[Purpose/Significance] This article aimed to explore the formation mechanism of users' willingness to share health information in social networks,and to provide management inspiration for social network developers,designers and operators.[Method/Process] Based on the "in-depth interview and grounded theory",the mechanism of information content and information trust in the ecological chain of social health information under the analysis framework of second-order information chain(including second-order information chain and second-order trust chain)was obtained,and analysis was developed by integrating the key factors extracted from the perceptive value theory,theory of trust and technology acceptance model,as well as conducting systematic analysis and proposing the research hypothesis model from four aspects,which included information subject,information environment,information content and information technology.The in-depth users of WeChat were selected as empirical samples and 400 valid data samples were obtained through "situational experiment and questionnaire survey",and the theoretical model was verified by the research method of structural equation model.[Result/Conclusion] Information subject factors(share value,self-efficacy and face concern),information environment factors(sharing attitude,information source attraction cognitive trust and emotional trust,information sink impetus cognitive trust and emotional trust),information content factors(information positive and negative emotion)were all have significant positive effect to the social network users' health information sharing willingness.However,Information technology factors(perceived usefulness,perceived ease of use)had not significant effect on sharing willingness.
