［Purpose/Significance］This study focuses on how to meet the user's information demands better in the process of innovation-oriented paper writing,hoping to find out the characteristics and changes of information demands of users with different degrees of clear innovation goals in different paper writing stages,so as to provide a basis for optimizing the information retrieval system to efficiently support paper innovation.［Method/Process］This study took 61 graduate students as a sample to put forward the requirements of innovation and reference quality of course papers,as well as the interactive log of information(intelligence)acquisition in the topic conception and research exploration stage.After programming and coding the collected log data,the paper analyzed the influence of(1)the accuracy of the innovation goal and(2)the different stages of essay writing,on the essay innovation information demands by the Mann-Whitney non-parametric test.［Result/Conclusion］The results show that more than half of the users belong to the vague goal of innovation,and they don't know how to innovate in the early stage of paper writing.In innovation-oriented paper writing,users' preference for innovation goals is inversely proportional to the difficulty of achieving innovation goals.For the purpose of essay innovation,the users most need the literature about "empirical research","research topic related" and "similar research objects" and the literature units of "research design","discussion and analysis" and "conclusion".On one hand,in the stage of topic conception,the accuracy of the innovation goal has a significant impact on the innovation information demands.On the other hand,users' essay innovation information demand shows different characteristics in different stages of essay writing.Taking the innovative situation of graduate course paper writing as an example,this study finds some characteristics of innovative information demands,which has a certain theoretical and practical significance for information organization and retrieval system implementation in support of innovation.

［Purpose/Significance］To identify and extract the conclusion and future work of academic papers,and to match them with the research purpose and significance of other papers,so as to explore the "connecting link" in academic papers,and to test the enlightening effect of the conclusions and prospects parts on the follow-up research topics and innovation.［Method/Procedure］This study took information science journal papers as the corpus,comprehensively used the deep learning method to identify the sentence level conclusions,deficiencies,prospects,research purposes and significance in academic papers,and combined the semantic similarity algorithm and fuzzy logic to design the association degree experiment to build an intelligent mining solution for academic papers.［Results/Conclusion］Results show that the solution explored in this study can better explore the "connecting link" between papers,help scholars to clarify the context and inheritance of existing research in the field faster,and discover the direction and perspective of follow-up research worthy of innovation,inspire scholars' innovative inspiration and ideas.The topics from research and innovation scenarios that can be applied and to the problems that can be further studied by using the "connecting link" are also discussed.

［Purpose/Significance］Knowledge graph is a semantic network that efficiently describes knowledge resources and deeply reveals knowledge associations.The creative use of knowledge graphs in the dynamic identification of innovation points in scientific papers is of great significance for monitoring and promoting scientific and technological innovation in specific fields.［Method/Process］This paper took Chinese scientific and technological papers in the interdisciplinary field of "artificial intelligence+neurology" as the research object,and used the Bert4keras deep learning framework to extract triples from the abstract that can reflect the research problems,methods,technical points,conclusions,etc.to build a domain knowledge graph.Then,taking the scientific papers published later as an example,matched it with entities and relationships in the knowledge graph,identified the innovation points,and realized the dynamic identification of the innovation points of scientific and technological papers through the continuous updating of the knowledge graph.［Result/Conclusion］The study finds that the knowledge representation and comparison method based on knowledge graph can effectively identify innovation points in scientific papers,track the trends of scientific and technological innovation in specific fields,provide support for discovering and using innovation intelligence to help scientific research,and also provide reference for innovative evaluation of papers.

［Purpose/Significance］In the key window period of historical catch-up,high-tech industry has become an important force to promote the change of international industrial competition pattern.How to construct a reasonable industrial competition situation evaluation system through the concept of competitive intelligence situation awareness is of great significance for judging the synergy between industrial development and security.［Method/Process］In the context of the overall national security concept,based on the theory of competitive intelligence situation awareness and national competitive advantage,this study established a competitive situation evaluation index system of high-tech industries with advanced production factors,demand conditions,related industries and enterprise strategic structure competition as the primary index and 12 secondary indexes.Then,according to the structural equation method,the 174 results obtained from the questionnaire were empirically tested.［Result/Conclusion］It is found that the relevant industrial indicators with the connotation of financial support,number of industrial support and industrial chain control occupy a high weight in the evaluation system,which can strengthen the construction of relevant contents.At the same time,the evaluation index system is more in line with the requirements of the new normal and can effectively measure the current situation of the competitive situation of high-tech industries.

［Purpose/Significance］Since the 21st century,high-tech industrial security has become a common problem faced by countries all over the world.Using intelligence analysis to realize the optimal allocation of intelligence resources and prevent industrial security risks is an important solution to coordinate industrial security and development.［Method/Process］From the perspective of intelligence,combined with the resource bricolage theory,this paper constructed an analysis model of the influencing factors of high-tech industrial security resilience,including five dimensions:material bricolage,labor bricolage,skill bricolage,demand bricolage and system bricolage,and made an empirical test based on the structural equation method and the results of 182 questionnaires.［Result/Conclusion］From the perspective of intelligence,resource assembly can significantly promote the high-tech industrial security resilience,and there are two-way interactions among material bricolage,labor bricolage,skill bricolage,demand bricolage and system bricolage.Combined with the viewpoint of complexity theory,it can fully understand the industrial safety resilience and pay attention to the dynamic process of the coordinated evolution of the factors affecting the high-tech industrial safety resilience,so as to provide suggestions for a better understanding of the mechanism and intelligence management strategies affecting the industrial safety resilience.

［Purpose/Significance］High-tech industries are the commanding heights of today's fierce international scientific and technological and economic competition,and how to take into account industrial security and development in the face of complex international forms and improve the security guarantee capabilities of high-tech industries is the key to breaking through technological blockades and improving the level of scientific and technological innovation.［Method/Process］This paper clarified the connotation of high-tech industry and security resilience management based on the resilience theory,and built a high-tech industry intelligence guarantee system with resilience theory framework.It included three dimensions:security monitoring,security control and security recovery.［Result/Conclusion］Based on both resilience and intelligence,dynamic safety management runs through the whole process of the development of high-tech industries,enhances the awareness of opportunities and risks,and escorts the effective maintenance of the safe development of high-tech industries.

［Purpose/Significance］The strategic competition between China and the United States has turned to the field of scientific and technological innovation.Based on China's new national system,it is important to discuss a scientific and technological intelligence work system that follows the laws of scientific and technological development and is in line with the construction of a socialist market economy.It is the key to coping with the Sino-US technological game and finding a way out.［Method/Process］On the basis of reviewing and summarizing the development history and relevant research of China's scientific and technological intelligence work,this paper discussed the necessity and feasibility of the construction of the scientific and technological information work system under the framework of the new national system.［Result/Conclusion］From the three aspects of system concept,organizational structure and pattern design,the scientific and technological intelligence work system of China under the new national system is constructed.

［Purpose/Significance］This paper aims to explore the cognitive factors of the web users' corrective health information adoption intention.The results of this study could be helpful to reduce the risks brought by infodemic.［Method/Process］Based on Protective Behavior Decision Model(PADM)and Heuristic System Model(HSM),this paper integrated Structural Equation Model and Fuzzy-Set Qualitative Comparative Analysis to explore the influencing factors of corrective health information adoption intention and its configurations.［Result/Conclusion］The path analyses show that both systematic processing and heuristic processing can positively affect perceived information overload and false information perception,and these two variables had mediating effects between heuristic processing and corrective health information adoption intention;Systematic processing,protection action perception,stakeholder perception and e-health literacy positively affected the corrective health information adoption intention.The fsQCA finds that there are two configurations leading to corrective health information adoption intention.Systematic processing,stakeholder perception,perceived information overload and hazard-related attributes were important antecedents.

［Purpose/Significance］Information encounter behavior occurs frequently in the fragmented reading scene of online Q&A communities,which has important potential value.Identifying its key hindering influences can help promote the occurrence of information encounter behaviors among online Q&A community users,and provide a reference basis for the operation construction and service optimization of online Q&A communities.［Design/Methodology］This paper first integrated the original research through a meta-ethnographic approach to form a set of factors influencing the information encounter behavior of users in online Q&A communities.The DEMATEL method was then used to analyze the interrelationships among the influencing factors and identify the key influencing factors.Finally,corresponding countermeasures and recommendations are proposed based on the research findings.［Findings/Conclusion］The study finds that,the key influencing factors of user information encounters in online Q&A communities include user curiosity,information literacy,information needs,information encounter experiences,and information involvement in the dimension of information user;the relevance of information in the dimension of information;personalized recommendations in the dimension of information system environment;information retrieval,information browsing,and information interaction in the dimension of information behavior context.

［Purpose/Significance］Community is the fundamental defense for public security.How to sustain social security and reach community harmony are important missions of current social governance.Referring to the "5Is" framework of community security analysis,an intelligence network of social security at the community level has its advantages in constructing a collaborative mechanism including people,organizations,and technologies for effective social comprehensive governance,and enhancing a safe and harmonious community.［Method/Process］Based on different chains,which are intelligence,intervention,implementation,involvement,and impact,in the "5Is" framework,this paper established a model of the intelligence network of social security.Cooperated with the case study,the operation of the intelligence network of social security at the community level in China could be tested and understood vividly.［Results/Conclusion］China's intelligence network of social security at the community level has its roots in the participation of community residences and social organizations,which means breaking the information blind of security governance at the community level and achieving the evidence-based decision-making targeted governance on specific problems by the professionals of social organizations.

［Purpose/Significance］Starting from the perspective of the Metaverse,this paper expounds the development status of the Metaverse and China's medical informatization and medical digital intelligence,and constructs the application service framework of digital intelligent medical information under the perspective of the Metaverse,so as to provide new ideas and methods for the research of the Metaverse and the development of medical informatization and digital intelligence.［Method/Process］Based on the theory of Receptive Learning,combined with a large number of literature research,from the perspective of users' understanding and accepting things,and according to the cognitive logic of presenting advance organizers,providing learning materials and enhancing cognitive structure,this paper constructed the application service model of digital intelligent medical information from the perspective of meta universe,and discussed the functions of six modules:basic module,business module,data module,system module,application module and supervision module,It also expounded the relationship between the real world,the virtual world and the meta universe.［Result/Conclusion］This service model can actively promote and influence "Metaverse+health",and puts forward the "four thoughts" construction idea of "Thinking of danger,thinking of retreating,thinking of transforming and Thinking of far-reaching" in the field of digital intelligent medical information application service from the perspective of meta universe.

［Purpose/Significance］Under the new development paradigm,TISC has become an important part of intellectual property information public service system in China,exploring the formation of a patent information service mode for TISC institutions oriented to enterprise innovation is of great benefit to supporting the construction of the "Advanced Version" of TISC in China and escorting the high-quality development of enterprises.［Method/Process］On the basis of analyzing the value of competitive intelligence and patent information in enterprise innovation activities,and the development of public service of patent information at home and abroad,the paper proposed to integrate competitive intelligence into patent information service,and used the method of PDCA cycle to standardize service management,thus constructing a PDCA cycle "competitive intelligence+" patent information service model,and finally showed the practical application of this mode in TISC through service case.［Result/Conclusion］The PDCA cycle "competitive intelligence+" patent information service model is constructed to provide guarantee for improving the standardization service capability and service quality of TISCs,and to help TISCs with competitive intelligence research and service capabilities to achieve characteristic and differentiated development.

［Purpose/Significance］The innovation of short video scenario service mode is inseparable from the interaction between service element integration and scenario adaptation,in which service element integration forms service efficacy,and scenario adaptation realizes value creation.However,how service element integration and situational adaptation interact with the innovation mechanism of short video service mode is not clear,and the innovation path is not clear,which is difficult to guide practice.［Method/Process］From the dual path perspective of short video service mode element integration(I)forming product function and scenario configuration adaptation(@)forming service utility,this paper constructed the framework of short video scenario service mode PSCE@I,refined the scenario service mode innovation path of short video "service mode element integration(product function)-traffic realization(service experience)-scenario scenario adaptation(service utility)".［Result/Conclusion］The results show that the short video scenario service model innovation is to deconstruct the existing service model through the scene,integrate the scenario elements into the deconstructed service model elements,and realize the business model innovation through the scenario contextual configuration.

［Purpose/Significance］As the survival vision of digital intelligence in post-human society,a review of related research on metaverse will help clarify the opportunities and challenges brought by the metaverse and the comprehensive digital intelligence society it represents to human survival and development.［Method/Process］Based on the literature research method,CiteSpace was used to analyze the research hotspots of Metaverse at home and abroad after the current status,history,concept and characteristics of Metaverse were sorted out,and according to the bibliometric results,the research progress of the Metaverse at home and abroad was analyzed from the aspects of development trends and risks,finally,an outlook on future research hotspots of the metaverse was raised.［Result/Conclusion］At present,the research on the metaverse at home and abroad is still in the groping stage of practical exploration and theoretical discussion,and in-depth research is still needed in terms of technical layout and rule-making.

［Purpose/Significance］The large-scale spread of network public opinion under emergencies has brought severe challenges to social security,harmony and stability.［Method/Process］This paper interpreted the overall development of the network public opinion spreading research on emergencies from the macro level.Besides,based on complex dynamic modeling and public opinion ecosystem theory,this paper summarized the existing research progress in spreading behavior characteristics,evolution influencing factors,opinion generation and emergence,public opinion spreading around information subject factor,information environment factor,public opinion information factor and information flow factor.Moreover,the future research direction was prospected.［Result/Conclusion］The existing multivariate and complex dynamic modeling has laid a solid foundation for the research on the network public opinion spreading under emergencies.It is pointed out that future research should be based on the integration of multiple complex dynamics theory.What's more,based on the "network-information-behavior" cross-temporal and spatial coupling perspective,it is necessary to portray the user portraits of network public opinion spreading for emergencies,analyze the configuration of multiple influencing factors,reveal the emotion-driven human complex behavior mechanism of network public opinion spreading under virtual and real interaction.Furthermore,it is also important to expand the research on network public opinion spreading and response in the international public opinion field from the perspective of human-machine symbiosis.It is helpful to enrich and improve the network public opinion spreading theory for emergencies.
