[Purpose/Significance]To solve problems encountered in urban development,improve urban governance and operational capabilities,and break the dilemma in urban development.[Method/Process]From the mapping of ternary world theory into urban space,urban spatial cognition was deconstructed into physical space,social space and cyber space.Based on the big data resources generated during urban operation,the concept of user profile was fitted into the urban environment and proposed the construction path of urban data profile.Combining the research on smart city and city competitiveness,we constructed a city data profile facet model and conduct time and space perspective.Taking the urban traffic profile as an example,the application mode of urban data profile was introduced.[Results/Conclusions]With the help of urban data profile,it is possible to provide a panoramic view of the city's operational status,and to assist urban governance,operation,development,and intelligent urban information services with smart data.

[Purpose/Significance]Users participate in the evaluation/scoring of doctors in online health community,which generate the data information related to doctors' reputation can reflect the ability of doctors and also provide a reference for other patients when they choose.[Method/Process]this paper took the website of www.haodf.com as an example,extracted the effective panel data of 8649 doctors to explore the relationship between physician reputation and patient choice and research the regulatory effect of disease disk.A linear regression model was established to fit the model using the least square method(OLS).[Result/Conclusion]This paper found that effect (β₁=1.933,p<0.1),attitude(β₂=1.870,p<0.1),thank-you letter(β₃=0.119,p<0.05),the number of comments(β₅=0.253,p<0.05)and emotional tendency of comments(β₆=1.095,p<0.05)all were significant and positively affected patient selection,but the gift was not significant(p>0.1).The regulatory effect on disease risk was significant in high-risk diseases(a₃=1.307,p<0.05)and had a positive regulatory effect.Finally,some Suggestions were put forward from the perspective of the development of doctors and online health communities.

[Purpose/Significance]In the context of accelerating evolution of scientific and technological innovation and accelerating cross-integration,it is an important task to accurately identify the front of science and technology by using intelligence research methods and other disciplinary methods to obtain strategic information of science and technology.Research front not only provide predictions of current priorities and future trends,but also provide key indicators for government decision-making.[Method/Process]Through content analysis,this paper summarized the current status of the research front identification framework,methods and multiple relations of the current research front,as well as the application of in-depth analysis methods at the content level,and found that there were still deficiencies in the current research front identification models and methods.[Result/Conclusion]In view of the shortcomings,a comprehensive macro and micro front identification model was preliminarily designed by combining knowledge fusion of multi-source data.Multi-entity and multi-relation1 fusion were applied to subject association,and community structure identification of graph model and clique information were used for subject representation.Divide research front types and construct forward-looking index system to complete the identification of science and technology front,so as to identify science and technology front more accurately,efficiently and comprehensively.

[Purpose/Significance]Automatic discovery more representative literature content subject words based on text mining technology.Helping readers to find the potential relationship between the literature topics intuitively and efficiently,by locate specific positions of the subject words in the chapter,and carry out subject indexing based on the visualization technology.[Method/Process]Go deep into literature content to dig up subject words based on text mining technology,and use visualization tools to visually present the obtained information.On this basis,the study tried to construct a visual subject automatic indexing system,and verify the automatic indexing effect of the system in many topics in the Gesar domain.[Result/Conclusion]The research results showed that the indexing method implemented visual subject automatic indexing at the literature content level in the Gesar domain,and quickly and accurately located in chapters,paragraphs and sentences.The indexing related information acquisition process was intuitive and interactive,and enhanced user experience and engagement.The article used"Hero Gesar"as an example to complete the system verification,but the indexing method technology itself had no domain limitation and can be applied to other fields.

[Purpose/Meaning]Knowledge association for non-related literature can promote the generation of new knowledge and provide an effective aid for scientific research.[Methods/Processes]This paper used the"Chinese Classification Thesaurus"as the controlled word list of subject words.Firstly,the Chinese word segmentation of the document abstract was processed and the topic words were extracted.The econometric analysis technique and clustering technique were used to analyze the similarity between the documents.Different levels were then used to retrieve and utilize the TOP-K algorithm to feed back user accurate results based on the system.[Results/Conclusions]A knowledge-based retrieval system for non-related literature was designed to reveal the knowledge association between documents from a more granular level,and to provide users with high-quality services.

[Purpose/Significance]As an emerging model,knowledge payment has been developing rapidly during latest years.However,due to the problems such as the poor quality of the content and the uncertainty of user's perceived gain,users' willingness to pay is low,which hinders the continuous development of this business model.Based on the IS success model perspective,this research examined the factors affecting users' willingness to pay for knowledge.[Method/Process]391 valid questionnaires were collected and data analysis was conducted using structural equation model.[Results/Conclusions]The results indicated that both information quality and service quality of the platform had a significant positive impact on perceived value,which in turn affected users' willingness to pay.The results implied that platforms should focus on the improvement of platform quality and strictly control the quality of knowledge contents in order to promote users' willingness to pay for knowledge.

[Purpose/Significance]Academic social networking site is an important platform for knowledge exchange and academic cooperation.The study of iSchool members is helpful for information and library science researchers to make rational use of academic social networking site.[Method/Process]Taking ResearchGate(RG)as an example,this paper collected 4723 user behavior data of 61 iSchool members,subdivided them according to the follower-following ratio,and made a comparative analysis of user structure and utilization differences from the regional and hierarchical perspectives.[Result/Conclusion]From a regional perspective,North American institutions had more star users and focused on presentation and interaction,while Asia-Pacific institutions tend to search for information.From a hierarchical perspective,iCaucus institutional users prefered to share academic resources,while low-level institutional users followed the demand for academic resources more generally.In addition,iSchool members could be well classified by RG indicators.Academic influence and leading institutions would have greater academic impact,so the use of academic social networking site should be further rationally expanded.

[Purpose/Significance]Constructing the evaluation index system of academic virtual community based on the perspective of user experience is not only beneficial to improve the level of knowledge service,but also beneficial to enhance influence and competitiveness.It is of great significance for sustainable and healthy development of academic virtual community.[Method/Process]From the perspective of user experience,based on D-S evidence theory,the paper used the D-S evidence synthesis method to construct the evaluation index system of academic virtual community and calculate weight coefficient of indicators at all levels.[Result/Conclusion]An academic virtual community evaluation index system consisted of eight first-level indicators and 24 second-level indicators.Among them,the reliability weight was 0.2568,the usability weight was 0.0625,the normalization weight was 0.0407,the interactive weight was 0.0888,the care weight was 0.1176,the richness weight was 0.0322,the usefulness weight was 0.1784 and the timeliness weight was 0.2230.Finally,an example of academic virtual community of Xiaomuchong was given for evaluation and analysis.

[Purpose/Significance]In the process of rural revitalization and development,migrant workers,as a new type of information consumer group,their online information behavior becomes the key to understand their information needs and provide accurate information services in the process of rural revitalization and development.The research on the behavior of information searching of agricultural workers has become a new problem concerned by academia and industry.[Method/Process]This paper analyzed the characteristics of migrant workers' online information search demand,information source,search result and search behavior through a hybrid experiment method combining questionnaire and experiment.[Result/Conclusion]The data results showed that in the process of rural revitalization,the level of online information search needs of migrant workers has been gradually improved,but the online information search source was single,the online information evaluation ability was low,and the online information acquisition ability needed to be improved.

[Purpose/Significance]The exploratory search for academic information is an important part of the scientific research process of scientists.From the bounded rational theory to explore the response of users to the stimuli of information complexity,and then constructs theoretical models of academic information search behavior.[Method/Process]The paper used the results of previous scientists' research to initially refine the influencing factors,and used online interviews with experts and scholars to determine the specific influencing factors used in the research and based on external stimulus(S)-organism cognition(O)-behavioral response(R),analyzed by a second-order structural equation model.[Result/Conclusion]Studies showed that information dimension stimulation and method dimension stimulation significantly enhanced organism expectation confirmation,while expectation confirmation promoted the academic information search behavior,but perceived affordance performance significantly reduced the influence of external stimulation on expectation confirmation.The results proved that academic search behavior was not a simple demand-search behavior but a bounded rational behavior influenced by cognitive expectations and cognitive ability.

[Purpose/Significance]The content quality is critically important to online knowledge communities.Studying the relationship between contributors' identities and users' perception of content quality can effectively enhance core value and provide reference for management of communities.[Method/Process]Based on identity communication theory of online community users and two-process theory of content quality perception,we put forward relevant hypothesis and theoretical model,and explored its influence mechanism based on the selection of experimental materials,user survey and statistical analysis.[Results/Conclusion]The results of ANOVA showed that professional authentication degree of contributors' identities had no significant effect on perceived content quality;contributors' professional identity levels had significant effect on perceived content quality.The higher the average identity level was,the higher perceived content quality would be.

[Purpose/Significance]Analysis of the influencing factors of the usefulness of online negative reviews can help to reveal the mechanism of online reviews and more effectively apply online reviews.[Process/Method]This paper established a hierarchical regression model based on the online negative reviews of search and experience products sold by JD Mall(jd.com),and explored the usefulness of different factors on online negative reviews from four dimensions:formal characteristics,content features,text features and feedback characteristics.Principal component analysis is used to rank the importance factors under the adjustment of commodity type.[Results/Conclusions]The results showed that the influencing factors of online negative reviews were regulated by commodity types,which would have a non-linear and complex impact on usefulness,resulting in differences in the degree of action.For search-type products,the usefulness of influencing factors such as review rating,number of replies,and length of reviews in online negative reviews was obvious;While for experiential products,additional images and detailed objective descriptions in online negative reviews could promote consumers to make purchases decision.

[Purpose/Significance]There is a huge number of consumer reviews in those large-scale e-commerce websites,which hence poses a challenge for a customer to go through all of them.It is necessary to evaluate the helpfulness of reviews and highlight valuable ones for potential consumers.[Method/Process]Therefore,this paper tried to find out an approach to evaluate and rank online consumer reviews according to their helpfulness.In this study,it proposed a classification-based ranking model for evaluating the helpfulness and importance of online consumer reviews.It extracted and identified a series of features from reviews in order to evaluate their helpfulness.SVM model was used to classify and identify helpful reviews.This paper had carried out an empirical analysis on the proposed model by using three collections of online consumer reviews(mobile phones,women's shoes,and candy/chocolate).[Result/Conclusion]The empirical results showed that our model could be used to evaluate and rank the helpfulness of online consumer reviews quantatively.The model relied mainly on semantic features rather than non-semantic ones.Moreover,it could reduce the verification space and significantly increase the classification precision by choosing a suitable probability threshold value.

[Purpose/Significance]Extracting knowledge elements in unstructured corpus is an important part of realizing knowledge map.This paper explored the application of convolutional neural network(CNN)model relations extration in tourism field.[Method/Process]We built a tourism corpus by grasping the relevant data of professional travel websites.Some corpora were manually labeled as a training dataset and test dataset.Then we implemented word segmentation,vectorization and CNN model through Python language programming,and conducted relationship extraction experiments.[Results/Conclusions]The experimental results showed that the application of convolutional neural networks could achieve satisfactory results when extracting relations in unstructured tourism texts(Precision 0.77,Recall 0.76,F1-measure 0.76).After manual optimization,the results could lay the foundation for the construction of tourism knowledge maps and domain ontology construction.

[Purpose/Significance]Aiming at the problem of insufficient literature and the lack of technical keywords in the domain of discipline on emerging stage.[Methods/Process]The interdisciplinary coevolution analysis method was proposed.Firstly,extracting technical keywords is needed.Secondly,word2vec method was used to extract similar technical keywords from abstracts.At the same time,high-quality technical keywords were extracted from interdisciplinary domain.Finally,the extended technical keywords were clustered and analyzed.[Results/Conclusion]Empirical analysis was carried out in the domain of reproductive cells and stem cells of agricultural animals.Result showed there were relatively few studies in tissue engineering and statistical analysis in the current study.And there were still technical gaps in developmental genetics,morphology,epigenetics,culture and preservation in vitro,immunocytology and genomics.

[Purpose/Significance]Consortium blockchain was applied to data management in industry-university-research(I-U-R)information platform,the purpose was to break the information barrier between the participants of I-U-R alliance by means of the blockchain technology advantages of distributed storage,asymmetric encryption,P2P transmission.The I-U-R information platform could improve the security and traceability of data,and solve the problem of information processing effectively.[Method/Process]This research analyzed the requirements of the I-U-R information platform by means of blockchain technology,and proposed the framework structure of the blockchain I-U-R information platform.On this basis,this research discussed the operation mechanism and data processing flow of the I-U-R information platform,and explained this operational force of the I-U-R information platform by System Dynamics.[Result/Conclusion]Four kinds of application scenarios of the I-U-R information platform were summarized,the proposed development proposals and application scenarios provided a theoretical basis for the construction and application of the I-U-R information platform from the perspective of consortium blockchain.

[Purpose/Significance]The agricultural innovation activity has its own particularity and complexity,which makes the agricultural intellectual property(IP)present variety.The paper creatively introduced 3 most iconic agricultural IP such as agricultural patents,plant variety rights and geographical indications into the IP analysis and appraisal in agricultural innovation activity,so as to provide reference for scientifically developing the analysis and appraisal in agriculture field.[Method/Process]The paper took the appraisal objective of solving the innovation problems as orientation,focused on the 3 kinds of agricultural IP which are the appraisal objects,discussed the contents and function orientation of key links in the flow of IP analysis and appraisal,based on this,constructed the analysis and appraisal frame compatible with agriculture,then made an empirical analysis of the frame with the example of Lilium industry.[Result/Conclusion]The analysis and appraisal frame revealed the contents of innovation & discovery,to show the situation of agricultural innovation activity from 3 dimensions of time distribution,structural distribution and spatial distribution and 4 aspects of the scale,the quality and the performance of innovation activity and the ability of innovation subjects,which could provide new perspective,thought and approach to solve the innovation problems,especially for the acquisition of 5 innovation implications such as innovation orientation,innovation degree,innovation mode,innovation direction and innovation path.

[Purpose/Significance]The dynamic monitoring and prevention of students' network public opinion has always been the focus of network security in Colleges and universities.Under the new media environment,how to accurately predict the occurrence and evolution of College Students' network public opinion and grasp the dynamics of College Students' public opinion has become the core work of Ideological and political education in Colleges and universities.[Methods/Processes]Therefore,the content,method and process of network public opinion monitoring for college students were studied by using network public opinion analysis techniques such as information acquisition,data cleaning and information clustering.[Methods/Processes]The results showed that based on the clustering results,the combination of manual research and technical means improved the dynamic monitoring efficiency of College Students' network public opinion,and then effectively implemented the prevention and control of network public opinion.
