[Purpose] In order to meet the requirements of for personalized and intelligent service of scientific and technological information in the period of intelligence 3.0,the user portrait method was adopted to explore the sci-tec users' needs and preferences of scientific and technological information.[Method] Based on two key factors of TAM theory perceived usefulness and ease of use,through digging science and technology intelligence,users' log data and questionnaire survey.The paper deeply explored the science and technology information users' science and technology intelligence demand preference and search behavior in different situation,based on the expert interviews,the paper built science and technology intelligence user portrait model based on VSM theory.[Results] Collaborative Filtering Algorithm was used to recommend services to scientific and technological intelligence users in different scenarios.[Conclusion] Using tag cloud technology(tagxedo technology)to customize targeted personalized service solutions for scientific and technological users in different scenarios was an effective intelligent service channel in the intelligence 3.0 era.

[Purpose/Significance] User requirements are increasingly complex and diverse,analyzing the implementation mode of information services fusion,and using the rules to logically combine existing service modules to generate new or value-added services,which is able to realize information resource integration and knowledge discovery.[Method/Process] This paper started with the conceptual theory research of information services fusion and formed an understanding of the information services fusion.On this basis,analyzing the internal and external dynamic mechanism of information services fusion help to clarify the law of fusion under different driving forces,and then promoted the research on the realization mode of the fusion organization.[Result/Conclusion] The implementation pattern included three levels:module reuse,user-customized and adaptive learning dynamic information services fusion,which was in-depth layer by layer and can effectively reveal the development path of information services fusion and provide ideas for organizational implementation research.

[Purpose/Significance] The conflict of interest during police intelligence sharing has become an important obstacle to the implementation of the big data strategy of public security.Based on the theory of value co-creation,this paper analyzed the formation mechanism and the coordination mechanism of interest conflicts of current police intelligence sharing value,so as to provide theoretical basis and reference for reasonable coordination of interest conflicts during police intelligece sharing.[Method/Process] From the perspective of value co-creation,this paper,explored the value creation relationship and the value realization process during police intelligece sharing.In the perspective of value co-creation process,this paper considered investment,risk and benefit construct the inducements of interest conflicts during police intelligece sharing,and divided the inducements of interest conflicts during police intelligece sharing into primary inducements,sudden inducements and secondary inducements,then based on analyzing the construct of the inducements,the paper discussed the formation mechanism of interest conflict in the stage of preparatory of co-creation,the stage of co-creation value accumulation and the stage of co-creation value benefiting;[Result/Conclusion] Comprehensive use of programming coordination and feedback mode,this paper pointed out that the coordination mechanism of interest conflicts during police intelligece sharing can be constructed from three aspects:investment guarantee,risk management and benefit coordination.

[Purpose/Meaning] The figures,tables and other scientific data in scientific papers(Scientific data in papers,SDIP)contain abundant knowledge.SDIP discovery based on fine-grained semantic organization can effectively aggregate literature and scientific data,laying a foundation for future in-depth knowledge discovery in all fields,all dimensions,all granularity and all types.[Method/Process] By combing,comparing and analyzing the existing organization and discovery patterns of three types of SDIP,this paper attempted to construct SDIP ontology that oriented to fine-grained knowledge description,and revealed SDIP's the explicit characteristics,content characteristics and characteristics correlation with other types of scientific output.[Result/Conclusions] From the perspective of application,this paper proposed an ontology-based framework for SDIP knowledge discovery,elaborated the technical route of "information extraction-semantic annotation-relational application",and discussed the key technologies.Ontology provided semantic description and relevance discovery basis for SDIP.Manual annotation and automatic annotation using machine learning algorithm could solve the some problem of SDIP feature discovery.

[Purpose/Significance] Search strategy is the planning of search behavior,the core of search process,and it has always been an important topic in search behavior research.Exploring the application of user search strategy and its transformation rules has important guiding significance for the function optimization of IR system and the improvement of user information search efficiency.[Method/Process] 8 search tasks from 4 search topics were identified,30 participants were enrolled,and search experiments were carried out to encode users search behavior videos.Common transformation models of search strategies were constructed on basis of the statistics of the frequency of different search strategies.[Result/Conclusion] Access and Evaluation are the common search strategies,while Modify Query,Learning are seldom used.Access Forward→Evaluation Individual Project,Evaluation Results→Access Forward are the most common strategy transformation models,while the probability of strategy transformation models such as Access Forward→Exploration are very low.In addition,the user's strategy application and strategy transformation in different design search stages would also show great differences,which provided detailed and useful guidance for the IR system.

[Purpose/Significance] This study investigated the user perceived sense of presence in the Virtual Reality environment compared with a 2D screen.[Method/Process] An experiment with 96 university students was conducted to investigate influences of VR video on perceived credibility,appeal,social media engagement and learning compared with 2D video format.Meanwhile,participants' immersive tendency was examined to see whether it influenced the sense of presence in VR environment.[Result/Conclusion] The results showed that VR video's potential on user information receiving behavior and indicated that VR video exerted more intensive influences on users by providing a higher sense of presence experience.In addition,immersive tendency and content vividness were detected to be significantly positively related to the sense of presence.

[Purpose/Significance] Video comment is an important way of user interaction in online education video.It is of great significance to analyze the user behavior differences in different online video commenting modes to understand the user behavior patterns and promote the design and optimization of commenting functions in video platform.[Method/Process] This paper collected the danmaku and traditional comment data from 200 online educational videos on Bilibili.com.Combining quantitative statistical analysis and qualitative content analysis methods,this paper compared the similarities and differences between user danmaku and traditional commenting behaviors from three aspects:video features,user features and content features.[Results/Conclusion] This study found that the danmaku commenting mode was beneficial to enhance users' sense of participation,increase active cycles,and can better support users' real-time interaction with video content.Traditional commenting mode can effectively support the direct interaction among users and help them to carry out in-depth knowledge exchange.The two should fully combine and complement each other to improve users' interactions and participation in online learning.

[Purpose/Significance] It is necessary to take deep insight into collaborative online tourism information search behavior,which will provide reference and enlightenment for the construction and optimization of professional tourism information collaborative search platform.[Method/Process] The paper focused on team cognition in the context of online travel information collaborative search.Taking university students as research samples,shared mental model was used to represent team cognition,grounded theory method was applied to collect data,and the shared mental model construction process of online tourism information collaborative search team was detected.[Result/Conclusion] Four core interlinked elements were identified,which included individual perception and exploration,team task analysis,team information collection and team decision making.The cognitive activities and shared mental model contents of each element were also clarified.

[Purpose/Significance] Constructing the model of factors about influencing participators' information sharing behavior among WeChat Moments,in order to provide feasible suggestions for WeChat operators and content providers based on the results of research.[Method/Process] Based on Theory of Triandis interpersonal behavior(TIB),combined with the characteristics of WeChat Moments and the users,the model of factors about influencing participators' information sharing behavior among WeChat Moments was constructed,and the questionnaire was designed to collect information about users by using WeChat Moments.The data was analyzed by the method of structural equation modeling.[Result/Conclusion] The intention of information sharing was determined by the combination of expectations of recognition,reciprocal relationships,expected effectiveness,emotions and social factors.Among all the factors affecting this sharing behavior,the quality of the platform and information were the most critical factors.However,the influence of favorable resource conditions has not reached a significant level.That is,favorable resource conditions basically had no effect on the behaviors of information sharing.

[Purpose/Significance] The smart library construction in university is in full swing,while the construction of smart reading platform encounters bottlenecks.Blockchain technology,as one of the New Subversive technologies,has the characteristics of decentralization,high credibility and unalterable data,which provides new ideas and means for the construction of smart reading platform.[Method/Process] This paper used literature research and comparative analysis to study the feasibility of building smart reading platform with blockchain technology,and compared traditional digital reading platform with smart reading platform by using blockchain technology.[Result/Conclusion] Based on the advantages of building a reading platform with blockchain technology,this paper proposed to establish a smart reading platform which was decentralized,reflected the value of original works,customized by readers and easy for the supervision and management of libraries and reading teams,in order to promote the reading promotion in universities.

[Purpose/Meaning] After analyzing the status quo of library knowledge service evaluation research,the empirical evaluation of Knowledge Service Quality of the platform of WeChat of University Library provides a practical reference for its optimization knowledge service.[Method/Process] Based on the SERVQUAL model to establish evaluation indicators,the platforms of WeChat of Jilin University、Chongqing University and National University of Defense Technology were selected as the empirical objects to conduct research on the users' satisfaction of knowledge service quality,using MUSA model and benchmarking management to calculate and got the results of the quality of the knowledge service of the platforms of WeChat of the three university libraries.[Results/Conclusion] According to the evaluation results,the advantages,disadvantages,weak links and the areas that needed priority improvement of knowledge service quality of the three empirical objects were analyzed and the measures to optimize the knowledge service were proposed.

[Purpose/Significance] The h-index is regarded as a new generation of journal evaluation index after the impact factor because of its simple definition,simple calculation and robust results.However,the shortcomings of h-index are obvious,such as large impact of the amount of papers loaded and low discrimination.In view of the above two shortcomings of the h-index,this paper proposes the hq₂- index,which is based on the h-index divided by the amount of paper-loaded after square rooting.[Method/Process] Based on the China Knowledge Network(CNKI)citation database,this paper conducted empirical research on 46 comprehensive social science journals.First,it analyzed the correlation between hq₂-index and other journal evaluation indicators.Secondly,it conducted independent sample T-test on hq₂-index,and finally adopted regression.The analysis analyzed the goodness of fit of the h-index,the impact factor and the hq₂ index.[Result/Conclusion] The results showed that the hq₂-index can reduce the impact of the paper load on the journal evaluation compared with the h-index.It also had a good discriminating ability for the journals with the same h index,and the hq₂-index had a positive correlation with the h index and the impact factor.It is a viable journal evaluation index;the hq₂-index has the ability to identify excellent journals.

[Purpose/Significance] For the academic community in the scientific collaboration network,a method of selecting knowledge diffusion seeds based on the absorption ability of collaborators was proposed,so as to improve the diffusion efficiency of community knowledge and promote the knowledge absorption of community members.[Method/Process] R software was used to complete the simulation experiment.Based on the real scientific collaboration network data of Stanford large network dataset(SNAP),the community detection algorithm "WalkTrap" was used to detect the academic community.The node with the largest total absorption ability of collaborators in each academic community was used as the knowledge diffusion seed of each community.Based on this,knowledge diffusion simulation experiment was carried out within each community,and the other four network centrality based methods were compared with the method in this paper.[Results/Conclusion] The seed selection method based on the absorption ability of collaborators was superior to the other four methods in terms of the overall knowledge level of the network,the uniformity of knowledge level distribution and the growth rate of knowledge at the initial stage of diffusion.The greater the difference in the absorption capacity of nodes,the more prominent this advantage will be.The stronger the average absorption ability of nodes or the higher the average degree of nodes in the network,the less the influence of seed selection method on the knowledge diffusion efficiency.

[Purpose/Meaning] With the scientific exchange of networking and the introduction of new measurement indicators,the evaluation methods of scientific institutions have also changed.This paper aimed to explore the feasible ways to comprehensively evaluate the academic influence of scientific research institutions from the perspective of Altmetrics,and to conduct empirical research in the field of medical informatics,and to provide reference for the comprehensive judgment of institutional influence.[Method/Process] Combining Altmetric.com and Web of Science data sources,we programed and filtered the Altmetrics data and citation data of 627 institutions,and selected 7 metrology indicators for correlation analysis.Then the entropy weight method and the analytic hierarchy process were used to assign weights to the indicators.On this basis,the subjective and objective institutional scores were calculated by the methods of TOPSIS,and compared with the QS rankings.[Results/Conclusions] There was a strong correlation between the indicators.The subjective and objective weighting methods had a comprehensive ranking of QS medical and life sciences rankings.The three had strong consistency,which further validated the Altmetrics indicators in institutional impact evaluation.The correlation analysis between analytic hierarchy-TOPSIS and entropy weight-TOPSIS and QS was carried out.On the whole,the evaluation result of entropy weight-TOPSIS was better.Furthermore,basing the intersection of two models,this paper selected 10 excellent institutions and most of them were from America.And based on the number of intersections with QS,the analytic hierarchy-TOPSIS evaluation was better when evaluating high-level institutions.

[Purpose/Signficance] At present,universities in China are carrying out "double first-class" construction,which brings new opportunities for the development of disciplines in China's universities.In this paper,five universities including Peking University,Lanzhou University,Shanghai Jiaotong University,Tsinghua University and Wuhan University which ranked the first 1% of ESI were selected to conduct comparative analysis,and found out the comparative advantages and shortcomings.It provided guidance for characteristic development,integrated development and cooperative development of subjects in universities.[Method/Process] By means of bibliometrics,through the comparative analysis of the number of papers,high-cited authors,cooperative institutions,subject branches,research hotspots,etc.,We found the scientific research performances in the development of mathematics disciplines in different universities.[Result/Conclusion] The number of papers in five universities was steadily increasing;The highly quality papers played leading roles in the development of the subjects;The research of mathematics discipline more and more reflected the intersection and integration of disciplines;The National Natural Science Foundation of China was the main force to help the discipline construction;Cooperation with High level institutions was an effective way to improve the influence of disciplines;The research hotspots in the past ten years mainly focused on equation,calculation,statistics,optimization,etc.;The guarantee rate of the core collection of mathematics still needs to be improved;The construction of teaching staff in Lanzhou University and Wuhan University needs to be strengthened.

[Purpose/Significance] Context-aware recommendation is an important stage in the development of the recommendation system.It's core is to integrate context information into the process of resource recommendation,in order to improve the accuracy of the resource recommendation system.As an important technic for resource recommendation,context-aware recommendation has attracted extensive attention in various fields and has gradually become an indispensable part of resource recommendation research.[Method/Process] This paper took the literature collections selected from WOS,CNKI and other databases as the research object.Firstly,it combed and summarized the main methods of context-aware recommendation systematically-pre-spatial filtering recommendation method,post-context filtering recommendation method and context modeling.Then this paper summarized and analyzed the progress of the context-aware recommendation in practice from two aspects:context data collection and context awareness application.Finally,it summarized the theoretical value and practical significance of context-awareness and context-awareness research on resource recommendation research.[Result/Conclusion] Future research would integrate three mainstream methods of the context-aware resource recommendation,integrate contextual elements in a mixed form and build a multidimensional and complex context-aware recommendation model,finally further enhance the information resource service experience in a refined and personalized way.

[Purpose/Significance] In order to reveal research development of visual search engine in China from three aspects of visual representation,visualization mechanism and visual resource organization.[Method/Process] Using the content analysis method,the authors summed up the contents of the 185 articles,and introduced research development of visual search engine in China from three aspects of visual representation,visualization mechanism and visual resource organization.[Result/Conclusion] Visual representation focused on representation objects,representation forms and representation methods;Visualization mechanism focused on feature extraction,data analysis,visual mappings and view transformations;Visual resource organization focused on information collection and data pre-processing.

Emergency intelligence provides a scientific and effective support for the government's emergency decision-making in emergencies.The emergency intelligence research involves many disciplines such as emergency management,information technology,and information science,and has the characteristics of multidisciplinary intersection.This paper systematically sorted out the relevant literature on emergency intelligence research in China's emergencies,from the basic research of emergency intelligence theory(emergency intelligence role and positioning,emergency intelligence process and its system,emergency decision-driven emergency decision-making,etc.),big data environment The emergency intelligence research and the application of emergency intelligence in various fields are reviewed.Studies have shown that there were still basic concepts in the field that need to be clarified,lack of macro-level holistic research,more normative discussions,and insufficient empirical testing.In addition,this paper also looked forward to the future research in this field from the aspects of emergency intelligence and social computing integration,emergency intelligence research of unconventional emergencies,and emergency intelligence research from the perspective of overall national security.
