[Purpose/Significance]In order to promote the sustainable development of online health communities and enhance users' continuous intention of using,it is necessary to investigating the influencing factors of users' continuous intention for online healthy communities.[Method/Process]The perceived value was measured by perceived the benefit and perceived cost,and the perceived value theory was combined with the expectation confirmation model to construct a structural equation model for the continuous use intention of online healthy community users.The data was collected by questionnaire survey.The paper analyzed the data by AMOS 21.0,and verified the construct and hypotheses of the proposed structure equation model.[Result/Conclusion]Results indicated that the improvement of reliability,reliability and timeliness could increase users' perceived benefits and had positive effect on perceived value further.The enhance of privacy and respond speed could positively affect the perceived value via decrease the perceived cost.Perceived usefulness and perceived value could positively affect the continuance intention by increasing customer satisfaction.Compared with perceived value,perceived usefulness had less effect on customer satisfaction in online health community.

With the advent of the fifth-generation mobile communications era,mobile information services will receive more and more attention.This paper analyzed the co-word analysis,social network analysis and cluster analysis of the high-frequency keywords of 205 related documents in mobile library information service,sumed up the current research hotspots and looked into its future development trends.The aim of the paper was to know the research status and progress of mobile library information services,provide a certain theoretical reference for future research and promote the in-depth development of mobile information services.

With the development and popularization of mobile Internet,user experience has become a concerned factor in the field of mobile digital reading.Starting from the dynamic stage of user experience,this paper constructed the theoretical model and hypothesis of the dynamic behavior of user experience in the mobile digital reading field from the perspective of experience dimension,cognition and emotion as well as the continuance adoption behavior.By collecting 434 valid questionnaires and using Lisrel8.70 to test and modify the theoretical model.The final results showed that:(1)The ECM and satisfaction were the important variables that affected the continuance adoption intention in the decision stage;(2)the ECM had significant influence on perceived ease of use and perceived playfulness in the interaction stage;(3)the three dimensions of the user experience had a significant impact on the user's continuance adoption intention,of which the reflection experience had the greatest impact,followed by the cognitive experience,and finally the sensory experience.

[Objective]This paper provided references for administration departments to control information dissemination on microblog platform,by means of the research of the microblog users' behavior.[Methods]This paper investigated and analyzes the willingness and motivation of users to share microblog information from the perspective of user's emotional stimuli.,so as to build an emotional model on microblog user's information sharing willingness,which based on process appraisal theory and contextual appraisal theory.[Results]The research showed that the user's emotional stimuli significantly positively affected the evaluation of the user's perception or cognition appraisal of novelty,norm,goal,intrinsic pleasantness,and coping potential;The user's appraisal of novelty,goal and intrinsic pleasantness had significant positive effects on their willingness to share;The sharing intention of users had a significant recurrence effect on emotional stimuli.[Limitation]The research model constructed in this paper mainly verified the interaction among the three components of stimulus,evaluation and result,which did not specifically evaluate the interaction among the five components.In addition,the sample mainly came from the highly educated youth population.[Conclusion]This study demonstrated that the impact of emotional stimuli on microblog users' willingness to share the information.And emotions were not only the psychological and emotional fluctuations that microblog users generated in the process of information sharing,but also the factors that promoted users to generate information sharing behaviors.

[Objective/Meaning]This article aimed to explore the characteristics and influencing factors of the information behavior of university students' innovative team by using grounded theory,so as to provide a scientific reference for improving the information literacy and innovation ability,help to improve the effectiveness of innovation and entrepreneurship education.[Method/Process]Studied the team of college students participating in the innovation competition,collected the data through in-depth interviews,and carried out the code analysis[Result/Conclusion]Constructed the model of the influencing factors of information acquisition behavior of university students' innovation and entrepreneurship team,and put forward the strategies for improving information acquisition behavior.

Subject Service of History and Literature has always been a weak link of subject services in various university libraries,which mainly owned to not having grasped the use characters of these disciplines.After extracting tens of thousands of references in CSSCI papers of BNU's Related Institutions from 2004 to 2014,this paper carried out data extraction,cleaning and analysis by means of self-compiled reference processing tools and Excel.It analyzed literature use behaviors of Chinese Literature and History Researchers from quotation number,citation type,citation age distribution,language and classical literature for precision subject service.

[Purpose/Significance]With the rapid development and popularity of digital technology,digital literacy has become a hot topic in the academic field.Constructing the evaluation index of college teachers' digital literacy and accurately evaluating teachers' digital literacy with unified standard was convenient for universities to promote digital literacy in a purposeful and principled way.[Method/Process]This study constructed the evaluation index system of University Teachers' digital literacy,which included 5 dimensions,18 indicators,and the 5 dimensions were digital technology use,digital information management,digital content creation,digital community construction and digital security capability.The related data were collected through questionnaires,and the rationality of the evaluation system was tested by quantitative analysis.[Result/Conclusion]This study provided a necessary standard for the training of digital literacy in universities,and also made up for the deficiencies in related studies,which had important practical and theoretical significance.

[Purpose/Significance]In view of the challenges faced by China's local government data opening platform,this paper designed and built a government data opening platform based on CKAN,in order to provide a reference for the construction and improvement of government data opening platform in China.[Method/Process]Based on the basic analysis of the application and characteristics of CKAN,this paper introduced the core functions of CKAN,explored the metadata management of CKAN and the API Publishing of Linked Data,finally provided platform installation steps and strategies.[Results/Conclusion]This paper put forward to give full play to the core functions of CKAN platform,metadata management and the API Publishing of Linked Data and other advantages,combined with Drupal and other open source content management framework to build the open government data platform.

Purpose/Significance]As one of the national governance methods,Open Government Data was gradually spreading in cities across the country,this paper aimed to study the spatiotemporal evolution and policy diffusion mechanism of open government data at the urban level of China.[Method/Process]The internal characteristics and external factors of cities were integrated into a theoretical framework,and a total of 225 sample data of 40 cities from 2012 to 2018 were analyzed with the method of event history analysis.[Result/Conclusion]The diffusion process of Chinese Open Government Data can be divided into slowing diffusion and rapid diffusion in the time dimension;In spatial dimension,there were proximity effect,gradient effect and agglomeration effect;The diffusion path was characterized by vertical "absorbing-radiation" and horizontal "competitive-learning";The diffusion mechanism was affected by many factors,among which the institutional environment and competition pressure had the greatest influence.[Innovation/Value]This paper revealed the diffusion rules and influencing factors of open government data,filled in the existing research gaps,and provided theoretical guidance for further diffusion of open government data in Chinese governments at all levels.

[Purpose/Significance]Open government data is a global trend,so dialysis of the research progress and trends of international open government data has important reference and guiding role for further promotion of domestic research and practice.[Method/Process]Based on the bibliometric method and the knowledge mapping visual analysis method,the open government data research literature included in the WOS(core collection)2009-2018 was used as the data source,and the article conducted quantitative and qualitative analysis from the literature time,subject distribution,research countries,highly cited literature and keywords.[Result/Conclusion]The results showed that international research mainly focused on the following topics:Firstly,the basic theoretical research on opening government data;secondly,open government data policy,implementation and practical experience summary research;thirdly,data management and open platform research for open government data;fourthly,linked open government data research;fifthly,open government data multi-use and value creation research;sixthly,open government data evaluation,status,issues and recommendations research.

[Purpose/Significance]Using the self-purification nature of social media is an important idea to deal with rumors propagation in social media.However,previous researches have focused mainly on qualitative studies and case analysis,by ignoring the quantitative studies to make the implicit evolving laws become explicit.[Process/Method]To fill the gap,after introducing a role named rumor purifier,this study developed a new model to simulate social media rumors propagation considering self-purification mechanism based on the classic SIR model.[Results/Conclusions]By means of rumors spreading threshold analysis and model simulation,this paper found that social media rumors had the potential of self-purification,and the effect was influenced by the user's ability to identify,critical thinking habits,the willingness of the potential corrector to participate in the purification and the influence of the rumor purifier.Furthermore,according to these findings,the study presented some suggestion to better restrain social media rumors propagation making use of self-purification mechanism.

[Purpose/Significance]The purpose aimed to explore the co-construction and sharing of emergency information resources,and provided conditions for the main bodies of emergency cooperation,enhance the main bodies' ability of dealing with emergencies,and improve the emergency cooperation mechanism.[Method/Process]The paper elaborated the necessity and feasibility of synergy theory into emergency information resources sharing research,and developed the collaborative architecture of emergency information resource sharing,then,analyzed the collaborative relationships among data subjects and between data subjects and their sub-systems.In order to deal with the overwhelming emergency information resource sharing demand from the synergetic point of view,it proposed emergency information resource sharing collaborative standardization platform,emergency information resource sharing co-propagation model,emergency knowledge collaborative management model.[Result/Conclusion]Emergency information resources sharing based on synergetic theory could break through organizational barriers in the process of emergency information from source to collection,collation and transmission,eliminate information isolated islands,realize information sharing and creation,and play a positive role in promoting the process of emergency cooperation of all bodies.

[Purpose]Unlike the information diffused by official organization is rational,the information diffused by users in social media has strong emotional characteristics.Emotional information communication has unique communication mechanism and influence.Lots of domestic and foreign literature has begun to focus on the research of emotional information in social media which become one of important research field in the information communication.[Method]This paper used the keywords combination of social media and emotion to search in the domestic and foreign literature database.[Conclusion]It reviewed the four main research areas of the emotional information characteristics,emotional analysis,emotional communication and emotional information of social media by combing all the documents.Finally,the existing research deficiencies were analyzed and future research directions were pointed out.

[Purpose/Significance]The emotional change of netizens is the key to the policy of public opinion.Therefore building a scientific and efficient sentiment lexicon will have great practical significance to the analysis of Internet users and the choice of coping strategies.[Method/Process]Combining the qualitative research characteristics of grounded theory,this paper took the factors influencing the evolution of emergencies into consideration in the construction of sentiment dictionaries.The point mutual information algorithm,TF-IDF,statistics and other methods were used to construct the micro-blog Emotions dictionary and the special sentiment lexicon of emergency,thus this paper compiled the Emotion Dictionary of the emergency.Then the "6.22 Hangzhou nanny arson case" was selected for emotional analysis.[Result/Conclusion]It was found that the sentiment lexicon constructed in this paper had a certain degree of improvement in comparison with the index of accuracy and recall than the previous dictionary.At the same time,combined with the results of root theory and topic extraction analysis,the lexicon would provide reference for the coping strategies chosen in different stages of public opinion development.

[Purpose/Significance]This paper studied the structural features,internal relations,evolutionary laws and evolutionary reasons of the cooperation network of world-class universities in China,which could provide references for the construction of world-class universities in China.[Method/Process]Based on the data of co-authored papers of 42 universities in WoS from 2013 to 2017,this paper constructed the frequency matrix and Salton exponent matrix of scientific cooperation over the years.Then,combining methods of social network analysis and correlation analysis,with the help of visual software,this paper was divided into three evolutional perspectives:the whole network,the individual network and the local network.In addition,this paper revealed and analyzed the network structure characteristics,cooperation intensity and evolution law of university scientific cooperation relationship.[Result/Conclusion]Firstly,the number of publications,co-authored articles and cooperation rate of universities were increasing in general;Secondly,possession or control of scientific resources had strong positive correlation with scientific research output in universities;Thirdly,universities attached importance to strong alliance and complementary advantages.Meanwhile,the scale of core network was gradually expanding,and the trend of gathering of universities to the network center was increasing.What's more,the control degree,influence and indispensible of single university for the overall cooperative network was decreasing;Then,education' development,fund support,the principle of least effort,the Matthew effect principle,and the specialty of strong subject were main reasons for the evolution of scientific cooperation network of universities;Finally,some suggestions were put forward for scientific cooperation in universities.

[Purpose/Significance]AAI(Author Affiliation Index),a bibliometric indicator proposed by American scholars but lack utilization in China,is necessary to study its characteristics and the relationship of bibliometrics indexes.[Method/Process]Based on the database of CNKI(China National Knowledge Infrastructure),this paper,taking the CSSCI journal of Library and Information Sciences for example,calculated the AAI of each journal and analyzed the relationship between AAI,impact factor,h-index and citation frequency through the method of correlation coefficient and partial least square.[Result/Conclusion]The study showed that:AAI was positively related to the impact factor but had a low fitting degree,and was not related to the h-index and the frequency of citations.It explaind that the AAI could provide other information than the journal influence;the AAI had the better statistical evaluation index characteristics which could be used as evaluation indicators for periodicals;the relevant research on AAI needed to be further strengthened.

With the proposal of Double-First Class initiative,scientific research achievements have been paid more and more attention.It is of great significance to improve the service and status of the library to carry out discipline evaluation service in the University Library. On the basis of analyzing the overall situation of the paper published by jilin university from 2010 to 2016,the evaluation subjects were selected as the top 10 subjects in the paper.By using the bibliometrics methods and Markov model analysis,the factors affecting the scientific research status of various subjects were analyzed cooperate with the traditional evaluation index.The corresponding comprehensive evaluation indexes were constructed,and the related factors that affected the scientific research status of each discipline were also analyzed.The factors included the number of papers,cited frequency,number of fund papers,and fund paper ratio etc.The development speed and development trend of each subject were obtained through the above analysis.

As a measurement index based on social network data,the relationship between altmetrics and citation analysis of traditional Bibliometrics has become an important research direction.This paper chose the highly cited papers in the field of ESI as the data source,through the use of SPSS softwarecor relation analysis,principal component analysis and other methods,comparative analysis of the correlation between PlumX index value and ESI high cited papers citation,in order to get the correlation and difference between the indicators.

[Purpose/Significance]Research on the history,current situation and development direction of policy evaluation has great significance for researchers to fully understand the research status of policy assessment in our country and promote the construction of new type of Chinese think tanks.[Method/Process]Based on 639 literatures on policy evaluation from China Social Sciences Citation Index(CSSCI),the paper utilized bibliometrics and knowledge map analysis software VOSviewer to explore the research agents,knowledge base,research focus and evolution on policy evaluation.[Result/Conclusion]The papert constructed the co-authorship map to reveal the core research teams and the cooperation pattern of the policy evaluation area;Constructed the co-citation map that can identify the three dimensions knowledge base of this area;Constructed the co-occurrence map of author keywords that can identify three research focus of this area.On this basis,the average occurrence years of keywords were overlaid,and the evolution paths of research focus were identified.
