[Purpose/Significance] The Humanities and Social Sciences thematic database carries the special mission of knowledge service, social memory, digital protection of cultural heritage, science popularization and other aspects, and has attracted more and more attention.From the perspective of knowledge flow, the study discusses the process and internal mechanism of knowledge co-creation in Humanities and Social Sciences thematic database. [Method/Process] Using the Lotka-Volterra model, respectively discussed the"alliance type"and"crowdsourcing type"knowledge co-creation ecological evolution laws of the humanities and social sciences thematic databases.The study also simulated and analyzed the evolution process. [Result/Conclusion] The results show that the openness and sharing of knowledge and the ability to integrate knowledge in the database are the key factors affecting the effect of knowledge co-creation, in different ecological relationships, there are great differences in the level of knowledge co creation.
[Purpose/Significance] Innovation has become the foundation of enterprises with the technological development.Promoting the cooperation between enterprises and universities is beneficial for enterprises to occupy a place in the fierce market competition. [Method/Process] This paper constructed a recommendation model for cooperation between enterprises and universities based on the combination similarity calculation of patent and paper content mining and citation basis, and this combination similarity calculation included three dimensions: small field, keywords and citation basis.And then this paper used patents and papers information about Chinese top 50 enterprises in the field of artificial intelligence and universities for result analysis.Additionally, this paper evaluated this model from two perspectives: comparative analysis and results assessment. [Result/Conclusion] The experimental results show that the recommendation model in this paper can achieve good effect, which is helpful for enterprises to find appropriate university collaborators in specific research fields.It can promote the in-depth cooperation of enterprises and universities in China and push the win-win innovation of enterprises and universities to some extent.
[Purpose/Significance] In this paper, the status identification and trend prediction of topics in the process of evolution are carried out, so as to provide scientific basis for relevant departments to understand the status of topics and effectively supervise the topic. [Method/Process] Firstly, considering the emotion of netizens and combining the novelty and attention of the topic, the observation indexes of the topic lifecycle status were constructed.Secondly, based on Hidden Markov Model and Gaussian Mixture Model, this paper proposed a method of topic lifecycle status identification and trend prediction.Finally, microblog topics were selected as a dataset and comparative experiments were designed to verify the effectiveness of the method. [Results/Conclusion] The F1 value and accuracy of topic state identification and trend prediction method based on GMM-HMM are both higher than 87%, and MAPE is lower than 3.5%, which has greater advantages compared with GaussianHMM and BP neural network.
[Purpose/Significance] The paper aims to explore the relationship between flow experience and digital reading strategies, reading effect and their influencing factors, in order to optimize the reading experience and effect of readers, and enhance the role of digital reading in the national reading service system. [Method/Process] Based on flow experience and reading cognition theory, a controlled experiment and semi-structured interviews were conducted. [Result/Conclusion] The results suggest that: (1)Digital reading can trigger high flow experience when reading different materials which is highlighted by features such as concentration on task at hand, challenge-skill balance, and autotelic experience; (2)Time constraint affects flow experience to some extent; (3)Flow experience affects reading effect at levels of interpreting text and evaluating/critiquing text; (4)There are significant differences in the use of reading strategies under different flow experiences, among which support reading strategies are an important way to promote reading effect in low flow experience; (5)Reading topics affect reading experience through reading interest, and reading device partially influences flow experience and the use of reading strategies.Finally, suggestions are proposed to optimize the digital reading experience and effect.
[Purpose/Significance] The online health community(OHC)is playing a critical role for users to exchange health information, and to explore the cognitive motives of users' health information exchange behaviour is beneficial to the quality of health information exchanges, the user stickiness of the OHC as well as its sustainable development. [Method/Process] Based on the theories of Health Belief Model, Planned Behavior Theory, e-Health Literacy and Health Numeracy, this paper constructed a research model to investigate on the cognitive motives of users' health information exchanges using structural equation modeling(SEM)and fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis(fsQCA). [Results/Conclusions] The SEM results showed that Cue to Action, Perceived Benefits, Behavioral Attitude, Health Anxiety, Health Numeracy and e-Health Literacy had significant positive impacts on Health Information Exchange Behaviour; Respectively, Behavioral Attitude and Health Anxiety demonstrated complete mediating effects between Perceived Susceptibility to Health Information Exchange Behaviour and Perceived Severity to Health Information Exchange Behaviour; Perceived Barriers had no significant impact on Health Information Exchange Behaviour.The fsQCA results indicated that four configurations that leaded to the occurrence of Health Information Exchange Behaviour and four configurations that caused the nonoccurrence of it.The research findings can help improve users' health information exchange as well as the function design of OHC.
[Purpose/Significance] In order to improve the digital inclusion policy system for the elderly and better integrate the elderly into the smart life, this paper analyzed the China's digital inclusion policies for the elderly adopting the quantitative analysis method of policy content. [Method/Process] Firstly, based on the three-dimensional perspective of policy tools, participants and policy objectives, the paper encoded the text content of the digital inclusion policies for the elderly with the help of NVivo12 software.Secondly, this paper described the current situation of the China's digital inclusion policies for the elderly, and explored the distribution characteristics of policy texts in different dimensions.Finally, the paper sorted out the characteristics and shortcomings of the existing digital inclusion policies and put forward corresponding suggestions accordingly. [Result/Conclusion] At present, the China's digital inclusion policies for the elderly have certain deficiencies in the configuration of policy tools, the depth and breadth of participation of participants, and the coordination of policy objectives.It is necessary for government departments to further optimize the allocation of tools, release the functional space of participants, and coordinate the target structure to promote the systematic development of the digital inclusion policies for the elderly, so as to help the elderly bridge the digital divide and integrate into digital life.
[Purpose/Significance] Reader evaluation is important for effects of translation and dissemination.By studying the influencing factors of overseas readers' evaluation of Chinese philosophical classics, we can understand western readers' acceptance, judgment and preference, thus accordingly adjust and optimize the strategy of Chinese culture going out. [Method/Process] Taking readers' online comments on the English versions of the Book of Changes on Goodreads as an example, via the topic extraction of BERTopic model and the polarity analysis of sentiment analysis with TextBlob, this paper probed into the main factors affecting readers' evaluation. [Result/Conclusion] It is found that the influencing factors of overseas readers' evaluation of Chinese philosophical classics include: translators' experience and academic fame, cover design and other para-textual elements, and preface written by celebrities.In addition, the characteristics of ancient Chinese philosophical classics pose great difficulties to translation, and the text structure arrangement troubles the readers.Therefore, the dissemination of Chinese culture through translation should not only focus on the in-depth study of language and culture, but also consider the needs of overseas readers, thus adjust and optimize the strategy accordingly.
[Purpose/Significance] With the rapid development and iterative update of a new generation of information technology, the scope, scale and extent of the provision of government services are constantly expanding.The evaluation and analysis of the development of China's online government service channels can provide useful enlightenment for improving the construction of the Internet Plus Government Services initiative system. [Method/Process] An evaluation index system for the channels development of provincial online government service was established, and the development status of online government service channels in 32 regions of China was evaluated and analyzed based on the systematic clustering method. [Result/Conclusion] The study identified four types of regional groups with different development levels and regional differences in the development of online government service channels.It is proposed to be guided by people's needs and focus on human value and user experience; improve the construction rate of online government service channels and the construction of government service functions; implement comprehensive supervision and use the diversified assessment as the starting point to eliminate formalism; formulate regional development strategies and improve synergy in the development of channels; optimize institutional empowerment and model innovation, and unblock the innovative diffusion path of channel construction.
[Purpose/Signficance] Data sharing is an effective means to realize the value creation and value-added of digital platform ecosystem.It is of great significance to analyze and study the data sharing between platform owners and participating enterprises in continuous time from the perspective of micro enterprises. [Method/Process] This paper focused on the data sharing issue in digital platform ecosystem.A differential game model was constructed to analyze the optimal data sharing strategies and optimal benefits of the platform owner and participate enterprise, as well as the optimal total benefit of the whole digital platform ecosystem in the Nash non-cooperative game, Stackelberg leader-follower game, and coordinated cooperation scenes. [Result/Conclusion] The result shows: ① The data sharing effort level of platform owner and participate enterprise reduces with the increase of data sharing cost coefficient and data attenuation coefficient, but it rises with the increase of data sharing ability coefficient, marginal benefit coefficient, and data benefit influence coefficient.② The subsidy of platform owner could improve the optimal data sharing effort level of the participate enterprise, and the optimal benefits of the participate enterprise and platform owner, as well as the whole digital platform ecosystem will be improved.③ In the scene of coordinated cooperation game, the optimal data sharing strategies and the optimal benefit of the ecosystem is strictly superior to the non-cooperative scenes.Through determining the scope of benefit distribution coefficient, the Pareto optimality of individual and whole ecosystem could be achieved.
[Purpose/Significance] The risk inducing factors and representational expression of group polarization of network public opinion in emergencies are very complex and in a chaotic and pluralistic form.Risk points and risk guidance and control are distributed in physical space, social space and information space.From the perspective of the information concept of the ternary space, deconstructing and reconstructing the risk of group polarization of emergency network public opinion in the ternary space will help clarify the formation law of group polarization, deepen the understanding of group polarization risk, grasp the risk transmission mechanism and path, and identify the risk evolution law. [Method/Process] Based on the characteristics of emergencies, this paper deconstructed the factors causing the group polarization in emergencies from the perspective of ternary space information, and analyzed the directional coupling between ternary spaces, indirect coupling in physical space, mutual inductance coupling in social space, and parametric coupling in information space based on risk coupling.Finally, it discussed the evolution of the risk form of the group polarization of the network public opinion in emergencies. [Results/Conclusion] This paper provides a new theoretical perspective for group polarization research, expands the theoretical boundary of group polarization research, and will provide theoretical support for group polarization risk identification, risk assessment and network public opinion guidance and control strategy research.
[Purpose/Significance] To systematically evaluate the APP privacy policy of Internet hospitals in China is helpful to promote the healthy development of Internet medical industry in China and provide scientific basis for the supervision and guidance of government departments. [Methods/Process] Based on the dual analysis perspective of cognitive load and content compliance, the evaluation index system of Internet hospital APP privacy policy was constructed, and the index was weighted by AHP-EWM coupling.The APP privacy policy of mainstream Internet hospitals in China was selected as the research sample to conduct an empirical analysis, and the annotation results were combined to evaluate it. [Results/Conclusion] The design level of APP privacy policy in Internet hospitals in China is unbalanced, and there are many problems in reducing users' cognitive load and ensuring information security.Internet hospitals should take positive measures to optimize design, strengthen security responsibility management, improve cross-border data supervision system, and strengthen the protection of personal information of the deceased.
[Purpose/Significance] One of the major reasons for APP's privacy leaks is that some APP privacy policies are not fully integrated and legitimate.The integrity evaluation of APP privacy policy aims to promote the research of privacy policy legitimacy and reveal how online platforms collect and use users' personal information. [Method/Process] Targeting mainstream mobile applications privacy policies, the research used Bert classification model and L2 normalization to calculate their integrity scores, compared and analyzed the privacy policies of typical APPs in different categories from the perspective of integrity. [Result/Conclusion] The study finds that the Bert model works great in text-classification, and the privacy policy integrity varies greatly between APPs.In conclusion, the automatic classification and evaluation method proposed in this paper promotes the privacy policy evaluation research in the direction of automation and intelligence.It also provides a reference for researching privacy policy legal compliance.

[Purpose/Significance] In the evaluation of academic journals, there are often correlations between different types of indicators.This problem will inevitably have a great impact on the evaluation results, and related research is lacking. [Method/Process] On the basis of theoretical analysis, this paper proposed an idea to measure the independent information of indicators based on the goodness of fit, and conducted empirical research by the data of environmental science and technology journal on CNKI. [Result/Conclusion] The research results show that: there is an endogenous mechanism for the correlation between evaluation indicators of different types of academic journals; machine classification is sometimes not applicable in the evaluation of academic journals; the correlation of different types of evaluation indicators will affect the evaluation results of journals, involving evaluation value, weight and result ranking; the correction method based on independent information can effectively overcome the related problems of different types of evaluation indicators.
[Purpose/Significance] Mining high-intensity related disciplines and revealing the law of multidisciplinary knowledge fusion will help to better grasp and promote multidisciplinary knowledge fusion. [Method/Process] Based on COVID-19 papers obtained from Web of Science, this study used the Apriori algorithm to mine the association rules of the reference subject category transaction set, and obtained frequent itemsets and strong association rules to analyze and predict the combination of strongly related disciplines and their knowledge fusion characteristics in the field of COVID-19.Taking one of the strong association rules as an example, combined with keyword clustering analysis, this paper further identified the hot topics formed by the multidisciplinary combination after knowledge fusion. [Result/Conclusion] The knowledge sources of COVID-19 research are very extensive, and interdisciplinary knowledge fusion is very common.Association rule mining applied to citation analysis provides a new solution for predicting and identifying strongly related subject combinations and their knowledge fusion trends.
[Purpose/Significance] Cross Domain Recommendation provides personalized services for users by mining, migrating, and integrating preference knowledge from different sources, which has attracted the attention of academia and industry in recent years.This paper summarizes the research progress of knowledge fusion in cross domain recommendation from multiple perspectives. [Method/Process] Firstly, this paper systematically analyzed the problem of cross domain recommendation, and discussed the domain of Cross Domain Recommendation, the CDR task, and the knowledge requirements in the CDR task; Secondly, the knowledge fusion methods in CDR were classified, and the advantages and disadvantages of cross domain knowledge fusion methods based on clustering, semantics, graph model and label association were summarized.The inspiration of knowledge graph technology for cross domain knowledge fusion was analyzed, the challenges and development of Cross Domain Recommendation knowledge fusion were discussed.Finally, the knowledge fusion in cross domain recommendation research was summarized. [Result/Conclusion] Knowledge Fusion is an important part of cross domain recommendation research.It can realize the deep processing of data at the knowledge level, and provide a new paradigm for the research and practice of cross domain recommendation.
[Purpose/Significance] Through the systematic review and detailed review of the domestic and foreign literatures on natural disaster emergency knowledge management, this study can promote the maturity of the conceptual system of emergency knowledge management, drive the perfection of the theoretical framework of emergency knowledge management, and perfect the innovation of the research paradigm of emergency knowledge management.Besides, it is helpful to the interdisciplinary communication and cooperation in the fields of library science and information science, public administration, security science and so on.Furthermore, it can provide inspiration for the theoretical research on emergency management, knowledge management and the promotion of the modernization level of emergency management.Finally, this research contributes to form the innovative ideas for the construction of the socialist emergency management system with Chinese characteristics for reference. [Method/Process] Literature content analysis and NVivo software were used to conduct qualitative coding analysis on 67 sample literatures.Then a summary table of literature data coding, which presents five core research categories of emergency knowledge management was formed: basic theory, key process, techonology and method, guarantee mechanism and effect evaluation.Based on the five core categories, the research status of natural disaster emergency knowledge management was analyzed, the main academic viewpoints of the current research were sorted out, some common problems of relevant research were discussed, and a basic research framework for natural disaster emergency knowledge management was constructed.In the end, it put forward several directions that should be paid attention to in the future research and practice of emergency knowledge management centering on the theoretical system, analytical means, research scope and technical empowerment. [Result/Conclusion] For LIS, which takes the organization, storage, retrieval, utilization and service of social objective knowledge as the research threshold, it is of great value and practical significance to strengthen the research focused on the emergency knowledge management, and it also provides a new way for further enriching the discipline system of LIS and realizing "Integrity and Innovation".
