[Purpose/Significance]It is necessary for university libraries to provide technical support service(TTS).Carrying out the service can not only adapt to the changing information technology environment and user demands,but also enrich library services.[Method/Process]By the method of network survey,this paper selected twelve libraries of top 50 university in THE world university ranking in 2018,which TTS were well developed.Then,it analyzed and summarized the experience and characteristics of these twelve university libraries in the practice of TTS.Finally,we provided some advice for the development of domestic university libraries.[Result/Conclusion]The result showed that the website column name of these twelve libraries' TTS were similar,and the service items could be roughly divided into five types:①computer hardware and software services;②print,copy and scan services;③other technical equipment borrowing services;④technical consultation and training services;⑤comprehensive technological innovation service.Based on the abroad good practice above,domestic university libraries should combine their conditions and consider the following aspects when carrying out technical support service,including service concept,resource construction and service specification.

[Purpose/Significance]To provide a comprehensive understanding of the application of conjoint analysis in personal information privacy research,identify potential research opportunities and provide beneficial references for the further research of information privacy protection,it's necessary to review and summarize the research on personal information privacy which use conjoint analysis method.[Method/Process]In this study,20 papers with the research topic of personal information privacy and the research method of conjoint analysis were selected.We mainly summarized and analyzed the subjects,theories used in the selected literatures,and other methods used in combination with conjoint analysis in these papers.[Result/Conclusion]The results showed that:first,the related research mainly focused on individuals' willingness to share data and the adoption of products.Second,few existing studies adopted the relevant theories in user privacy disclosure intention and behavior research to guide the choice of attributes and the interpretation of results.Third,conjoint analysis method combined with focus group interviews,cluster analysis,or questionnaire survey may contribute to more theoretical and practical inspiration.

[Purpose/Significance]From the perspective of scholars' research interests,this paper explored the research status of the library science and analyzes the community structure in this field.[Method/Process]This paper firstly downloaded all the papers of "CLC=G250" from the CSSCI database,processed the data using Java program,and used "machine & manual" method for author disambiguation.Using the Price Law to identify the core authors in the library field,using the scholars' scientific research outputs to extract the author's research interest,construct the core interest research similarity network in this field,and use the Louvain method to divide the researchers into the community.Then,this paper calculated the interest model of each community research and the similarity of research interests among different communities.[Result/Conclusion]The study found that(1)the frequency of anthor with different output level and the similarity of research interest between co-authors in library science obeyed power law distribution;(2)the core authors of the library science could be divided into 6 communities according to their research interests;(3)C1-C2,C2-C3 and C3-C4 community dyads were more similar than other dyads,and the C6 community was little similar with other communities.

[Purpose/Significance]Recognition of hot news in social media is beneficial for interfering the dissemination of information.At present,the traditional recognition methods based on NLP are facing the new challenge,i.e.,many news are lack of texts for semantic and emotional analysis,such as pictures and videos.[Method/Process]To this end,this paper firstly divided social networks into communities and organized them as a Bayesian network according to their hierarchical structure.Then,a hot news recognition model based on convolutional neural network was constructed for each community.The model synthetically analysed the macro statistics and micro processes,so as to retrieve the features of hot news disseminations within the community.Finally,the global popularity prediction was carried out by Bayesian reasoning based on the local model recognition results.[Result/Conclusion]Experiments showed that our method could effectively recognize hot news without semantic data,and improve the speed and accuracy of hot news recognitions with certain extendibility.The research would help social media regulators identify hot topics that do not contain semantic information and spread rapidly.

[Purpose/Significance]Technogical convergence is an important means of technological innovation.Analysis of technogical convergence is of great significance for enterprises to gain insight into technology opportunities and plan R&D activities.[Method/Process]Based on patent co-classification,the analysis framework of technogical convergence was constructed from the overall and local perspectives.At the overall level,the network indicators were analyzed for the network formed by technogical convergence.At the local level,node and link analysis were carried out for the selected key technologies,among which node analysis included correlation degree,uniformity and gravitation analysis,and link analysis included cohesion subgroup,tightness and difference analysis.Finally,an empirical study was conducted on the convergence of elderly gerontechnology and information technology.[Result/Conclusion]The proposed analysis framework was helpful to grasp the overall trend of technogical convergence and R&D hotspots,and could effectively identify the core technology nodes and links.

[Purpose/Significance]The academic user portrait is a more comprehensive characterization of the user's access to the library's academic resources.This paper attempted to construct information behavior and interest labeling for academic user portraits in libraries so that they can accurately locate the information needs of academic users and recommend appropriate academic resources.[Method/Process]Firstly,we fully accessed the user's access log and carried out the cleaning process.Then,we constructed a library academic user portrait tagging system based on the information behavior of academic users.Finally,we studied the information resource recommendation service based on user research interest.[Result/Conclusion]This study helped to improve the efficiency of user information acquisition and the quality of library academic resources recommendation services.It also provided some reference for the comprehensive construction of library academic user portraits in combination with other resources.

[Purpose/Significance]The information behavior of online social users has important guiding significance for the construction of the ecological environment of network public opinion.[Method/Process]Referring to the idea of "user portrait",this paper proposed the concept of online social user's public opinion portrait,and constructed a public opinion portrait model of online social user from the perspective of human dynamics.Finally,we discussed the public opinion information dissemination from the distribution of time interval,activity,time interval rescale and interaction heat.[Result/Conclusion]The results showed that online social users' portraits of public opinion could fully reveal their behavior characteristics and quantitatively analyze the basic information of users and the information of public opinion dissemination,thus point out the direction for the development of the network public opinion ecological environment.

[Purpose/Significance]The purpose of this study was to explore the user's online health information acceptance driving situation and to build a dimensional model.It was conducive to promoting the use of online health information and the promotion of health information services.[Methods/Processes]This study collected and analyzed relevant literatures on online health information acceptance of users at home and abroad,and used the system evaluation method,combined with NVivo12 qualitative analysis software for analysis,combing and extracting users' online health information to accept driving context factors,and constructing users online.The health information accepted the driving situation dimension model.[Results/Conclusions]The online health information acceptance driving scenarios of users mainly included goal orientation,cognitive paradigm,exogenous stimulation and emotional convergence.Accordingly,countermeasures were provided to optimize online health information services.

[Purpose/Significance]The database of scientific research projects has played an important role in the smooth development of scientific research.Establishing the evaluation system of scientific research project database is conducive to improving the service quality and efficiency of scientific research project database,which has important practical significance.[Method/Process]From user perspective,according to the basic framework of information construction,this paper constructed an index evaluation system for the research project database using the group decision and analytic hierarchy process.Then,three domestic typical research project databases were selected for empirical research,and sensitivity test on the evaluation index system was carried out.[Result/Conclusion]The core of research project database was content construction,especially the comprehensiveness,authority,integrity and update speed of the project information.At the same time,optimizing the retrieval system and improving the user service were also important ways to improve the user experience.Through the empirical research on the three databases,this paper pointed out the problems existing in the current research project database and put forward suggestions for improvement.

[Purpose/Significance]Aiming at the unstructured,massive and multi-source of digital resources,a set of digital resource integration models and methods were designed to meet the actual needs of information users.[Method/Process]Taking the shipping information service product-container freight index in the logistics industry as an example,this paper proposed formulation methods of container freight index based on big data,designed a set of oriented container freight index multi-sources heterogeneous information integration model and the Web information gathering and integration process.[Result/Conclusion]The model and process supported multi-sources heterogeneous digital information integration,and index formulation based on massive data.The study presented theoretical and technological exploration on different indexes formulation,and also provided a useful reference for the application of digital resources integration in other fields.

[Purpose/Significance]The analysis,research and application the development of artificial intelligence(AI)can deeply explore the internal rules between the knowledge structure of library collection and the needs of readers.The library's daily business will be gradually taken over and integrated by AI.[Method/Process]Aiming at the library core business links,we can establish the key indicators and architecture model of the AI library by analyzing the application of machine learning through the library big data.[Result/Conclusion]Based on fully understanding the needs of readers,the library can carry out a deeper personalized knowledge services.Along with the application of AI technology in various fields of library,there will be a great change in the application architecture and service mode of library.

[Purpose/Significance]With the change of information environment and technology environment,the expectation of Library users' information needs,information search habits and information acceptance preferences are gradually changing.However,the library fails to capture and satisfy the change of users' information acceptance expectations,which makes the users to the service body of the library.[Method/Process]Therefore,based on block chain theory,contextual theory and scenario theory,combined with the changes of information environment and technological environment,this paper probed into the application of block chain in Library scenarios from the characteristics of data de-neutralization,symmetric encryption and consensus mechanism,and untouchable modification.[Result/Conclusion]Based on the application of different scenarios and block chain technology,this paper probed into the scenarios of information resources co-construction and sharing,intellectual property protection and network learning in libraries,with a view to providing a basis for the innovation of scenario services in libraries.

[Purpose/Significance]Online users' comments and dissemination of unexpected events will cause the online public opinion crisis to the relevant organizations,and affect the reputation and image of the relevant organizations.The emotional communication of netizens is an important factor to trigger the online public opinion crisis,but present research on the mechanism of emotional communication of netizens is lacking.[Method/Process]Using the grounded theory research method,we took the D&G humiliation incident as the object and took the commentary text of the event as the sample.[Results/Conclusion]The influencing factors of emotional communication were summarized through three-level coding,and the mechanism model of emotional communication of network public opinion was constructed.

In order to explore the government's public opinion governance under the background of economic development,the paper studied the nonlinear interaction between government public opinion governance and regional economic development,based on the coupling theory.Based on the entropy weight method,the evaluation index system was constructed,and the coupling coordination degree model was used to measure the coupling and coordination level of government public opinion governance and regional economic development in 31 provinces in China.The results showed that the overall coupling and coordination level of public opinion governance and regional economic development in our country was low at present.The regional differences were obvious.The coupling coordination level in the eastern region was significantly higher than that in the central and western regions,while the western region was slightly higher than the central region.Based on this,the relevant suggestions for improving the ability of government's public opinion governance were proposed.

[Purpose/Significance]The paper sorted out and summarized the domestic research literatures in the field of social media user continuance usage,grasped the domestic development trend of research on user continuance usage and provides ideas and suggestions for the future research of social media user continuance usage.[Method/Process]Selecting the research papers on social media user continuance usage published in CSSCI journals as the object.the paper analyzed the current research situation of domestic social media user continuance usage from the three aspects of the relevant theory and model,casual-chain framework,future research directions.[Results/Conclusions]The study found that the most commonly used theoretical model was the ECM-IS and its extension model.This paper proposed a causal-chain framework for the research on the continuous use behavior of social media users,including numerous and complex variables such as antecedents,mediatings,moderatings and outcomes.Finally,the paper put forward several suggestions for the future research.

[Purpose/Significance]To understand the research situation and find the research opportunities on social media fatigue.[Methods/Process]The domestic and abroad literatures on social media fatigue were analyzed systematically from the aspects of meanings,antecedents and consequences.[Results/Conclusion]Social media fatigue was defined from emotional,behavioral and comprehensive perspectives;The antecedents of social media fatigue included social media related factors(system and information features),and user related factors(psychological,behavioral and social factors).The consequences of social media fatigue included users' psychological outcomes(e.g.,dissatisfaction)and behavioral outcomes(e.g.,social media discontinuance or switching intention,and passive usage behaviors).

[Objective]Scientific data security behavior research is an important branch of information security behavior research.Defining the concept of scientific data security behavior,reviewing the status quo and future research directions of scientific data security behavior at home and abroad,is of great significance to standardizing the scientific data security behavior of scientific researchers and improving scientific data security management.[Methods]The paper summarized and sorted out the related theories and practices of information security behavior and scientific data security management.[Conclusion]The existing achievements were introduced from the aspects of behavior types,behavioral characteristics and influencing factors of scientific data security behaviors.It was found that relevant research at home and abroad was still in its infancy.Finally,analyzed the shortcomings of existing research and possible future research directions.

[Purpose/Significance]Book review is an important clue for publishers,libraries and users to evaluate works.Feature extraction is the basic work to improve the efficiency and accuracy of the fine grained opinion mining of book reviews.[Method/Process]This paper made an objective analysis of the current research situation at home and abroad from the perspectives of the research on the reviewfeatureextraction,the clustering of book review feature,semantic representation,and the typical methods of the extraction of implicit feature,and sorted out the development context and trends of the research in related fields.[Result/Conclusion]It is pointed out that to improve the efficiency and accuracy of featureextractionin book reviews,some key issues should be considered,such as feature clustering,semantic representation and implicit featureextraction.

[Purpose/Signficance]This paper examined the papers and their bibliographic data publiashed for the past three years(2015~2017),which were SCI and SSCI included in the top 50% of the impact factors of the library and information science,in order to reveals the hot research topics in the international LIS field,then using the famous scientific analysis management tool ESI to track the research frontiers in the field of LIS.[Method/Process]Using the self-developed program tool to divide the knowledge community based on the louvain algorithm,and the domain knowledge subject division and research hotspots analysis are realized,then using the scientific analysis management tool ESI to determine the frontier of research in the LIS field.[Result/Conclusion]Through research,the hot topics of international library and information science in the past three years are bibliometrics,e-government and university libraries,online social media research,management,health,technology,information retrieval,enterprise management,and e-commerce; the research frontiers are mainly focus on academic platform and alternative analysis,online user review,political text content mining,smart city,text reading,and social media related research.
