[Purpose/Significance] The Wigmore's graphic analysis method is a method for analyzing a large amount of evidence and organizing it into a whole and drawing conclusions.The theoretical background,methodological goals,methodological structure and elements,and steps and cases of the Wigmore's graphic analysis method were discussed.[Method/Process] The applicability of Wigmore's graphic analysis method to information analysis was discussed from six aspects,and the differences between information analysis and judicial evidence were analyzed.[Result/Conclusion] According to the characteristics and requirements of information analysis,the Wigmore's graphic analysis method was improved. The Improvements included two parts:an information unit table and an information analysis logic diagram.

[Purpose/Significance] With the rapid development of artificial intelligence and big data technologies,information security issues have become a common challenge for countries around the world.As a military power,Russia has always attached great importance to information security issues.《The Doctrine of information security of Russian Federation》 promulgated by President Putin in December 2016 is an important strategic plan in the field of information security in Russia,and it is of great significance across the ages.[Method/Process] The doctrine not only put forward the current national information security threats,but also established the goals and directions for ensuring information security.[Result/Conclusion] This article used a combination of qualitative and quantitative research to interpret the main content of the new version of the theory,and analyzed the current Russian information security system from three aspects:information security policy and legal system,information security technology system,and information security guarantee system.

[Purpose/Significance] Smart city promotes the digitalization and intelligentization of urban space.Furthermore,it also provides a new environment for the brewing and diffusion of information risks.Reliable understanding and assessment of information security risks are important guarantees for the construction of smart cities.[Method/Process] This paper established an index system for information security risk assessment of smart cities.Bayesian network method was conducted to the quantitative assessment of information security risks in 20 pilot areas of smart cities in China.[Result/Conclusion] There was a big gap in the level of information security risk among the pilot areas of smart cities in China.Meanwhile,information security risks were related to the infrastructure,information resources,security management,technical services and civil quality in the smart cities.

[Purpose/Significance] It offered valuable intelligence with remarkable difference for counter terrorism to analyze terror related data sets in different categories using emerging pattern mining.[Method/Process] According to the needs and characteristics of data mining system of counter terrorism,several steps in the classical method were modified such as data preprocessing,generation of objective transactions,compression of Largeborder and stripping attributes of non-intersection,so as to make it more adaptable to the needs of intelligence analysis.[Result/Conclusion] On the basis of mining frequent itemsets,emerging pattern could find the merging rules of multiple attributes to provide data references for early warning of counter terrorism.

[Purpose/Significance] An in-depth analysis of the adoption rules and principles of user's knowledge contribution in open innovation communities can help reveal the adoption process and results of user's knowledge contribution and promote the improvement of the performance of open community knowledge management.[Method/Process] Starting from the analysis of the connotation,characteristics and elements of the adoption of user's knowledge contribution in open innovation community,the adoption system structure,process and driving factors were illustrated based on information ecological chain theory and system dynamics method.[Result/Conclusion] This paper interpreted the four adoption stages of user's knowledge contribution in open innovation community,such as attention triggering,knowledge matching,value judgment and adoption decision,and constructed the adoption dynamic mechanism model of user's knowledge contribution in open innovation community.

[Purpose/Significance] Effective knowledge integration is the key factor for the success of interdisciplinary team members' cooperation.Interdisciplinary team members who undertake smart manufacturing project were selected as research objects,this paper aims to excavate and analyze the factors influencing knowledge integration of interdisciplinary team members from the informatics perspective,reveals the law of knowledge integration of interdisciplinary team members,promotes interdisciplinary team building,improves knowledge integration ability and provides reference for interdisciplinary team collaboration.[Method/Process] Case study was adopted and 24 typical interdisciplinary team members of smart manufacturing based on the cooperation between'First-Class'universities and high-tech enterprise were selected.Semi-structured interview was adopted to obtain first-hand interview data.Thematic analysis was used as the leading tool for exploratory and in-depth analysis.[Result/Conclusion] The research showed that the knowledge integration of interdisciplinary team members was affected by six factors,namely,individual emotional needs,personal relationship needs,knowledge integration environment,integration methods,the characteristics of knowledge discreteness and difference.On this basis,a model of influencing factors of knowledge integration for interdisciplinary team members was constructed.

[Purpose/Meaning] Virtual academic community has gradually become an important platform for scientific research cooperation among researchers.Based on game theory,the cooperative behavior of researchers in virtual academic community is analyzed and explained by constructing game model.The purpose is to find out the mechanism of scientific research cooperation and expand the space for scientific research cooperation in virtual academic community.[Method/Process] Based on the rational hypothesis of scientific researchers,this paper analysed the cooperative willingness and benefits of scientific researchers in virtual academic community through mixed strategy game model,explored the generating mechanism of cooperative behavior of scientific researchers in virtual academic community,and then proposed different scientific research combinations according to different stages of the life cycle of virtual academic community,and made strategy choice mode.[Results/Conclusions] The research showed that most researchers in the initial stage of virtual academic community did not cooperate in scientific research.With the maturity of internal and external environment,researchers gradually began to transform into scientific research cooperation.Based on the results of the cooperation mechanism of scientific researchers in different periods,the strategies to promote the cooperation of scientific researchers in virtual academic community were given.

[Purpose/Significance] From the perspective of game,the knowledge contribution of academic social network users is studied based on the multi-stage game model of incomplete information.According to the different game strategies adopted by the users in the academic social network,the knowledge and contribution of the game are analyzed to summarize the relevant enlightenment for optimizing the user service of the academic social network.[Method/Porcess] Based on the theory of social exchange,the hypothesis and mathematical deduction of the dynamic game equations of knowledge contributors and immunizes in academic social networks were carried out.[Result/Conclusion] When the cost of contributors contributing knowledge was reduced and the benefits were increased,contributors tended to implement strong contribution game strategies,and vice versa.When immunized people realized that they did not accept the possible loss of contribution knowledge(When the opportunity cost increased,the immune person tended to adopt a weak immune game strategy,and vice versa.Based on this,relevant research implications were proposed.

[Purpose/Significance] Social media has become an important way for users seeking health information.In order to develop more effectively health information services on social media,it is necessary to study the users' behavior and influencing factors of health information seeking via social media.[Method/Process] In this paper,the Value-based Adoption Model and the Expectation Confirmation model were combined to build a research model of continuous intention to use social media on health information seeking.505 samples were collected by questionnaire and tested by SmartPls.[Result/Conclusion] Results indicated that information usefulness and convenience could increase users' perceived benefits and had positive effect on perceived value further.Perceived value could positively affect the continuance intention.Information usefulness and perceived value could positively affect the continuance intention by increasing user satisfaction.User satisfaction then on users' sustained willingness.User satisfaction had a significant direct impact on the continuance intention.

[Purpose/Significance] We combined the personal characteristics of users and the characteristics of health rumors to study the influencing factors of health rumors sharing in social media environment,aiming to find out the modes of these characteristics on the intention to share.[Method/Process] According to the data attributes and distribution characteristics we selected Random Forest Algorithm to train and test the samples.After deep optimization and parameter adjustment of the model,We combined the importance of features and the structure of decision tree to discuss more.[Result/Conclusion] The results of analysis showed a stronger correlation between the perceived characteristics of health rumors of users and their intention to share,based on which we found the four perceived characteristics having different function routes to sharing intention.Our work provided intervention suggestions for blocking the spread of health rumors and made new attempts to expand research methods in related fields.

[Purpose/Significance] With the advent of the era of big data,the competency characteristics of enterprise competitive intelligence staff have undergone major changes.[Method/Process] Based on literature research,referred to the classic competency model,supplemented by behavioral event interview method and expert consultation method,the five dimensions of cognitive ability,professional skills,management ability,psychological traits and interpersonal network are constructed.Based on the in-depth analysis of new changes in competency characteristics in the big data environment,drafted 20 competency features.Then the factor analysis method was used to verify the validity of the model,and the scientific nature of the model was verified through the recruitment and training content analysis.[Result/Conclusion] This model had certain theoretical value and practical significance,and could be used as a reference for the selection and training of competitive intelligence staff.

[Purpose] In order to realize the fast association classification of knowledge,the traditional university library system with the goal of resource retrieval should transform into a library knowledge discovery system that completely faces the needs of users and actively discovers and pushes knowledge.[Process] In this paper,based on the combination of web crawler technology and the characteristics of structured data of academic resources websites,a random walk model was constructed,and the subject words were extracted and clustered according to the abstract word frequency;then,on the basis of label information tagging,the walking process was weighted according to similarity;Finally, the knowledge discovery system of knowledge association classification was completed.[Result] This paper realized the use of efficient knowledge extraction means to build a more accurate and relevant knowledge discovery system based on the cloud of wisdom and the Internet of things,which improved the recall and precision of the university library knowledge retrieval system.

[Purpose/Significance] To steadily promote the application of big data in public service,it's necessary to clarify the potential risks and enhance the tool rationality on the basis of maintaining value rationality.[Method/Process] Using of methods of theoretical construction,big data in public service followed the application circle of"data collection-data analysis-data application-data open",and from the three analysis dimensions of cost precision,audience precision and effect precision,introducing big data to public service field was difficult to ensure the quality of data collection,the results of data analysis,the effects of application,and would bring derivative problems in the data open stage.[Results/Conclusion] This study aims to provide reference for using big data tools rationally in public service.

[Purpose/Significance] The readability level of health websites information directly affects the public's cognitive process of health information,thus affecting users' health-related decisions and the development of the website.[Method/Process] The readability calculation formula of Chinese health information online was constructed by reviewing the principles of readability calculation methods at home and abroad.Health education materials of food safety in Chinese health education Network were selected for readability calculation and evaluation.The readability of Chinese food safety health information online was analyzed from time,characters of source websites and views.[Result/Conclusion] The readability of Chinese health education information online was low but becoming better in recent years,there were differences in the readability of health information between different characters of websites,information on government websites was the most readable,followed by comprehensive network media,and information on professional network media was the least readable,the views of materials was negatively related to the readability value of material titles,and the proportion of medical terms negatively affected the views of materials significantly.

[Purpose/Significance] Interpreting the self-organizing characteristics of multi-agent cooperation and competition in governance of network public opinion,studying the promotion of harmonious evolution of internet public opinion environment by coordinating punishment mechanism,guiding net citizen to transform positive energy public opinion communication.[Method/Process] Analysis of strategic interaction among interests in internet public opinion dissemination,constructing dynamic evolution model,discussed the influence of various punishment modes on the evolution of public opinion group cooperation.[Result/Conclusion] On this basis,summarized the characteristics of coordinative punishment mechanism and the way to promote the comprehensive management of network public opinion.

[Purpose/Significance] The dissemination of public opinion in cyberspace has become a major issue related to economic and social development and even national security,and it is the great responsibility of the Internet media and the government to"grasp the time,degree and effect of the guidance of online public opinion,and make cyberspace clear".[Method/Process] Based on the SIR model which only considers media intervention and the SEIR model which only considers government intervention,a new model named SHIsIoR under the multi-agent intervention was proposed,and expressed the impact of Internet media with the concept of Internet Media Enhanced Degree,Internet Divergence and Internet Permeability.in addition,Government intervention coefficient expressed the impact of the government.[Result/Conclusion] The simulation experiments showed that:1)Internet public opinion had the better effect on governance under the multi-agent intervention;2)The degree of Internet media divergence and Government intervention coefficient had a significant impact on the spread of Internet public opinion.Accordingly,Internet public opinion governance should focus on reducing the differences on topics and on accelarating the probability of mass conversion to immune population.

[Purpose/Significance] The Creative Commons License(CC License)is a new way to solve copyright issues in the field of open access.Through the investigation and analysis of the application status of CC licenses,it can not only help users understand why some areas use the strongest type of licenses and better understand CC licenses,but also provide ideas for copyright disputes in the field of open access.[Method/Process] This article adopted a combination of network research,literature analysis and comparative research.By investigating the types and number of CC licenses used on the DOAJ platform,the application situation of different types of CC licenses was compared from three dimensions:time,country,and theme.And it analyzed the reasons for the significant differences.[Result/Conclusion] After investigation,it was found that the CC license can be flexibly applied according to the conditions of various countries.The differences in the application of CC licenses on the DOAJ platform were affected by both the personal preference and the external social environment,of which the influence of external factors was more significant.Understanding the reasons for the licensing differences makes it easier to apply CC licenses to wider open access to improve the utilization of useful data.

[Purpose/Significance] Through the analysis of intellectual property infringement in colleges and universities,the shortcomings of intellectual property management in colleges and universities are found to provide objective and scientific decision-making basis for improving intellectual property protection and management capabilities.[Method/Process] The article took the data of the judicial judgment of intellectual property rights in colleges and universities as a sample,and adopted the text analysis method to analyze the status quo of intellectual property infringement in colleges and universities,giving data visualization and then reflected the status quo of intellectual property management in colleges and universities.[Result/Conclusion] Infringements of intellectual property rights in colleges and universities were mainly manifested in copyright infringement and copyright contract disputes,which provided a comprehensive,basic and objective decision-making reference for the in-depth study of intellectual property management in universities.

[Purpose/Significance] Measuring the privacy value of the disease in medical data and sensitivity analysis of disease privacy based on demographic variables provide basic conditions for medical privacy protection and medical data utilization.[Method/Process] Using the method of conjoint analysis,the privacy values of the diseases in medical data were obtained by calculating the patients' marginal willingness to pay for each attribute of medical data protection service.And independent sample T-test and one-way ANOVA were used to investigate whether the differences in disease privacy between different individual characteristics were statistically significant.[Result/Conclusion] Pre-survey results based on interviews showed that AIDS had the highest privacy value;using the method of conjoint analysis and Logit model to measure the privacy value of other diseases,the results showed that the diseases with higher privacy value in descending order were mental diseases,infectious diseases(except AIDS),malignant tumors,heart and cerebrovascular diseases;Privacy value analysis based on demographic variables showed that there were significant differences in disease privacy among three variables:gender,age and education level.Males were higher than females,adults were higher than other age groups,and the higher education level,the greater privacy.

[Purpose/Significance] As a new field of "Five Metrics", Altmetrics can promote the development of academic impact of achievements.The paper reveals the usage efficiency and value of open access papers in Chinese philosophy and social sciences based on the evaluation of alternative metric indicators, and measures the correlation and difference of open access papers in the altmetric data from the perspective of original impact and derivative impact of open access papers.[Method/Process] Taking Altmetrics[DK] .com as the data measurement tool, the paper used SPSS to analyze the correlation of impact evaluation indicators.[Result/Conclusion] The results showed that there was a linear correlation between the alternative indicators of Chinese philosophical and social sciences.The alternative metric indicators evaluated the international impact from the academic field and the social aspect, which further promoted the development of "Five Metrics" in China.
