[Purpose/Significance] The development and evolution of China's social organization policies are deeply embedded in the historical process of the transformation and development of social organizations.Studying the evolution of policy themes and policy attitudes help to can understand the historical path and complex characteristics of the development of social organizations,and provide strategic enlightenment for the rational construction of policies.[Method/Process] Word2vec was used to assist manual expansion of the policy attitude dictionary,and an automatic recognition model of policy attitudes was constructed.Data mining and policy attitude analysis were conducted on the policy texts about social organizations from 1980 to 2018,and the changing trend of policy attitudes over time in different themes and provinces was revealed.[Result/Conclusion] China's social organization policies evolve along the path of "situation-theme-attitude".The government sets governance goals according to the situation,and transmits the governance signal through the theme focus and attitude polarity of the policy texts,so as to realize the management of and service provision for social organizations.The policy attitude towards social organizations has obvious stage characteristics,and major events in the field of social life have historic impacts on policy attitude.The heat and attitude changes under different topics in policy texts reflect the government's selective cultivation strategies for social organizations.The policy attitudes of the central government and local governments toward social organizations can be summarized as "macro-encouragement" and "micro-regulation" respectively.Influenced by the level of economic development,functional orientation of social organizations,emergencies and local governments' conceptions,regional policy attitudes toward social organizations are quite different.On this basis,this paper constructs a model of the motivation of social organization policy evolution,which is also expected to be used to analyze policies in other fields.

[Purpose/Significance] It is helpful to analyze historical classics from the perspective of distant reading by using visualization and other comprehensive technologies to show the society of a specific period to help researchers quantify historical research.[Method/Process] Drawing on the concept of user portraits,this article proposed a method for constructing social portraits based on the text data generated in the process of social development.The social portrait description framework was constructed based on the internal logic data of each social development facet,and used a variety of text mining techniques to extract feature labels of different dimensions to describe the social portrait,and took the pre-Qin period as an example for empirical research.[Results/Conclusion] With the help of social portraits based on historical facts,the social development situation can be presented in a panoramic way,which can provide support for researchers to quickly obtain an overview of the ancient society.

[Purpose/Significance] Information collaboration is a crucial aspect to change the status of information isolated islands and data barriers.It has important theoretical and practical value that can advance the modernization of China's system and capacity for emergency governance.[Method/Process] The paper illustrated the basic connotation and characteristics,classification standards and application specification.By analyzing the periodic features of latent period,out break period and attenuation period,combined with a distributed information fusion strategy focusing on data collection,feature extraction and decision support,emergency information demand analysis was conducted based on constructed scenarios.Smart matching and personalized recommendations were also accomplished under scenario chain inference.The constraints on emergency information collaboration was dissected from the perspectives of interdepartmental relations,intergovernmental relations and government and non-government organizations relations.[Result/Conclusion] The general architecture of emergency information collaboration among multiple subjects is established in data,behavior and business levels.A package plan is proposed to optimize the current multi-agent emergency collaboration mechanism.

[Purpose/Significance] Because of the complexity of Taoism's knowledge system,there are many schools of study.It is of great significance to analyze and find the development trend and multiple characteristics of Laozi's "Taoism" research by using relevant literature data from the perspective of knowledge association.[Method/Process] This paper explored and analyzed the characteristics of knowledge association in Laozi's academic research by using co-occurrence network analysis,topic timing evolution and semantic knowledge query respectively.Moreover,the "Daoism" study knowledge graph containing 4,662 entities and 1,933 relationships were constructed.[Result/Conclusion] The knowledge system of Lao Zi's "Taoism" research provides a basis for Taoist researchers to discover related knowledge,and its implementation scheme also provides a new perspective for scholars in the field of digital humanities.

[Purpose/Significance] The COVID-19 epidemic has changed the mode of academic knowledge exchange to some extent.Under this background,academic conferences have become an important bridge for knowledge exchange and become a "normal" situation.Therefore,it is of great significance to evaluate the knowledge exchange effect of researchers' participation in online academic conferences to improve the quality of online academic conferences and to support the innovation and reform of the online and offline academic conferences knowledge exchange mode in the future.[Method/Process] First of all,combining with the elements and characteristics of online academic conference knowledge exchange,this research constructed the perception evaluation index system of online academic conference knowledge exchange.Secondly,on the basis of questionnaire survey,fuzzy analytic hierarchy process was applied to evaluate the comprehensive knowledge exchange effect of online academic conference.[Result/Conclusion] The comprehensive evaluation grade of knowledge exchange effect in online academic conference is "quite good",but it tends to the lower limit of its value range.It can be seen that the knowledge exchange mode of online academic conference has been recognized and supported by participants to a certain extent.In terms of specific improvements,online academic conferences still need to enhance the quality of knowledge and interactivity,so as to optimize the participation experience and enhance the exchange effect,so as to reshape the new mode of academic knowledge exchange in the post-epidemic era.

[Purpose/Significance] Academic social network platform provides the possibility for collaborative innovation behavior of researchers.However,there is a complex interaction between the collaborative participation of researchers and the collaborative function supply of the platform.To clarify the game relationship between the two is beneficial to improve the academic service platform and enhance the collaborative efficiency of researchers.[Method/Process] Based on the hypothesis of bounded rational man,an evolutionary game model was constructed,and the evolutionary paths of different strategies were solved by replicating dynamic equations.The stability and sensitivity of strategy selection were analyzed by using system dynamics.[Result/Conclusion] The results show that there are two evolutionarily stable strategies in the evolutionary game system of collaborative behavior in academic social networks(collaborative and supportive) and(un-collaborative and unsupportive).The benefit,extra benefit and diffusion value of both sides of the game will positively influence the system to evolve into(collaborative and supportive) strategy,while the cost and loss of both sides of the game will negatively influence the system to evolve into(collaborative and supportive) strategy.Therefore,the platform can optimize the registration mechanism,improve the function of groups,and promote the participation and collaboration of researchers.

[Purpose/Significance] Can knowledge searchers transform into contributors and how they transform in online knowledge communities have attracted the attention of scholars in the field of information and knowledge management.For the lack of previous research,this paper uses the self-efficacy theory and the self-perception theory to empirically investigate the multi-path mechanism that searchers enhance self-efficacy and internal motivation,and then increase knowledge contribution.[Method/Process] The questionnaire method was used to collect 208 valid data,and 11 competing mediation models were constructed by exhaustive method.The data fitting indexes and path coefficients of each model were calculated and compared by using structural equation model method.The optimal model was selected and the theoretical hypothesis was tested.[Result/Conclusion] The self-efficacy and the internal motivation can mediate the relationship between knowledge seeking and knowledge contribution.But the independent mediating role of self-efficacy is doubtable,the independent mediating role of internal motivation is significant,and the composition of self-efficacy and internal motivation has a serial mediating effect.

[Purpose/Significance] Disruptive technology research and development as a national strategy,how to accurately identify it is of great significance for the country and enterprises to grasp the technological first opportunity and seize the technological high ground.[Method/Process] The study patent data,using the LDA topic model to achieve data dimensionality reduction and extracting technology topics.And screened candidate disruptive technologies based on four characteristics:growth,convergence,innovation,and breakthrough of the technology topic.On this basis,the match between candidate disruptive technology topics and web news data topics was measured in conjunction with the web news data.The market attributes of the technology were analysed to identify disruptive technologies comprehensively.[Results/Conclusions] This paper took the field of intelligent manufacturing equipment as an example.Through empirical research,the study found that "intelligent digital control" and "intelligent data acquisition system" are disruptive technologies in the field of intelligent manufacturing equipment.

[Purpose/Significance] This paper uses the method of narrative mapping to effectively organize and mine the knowledge resources of travelogues,visually and vividly display the association and structure of knowledge of tourism events,and provide reference and inspiration for the implementation of accurate knowledge services for tourism users' needs.[Method/Process] Travelogues of health tourism were used as experimental data sources.The sequential relation and event extraction method based on rule template were adopted.Event generalization was realized by semantic similarity clustering based on Doc2vec and K-means.Finally,the social network tool was used to construct the psychological map of health tourism to describe and analyze the behavior process of tourists.[Results/Conclusion] The popular destinations,behavioral preferences and trends of tourists can be quickly revealed by constructing the causal map.According to the results of the study,four kinds of schemes are provided for tourism related institutions in the design of recreational travel,and suggestions are put forward in the aspects of product development and service optimization.

[Purpose/Significance] Analyzing the behavior data of opinion leaders in the developer community,explaining the influence of behavioral characteristics values on other users' behaviors,exploring the reasons for the formation of opinion leaders' influence,and providing the best practice path for improving user participation in such communities.[Method/Process] Firstly,opinion leaders were selected according to the comprehensive ranking of the community.Then,the characteristics were classified into three categories(achievement,interaction and contribution);Then,the opinion leaders were clustered based on the values of each category(authoritative,upstart,dissemination).Finally,the network structure visualization method was used to reveal the influence factors of opinion leaders,and suggestions were provided from the perspectives of user development,platform construction and institutional resource utilization.[Result/Conclusion] In this way,the optimal path of eigenvalue distribution to enhance the influence of key users can be determined dynamically.In the typical developer community,the characteristics of authoritative opinion leaders' number of fans and originality,the grade value and originality of communication opinion leaders,and the collection number,code age and blog number of newly emerging opinion leaders have a great influence on users' learning intention.

[Purpose/Significance] Provincial AI policies play an important role in implementing national plans and guiding the implementation of local policies.Studying the content of provincial policies will help to clarify the layout and focus of artificial intelligence development of provincial governments,and provide reference for subsequent policy-making.[Method/Process] The paper constructed a policy tool-a two-dimensional analysis framework of policy objectives,taking a total of 23 provincial artificial intelligence policies in the four major regions of China's eastern,central,western,and northeastern regions as the research objects,and conducted quantitative analysis of policy content.[Result/Conclusion] On the whole,in the tool dimension,the provincial policy shows that the supply type is used the most,the environmental type is not used enough,and the internal distribution of demand type is uneven.In the target dimension,the integration of specific fields has attracted the highest attention and the least theoretical research.In the tool target dimension,there is an obvious one-to-many and many to one relationship.Different goals have different emphasis on the use of tools.From the perspective of each region,the East,middle,West and northeast show certain similarities and differences in tool application and target deployment.The East attaches great importance to the innovation of science and technology source.The central part focuses on promoting industrial development.The overall use ofenvironmental tools in the west is the least,but the proportion of internal sub tools is balanced.The Northeast emphasizes promoting the development of enterprises from the aspects of Finance and taxation,but it is necessary to strengthen the regulation of relevant laws and regulations.

[Purpose/Significance] Combing the application of online public opinion research methods in the field of domestic library and information science in the last decade can assist researchers in accurately understanding and selecting methods,and provide reference for subsequent studies.[Method/Process] The paper used bibliometric method,cluster analysis,network analysis and other methods to carry out analysis from four dimensions of "time-method" "subject-method" "author-method" and "method-method".Then,application scenarios,application conditions and application effects of each research method were summarized.Finally,the paper briefly reviewed some problems in the application of the method,and forecasted the development trend of public opinion research in the future.[Result/Conclusion] The results show that the research methods are gradually changed from qualitative analysis to intelligent methods;The three major research topics have their own applicable methods;High-frequency authors mainly use artificial intelligence,network analysis and simulation modeling;The knowledge discovery method is most often used together with other methods in the current research;The application process of the method still has shortcomings in data collection,data analysis and conclusion application.
