[Purpose/Significance]The concepts of scenario information acceptance in mobile libraries have important theoretical and practical significance for scenario construction,scenario transformation,scenario reconstruction,scenario recognition,scenario portrait and scenario recommendation in mobile libraries.However,in the theoretical research and practical application of scenario information reception in mobile libraries,there is no clear understanding of the relevant concepts.[Method/Process]Therefore,based on the existing relevant literature,combined with the practical application of scenario information acceptance in mobile libraries,this paper combed and defined the related concepts of scenario information reception in mobile libraries from the perspective of interdisciplinary,and clarified the related concepts.[Result/Conclusion]The definition of scenario-based information acceptance in mobile libraries laid a solid theoretical foundation for in-depth and horizontal research on scenario-based information acceptance in mobile libraries,and enriched the existing research results,so as to get rid of the shortcomings and dilemmas of existing research.

[Purpose/Significance]The sticky driving mechanism for exploring virtual academic community based on dynamic user profile lies in the precise positioning of user roles,which helps to improve rate of loyalty,reliability,retention and re-access of users.[Method/Process]This paper analysed the sticky driving factors of academic virtual community based on community attributes and user perception,took user's natural attributes,behavioral attributes and psychological characteristics as the data source of user profile,constructed a dynamic user profile structure model including four modules:basic data,behavior modeling,service application and evaluation feedback;The sticky driving mechanism model was constructed by combining the driving factors and the structural model.[Result/Conclusion]The model portrayed the full view of the virtual academic community users,and provided guidance for optimizing system performance and accurate services,in order to enhance the flow of academic information resources and academic influence.

[Purpose/Significance]In order to reduce the cost of group knowledge collaboration,we proposed a linked network organizational model and explored the impact of network topology,network size and knowledge sharing game on group knowledge collaboration under the new organizational model.[Method/Process]We analyzed the existing mode of innovation organization from the viewpoint of social network and propose a new form of network,linked network.Secondly,the method of multi-agent modeling and simulation was used to simulate the knowledge collaboration process of knowledge-based teams at the micro level.Finally,we set up experiments on different influencing factors to explore the mechanisms that affect the knowledge collaboration among groups.[Result/Conclusion]We found that the type of network had a significant impact on the performance of group knowledge collaboration,and uncertainty of optimal matching significantly reduced the performance of group knowledge collaboration.

[Purpose/Significance]With evaluating network teaching information ecosystem from the view of information ecology,this paper promoted the application study on information ecology,also it had some guiding meaning on the control and development of university network teaching.[Method/Process]Based on the concept of information ecosystem and practice of network teaching,from three aspects of structure,function,development of system,this paper built an evaluation indexes system of network teaching information ecosystem including aim layer,standard layer and indexes layer.Furthermore,the paper took empirical study on specific university with easy methods.According to the evaluation conclusions and investigation,some optimizing countermeasures of University Network Teaching Information Ecosystem were provided here.[Result/Conclusion]It was found that evaluation process,indexes system and evaluation methods in this paper were feasible.University could also control the development of network teaching from the perspective of information ecology and choose optimizing countermeasures from view of the structure of network teaching information ecosystem.

[Purpose/significance]Frequent subgraph mining could provide rules which are found from relational graphs of terrorists in the crime of terrorism for counter-terrorism intelligence analysis.[Method/process]Before subgraph mining,the paper preprocessed the data to make sure the uniqueness of every vertex,the it counted the number of subgraph to produce frequent 1-subgraph and 2-subgraph in order.After that,repeated the process of generating other candidate subgraph and mining frequent subgraph until the terminal condition was satisfied.[Result/Conclusion]The result subgraphs could provide terrorism related clues which reflect the features of relationships among terrorists and effectively fight against terrorism.

[Purpose/Significance]The purpose of this paper was to explore the key factors and formation mechanism of users' intermittent discontinuance behavior of mobile social network,which had positive significance for designers,developers and operators of mobile social networks on development and improvement of social network function optimization,information service quality improvement and precision marketing promotion.[Method/Process]Taking the "stressor-strain-outcome" model as the framework and integrating Stress-and-Coping Theory,Uses and Gratifications Theory together with Social Support Theory,this paper built hypotheses and constructed the research model from perspectives of technostress and usage satisfaction.Using deep users of WeChat as the research sample,404 valid questionnaires were obtained by "situational experiment" and "questionnaire interview",and SmartPLS2.0 was applied to test the hypotheses and model.[Result/Conclusion]The results showed that when users used social networks,the impact of technostress and usage satisfaction existed simultaneously,which significantly affected the user's product transition fatigue and use fatigue,and further affected the user's social network intermittent discontinuance behavior through the combination of two kinds of fatigue.Among them,information overload and system overload in the technostress factors were significant causes of social network use fatigue;the emotion gratification,social gratification and information gratification in the usage satisfaction factors were important antecedents of social network transition fatigue.

[Purpose/Meaning]By the analysis of influencing factors of knowledge sharing behavior,academic virtual community can specifically improve the activity and retention rate of old users and further attract new users.[Method/Process]Based on the research platform of "Jingguanzhijia(formerly known as BBS of NPC economy)",this paper used python language to capture 40000 pieces of valid user data under the platform,constructed a research framework of influencing factors of knowledge sharing behavior in academic virtual community,and used more scientific and reasonable quantile regression to verify the research model.[Result/Conclusion]The research results showed that user visited,BBS currency,activity and number of friends had a significant positive impact on the number of knowledge sharing,while whether email authentication,BBS currency,activity and number of friends had a significant positive impact on the quality of knowledge sharing.It is significant for academic virtual community managers to strengthen that sustainable development of community platform by strengthening these significant positive factors.

[Purpose/Significance]This paper investigated the future user engagement and its influencing factors of network dynamic information organization.Through the analysis of the survey results,it put forward some suggestions for improving the user engagement of network dynamic information organization,in order to provide reference for improving the user engagement of network dynamic information organization and establishing a network dynamic information organization mode of user participation.[Method/Process]Based on the established index system of user engagement influence factor test,this paper investigated and analysed the factors affecting the future user engagement of network dynamic information organization from the perspectives of user cognition and external influence by questionnaires.[Result/Conclusion]On the basis of the investigation and analysis,this paper put forward some suggestions for improving the user engagement of network dynamic information organization from the aspects of platform security,usability,incentives,information quality guarantee,and personalized service.

[Purpose/Significance]This paper aimed to explore the impacting factors of health information seeking behavior of Chinese urban residents and to construct the conceptual frame model,with the expectation of providing theoretical reference for improving realistic health information service and raising use efficiency of health information,and then further of raising health level of urban residents and supporting Health China construction.[Method/Process]The related data of health information seeking behavior from 35 urban residents were collected using semi-structured interviews,8 subcategories of influencing health information seeking behavior of Chinese urban residents were coded and 3 main categories were focused based on Grounded Theory.Based on the above analysis the model of impacting factors of health information seeking behavior was constructed.[Result/Conclusion]Individual internal driving factor and individual behavioral capacity control factor influenced health information seeking behavior directly,and social context factor separately moderated the influencing intension of individual internal driving factor and individual behavioral capacity control factor on health information seeking behavior.

[Purpose/Importance]Digital reading has become the main mode for Chinese national reading,especially for mobile reading.However,on the whole,the rate of users' paying reading is not high.Therefore,exploring the development of mobile reading APPs from the perspective of payment is a problem worthy of attention.[Method/Process]Firstly,the paper analyzed the concepts of mobile reading payment,knowledge payment and content payment.Then,five kinds of mobile reading APPs:iReader,QQ Reading,Migu Reading,Shuqi Novels,Baidu Reading were tested and pay modes were summarized and compared from the three aspects of payment forms,promotion activities,and payment method.[Result/Conclusion]Lastly,some optimization strategies were put forward such as diversification of payment methods,improvement of the evaluation feedback mechanism of the payment modes,propaganda and promotion of quality books for paid reading,and development of high quality paid reading products.

[Purpose/Significance]This study selected song list,a typical user spontaneous organization platform resource to create a resource list,exploring the question "What kind of user generated resource list(UGRL)is more popular",and revealing the information redundancy that may arise from the richness of user generated resource list.[Method/Process]Based on the theory of information acceptance theory and the perspective of information overload,this study constructed the information acceptance model of user generated resource list diffusion,and used the crawler software to obtain the data of Netease cloud music song list and song list creator,and studied the influences of UGRL creator characteristics and UGRL quality characteristics on the UGRL diffusion effect.[Result/Conclusion]The user social network in Netease Cloud Music has a scale-free feature;the creator's activity and contribution have a positive impact on the network centrality;The creator's network centrality,network activity,network contribution,UGRL introduction length have a significant positive impact on UGRL usefulness and UGRL diffusion effect;There was an inverted U-shaped relationship between UGRL content richness and UGRL usefulness,and also between UGRL content richness and UGRL diffusion effect;In the influence of the UGRL quality characteristics on the UGRL diffusion affect,the UGRL usefulness played a mediation role.

[Purpose/Significance]In the era of big data,it is very important to clarify the key factors affecting the quality of e-commerce data for both the e-commerce enterprises to understand management tendency and the scholars to focus on the underlying problems of the quality of business data.[Method/Process]By using the method of grounded theoretical analysis,this paper abstractly summarized the qualitative materials obtained from semi-structured interviews,and finally drew a conclusion that there are 11 factors affecting the quality of e-commerce data.The DEMATEL model of complex system was used to build an e-commerce data quality influencing factors matrix.[Result/Conclusion]By calculation,it is found that the "original factors" of e-commerce data quality included such factors as data quality supervision mechanism,quality awareness,standards and norms,clarity about the purpose of data utilization and so on.The "result factors" included data development and application management,data processing constraints,quality awareness and other factors,while the key factors were mainly concentrated in the supervision mechanism and quality standards,utilization needs,quality awareness and so on.

[Purpose/Significance]Educational big data platform information sharing has become an important content and research hotspot of current educational informatization work.[Method/Process]The influencing factors of information sharing were constructed,and DEMATEL was used to classify and rank the information sharing factors of education large data platform.[Result/Conclusion]The results showed that subject demand factor,accessibility factor and cooperation mode factor were the most critical factors affecting educational big data platform information sharing,resource richness factor and information usefulness factor were the core factors,and they were also the most vulnerable factors.Finally,the corresponding strategies and suggestions were put forward.

[Purpose/Significance]To put forward suggestions for the improvement of personal information protection of government affairs APP,this paper built a evaluation system of personal privacy information protection in using government affairs APPs,and made a scientific and reasonable evaluation of the status quo of personal privacy information protection in China's government affairs APPs.[Method/Process]From the perspective of privacy policy,using expert interview method and analytic hierarchy process,this paper constructed the evaluation system of personal privacy information protection in using government affairs APPs from three dimensions:informed consent of users,information security control and protection of individual rights;Then,36 government affairs APPs from China's municipalities directly under the central government,provincial capital cities and cities with separate plans were selected for empirical analysis.[Result/Conclusion]The evaluation system of personal privacy information protection in using government affairs APPs had certain practicability and operability.Through empirical analysis,it is found that the personal privacy information protection of government affairs APP users in China is a serious problem,and government departments should focus on and solve it.

[Purpose/Significance]This paper made a comparative analysis of the current situation of book influence in G20,and provided a reference for China to enhance the international influence of books.[Method/Process]This study selected the five subject books included in Springer as samples,which were chemistry,engineering,medicine,law and history,and used Bookmetrix as the data source of influence indicators.On the basis of discussing indicator coverage and correlation,this study made a comparative analysis of the similarities and differences of book influence in G20 from the following three aspects:the output of the book,the five types of indicators,which included downloads,citations,mentions,readers,and reviews,and the co-authorship relationship.[Result/Conclusion]The study found:1The coverage and correlation of the overall book indicators were similar to those of China,the United States,and Germany.The coverage of downloads was the highest,and the correlation between the readers and citations was high and stable.2Compared with Germany,the United States,and the United Kingdom,there was still a significant gap in the number of international books produced in China.However,China had performed well in terms of the average value of indicators and total ranking.3In the book co-authoring network of G20,the international cooperation intensity of humanities and social science books was significantly lower than that of science and engineering disciplines.The United States and Germany had high scientific research cooperation strength and influence.The international cooperation of China had a certain foundation,but the overall influence was not prominent.

[Purpose/Significance]Top academic papers represent the significant original scientific research in the worldwide academic field,and their popularity on the social network reflects what the public interest is for major scientific research progress.Research on the degree of attention of top academic papers on the social network and its influencing factors can lay a foundation for the comprehensive scientific paper evaluation system,and provide guidance for papers to gain high network attention on the social network.[Method/Process]Using altmetrics data and bibliographic information from 1584 papers published in《Nature》and《Science》in 2016,the relationship between social influence and academic influence were depicted from two perspectives of the distribution characteristics and correlation coefficient,and the influencing factors of the network attention were investigated from two perspectives the research topic and country.[Result/Conclusion]The fluctuation range of Altmetrics indicator and citations of top journal papers was relatively large,and the distributions for all indicators presented a sharp curve with a long tail to the right.The relationship between the Attention score and the citation score was relatively weak.Papers with topics related to human health and life were more likely to gain high network attention.The network attention for different countries presented three prominent features,and the higher of the papers' international collaboration rate,the greater of network attention the papers would receive.

[Purpose/Significance]The title of a paper often contains some or all of the key words.Readers can combine the differences between title and keywords to fully understand the content of the literature.[Method/Process]Firstly this paper brought out the concept of diversity degree and its calculation method.Then it collected all papers in library and information science from CSSCI in recent 20 years.This paper studied on the distribution of the diversity degree of these papers and the 20 journals and the impact on the diversity degree of the length and the numbers of keyword of these papers.[Result/Conclusion]The results showed three things,the difference between title and keyword tended to decrease with the year.There were four journals with relatively large differences which indicated the titles and keywords of these journals could reflect more content information.The difference degree was relatively large when the title length was between 15 and 30 and the number of keywords was between 4 and 5.

[Purpose/Significance]Applying a reasonable method is important to calculate the potential value or to locate the development status of a discipline for institutions that have not entered the ESI system.[Methods/Procedures]Using the existing seven calculation methods for subject potential value,this paper presented an empirical study on biological sciences at the Inner Mongolia University.[Results/Conclusion]The subject potential values of the University were obtained through various methods and the practicability of the calculation methods of these values was differentiated.
