[Purpose/Significance] Scientific research information reporting on the prevention and treatment of 2019-nCoV is an important topic of public concern,which can easily lead to the network information flooding and the public panic.The way to guide network public opinion trend of scientific research information reporting in public health emergencies has become an important topic.[Method/Process] The paper selected "Shuanghuanglian Incident" as the research case and crawling relevant data on Sina Weibo.Through statistical analysis and sentiment analysis,it discussed the public opinion heat trend and emotional orientation of scientific research information reporting,and then considered the impact of the government response on the development of the public opinion.[Results/Conclusions] The results showed that the public paid close attention to the scientific research information reporting and expressed extreme attitudes,while the authoritative responses of the official media and experts would affect the topic's heat and the public's emotional orientation.The official media has strong dissemination power and social influence,and has become the main way for the public to obtain scientific research information.Therefore,this paper constructed a collaborative control mechanism of "official media-authoritative experts-the public" to effectively respond to the network public opinion caused by scientific research information reporting.

[Purpose/Significance] Using the network public opinion data of COVID-19,this study aimed to access the attention of Chinese netizens in public health emergencies.Research results can help improve the efficiency of government information supply during the epidemic,meet public needs,and provide social support.[Design/Methodology] From Sina big data platform,obtained Research data including public opinion data,top 100 popular Weibo,new case data etc.Using descriptive statistics,crosstabs analysis,regression analysis and other methods to study the changing trends and influencing factors of netizens' attention in public health emergencies.[Findings/Conclusion] In the early stage of the outbreak,large-scale media reports caused a large number of netizens to pay attention to the incident;as the epidemic was serious,new cases and the netizens' concerns appeared at the same frequency resonance;in the early days of media reports,the concentration of netizens' attention was high;The five major themes of epidemic prevention measures,encouragement,donation,initiative,and praise throughout the epidemic;Netizens most concerned about the mainstream media's weibo,and there were significant differences in the emotional tendencies of different weibo account types;The overall attention of netizens was affected by new cases and coefficients of variation;The daily popularity of public opinion was affected by new cases,coefficient of variation,total public opinion and dramatic scores;The degree of attention of a single Weibo had a certain relationship with the total number of related topics on that day and the number of account fans.[Originality/Value] This article systematically analyzed the changing trends and influencing factors of netizens' attention during public health emergencies.

[Purpose/Significance] Infectious always accompanies rumors,which is especially true for emerging and emergent infectious disease(EEID).Thus,the disease process of disease containment is also the process of rumor control.For rumor control,understanding its generation mechanism and spreading characteristic is fundamental.[Method/Process] Based on disease contagion and rumor spreading models,an EEID-driven rumor spreading conceptual framework was proposed from an innovation diffusion perspective,and mathematical models were constructed at the individual level.Based on experiment design,comprehensive simulation experiments are conducted via Agent-based Modeling technique.[Result/Conclusion] Simulation experiment data-based results indicate:besides rumor spreading parameters,EEID-related factors,including disease parameters and epidemic perception parameters,showed statistically significant influences on the spreading of rumor.This conclusion means,rumor control strategies that neglect the dependence of rumor spreading on disease contagion may not be as effective as expected,may waste control resources,or even cause opposite effects.

[Purpose/Significance] By building a data life cycle model,a scientific data management system is further constructed to provide a theoretical basis for scientific data management in China.[Method/Process] On the basis of summarizing the characteristics of scientific data and analyzing the current challenges,the literature survey method and case study method were used to summarize the scientific data life cycle model.[Result/Conclusion] Constructed a scientific data management system and put forward three countermeasures in accordance with the actual situation:Scientific data management policy segmentation,phased planning of scientific data life cycle,and clear data literacy and responsibility of responsible subjects.

[Purpose/Significance] Digital cultural resources have become one of the most important and basic strategic resources in the era of big data.They are endowed with new values and new application needs.In order to solve the problems in the development and application of digital cultural resources,the construction of digital cultural governance system based on the integration of science and technology and humanity is proposed.[Method/Process] By defining the connotation of digital culture governance,analyzing the necessity of digital culture governance,and clarifying the process of digital culture governance,this paper constructed the reference framework of digital culture governance from four levels:governance subject level,data level,governance mechanism level and governance technology level.[Result/Conclusion] From the perspective of the guarantee of digital culture governance mechanism,the guarantee of multi-agent demand and the guarantee of governance quality,this paper put forward the strategy of digital culture governance,which provided reference for the innovative development and value creation of digital culture resources.

[Objective/Meaning] With the rapid development of computer and Internet technologies,the academic virtual community has become an important platform for informal communication between scientific researchers.This paper explores the process and mechanism of knowledge exchange in academic virtual communities,and lays the foundation for subsequent research on this topic.[Method/Process] Using the literature research method and qualitative analysis method to analyze the connotation and characteristics,process,and mechanism of academic virtual community knowledge exchange,on this basis,infered the manifestation of the efficiency of knowledge exchange,and introduced efficiency measures in economics methods to identify the evaluation indicators of knowledge exchange efficiency.[Results/Conclusions] An internal mechanism model with the core elements of knowledge exchange,communication motivation,communication mechanism,and communication effect as the core was established.The number of posts,comments,browsing,and re-comments generated by community members during the knowledge exchange process was an academic virtual community an important indicator for the quantitative evaluation of knowledge exchange efficiency.

[Purpose/Significance] From the perspective of health literacy,this paper studied the influencing factors of user experience of mobile medical Apps,which helped to improve the users' health literacy as well as the user experience quality.[Method/Process] This study constructed the theoretical model of the influencing factors of user experience of mobile medical Apps,applied structural equation modeling methods and Bootstrap for hypothesis test,mediation effect analysis and path analysis.[Result/Conclusion] The study found out that:(1)visual attractiveness positively affected user experience;(2)demand satisfaction positively affected user experience;(3)health information acquisition ability in the health literacy construct positively affected user experience through full mediating effect of demand satisfaction;(4)health information evaluation and utilization ability in the health literacy construct didn't have effect on user experience.

[Purpose/Significance] This paper reveals the influence and mechanism of variables of motivation,opportunity and ability on knowledge sharing intention of academic social network users.[Method/Process] Based on the MOA theory,this paper constructed a model of influencing factors of knowledge sharing intention of academic social network users,and used structural equation model method to verify the research hypothesis.[Result/Conclusion] The result showed that altruistic motivation,reputation motivation,community identity motivation,knowledge acquisition motivation,information quality,system quality and self-efficacy had significant influence on knowledge sharing intention of academic social network users,and social relationship motivation and service quality had no significant effect on knowledge sharing intention of academic social network users.This model was of great significance to explain the knowledge sharing intention of Chinese academic social network users and guided the construction of academic social platform.

[Purpose/Significance] Knowledge proliferation has become a new criterion for judging the success of online knowledge communities.The user behavior supported by Web2.0 technology is regarded as the carrier of knowledge proliferation,and the interpersonal trust encouraged by rules and norms of online communities is regarded as the conditions for knowledge proliferation,so as to investigate the reciprocal causal relationship between user behavior and user trust,and explore the law of knowledge proliferation in online communities.[Method/Process] 332 valid samples were obtained by questionnaire survey,and hypothesizes were tested by AMOS20.0.[Result/Conclusion] The development process of user behavior was "knowledge seeking-knowledge application-knowledge contribution";The development process of trust among users was "cognitive trust-emotional trust".User behavior and user trust were the cause and effect of each other,both promoted the knowledge proliferation of online community.

[Purpose/Significance] Digital libraries are also gradually transforming into smart libraries.The collection,analysis and other data usage behaviors of library data are constantly practiced,and make certain contributions to business management and service innovation.However,the use of sensitive data involving user privacy can raise security concerns.[Method/Process] Based on the analysis of data mining method based on the traditional library,try reference PPDM(privacy preserving data mining),the method of data generalization,cleaning,shielding,distortion,etc,and the integration of business requirements,data mining and the user data is standardized as the goal,to explore the smart service under the background of user privacy protection mechanism,build business implementation and data protection,the feasibility of integration solutions.[Pesult/Conclusion] The PPDM method can be used for data collection,data release,data sharing and data aggregation in a smart library to protect user privacy data.Only by closely connecting with technological innovation can smart libraries guarantee service innovation and thus promote the development of smart libraries.

[Purpose/Significance] Under the fourth research paradigm,the advent of the era of big data makes the demand for scientific research data of college students increasingly vigorous.In-depth exploration of the key factors influencing the requirement for the data demand management can help guide college students to manage the demand of scientific research data and promote the standardization of data demand derived from each link.[Method/Process] In this paper,fsQCA method was adopted to process the questionnaire data.The combination of technology,service,context and user factors was analyzed to promote the occurrence of scientific research data demand management.[Result/Conclusion] The research results revealled three configurations that affected college students' scientific research data demand management,among which the user factor was the most critical.Finally,corresponding Suggestions were put forward according to the obtained conditional configurations to provide enlightenment for the implementation of scientific research data demand management.

[Purpose/Significance] The safety & security intelligence(SI)talents training aims to reserve SI professionals,which is directly related to the safety & security management(SM)of the country,society and various social organizations.In the era of big data,big data puts forward new requirements for the training of SI talents.Therefore,the research on the training of SI talents in the era of big data has important theoretical and practical significance.[Method/Process] By the methods of literature analysis and theoretical speculation,and based on the theory of SI talents training,this paper analyzed the new requirements of training SI talents under the background of big data,and a capacity literacy system of SI talents in the era of big data was bulit.On this basis,the SI talents training mode in big data was put forward,and the model was analyzed and discussed in detail.[Result/Conclusion] The results showed that in the era of big data,the training of SI talents was faced with many new requirements,such as goal upgrading,unified standards,broad needs,legal construction,capacity improvement,environmental adaption,education reform,etc.At the same time,the level of knowledge,skills,consciousness,culture,morality and executive ability of SI talents was in urgent need of improvement.Moreover,The training mode of SI talents in the era of big data was reformed and innovated in terms of education system,legal protection,think tank construction,cultural atmosphere and talent assessment,so as to cultivate high-quality SI talents.

[Purpose/Significance] Research on the spread of open platform of government data is conducive to improving the popularity of the platform,expanding the influence of the platform,and directly affecting the effect of the opening and utilization of government data.[Method/Process] Based on the classic SIR model,the model of open platform of government data was constructed,by adding symbiosis which was the key factor that affected the spread of open platform of government data.[Result/Conclusion] The results showed that the evolution path of "independent symbiosis-partial benefit symbiosis(user benefit)-mutual benefit symbiosis" was in line with the overall interests;under the mode of "mutual benefit symbiosis",the effect of platform transmission was the best;under the mode of "partial benefit symbiosis(platform benefit)",the effect of platform transmission was the worst.

[Purpose/Significance] Different from a single-dimensional measure of sentiment intensity,the food safety public opinion sentiment analysis based on sentiment semantic space analyzes the fine-grained representation of sentiment and sentiment focus from the perspective of three-dimensional space,which is of great significance for the government and relevant departments to improve the level of public opinion governance.[Method/Process] The PAD model was used to construct the emotional semantic space.Taking the food safety public opinion events in 2018 as an example,on the one hand,emotional words were mapped to the emotional semantic space,and calculated multi-dimensional emotional intensity of emotional words based on location;on the other hand,the expression form divided the emotion level and explored different emotion-oriented characteristics.[Result/Conclusion] In the multi-dimensional emotional semantic space,the self-awareness level of food safety public sentiment was high,indicating that the public believed that they had a better understanding of food safety;and the social development and people's livelihood involved had a significant negative development trend.Moreover,the level of neurophysiological activation of netizens in expressing such emotions should be highly valued by the government.Opinion leaders in food safety public opinion had a strong influence on the emotions of others,and the government should strengthen communication and guidance with opinion leaders in this field.

[Purpose/Significance] This study aims to help the academic community fully understand actor-network theory and its application in information system research,so as to lead domestic research into depth.[Method/Process] After reviewing relevant literature at home and abroad,current research results,limitations,and future research directions worthy of attention were summarized.[Result/Conclusion] The applications of actor-network theory in information system research mainly included four aspects:information technology innovation and development,information technology adoption and use,information interaction behavior in social media,and knowledge construction of information system domain.Given limitations of current research,future research could pay attention to four directions:macro perspective of the network,actor power,methodological framework,and theoretical application and development in Chinese context.

[Purpose/Significance] This paper sorts out and summarizes the research on coevolution theory in information systems to provide researchers with ideas and directions.[Method/Process] The research was summarized into five aspects:research on using coevolution theory in dynamic evolution of knowledge networks,research on using coevolution theory in information behavior of online website users,research on using coevolution theory in information processing technology improvement,research on using coevolution theory in information system optimization,research on using coevolution theory in coordinated development of e-commerce and logistics.[Result/Conclusion] The existing research had shortcomings such as expandable research content,in-depth application of theory,lack of exploration of multidirectional causality,progress would be made in these aspects in the future research.

[Purpose/Significance] This study aims to help the academic community fully understand the application and development of social identity theory in the field of information system,hoping to provide ideas and directions for researchers in related fields.[Method/Process] After reviewing relevant literature at home and abroad,this paper summarized the current research results,discussed the limitations and future research directions worthy of attention.[Result/Conclusion] The application of social identity theory in information system research may mainly include five aspects:user social identity,user use intention and behavior,user loyalty and word-of-mouth,user knowledge behavior,information system design and optimization.In view of the limitations of the current research,the future research could pay attention to four directions:the theoretical interpretation of SIT,the dynamic measurement of social identity,the application scope of SIT,and social identity threat.

[Purpose/Significance] UTAUT is widely used in the research of users' intent and behavior of using IT.Combing and summarizing the important researches of UTAUT in the field of information system will help researchers grasp future ideas and directions of UTAUT research.[Method/Process] This study divided the research issues into four aspects(the adoption of technology,users' satisfaction issue,the continuance use of technology and the recommendation of technology),summarized the research results and pointed out the existing problems and future research directions.[Result/Conclusion] The existing researches have limitations such as "lack of longitudinal research","imperfect model structure","controversial function of some factors","lack of verification on actual behavior","no direct conclusion of recommendation issue "and" lack of research in organizational environment".Future research should pay attention to dynamic analysis,introduction of rich moderators,verification of users' actual behavior with objective data,improvement of research on recommendation issue,behavior of using IT in organizational environment,application research in new technologies and systems as well as system design and optimization issues.
