[Purpose/Significance] The industry-university cooperation represents the cooperation between the knowledge system and the industrial system. The selection of the best cooperation objects between enterprises and universities has a great significance to promote the joint development of schools and enterprises, enhance the innovation ability of enterprises, and promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in universities.[Method/Process] This paper constructed a detection model of frontier scientific research teams in universities. From the perspective of enterprises, the topic model and clustering algorithm were used as technical support to acquire multiple sub-technical topics in the technical field, and to clarify the research focus and weak areas of the enterprise from a more fine-grained level. Then,at the sub-technical theme level, the university was ranked by similar patent density, and the best cooperative colleges were identified. On this basis, similar research patents were used as the medium to explore university research teams and improve the efficiency of cooperation between schools, universities, and universities.[Findings/Conclusion] Taking blockchain as the technical field and ZhongAn Technology as the enterprise object, the industry-university cooperation object selection model was verified. The research focus and weak areas of ZhongAn Technology were clarified, and the best cooperative universities and research teams in the sub-areas were identified. The validity of the proposed model was verified, which provided a practical path for the selection of school-enterprise cooperation objects.[Originality/Value] From the perspective of patent,school-enterprise cooperation was matched at a more fine-grained technical theme level, which provided a practical path for improving the efficiency of school-enterprise cooperation, promoting technological innovation and realizing the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in universities.
