[Purpose/Significance] With the deepening of digital transformation,the construction of thematic database in the field of Humanities and Social Sciences has been developing.Based on the thinking of big data and smart data,this paper explored some issues in the standardized management of Humanities and Social Sciences thematic database construction,which provided important guidance and reference for the prosperity and development of Humanities and Social Sciences under the data-driven environment.[Method/Process] This paper first expounded the basic connotation of the standardized management of Humanities and Social Sciences thematic database construction,and then analyzed some main problems and relevant development strategies of the topic from the aspects of standardization,quality control,open collaboration,intellectual property rights,security control,etc.[Result/Conclusion] This paper held that the standardized management of Humanities and Social Sciences thematic database construction was conducive to the standardized construction,deep-seated knowledge development and smart service of different fields and types of Humanities and Social Sciences thematic database,and had far-reaching significance in supporting the construction of the discourse system of Humanities and Social Sciences with international vision and Chinese characteristics.

[Purpose/Significance] This paper explored a topic selection method for Humanities and Social Sciences database with data-driven thinking,which can provide reference for relevant institution to make decisions on the topic selection of database.[Method/Process] On the basis of requirement analysis,the topic selection framework of Humanities and Social Sciences thematic database based on policy texts and retrieval data was proposed from two dimensions:policy and user.Based on LDA topic classification modeling of policy texts and word frequency statistical classification of retrieval data,alternative topics for thematic database construction were determined,and finally,topics were classified through comparative selection.[Results/Conclusion] The theme selection framework constructed in this paper provided a new idea and method for project planning of database,which could effectively improve the comprehensiveness of topic selection.

[Purpose/Significance] The current Humanities and Social Sciences thematic database has problems of decentralized resources and difficult interoperability.The proposed linked data model can establish the connection between the Humanities and Social Science thematic database,reveal the semantic relationship of the resource entities deeply,and promote interoperability.[Method/Process] This research constructed a linked data model for the Humanities and Social Sciences thematic database,which included the data acquisition layer,resource description layer,ontology construction layer,linked data layer and integrated application layer.And a relevant document data platform was used as an example to demonstrate the model.[Result/Conclusion] The linked data model was an important part of the construction and standardized management of the Humanities and Social Sciences thematic database.And the practice and application of the linked data model of the Humanities and Social Sciences thematic database can effectively promote the integration of related resources and the development of data sharing.

[Purpose/Significance] With the development of open science,public science and other ideas,exploring the value co-creation behavior of Humanities and Social Sciences thematic database can help improve the service quality and better meet the needs of user data.[Method/Process] Using evolutionary game theory,this paper designed a game model composed of planning institution,thematic database responsible institution and users,analysis strategy selection of multiple subjects in the process of value co-creation,and explored the influence of different factors on the strategy of evolutionary stability.[Result/Conclusion] The results illustrated that:the main factors that affect the value co-creation of Humanities and Social Sciences thematic database include input cost,user's willingness to participate,etc.Furthermore,the paper put forward a strategy to enhance the value of thematic database in three aspects:strengthening macro guidance and service coordination,building user-oriented thematic database service brand,and establishing contribution incentive mechanism.

[Purpose/Significance] The relationship among the information units is important to study.The relationship among information units in the internet environment has been explored diversely and granularly.The purpose of this paper was to explore how to fully utilize the associations among aggregation units across genres and associations between aggregation units and users.[Method/Process] This study started from the association among the information units within genres of academic documents;then it proposed the mechanism of information aggregation and discusses key issues including construction of knowledge organization system and labeling of metadata for information units.[Result/Conclusion] This paper pointed out that the construction of ontology for fine-grained aggregation and the metadata for aggregation units were essential in the process of information organization.

[Purpose/Significance] Mobile visual search is an important part of knowledge service innovation in the smart library.User preference are broad and may be constantly changing under different contexts.In a rapidly changing mobile environment,it is an inevitable requirement for smart knowledge service to infer users' query intention and provide appropriate resources based on contextual information.[Method/Process] On the basis of motivation analysis,this paper put forward a context-aware mobile visual search model,described its core characteristics and discussed its architecture and key issues.[Result/Conclusion] Contextual computing applying in mobile visual search was an effective way to bridge the semantic gap,improve search accuracy and user satisfaction.This research can provide a reference for the improvement of smart library personalized knowledge service.

[Purpose/Significance] As an automatic classification task of multi-category,the structure function recognition of academic text can achieve good recognition performance by using deep learning method.However,there is a lack of comparative research on its applicability in different disciplines.[Method/Process] This paper built a multi-disciplinary academic text data sets,composed by 6452 structured abstracts of academic articles from 5 journals in different disciplines including medical science,library and information science,data science,publishing science,economics.And the experiment of structure function recognition of academic text based on Magpie,an open-source deep learning component,was conducted to investigate the applicability of the same classification model in different disciplines by analyzing the experimental performance and influencing factors.[Result/Conclusion] The results showed that discipline differences had a significant impact on the performance of deep learning method,among which the structural function recognition efficiency of academic texts in the medical discipline was significantly higher than that of other disciplines,and the recognition efficiency of "method" and "result" in the common functional structure framework of academic texts was better.

[Purpose/Significance] With the rapid development of Internet technology,the virtual academic community has become an important platform for information exchange.It is very important to build an incentive mechanism that stimulates the participation of community researchers in enthusiasm,improves the efficiency of scientific research cooperation,and maintains the vitality of scientific research groups.[Method/Process] In this paper,the evolutionary game model was used to analyze the cooperative behavior of scientific researchers in the virtual academic community.The evolutionary game relationship and process of non-incentive mechanism and incentive mechanism were described respectively,and the factors affecting the cooperative behavior of researchers in virtual academic community were discussed.[Results/Conclusions] The research indicated that under the environment of no incentive mechanism,the evolutionary stability strategy of the virtual academic community was(non-cooperation,non-cooperation).In the environment with incentive mechanism,the evolutionary stability strategy was(cooperation,cooperation)or(not cooperation,no cooperation),which lead to the improvement of the virtual academic community incentive mechanism to help the cooperation of scientific research personnel,according to the different results of the research personnel cooperation factors,it gave a strategy to promote the construction of incentive mechanism for virtual academic community.

[Purpose/Significance] The identification of intellectual structure in a certain research area based on literature is an important task of bibliometric analysis,which can reveal the research characteristics of this field.[Methods/Processes] Traditional methods of detecting the intellectual structure were two-step,firstly constructed the correlation matrix between element of the same type based on a specific analysis principle,and then identified the structure of the matrix.However,this study put forward a method based on the "paper-keyword" matrix for high-dimensional sparse clustering to detect intellectual structure.Taking the domestic journal papers in the field of data mining during 2009 and 2018 as an example,the results of intellectual structure identification based on keyword co-occurrence analysis and direct high-dimensional sparse clustering were compared.[Results/Conclusion] The experimental results showed that the intellectual structure based on high-dimensional sparse clustering was effective,and the method can obtain sub-classes with large differences and give results with more information.

[Propose/Significance] Citescore is a new metricsto measure the citation impact for the journals,which was proposed by Elsevier in recent years.Investigating the feature and effectiveness of citescore is crucial for both development and improvement of the metrics for journal evaluation.[Method/Process] In this paper,we took the journals in different fields of natural and social sciences as samples,and investigated the correlation among the citescores,impact factors and eigenfactors of these journals.At the same time,we also discussed the main features of citescore,and the intrinsic relationship and differences of three metrics,including citescore,impact factor and eigenfactor.[Result/Conclusion] The results showed that compared with impact factor and eigenfactor,the citescore had more significant advantages in the database,citation time,literature type,calculation transparency and free access.Furthermore,the degree of correlation between citescore and impact factor was higher than that between citescore and eigenfactor.The degrees of correlation among citescore,impact factor and eigenfactor were associated with the disciplines of natural and social sciences.

[Purpose/Significance] Online research and open access have become the mainstream trend of scholars' research.The preprint system is an online academic exchange platform based on academic autonomy.It has the characteristics of high efficiency,rapid speed and democratization.However,due to the lack of supporting quality control and academic evaluation mechanism,its development has encountered bottlenecks.[Methods/Processes] Some scholars have proposed a self-organizing peer-reviewing model to adapt to the academic evaluation activities under the open access environment.Based on this,this paper expanded and proposed an online paper scoring model and a virtual integral incentive mechanism to realize the pre-printed papers academic evaluation and incentive management for users of preprinted systems.[Results/Conclusions] To make up for the traditional peer review model,the review process was not transparent enough,the evaluation results were not fair enough,and the appraisers lacked incentives.This new academic evaluation model was characterized by scientific and efficient,objective and fair,open and transparent.

[Purpose/Significance] Early network rumors monitoring and early warning hold the key to all-encompassing prevention and control of network rumors,enhanced social stability and improved the government's ability of administration.In the era of mobile internet,it tends to arouse hot public opinion.Meanwhile,the dissemination of information about network crisis provide fertile grounds for the spread of network rumor,which increases the challenge of government departments to deal with rumors.[Method/Process] In this paper,genetic algorithm was used to optimize BP neural network to construct the network rumor crisis warning model,and to realize the monitoring,early-warning simulation and quantitative evaluation of the risk.Empirical analysis of the case of Tianjin "8·12" explosion accident and "and the girl attack in the heyi hotel",we formulated an early warning model based on the two unexpected events through the computer,and the simulation results have been verified.[Result/Conclusion] The results showed that the network model of BP neural network genetic optimized by genetic algorithm had a good applicability in the early warning of the emergency network rumor crisis,and the accuracy of early warning was better than the standard BP neural network model.

[Purpose/Significance] In recent years,public opinion of public emergencies occurs frequently.Based on the public opinion that rumors of public emergencies often break out,rumors have a profound impact on the development of public opinion.By establishing a cooperative governance mechanism of public emergencies rumors,we hope to improve the effectiveness of public opinion guidance and control.[Method/Process] Based on the actor network theory,this paper conducted the actor network analysis at different stages of the life cycle of public emergency rumors,then determined the compulsory passage points at different stages,and constructed the cooperative governance mechanism of public emergency rumors according to the translation process.[Result/Conclusion] Based on the actors and translation elements of the actor network theory,this paper constructed the monitoring and early warning mechanism during latent outbreak period,the analysis and feedback mechanism in the variant period and the reflection and prevention mechanism in the extinction period of public emergency rumors.The three stages of the actor network formed a rigorous cooperative governance mechanism for public emergency rumors.

[Purpose/Significance] To summarize and association analysis the elements of emergent network public opinion events in China,so as to discover the structural characteristics of the evolution of network public opinion and enrich the common understanding of the law of network public opinion dissemination.[Method/Process] Based on content analysis and Co-word network analysis,the paper took 115 emergencies of China's Internet Public Opinion Analysis Report published by People's Daily Online for 12 consecutive years as the research object,and perspective the structural characteristics and rules of China's Internet Public Opinion Development from four dimensions of "participants-theme-risk-inducement".[Results/Conclusion] The study found that the elements of emergent network public opinion events in China were closely associated;intergovernmental accountability,interaction between the government and the people and conflicts between the police and the people constituted the basic subject relationship of public opinion ecology in China;public security and government credibility played an important role in the Co-word Network;economic interests,fairness and justice and moral integrity were also eternal topics of public concern.

[Purpose/Significance] In the big data environment,APP has become an important tool for work,life and entertainment as well as making money.At the same time,APP has also become a disaster area of user privacy leakage.On the one hand,users are worried about the disclosure of privacy,on the other hand,they are willing to provide private data for the use of business because of the benefits of APP.[Method/Process] This is the so-called'privacy paradox'phenomenon.Privacy calculus is one of the important methods to study privacy paradox.The paper investigated the influencing factors of APP users' privacy calculus,analysed the core factors affecting users' wiliness to provide privacy data,and analysed the reasons for the existence of the paradox.[Result/Conclusion] It is believed that the protection of APP users' privacy needed to continuously strengthen the construction of laws and systems as well as the supervision of developers and operators,at the same time the awareness of continuously improving user privacy protection was also an important content that cannot be ignored.

[Purpose/Significance] The purpose of this study was to help scholars clarify the development of theory of planned behavior and its application status in IS discipline.[Method/Process] This study conducted a detailed literature review,proposed the main research topics based on theory of planned behavior in IS discipline,systemically summarized the research achievements,shortcomings and future research directions.[Result/Conclusion] It is found that the researches based on theory of planned behavior in IS Discipline mainly focused on three research aspects:"The application of TPB in the adoption of information system,technologies and services","The application of TPB in online learning willingness and behavior" and "TPB application in information security/privacy/ethics research".There were some shortcomings such as "The understanding of certain variables in TPB does not form a unity,especially the PBC","ignoring changes in users' intention and behavior over time" and so on.Incorporating regulatory variables that can improve the interpretation of TPB,clarifying the types of behaviors that TPB cannot predict in IS,etc.were the issues of concern for the future study.

[Purpose/Significance] Service encounter theory holds that the service encounter between customer and service system is the key factor affecting customer satisfaction,thus providing a new perspective modeling scheme for human-computer interaction research.[Method/Process] This paper reviewed the origin and evolution of service encounter theory,summarized the results and shortcomings of existing research that based on service encounter theory.Finally,pointed out the emerging themes and promising areas for future research.[Result/Conclusion] Facing the limitations of current research,future research could make progress in the research scenarios,research methods,and research content.

[Purpose/Significance] This paper sorted out and summarized related important literatures of cognitive load theory in the fields of information system,providing ideas and directions for researchers.[Method/Process] Through the combing of relevant literature,this study summarized the application of cognitive load theory in information system research,and discussed the research results in different categories.The problems existing in the current research and future research directions were discussed.[Result/Conclusion] The application of cognitive load theory in information system research mainly included three aspects:information retrieval,information system design,and information system effectiveness assessment.At present,the application of cognitive load theory to study the users' use of information systems was not extensive enough.And there was currently no quantitative study of intrinsic cognitive load,external cognitive load and germane cognitive load.Future research can expand the context of the application of cognitive load theory in the study of information systems,explore a wider variety of information retrieval tools based on the impact on users' cognitive load,and develop tools to reduce the cognitive load of users.

[Purpose/Significance] This paper sorted out and summarized the researches on mindfulness in the field of information systems,and provided researchers with ideas and directions.[Method/Process] The researches were summarized into three aspects:researches on using mindfulness in pressure relief and addiction treatment,researches on using mindfulness in improving reliability of information system,researches on using mindfulness in improving intention of technology acceptance and customer satisfaction.[Result/Conclusion] The existing researches had shortcomings such as single research content,no consideration of negative issues,unclear basis for concept expansion and neglect of cultural factors.Future researches can make progress in these aspects.
