[Purpose/Significance] In order to discover the universal law of online learning user behavior in different research backgrounds,eliminate the impact of research time,survey samples,etc.,and to summarize and comb the research conclusions in this field.[Method/Process] This paper used meta-analysis to study the behaviors of online learning users at home and abroad,a total of 64 articles and 21227 independent samples were analyzed comprehensively.[Result/Conclusion] The study found that there were 25 factors that were significantly related to the behavior of online learning users.The intensity-related factors were mainly concentrated in the user and system facts.The moderate correlation also added social impact.The weak correlation factors have not appeared,indicating that the exsisting researches were relatively concentrated.Specifically,the most influential factors were attitudes,perceived convenience,and perceived entertainment.The weaker impacts were individual innovation,computer anxiety,and information quality.Perceptual autonomy and quality of service had no significant impact.At the same time,according to the research results,based on the status quo of online learning platform,suggestions for optimizing online learning services were proposed from the user,system and social perspective.
