[Purpose/Significance] This paper aims to make further research on the metadata of domestic biomedical databases and improve the quality of domestic biomedical data opening.[Method/Process] Based on the metadata function requirements of genomics researchers,this paper summarized the four aspects of structure requirements,content requirements,linkage requirements and application requirements,and proposed the SCLA functional requirements dimension model of biomedical metadata.By introducing content structure view as a model for analyzing metadata structure,this paper made a comparative study on the metadata schemes of biomedical databases at home and abroad.[Results/Conclusion] domestic biomedical databases can promote the level of data openness from four aspects:optimization of data structure,data quality control,enrichment of research items and links of subgroups and summaries.

[Purpose/Significance] In order to recommend academic papers for scholars the value of academic papers is explored from the two dimensions of keyword semantic type and academic literature obsolescence,and these papers meet their research needs and have greater reference significance in the time dimension are recommended for.[Method/Process] First,the keywords of academic papers were divided into four types;then,the similarity between keywords of the same type was calculated based on the co-occurrence relationship,and the similarity of the papers in semantic types was obtained based on the keyword similarity;then,calculated the time value of different types of papers using the idea of literature obsolescence;finally,combined the similarity and time value of the papers in semantic types to generate a recommendation list of papers for scholars.[Result/Conclusion] The empirical result showed that,on the one hand,the papers recommended by this method were consistent with the research direction of scholars,on the other hand,they also had great value in the time dimension and high quality.

[Purpose/Significance] This paper proposes a competitive intelligence mining framework based on online product reviews,for the aim of providing a reference for companies to improve product design and formulate competitive strategies.[Method/Process] Word2vec was used to construct product feature word collections to identify user comment topic features.Then,the paper applied sentiment analysis methods to classify review texts and obtain review sentiment in feature dimensions.Finally,this paper took the review data of automobile industry as an example,and presented the visualization results.[Result/Conclusion] The experimental results showed that the method could effectively extract product information,help companies effectively identify the advantages and disadvantages of their own brands and competitors,and provide method guidance for competitive intelligence mining in a big data environment.

[Purpose/Significance] Data is not only the output of scientific research activities,but also the basis on which scientific research activities are carried out.Therefore,ensuring the quality of data and preventing data from being tampered with have become an important factor affecting research results.In order to avoid data fraud,data misreporting,and falsification of results to meet key scientific research goals and other data frauds,it is necessary to maintain the provenance of data.[Methods/Process] The security threats of the provenance system were divided into internal factors and external factors.Based on smart contracts and open provenance models(OPM),the provenance access mechanism was implemented by voting.Changeability,proposed a reliable provenance collection,verification and management program.[Results/Conclusions] In the process of creating,distributing,circulating,and reuse of scientific data,the system can effectively and safely capture and verify traceability records,prevent malicious changes of provenance,and thus provide ways for ensuring the objective and true scientific research data.

[Purpose/Significance] This paper builds a network community recognition model(FIUHM)based on user interest tags,which reveals the fuzzy hierarchical relationship between user interest and community formal concepts.The aim is to realize hierarchical clustering of multi-granularity attributes and community topology.[Method/Process] By extracting Douban movie community data,this paper implemented semantic annotation based on the interest intensity of user tags.The semantic distance among community users was obtained by calculating user similarity.Afterwards,the community matrix of the online community was mapped to the community formal context,based on which the fuzzy concept lattice of the community was constructed.Meanwhile,the community formal concepts and their partial order relation set were established.Finally,the boundary of the online community can be identified by computing the community stability index as well as clustering the largest independent community,to achieve the online detection of the interest community.[Result/Conclusion] The validity of the FIUHM model was evaluated through comparative experiments.The experiments showed that it was helpful to combine the partial order relationship of fuzzy concept lattices and the interest similarity between user nodes,which improved the resolution of community identification.

[Purpose/Significance] To explore the influential factors of users' continuance intention towards Academic WeChat Public Account,and hope to promote the sustainable and healthy development of academic WeChat public account.[Method/Process] Based on the expectation confirmation model(ECM)and the PPM model,a model of influential factors of the users' continuance intention towards Academic WeChat Public Account was constructed.Collected 300 valid sample data through questionnaires,and used the structural equation model for data analysis.[Results/Conclusions] The results showed that user satisfaction with academic WeChat public account was the main factor that affects users' continuance intention;perceived usefulness positively affected satisfaction and indirectly affected users' continuance intention;Expectation confirmation positively affected perceived usefulness and satisfaction indirectly affect users' continuance intention.At the same time,perceived entertainment,information quality,and service quality were positively impacting expectations confirmation,and indirectly affecting perceived usefulness,satisfaction,and continuance intention.In addition,the impact of conversion costs and substitute attraction on continuance intention is not significant.

[Purpose/Significance] The negative use behavior of mobile social network users is becoming more and more common,among which intermittent dropout behavior is a very typical one.The analysis of the characteristics and influencing factors of intermittent dropout behavior is helpful to strengthen the research of users' negative behavior,help enterprises to take targeted measures,improve the operation mechanism and realize long-term development.[Method/Process] This article selected users who have intentions to stay away from Weibo,using web crawlers to collect the time and content of users' Weibo within six months.Based on the login time interval,dropout interval and word cloud analysis of Weibo content,the characteristics and reasons of users' intermittent dropout behavior were studied.[Result/Conclusion] Weibo's environment,content and overuse will all lead to users' intention to stay away,among which active users account for the majority.However,in actual behavior,active users are less likely to take away behavior,and the dropout time interval is shorter,while negative users are opposite.Different needs of users lead to differences between users' behavioral intentions and actual behaviors.

[Purpose/Significance] This paper studies the factors influencing user churn intention towards health APPs from the perspective of privacy,serving as a reference for heath APP service providers in enhancing user stickiness,improving service effectiveness.[Method/Process] Interviewing with 24 users who have using experiences of health APP,then the paper recorded the original interview data by using the method of grounded theory to code analyse the interview materials,draw a theoretical model of the churn intention of health APP users from the perspective of privacy.[Result/Conclusion] Individual users,privacy concerns,social environment and privacy calculation results directly affected user turnover intention,the social environment also influenced the user's intention to lose by influencing the intensity of the relationship between individual users,privacy concerns and user's intention to lose,which was an intermediary relationship with user's intention to lose.

[Purpose/Significance] Online physician review information is important to build consumers' trust toward Internet medicine.However,reviews published by per physician are limited on physician rating websites.Therefore,exploring the factors that influence users to generate online physician review is critical to promote the development of Internet medical service.[Method/Process] Based on the ground theory,the paper conducted a semi-structured interview with 34 health information users.The collected data was analyzed through open coding,axial coding and selective coding process.[Results/Conclusion] In this study,the paper identified 45 initial concepts,15 categories and corresponding 4 main categories,namely user recognition,users' personal characteristics,medical policy environment and physician characteristics.On this basis,a conceptual model on generating online physician reviews has been proposed,and corresponding incentive strategies also have been put forward.The findings would provide theoretical contribution for research of online physician rating behavior,and yield some implication for the development of online physician rating websites.

[Purpose/Significance] In the big data environment,SMEs are more dependent on competitive intelligence network information sources,but there are barriers to use.The purpose of this study is to explore the use of corporate competitive intelligence network information sources under big data,and to provide a reference for corporate competitive intelligence work.[Method/Process] Based on the classification of classic information sources,in order to solve the existing research problems,the information sources of competitive intelligence networks under big data were innovatively classified into social media,Internet public,and Internet business.Research through questionnaires and in-depth interviews.[Results/Conclusion] The study found that the importance of social media network information sources has increased,but the role of traditional information sources cannot be ignored,and quality is the primary factor affecting the use of network information sources.

[Purpose/Significance] Think-tank service is an important approach of satisfying the need of self-development of university libraries to enhance "Double First-Class" construction,this article discusses the necessity and theoretical foundation of think-tank services in university libraries,and makes an exploratory study on its demand,content,basic data sources,achievements and cases.[Method/Process] Being oriented to "Double First-Class" construction,university libraries can support decision-making departments by their think-tank services in disciplinary performance evaluation,layout planning,development strategy and tendency.[Result/Conclusion] Achievements of think-tank services should be scientific,timely and practical,and comprehensive assessment and decision-making suggestions with long-term,perspicacity and directivity.

[Purpose/Significance] During the period of COVID-19 prevention and control,personal information such as personal movement trajectory,relationship map and electronic health code played an important role in accurately positioning the spread of the epidemic,preventing the spread of the epidemic and promoting the resumption of work and production.Due to the lack of certain information collection and protection mechanism and sharing security rules,the risk of personal information abuse and leakage is faced.How to balance the use and protection of personal information is of great significance on the background of public health emergencie.[Method/Process] This paper constructed the whole life cycle protection framework of personal information designed for privacy protection,from the perspective of personal information subject,personal information collector and processor,and data governance supervisor involved in the protection of personal information under the background of epidemic prevention and control.[Result/Conclusion] Under the background of epidemic prevention and control,the protection of personal information involves multiple stakeholders,so it is necessary to pay attention to the collection and utilization of personal privacy information,taking into account the needs of economic and social development and personal privacy protection,so as to better realize the social value of personal information.The whole life cycle protection framework of personal information designed for privacy protection had certain guiding significance for further standardizing personal information collection,storage organization,sharing and utilization and reasonable disposal under the background of epidemic prevention and control.In the future,we needed to explore and improve the personal information security governance system in practice,build a protection system integrating emergency prevention and social relief,set up an independent personal privacy protection regulatory agency,and improve the construction of national emergency management information system.

[Purpose/Significance] In order to further promote the process of medical data sharing,considering the protection of privacy,the willingness of patients and medical services to participate in medical data sharing is analyzed.[Method/Process] Based on evolutionary game theory,an evolutionary game model consisting of two game agents of patients and medical services was constructed.Moreover,the model's evolutionary stability strategies via solving the replication dynamic equations were analyzed.Finally,MATLAB was used for numerically simulation.[Result/Conclusion] The evolutionary stability strategy of patients and medical services was affected by a variety of factors,including the benefits that both parties received from medical data sharing,the risks of privacy breaches,and the construction costs that medical services needed to pay as well as the probabilities of privacy leaks under active protection and negative protection.[Limitation] The influences of the government management department,platform service provider on the willingness of both parties to participate in the process of medical data sharing were not considered.

[Purpose/Significance] In the age of self-media,the era of everyone's microphone has begun.Network is the amplifier of social public opinion.With the complication of the network environment,it brings great pressure to the government's public opinion governance.Therefore,this paper explores the influencing factors of government public opinion governance and seeks the sustainable development path of government public opinion governance,which is a problem worthy of study and has certain practical significance.Based on this,this paper adopts a hybrid method of grey relational analysis and qualitative comparative analysis.[Method/Process] Based on the two dimensions of external factors and internal factors,it explored the influencing factors of government public opinion governance ability.This paper collected the relevant data of 31 provinces in China in 2017,used MATLAB software programming to realize the grey correlation analysis algorithm,and calculated the correlation between government public opinion governance ability and various influencing factors.On the basis of grey relational analysis,using qualitative comparative analysis method and from a systematic perspective,this paper analysed the influence of different factors combination on the governance ability of government public opinion,and explored the sustainable development path of the governance ability of government public opinion.[Result/Conclusion] This paper put forward three kinds of sustainable development models,which were suitable for the eastern provinces,the provinces with large population and the northwest provinces of China.It is helpful for local governments to adopt corresponding measures according to their actual situation.

[Purpose/Significance] By analyzing the Clarifying Lawful Overseas Use of Data Act,the paper aims to clarify the act's emergence background and core content points,put its influences and implications.[Method/Process] The paper used literature review method and content analysis method to analyze the law's emergence background,core content,influences and implications.[Result/Conclusion] Cloud act may bring far-reaching effects to data controllers and holders,it may conflict with existing data protection laws,and put challenges to our country's data protection laws cross-border data access laws and policies.

[Purpose/Significance] It is necessary to pay attention to the phenomenon of the decline of the volume of publication paper of academic core journals,and it is necessary to analyze the relationship between the length of the paper and the citation in this context.[Method/Process] This paper put forward the concept of length impact factor,adopted general regression and quantile regression,and systematically analyzes 17275 economic journals included in CSSCI database based on CNKI citation database.[Result/Conclusion] The results showed:The phenomenon of the decline of the volume of publication paper of academic journals should be paid enough attention;The length impact factor had nothing to do with the length of the paper;The length of the paper has nothing to do with citations;The research method of the relation between the length of the paper and citation needed to be improved;It is suggested that the volume of publication paper should be taken as the evaluation index of CSSCI.

[Purpose/Significance] The hub nodes with the multi-topic coverage can quickly lead to the highly cited literatures and authoritative nodes of multiple topics in the field,so that the new field workers can fully understand the existing research,current situation and future development trend in a short time.[Method/Process] This paper proposed a node group discovery algorithm,HubsRank algorithm,which is based on the transfer of node influence(information and knowledge)in citation network.Through multiple iterations,the hub nodes with multi-topic coverage in citation network was obtained.[Result/Conclusion] Finally,compared with HITs algorithm for empirical analysis,this algorithm can extract a set of hub nodes and highly cited authority nodes of different topics more quickly and comprehensively,and this algorithm can effectively avoid topic clustering effect.

[Purpose/Significance] The scholar is the creator of academic knowledge and the main promoter of academic innovation.The evaluation of academic impact has a guiding role on the academic development of scholars and is also the focus of scholars.[Method/Process] This study proposed a method for measuring the academic impact of scholars based on dynamic changes.Using the China citation database(CCD)as a statistical tool,the SIF measurement model was used to analyze the evolution of the academic impact of highly cited scholars in China in the field of arts and humanities published by Elsevier in 2019.[Result/Conclusion] The results showed that SIF model made up the deficiency of h index in evaluating the scholar impact. It was applicable to the measurement of scholar impact evolution and revealed the process of scholar impact of academic career.

[Purpose/Significance] This paper summarizes the research progress of Mobile Visual Search(MVS)at home and abroad,and finds out the achievements,limitations and potential research directions worthy of attention in the future.[Method/Process] Through the analysis of the literature content,the current research results were sorted out from key index detection,feature extraction and representation,feature indexing and matching,geometric consistency verification,system framework and search algorithm,system application and interactive system,MVS product classification and comparison,visual data set construction and database compression,system structure and model mechanism,MVS user behavior intention and heterogeneous MVS system standardization.[Result/Conclusion] The future research on MVS can be carried out from the perspective of user behavior,such as user experience,initial adoption,continuous use and emotional attachment.

[Purpose/Significance] Starting from the concept of scientific frontiers,this article summarizes the existing scientific frontier detection methods based on text content,and provides basic reference and inspiration for the development of scientific frontier detection methods.[Methods/Process] A systematic summary of the relevant concepts of scientific frontiers and scientific frontier detection methods based on text content,and the advantages and disadvantages of existing text-based detection methods and composite detection methods were analyzed.[Results /Conclusions] Make a further analysis of the scientific frontier and its similar concepts,summarized the shortcomings of the existing methods,and put forward suggestions for future development.
