[Purpose/Significance]Chinese library classification(CLC)number lacks the application research of discipline classification and literature metrology for a long time,In order to give full play to these two application values,it will be a new research paradigm to realize data visualization application by using CLC number.[Method/Process]Focusing on the research of knowledge graph(KG)in China,taking CNKI literature as the data sample,the study used Python tools to process data according to the construction principle of literature data set,CLC number set and CLC number matrix.On this basis,ECharts software was used to program and realize four kinds of applications of CLC number data visualization.[Result/Conclusion]From static,dynamic,co-occurrence and coupling perspectives,Sunburst Chart,Stream Graph,Co-occurrence Map and Sankey Diagram for the discipline respectively reveal the discipline rules and characteristics of CLC number under different application levels and optimization conditions.In view of the research of KG in China,characteristics of three major disciplines,namely computer application(TP39),information processing(G353)and artificial intelligence theory(TP18)were extracted,and seven important themes,including word information processing,scientific literature review,artificial neural network and computing were identified.

[Purpose/Significance]The construction of open government data has been quite effective,but it still faces many difficulties and challenges in terms of application.As for the low enthusiasm,lack of cooperation,and lack of motivation of government open data applications,it is of great significance to explore policy recommendations to promote the development of my country's government open data applications through the construction of an ecosystem.[Method/Process] By constructiong a theoretical model of the open government data application ecosystem,the study combed Logistic growth model and life cycle theory on this basis,the dynamic symbiosis evolution equation of the open government data application ecosystem was establisbed.Then,Python was used to simulate to deconstruct the interactive relationship and evolutionary path of the participating subjects.[Result/Conclusion]The study showed that the dynamic evolution of the ecosystem would reach a stable equilibrium state.The equilibrium point constitutes the boundary of the symbiosis evolution of the groups and is the constraint condition of the symbiosis coefficient.The mutually beneficial symbiosis model is the best evolution model for the government open data application ecosystem.Staged simulation results show that the evolution path of independent symbiosis-parasitic symbiosis-asymmetric mutual benefit symbiosis-symmetric mutual benefit symbiosis can more stably promote the evolution of the symbiosis system to a higher-order ecosystem.

[Objective/Meaning]The representative college students are taken as testees to explore the significant differences of information encounter among the users in different logics of personalized information recommendation systems.[Method/Process]Based on interdisciplinary research of encountering information and eye movement experiment,combined with quantitative and qualitative analysis,hypothesis was verified.[Conclusion/Discovery]The recommendation system derived from user behaviors like"CNKI Nodes"gets more web IE results;Although IE behaviour of users is a black box process of complex system,reasonable information architecture can increase the effectiveness of it;Is is essential to standard the algorithm recommendation to avert"the filter bubble"effect of superimposed"information anxiety and information cocoons"result in excessive disorder recommendations.

[Purpose/Significance]This paper aims to explore the influencing factors of academic information avoidance behavior of scientific researchers,so as to provide reference for young scientific researchers to reasonably deal with the negative impact of academic information avoidance,and provide suggestions for optimizing scientific research support for scientific research service departments in universities.[Methods/Process]In this study,young researchers in universities were selected as the interviewees,and the grounded theory was used to encode and analyze the interview data.Based on the Stressor-Strain-Outcome theory(S-S-O),the model of influencing factors of academic information avoidance behavior was constructed.[Results/Conclusion]This study shows that information characteristics,information utility,task-driven,environmental factors,scientific research platform and academic literacy are the"Stressor"factors of researchers,which directly affect the"Strain"(psychological emotion and cognitive factors)."Strain"directly affects academic information avoidance behavior.Time pressure positively regulates the influence of psychological emotion and cognitive factors on academic information avoidance behavior.

[Purpose/Significance]In order to scientifically organize and efficiently use the information resources of the online mother and infant community,one of the core elements is to dig deep into the user's information needs and build a user information needs characteristic model.[Method/Process]This article analyzed the content of online mother and infant community users' questions from the subject and target dimensions of the information needs cognition layer,constructed a health information coding model for pregnant women,and analyzed the characteristics of pregnant women's needs.[Result/Conclusion]It was found that the health information needs of pregnant women mainly included eight major categories:symptoms and abnormalities,examination during pregnancy,nutrition and health care,childbirth,fertility related policies and systems,postnatal rehabilitation and care,hospitals,fetal education and newborn care.The health information needs goals of pregnant women mainly included seven types of seeking advice,seeking recommendations,seeking evaluation,seeking experience stories,seeking explanations,seeking verification,and seeking facts.[Innovation/Value]The main contributions of the study are as follows:1Breaking through the traditional paradigm dominated by questionnaire survey in the research process of pregnant women's health information needs,a new scheme based on text topic content mining is proposed;2Suggestions for improving the online mother-to-child community are proposed from three perspectives:information resource organization,interaction design,and function optimization.

[Purpose/Significance]Research funding is an effective incentive policy in scientific work.Analyzing and revealing the impact of research funding has an important and positive role in promoting the development of national science and technology.[Method/Process]Based on computer and artificial intelligence papers of China collected in Web of Science,the papers were classified according to whether or not research funding was available.The structured topic model(STM)was used to focus on the impact of research funding on the topical content and topical prevalence.[Result/Conclusion]The results show that research funding can promote the increase in the number of scientific achievements;Research funding can have an impact on the topic preference and topic content;Interaction between research funding and time will have a positive impact on topic prevalence.

[Purpose/Significance]In order to prevent microblog topic recommendation from causing information cocoon effect,a topic recommendation method combining microblog topic characteristics and target users' interest preferences was proposed to improve the diversity of topic recommendation results without reducing the recommendation accuracy,so as to improve user satisfaction.[Method/Process]Firstly,the user's interest preferences were obtained according to the user's historical microblog content.Further,based on the collaborative filtering algorithm,the similarity of target users was calculated.Then,the topic freshness,importance and trust indexes were calculated and linear sum was performed to obtain the comprehensive interest degree of target users on microblog topics.According to user preferences and comprehensive interest degree,the interest degree of target users on microblog topics was calculated and arranged in descending order,and top-N topic recommendation results were obtained.[Result/Conclusion]The experimental results on real microblog data show that the proposed method achieves the desired effect.The recommendation effect can not only ensure the accuracy,but also reflect the diversity,and effectively alleviate the problem of single recommendation result,which is easy to cause information cocoon.

[Purpose/Significance]It is a great realistic demand to use the new generation of information technology to improve the quality and level of chronic disease health management services.Accurate and intelligent health knowledge services are of great significance for promoting self-management of chronic disease,reducing the pressure of medical costs and alleviating the uneven distribution of medical resources.[Method/Process]By adopting a combination of data-driven mode and knowledge driven mode to realize the chronic disease intelligent services,the study comprehensively used a variety of intelligent methods such as natural language processing,machine learning,knowledge engineering,semantic web and deep learning to mine,organize and utilize the multi-source heterogeneous textual big data.[Result/Conclusion]This study analyzes the needs of chronic disease intelligent services from the perspective of multi-agents,and constructs a chronic disease intelligent service model driven by textual big data and domain knowledge.The structure,function and realization path of the infrastructure layer,data acquisition layer,knowledge organization layer and intelligent service layer that constitute the model are analyzed and discussed in detail.

[Purpose/Significance]Exploring the factors influencing the initial trust building and acquisition behavior between SMEs and competitive intelligence service agencies is helpful to promote SMEs' understanding of their own competitive intelligence acquisition behavior,and for the relevant departments and intelligence services to change the service strategy and enhancing service capacity to provide evidence.[Method/Process]Based on the elaboration likelihood model(ELM),this paper analyzed the research model and hypothesis of the dual-way influencing factors which influenced SMEs to establish initial trust in the competitive intelligence service agency,and then produced the willingness to acquire competitive intelligence,and finally the acquiring behavior.Data were then collected to validate the proposed research hypotheses.[Result/Conclusion]The information quality,service quality,source credibility and reputation of the service organization have positive and significant effects on the initial trust,among which the reputation had the most significant influence.Meanwhile,the cost of competitive intelligence acquisition negatively regulates the relationship between initial trust and acquisition intention,willingness to obtain further significant positive impact on competitive intelligence acquisition behavior.

[Purpose/Significance]Increasingly complex technological innovation and severe market environment bring challenges to the survival and development of the technology-based start-ups.Early detection of potential technology opportunities can help such enterprises optimize their development strategies to strive for future competitive advantages.[Method/Process]Based on global patent data,this study proposed a technology direction identification method in view of technology potential assessment and technology-firm association relationship,so as to seek feasible technology development path for technology start-ups.In the evaluation of technical potential,the technical potential evaluation index was constructed by considering the technical value and economic value,and measure the technical potential direction of all patents in related fields.In the technology-firm relationship,take the degree of association between the target company and the potential technology into further consider and locate the optimal technology from the candidate set.This research selected the field of artificial intelligence for empirical research,and takes SenseTime as the target enterprise;under the above-mentioned method framework,the target enterprise selected the potential technology development direction based on the patent data of the whole field.[Result/Conclusion]This paper verifies the feasibility and scientificity of the proposed method above,which can help similar technology-based start-ups identify potential technology directions and develop innovation strategies,so as to help them break through difficulties and develop sustainably.

[Purpose/Significance]Identifying the data literacy service needs of liberal arts students in universities is helpful for university libraries to provide appropriate data literacy services for liberal arts students and promote the construction of new liberal arts in universities.[Method/Process]Through literature research and analysis,network investigation and analysis,expert consultation and other methods,27 data literacy service themes of university libraries were sorted out.The Kano model analysis,mixed class analysis and Better-Worse satisfaction coefficient analysis were used to determine the key needs of liberal arts students for data literacy service of university libraries and the priority order of needs.[Result/Conclusion]The results show that one-stop resource discovery platform belongs to One-dimensional demand,data storage,data acquisition,data ethics belong to Must-be demand,seminars,activities and competitions belong to Indifference demand,user interaction module,data analysis belong to Attractive demand, and the priority status of each demand is different.

[Purpose/Significance]This study aims to explore the information barriers in using the internet applications of the elderly,and the contradiction between the elderly people's actual use and potential needs of internet applications,which could to some extent provide several meaningful suggestions for improving the effect of internet applications' suitability for the elderly,and accelerating the construction of a digital society friendly to the elderly.[Method/Process]The semi-structured interviews were used to collect data on information barriers and users' needs for Internet application of the elderly groups.The 24 interview data were coded and analyzed with the help of Nvivo12 software to build a theoretical model of information barriers suitable for elderly-oriented Internet application,and the demand contradictions of the elderly users in Internet application were summarized and analyzed.[Result/Conclusion]The theoretical model of information barriers for aging Internet applications divides user information barriers into four core categories,namely motivation barriers,access barriers,technical barriers and content barriers.Demand contradictions are mainly manifested in leisure and entertainment,network security supervision,digital skills and literacy training,and aging interface setting of application software.

[Purpose/Significance]Nowadays,as academic information publication and online communication go quickly digital and all kinds of social and communication mediums such as Microblog and WeChat iteratively update,university teachers' and students' learning style,teaching mode,research paradigm have changed greatly in the Post-COVID-19 era,which causes university libraries to supply with precise and efficient knowledge services.[Method/Process]Based on reviewing the development of university libraries' knowledge services,the study proposed that university libraries could explore and innovate in these directions,such as product services,process services and node services in the Post-COVID-19 era,and gives examples of Peking University Library.[Result/Conclusion]Through the exploration of knowledge service modes and practices,it can assist university libraries to make decisions on the knowledge service innovation and development for regular epidemic prevention.

[Purpose/Significance]The purpose of this study is to help academics fully understand information ecology and its application status,in the meantime,to better apply this theory to the studies of information system.[Method/Process]After introducing the origin and development of the theory,based on the studies of thoery in the field of information system,the study analyzed the application status of this theory in information system research.[Results/Conclusions]The results show that the application of this theory in information system research mainly includes four aspects:information system design and use research,information service research,network information transmission research and data security and privacy protection research.In addition,it is found that existing studies remain some limitations,such as"lack of appropriate research methods to enrich research conclusions""the role of information technology factors in information ecosystem has not been thoroughly studied""ignoring the network information transmission between groups".Therefore,qualitative comparative analysis(QCA)can be used to explain the combination effect of influencing factors of information service in the future,and whether personalized recommendation technology is conducive to the rational allocation of information resources in the information service ecosystem can be analyzed,or the information transmission among different groups can be explored by taking the network community as the analysis unit.

[Purpose/Significance]The purpose of this study is to help the academic community deeply understand the development and application of perceived risk theory in IS discipline.and provide reference for the follow-up research.[Method/Process]By searching and systematically combing the relevant literature,the study summarized the current research achievements,limitations and future research directions.[Result/Conclusion]It is found that the researches based on percived risk theory in IS Discipline mainly focus on three research aspects:"The application of PRT in the research of e-commerce users' purchasing behavior","The application of PRT in the research of users' online information behavior"and"The application of PRT in the research of information system/service/technology adoption".There are some limitations such as"the main dimensions of perceived risk and their relationships and influencing factors still need to be further studied","there are few researches foucs on the intention of continuous use and the actual behavior"and so on.Exploring the reasons for the contradictions in the existing research,summarizing the regular research conclusions,tracking of user behavior and conducting longitudinal research,etc.are the issues of concern for the future study.

[Purpose/Significance]The purpose of this study is to help the scholars accurately grasp the trust transfer theory and its application status,and better apply it to the user trust problem in information system.[Method/Process]Based on the studies of trust transfer theory in the field of information system,the application status of the theory in information system research was summarized,and the current research limitations and future research directions were discussed.[Results/Conclusions]In e-commerce,online community and other fields,many scholars applied the trust transfer theory to explore the influence of trust on users' adoption intention and purchase intention.The main problems of the existing studies are as follows:the cross-sectional data is the main data,and the verification of the causal relationship in the process of trust transfer is insufficient;the data collection method is single,the measurement of trust is not accurate;the boundary conditions of trust transfer process are seldom explored.It is of great importance for future research to enrich data collection/analysis methods,strengthen the measurement of trust,attach importance to longitudinal data collection,and explore more moderating variables in model construction.

[Purpose/Significance]The purpose of this study is to make the academics fully understand the application of cognitive fit theory in the field of information system,meanwhile to provide help for the following application studies to fully apply its theoretical value.[Method/Process]By combing the relevant literatures,this paper systematically summarized the current research limitations,and discussed the future research directions.[Results/Conclusion]The research on the application of cognitive fit theory in the field of information system are mainly focused on four aspects:the information retrieval,the information system design,the application of information system,and the presentation of online purchasing information.The current studies also have the following limitations,"lack of measurement of the cognitive process of CFT""not considering low levels of application domain knowledge of student samples""not considering personal multitasking and teamwork situation"and so on;Future research can pay more attention to applying new measurement methods,utilizing professional system designers as participants,expanding to richer application scenarios,combining laboratory experiments with field experiments,and conducting application exploration within the theoretical framework of CFT.
