[Purpose/Significance] When public health emergencies occur,the importance of credibility of relevant information in social media is highlighted.Taking Wechat as an example,this paper puts forward the influencing factors of information credibility of public health emergencies in social media,in order to provide relevant suggestions for users,platforms and national information governance departments.[Design/Methodology] Based on the survey data,this paper explored the influencing factors of information credibility of public health emergencies in social media from four dimensions:information users,information sources,information content and information environment.[Findings/Conclusion] The results showed that content objectivity,user trust tendency,official account speciality and environment externality had direct positive effects on information credibility of public health emergencies in social media,that user willingness to know and friend relationship strength had indirect positive effects on information credibility of public health emergencies in social media,and that there were complex impact relationships between these factors.[Originality/Value] This paper distinguished social media information sources,and introduced user willingness to know and environment externality into the research.It also proposed suggestions on strengthening the supervision of official account information and massive recurrent information in social media.

[Purpose/Significance] In the era of big data,big data and intelligence are the key to improve the capability of epidemic prevention and control.Therefore,it is of great significance to carry out the research on intelligence-led epidemic prevention and control model in the big data environment.[Method/Process] First,this article defined the concepts of epidemic prevention and control,epidemic big data and epidemic intelligence.Second,this paper expounded the relationship of epidemic prevention and control,epidemic big data and epidemic intelligence.Finally,this article constructed an intelligence-led epidemic prevention and control model in the big data environment,and analyzed its connotation.[Result/Conclusion] The key of intelligence-led epidemic prevention and control in the big data environment was to transform epidemic big data into useful epidemic intelligence,and use epidemic intelligence to support the improvement of epidemic prevention and control capability.

[Purpose/Significance] By clarifying the fermentation mechanism of network public opinion involving in public health emergencies,the present paper aims to provide enlightenments to official agencies and online medias about how to guide the network public opinion and resolve the public crises effectively.[Method/Process] Based on knowledge fermentation theory,the fermentation elements of network public opinion on public health emergencies were first analyzed.Then the micro-fermentation mechanism and macro-fermentation mechanism of the network public opinion on public health emergencies were expounded,respectively.[Result/Conclusion] The fermentation of network public opinion on health emergency was developed with the interaction of fermentation elements which included fermentation bodies,fermentation strains,fermentation enzymes,technical support,fermentation environment,fermentation products in the fermentation bar.With the fermenting activities,the network public opinion incubated,burst out,integrated,and finally dispelled or mutated.

[Purpose/Significance] The purpose is to explore the dynamic mechanism of the role change of social Q&A community users,so as to promote the change of community users from low contribution to high contribution,actively contribute knowledge,and promote the development of social Q&A community.[Method/Process] Based on the research method of grounded theory,through interviews,literature reading,data sorting and coding at all levels,this paper obtained the dynamic mechanism of the role change of users in the social question-and-answer community and established a theoretical model.[Result/Conclusion] Social Q&A community user role transformation by resource factors,platform,satisfaction,learning motivation,individual characteristics and emotional needed five aspects interact and influence,through in-depth analysis of the five factors,divided into two aspects of internal motivation and external motivation,and targeted to the social question and answer community improvement countermeasures and Suggestions are put forward,provide reference for community managers formulate perfect measures.

[Purpose/Significance] The topic of reposting and information dissemination based on Weibo has attracted much attention.Although previous studies have made various attempts on the factors affecting Weibo reposting,most of them only focus on whether Weibo reposting and rarely consider the number of reposts,and rarely explore the interaction between influencing features.Therefore,further research is needed to make up for these research gaps.[Method/Process] This study used Sina Weibo as the research object,combines ELM model and emotional cognitive theory,and established logistic regression model and negative binomial regression model with "repost" and "repost number" as dependent variables respectively to explore the different effects of source characteristics,information content characteristics and emotional characteristics on Weibo reposting.[Result/Conclusion] Some source characteristics and information content characteristics can significantly increase the probability and number of reposts of Weibo,and the number of followers has an inverted U-shaped relationship with the possibility of reposting and reposting;The influence of different polar emotions on Weibo repost were asymmetric;In addition,compared with ordinary users,the influence of other source characteristics,emotional characteristics,and information content characteristics on the repost of Weibo was smaller for high-impact users.The innovation of this paper was to combine ELM theory and emotional cognitive theory to explore the influencing factors of Weibo Reposting,and to include the square term of the number of fans in the model.The conclusions had certain theoretical contributions and practical implications.

[Purpose/Significance] For the theoretical construction and rational practice of external supervision of scientific research integrity(SRI).[Method/Process] the present study examined the conforms regularity and purposiveness of external supervision of SRI on six levels,including(a)the social foundation and national interest,(b)power operation and scientific ecology,(c)self-discipline and external system,(d)efficiency of rule formation,(e)driving force of rule and individual role positioning(f)future requirements of scientific research "productivity" upgradation and "science-society" operation logic change.[Result/Conclusion] The present theoretical analysis suggested that:(a)In the process of scientific institutionalization,the efficiency,efficiency and legitimacy of the scientific norms related freedom and order,fundamentally determined the specific content and existence forms of scientific norms in the specific Spatio-temporal stage;(b)The rationally external supervision of SRI was the institutional demand to adjust the relationship between scientific researchers,realize opportunity fairness,establish a benign order,promote the free pursuit of scientific research(or occupation),fully liberate and develop the individual talent and creativity of scientific society,and maintain the scientific truth-seeking spirit.(c)the rationally external supervision of SRI must effectively guard against the risk of possible "administrative abuse" from path dependency,and clarify the boundary of the government's "decentralization,supervision and services" was also alerted.

[Purpose/Significance] In view of the increasingly serious online health anxiety,the causes of online health anxiety were extracted from relevant literature to construct relevant models,in order to obtain the enlightenment of alleviating online health anxiety and indirectly contribute to the development of "Great Health".[Method/Process] The content analysis method was used to analyze 35 sample literatures in order to extract the causes of online health anxiety.Therefore,the whole and specific genetic models of online health anxiety were obtained.In addition,the paper summarized the forms of online health anxiety,and put forward corresponding enlightenment to alleviate the online health anxiety.[Result/Conclusion] The results showed that the main factors causing online health anxiety were information factor,trait factor,cognitive factor and behavioral factor.There were three main forms of online health anxiety:external information stimulation,internal trait drive and self-environment imbalance.Finally,this paper proposed three ways to relieve the online health anxiety from the perspective of the game between stimulus and organism,and summarizes the relevant enlightenment.

[Objective] By using grounded theory to study weibo users' emotional tendency,this method can be better applied in weibo public opinion research,and can achieve the purpose of effective supervision through supervision of information public opinion and the proposal of marketing strategies.[Research Methods] Taking weibo user groups as the research objects,sina weibo "Zhang Koukou event" as the research topic,grounded theory as the research tool,through the analysis of collected effective data,the characteristics,process and rules of weibo public opinion communication were studied,and specific supervision strategies were proposed based on the research conclusions.[Research Results] The research method of this paper was open and rigorous,which verified the effectiveness and practicability of grounded theory in the research on weibo public opinion communication,expanded the new perspective of weibo public opinion research,and proposed the supervision strategy of online public opinion communication aiming at users' emotional tendency.

[Purpose/Significance] Dynamically tracking users' continuous usage willingness and obtaining data is of great significance for improving services quality and promoting the sustainable development of mobile library.[Methods/Procedures] Based on D&M ISSM,ECM-ISC and TTF model,we integrated model and designed a longitudinal research framework to continuously track 194 users of mobile library for three months,in order to obtain their perceptual sample data by questionnaire at T1,T2 and T3 time points.[Results/Conclusion] The empirical results showed that:(1)in the early stage of usage,namely T1 and T2 time points,users' continuous usage willingness was mainly affected by task-technology fit,perceived usefulness and expectation confirmation;(2)after about three months of usage,namely T3 time points,users' continuous usage was mainly affected by perceived usefulness,system quality,information quality and service quality;(3)satisfaction has always been a key factor affecting users' continuous usage;(4)service quality has always been an important factor affecting users' continuous usage.

[Purpose/Significance] Evidence-based decision-making is a practice advocated in government decision-making by developed countries such as Europe and the United States in recent years.It emphasizes the scientific and technological policy-making trends based on rational decision-making.To improve the quality of decision-making,it is not the evidence itself can make good policies,but that it can provide policy makers with a knowledge base of potential choices and solutions.[Method/Process] In addition to development history of evidence-based decision-making,we first needed to understand what evidence was,and the relationship between evidence and some basic concepts commonly used in information science,sorted out the relationship between evidence and decision-making,and further analyzed how to use evidence serving for decision making.[Result/Conclusion] Evidence is similar to intelligence in some respects.It is pointed out that its basis is still information,data and knowledge.In the process of using information as evidence into decision-making or action,information is transformed into evidence.This is the same as the transformation of intelligence into decision-making.

[Purpose/Significance] Mining the content of online users' additional comments will help e-commerce enterprises to grasp the general rule of time for online users to publish follow-up comments,and can guide manufacturers to improve their products and assist users to make purchasing decisions according to the characteristics of additional comments.[Method/Process] From the content dimension,text content mining of online users' additional comment texts was carried out through semantic feature analysis,emotional feature analysis,word frequency co-occurrence analysis and time feature analysis.[Result/Conclusion] This paper expounded the content information characteristics of online users' supplementary comments and their relationship and difference with the semantics of the original comments,and revealed that the time lag of online users' supplementary comments conforms to the power distribution characteristics.

[Purpose/Significance] This paper explores the impact of the incentive mechanism of academic virtual community on the user's perceived the effect of knowledge contribution from the perspective of user perception,and provides suggestions for the sustainable and healthy development of the community.[Method/Process] Based on the information system success model,combined with the Incentive theory and motivation theory,it constructed a user-perceived knowledge contribution effect model including incentive mechanism,perceived interaction quality,satisfaction,and willingness of knowledge contribution.Based on data from 164 valid questionnaires,the model was tested empirically using partial least squares method.[Result/Conclusion] Material incentives would positively affect the user's perceived pleasure and perceived identity.Spiritual incentives and environmental incentives positively affected the user's perceived pleasure,perceived identity and perceived altruism;The user's perceived identity and perceived altruism positively affected the user's willingness of knowledge contribution,while perceived pleasure and perceived identity positively affected user's satisfaction;user's satisfaction positively affected users' willingness of knowledge contribution and perceived the effect of knowledge contribution;users' willingness of knowledge contribution to academic virtual community contribution would be significantly positive affect the user's perceived the effect of knowledge contribution.

[Purpose/Significance] The research of scientific knowledge diffusion has entered into a new stage due to the development of big data,which has also brought new research problems.In addition,the rise of data-driven research paradigms has impacted the original research thinking and framework.[Method/Process] In order to meet the needs of the new stage and new paradigm,based on the clarification of concepts related to the diffusion of scientific knowledge,the research on the theory of knowledge units,the channels,mechanisms,and measures of scientific knowledge diffusion were analyzed.According to the impact of the new paradigm on the research objects and methods,a basic framework for the research of scientific knowledge diffusion oriented to the new paradigm of data-driven was proposed.[Result/Conclusion] The main content of the basic framework was explained based on research objects,theoretical dimensions,and method dimensions,providing researchers with certain research topics and theoretical perspectives.

[Purpose/Significance] Emotion mining based on social media users' online comments can analyze the evolution rules of users' emotion intensity and event focus,thus helping the government to take targeted measures to effectively arrange emergency activities.[Method/Process] This paper takes Hurricane Maria as an example,takes relevant Twitter content text as data,and introduces time series analysis to analyze the text content based on the calculation of text emotion value and intensity value,and analyzes the emotional evolution characteristics and fluctuation rules of users through emotion polarity and emotion intensity.[Results/Conclusion] (1)The alienation of information reverses the relationship between people and information,and there is a path dependence phenomenon.It is necessary to focus on the alienation dilemma,reduce the fear of information,and further realize the positive path dependence of information.(2)Rapid rescue capability is still the focus of public attention.Public welfare fund-raising is a hot topic after the disaster and continues to bring positive emotional impact to the public.Negative government news is the trigger derived from negative emotions of Internet users.(3)The phenomenon of public opinion "out of focus" is obvious in the later stage of disaster events.Maintaining "alliance" between the government and the media is helpful to focus public opinion.

[Purpose/Significance] Mobile government is one of the innovation modes of intelligent governance.However,its implementation result varies from place to place.The adoption behavior of mobile government users is an important factor affecting the performance of mobile government.Reviewing the research status of relevant fields at home and abroad systematically and analyzing the possible research trends has positive guidance for future theoretical research and practical application in the field of mobile government.[Method/Process] This paper obtained samples from the databases of CNKI and Web of Science based on the keyword search,finally chose 48 papers with high correlation,then deeply analyzed theoretical basis,formation mechanism and future prospect by systematic review.[Result/Conclusion] Research related to mobile government at home and abroad was still in its infancy,and there were still a lot to be further studied.Future research can focus on innovative research of interdisciplinary theory integration,domain segmentation,and research paradigm.

[Purpose/Significance] Digital health information service is an important model to alleviate the contradiction between the shortage of offline medical resources and the increasing health needs in the era of the mobile Internet.The system usage behavior of its users has received widespread attention from the academic community.This paper constructs a systematic explanation framework for users' willingness to use the digital health system continuously,and aims to provide reference and reference for researchers in related fields in China.[Method/Process] This paper adopts a literature survey method to analyze the research status of this topic from the perspectives of user internal cognition,supplier service and integration.[Results/Conclusion] The study found that the internal perspective of users is the mainstream theoretical school of research on the willingness to use digital health.The factors that affect the willingness to use are mainly divided into perceptual factors,emotional factors and individual external factors.From the perspective of supplier service,the information system success model is the theoretical starting point,focusing on the direct and indirect effects of supplier service quality on the willingness to continue using it.With the deepening of research,it is difficult to comprehensively reflect the complex issue of continuous use from only a single perspective of user perception or system quality.Integrated research represented by the ELM model will be the main research trend in this field.
