimensions of health data were mined through system coding, and the influencing factors model of network health information credibility was constructed, which was verified by structural equation. [Result/Conclusion] A total of 24 three-dimensional representation elements of health data in terms of time, space, and content are excavated.The study also finds that the three-dimensional architecture of health data has a mutual influence with the sources of online health information, readability of health information, perceived quality of health information, and perceived trustworthiness of network users, providing reference for subsequent multi-scene applications of data continuity.
[Purpose/Significance] This research aims to optimize existing prediction methods of mobile application adoption and provide decision-making bases for application developers and publishers to formulate R & D plans and marketing plans. [Method/Process] Mobile application features were extracted from online reviews collected from application stores.Features sampling and evaluation of the importance of input features were made using the independent subspace method.Then, the adoption of mobile applications was predicted using MLR, CART, ANN, and SVR. [Result/Conclusion] The experimental results show that the integrated method based on the independent subspace proposed in this study can effectively evaluate the importance of input features and accurately predict the trend of mobile application adoption.The results can provide references for application developers, publishers and operations.
[Purpose/Significance] To help users locate information that meets their own needs with high efficiency and quality in the question and answer community with massive text information. [Method/Process] This paper proposed a question and answer text summary generation model based on topic features.This model combined Word2vec and SLDA algorithms to express the semantic features of question and answer text at multiple levels.Then, based on the idea of graph sorting, combined with MRR redundancy control algorithm and text sentence feature tags, the sentence weight was adjusted, and the summary content fitting the question tag was efficiently screened. [Result/Conclusion] Thise paper verifies the question and answer text data under multiple questions of Zhihu question and answer community, and the results show that the model is highly feasible and effective.However, this paper only selects 500 response text data for empirical analysis, and the data volume can be further expanded to carry out more full verification in the future.
[Purpose/Significance] In the context of the modernization of national governance, the digital development of elderly care promotes the modernization of the governance of the aging society.This study quantifies and analyzes the text of policies related to the digitalization of elderly care in China, explores the focus and shortcomings of existing policies, and provides references for the formulation and optimization of future policies on digitalization of elderly care. [Method/Process] From the perspective of policy text measurement, this paper constructed an analytical framework from three dimensions: policy tools, policy implementers, and policy objectives, the content analysis method and then the gray relation method was used to quantitatively analysis the digitization-related items in 59 national-level elderly care digital policy texts in China during from January 2013 to March 2022. [Result/Conclusion] The text of China's elderly care digitization policy suffers from structural imbalance in the use of policy tools and weak synergy between some policy instruments and policy implementers and policy objectives.In the future, the optimization of China's digital elderly care policy can start from the following aspects: optimize the use structure of policy tools, establish a multi-subject synergy mechanism, and strengthen the synergy between policy implementers and policy objectives and policy tools.
[Purpose/Significance] Based on the information system theory, a VR situational learning system oriented to Library and Information science Discipline(LIS)is designed and developed by using VR technology, so that learners of LIS can obtain knowledge in an immersive experience and improve their understanding of knowledge, providing reference for subsequent research. [Method/Process] Based on the research method of Design Science Research, this research proposed four basic design principles for VR Situational Learning System(VRSLS), and carried out the system design and development.The study selected students from the major of information management and information systems to evaluate the system through experiments and questionnaires, and verified the usability and effectiveness of the system design principles. [Result/Conclusion] The concrete situation can improve the learning effect, the multi type information resources can enrich the learning experience, and the diversified knowledge acquisition methods can improve the learning interest of learners.
[Purpose/Significance] Technology integration is an important means of technological innovation.By integrating technologies from various fields, it is possible to break through technological bottlenecks and form technological opportunities. [Method/Process] In this paper, a technology opportunity identification method based on the concept of fusion was proposed, combining quantitative analysis and expert experience from the fusion perspective, performing multi-layer topic screening of F-term expert classification systems using text mining methods, and then fusing the screened reference technologies with the target technologies based on technology similarity and technology life cycle criteria.Finally, based on patent portfolio evaluation, the fusion results with the highest development potential and applicability were derived to identify the technology opportunities for image processing technologies in the field of artificial intelligence. [Result/Conclusion] According to the research, the technology opportunities predicted in this paper are widely used, indicating that the research method described in this paper can be used effectively for technology prediction and to provide new solutions for technology opportunity research.
[Purpose/Significance] Innovation is the essential feature of scientific and technological achievements and also the fundamental driving force to promote scientific development.Clarifying the basic problems of innovation measurement of scientific and technological achievements could provide valuable reference for optimizing and improving existing research and assisting peer review to make scientific decisions. [Method/Process] Based on the knowledge unit theory, this paper reviewed the relevant researches on the measurement and evaluation of the innovation of scientific and technological achievements from the dimension of novelty and usefulness, including three aspects: the influence of novel knowledge units, the combination of novel knowledge units and the transfer and diffusion of knowledge units. [Result/Conclusion] Through the systematic review of existing research, it is found that there are some problems in the current research, such as overuse of shallow knowledge unit measurement index, insufficient mining of knowledge unit of usefulness dimension, and insufficient use of qualitative evaluation data related to expert review.Based on the above problems, optimization and improvement strategies for the innovative measurement of scientific and technological achievements such as mining and using fine-grained knowledge units and new data sources, increasing the attention to the dimension index of usefulness and promoting its combination with the dimension index of novelty, and making full use of expert reviewed data are proposed.
