The summary and analysis of the main mode of digital publishing knowledge service in big data environment is helpful to provide reference for the development of knowledge service for digital publishing institutions and provide better service for users.Based on the comprehensive survey of digital publishing knowledge service institutions at home and abroad,this paper summarized the main modes of digital publishing knowledge service in big data environment,according to the main types,main sources,organization forms,display platform and acquisition mode of knowledge resources;main type of user;main mode of profit.The 5 main modes of knowledge resource database model,knowledge acquisition terminal equipment mode,social media knowledge sharing mode,open knowledge compiling model and knowledge pay subscription model had their own characteristics and different knowledge service modes in big data environment.Digital publishing institutions should make full use of big data to develop knowledge service.

[Purpose/Significance]Due to the non-traditional security problems involved in Internet public opinion,the governance paradigm of Internet public opinion should gradually realize the transition from crisis management to smart governance.[Methods/Procedures]Starting from non-traditional security perspectives,the systematic,complex,and associative features of Internet public opinion was examined,and the complex mechanisms of the evolution of Internet public opinion from both social and technological environments was clarified,and the new path to smart governance of Internet public opinion was proposed.[Results/Conclusion]The governance of Internet public opinion should adhere to the foresighted governance of virtual society and real society.It is necessary to raise the awareness of non-traditional security,strengthen political security prevention,and resolve the basis for the survival of Internet public opinion in the real society.Through the establishment of the integrated decision support system for network public opinion governance,the decision simulation platform,the new paradigm for artificial intelligence,and the information resource sharing mechanism,the deterrence of the spread of Internet public opinion in a virtual society has been eliminated.

Truth,accuracy,directness and completeness are the primary criteria for citing references.However,various studies have shown that miscitations such as omission,excessive citation,fuzzy labeling and even false citation in current research works are becoming more and more normal,which have greatly affected the academic atmosphere in the field of scientific research.People's reading,periodical review and evaluation of results have brought a lot of inconvenience.In this paper,the text similarity algorithm was used to establish a method to identify the validity of periodical citations,trying to identify the true validity of periodical citations from a large number of periodical citation data.Experiments showed that this method achieved a good recognition effect on Citation validity,and provided a reliable basis for the identification of false citations,thus providing help for editors to find and correct false citations,and highlighting the rigorous and pragmatic spirit of scientific research.

[Purpose/significance]This paper explored the external factors,individual motivations and formation path that affected the users' medical information help-seeking behavior in online health communities,so as to provide suggestions for the balance and sustainable development of online health community.[Method/Process]From the perspective of information ecology,influencing factors and individual motivations were extracted by integrating information factors,user factors,technology factors and environment factors.Based on the technology acceptance model(TAM),this paper proposed research hypotheses and theoretical model.Online health communities,such as"good doctor online","seek medical advice network"and"39 health net",were selected as research samples.437 valid samples were obtained by the Situational Experiment & Questionnaire,and SmartPLS2.0 was applied to test hypotheses and model.[Result/Conclusion]Help-seeking self-efficacy negatively affected perceived usefulness,health information literacy,help-seeking experience,perceived ease of use,accuracy,relevance,and timeliness all positively affected perceived usefulness,help-seeking self-efficacy and health information literacy positively affected perceived ease of use.According to the significant degree,the factors that directly affected help-seeking intention were the help-seeking experience,perceived social accept,perceived privacy risk,perceived ease of use,perceived usefulness,and trust in community.

[Purpose/Significance]Although the scenery information acceptance context has been changed,but the user information literacy and information demand expectations are constantly changing and evolving,new factors or obstacles to information acceptance had been gradually appeared.How to effectively grasp and control of these factors is the scene of the mobile library information acceptance research more concern.[Method/Process]Therefore,taking the system theory as the point of view,the mobile library was regarded as the whole system,based on the sound thinking method coding the Hindrance factor as the three dimensions of information acceptance source,information acceptance process and information acceptance utility hinder,and based on this,the model of information acceptance of mobile library was constructed.[Result/Conclusion]Based on the obstacle mechanism model of the mobile library scene information acceptance,this paper put forward the control countermeasures of the obstacle factors of the mobile library information acceptance,which laid the foundation for the reengineering of the scene information service space of the mobile library and the innovation service of the mobile library.

[Purpose/Significance]Based on the view of the public opinion ecology,the paper pointed out the ecological governance countermeasures of WeChat political rumors,so as to provide the theoretical reference for the network public opinion ecological governance in our country.[Method/Process]Through the case analysis,the paper generalized the characteristics of the spreading political rumors and pointed out the predicament for managing political rumors through public opinion ecology,and the article further put forward measures for ecological governance of WeChat Political Rumors.[Result/Conclusion]It was important to grasping the characteristics and evolution law of political rumors to the ecological governance of WeChat political rumors.We should strengthen the fusion depth of artificial and technology and push on the orderly construction and sound development of WeChat public opinion ecology from subject,information and environment in general.

[Purpose/Significance]From the perspective of smart city,this paper analyzed the supporting role of open data,in order to provide a reference for the development of smart city open data work in China.[Method/Process]This paper first discussed relevant concepts and era background,and then analyzed the needs open data for smart city,finally compared the open data guarantee for smart city among four cities which were Amsterdam in the Netherlands,Barcelona in the Spain,London in the UK,Vienna in the Austria.[Results/Conclusion]This paper put forward to provide rich urban data opening content,broadeurban data opening channel,form systematic urban open data strategy.

Science and technology think-tank is an important reference basis for national decision-making and a symbol of national soft power.The paper analyzed the necessity and feasibility of the construction of science and technology think-tank from the perspective of information ecology.Then it described the characteristics and the factors of the ecological system in detail,and built the information ecological chain,information ecosphere and information ecosystem ecology of science and technology think-tank.It analyzed the flow pattern of the information resources in the system and put forward policy suggestions to perfect the construction of science and technology think-tank.

In this paper,the weight was divided into the set weight and the actual weight,there was no difference between the weights set up or designed under the linear evaluation method,or they were not consistent,The Ridge Regression could be carried out with the evaluation results and evaluation indexes,and then the regression coefficients were standardized,the result was actual weight.The weighted TOPSIS,based on the data of JCR Journal of economics,showed that the evaluation method of weighted TOPSIS did not possess weight monotonicity,set weight could be depressed by the evaluation method of weighted TOPSIS;Evaluation method of weighted TOPSIS had strong robustness for weight.As a result,this paper put forward the method of molecular weighted TOPSIS,which solved the problem for weight monotonicity.

[Purpose/Significance]During the literature search by using the academic databases,the search query of incomplete keywords would result in a low recall ratio;besides,the search query of polysemous keywords could introduce irrelevant literature and lead to a low precision ratio still.[Method/Process]To solve these two problems,this paper presented a novel manifestation for datafication of texture,namely word embedding:on one hand,to supplement the keywords by semantic analysis so as to improve the recall ratio;on the other hand,to enhance the precision ratio by detecting the semantic outliers.[Result/Conclusion]In this paper,the method was applied to the construction of literature search queries for deep learning in the field of artificial intelligence(AI),and the experimental results suggested that this method could improve the recall ratio and precision ratio to a certain extent.

[Objective]Studied the diagnosis procedure of network public opinion crisis control in the new tendency of development of big data network environment.[Methods]Combined the Bayesian network theory with the network public opinion crisis diagnosis,and deeply analyzed the procedure and mechanism of big datamation multimedia network crisis diagnosis.[Results]Analyzed the key variables,sorted relationship network structure,and established a big data multimedia network public opinion crisis classification matching module and a key node diagnosis module.[Limitations]The establishment of the Bayesian network structure needed to be further optimized by quantitative analysis.[Conclusions]Identified the types of network public opinion crisis,and accurately diagnosed the key nodes with the most significant influence on the crisis tendency among complicated variables.

Blockchain technology(BT)is another technological innovation of library apart feom cloud computing,Internet of things,big data and smart concept.The application of BT in the library will change the way that readers use the library,realizing the change of the library smart service from the current network information service to the value service.The library integrates into the blockchain concept in smart services,which can promote the co-construction of advantageous resources and open up low-cost resource-sharing markets.The four main features of the BT:decentralization,consensus mechanism,temporal stability and reliable data,which determine the feasibility of it in library smart service.The development of BT in the digital currency,financial transactions and integrity,and the humanities and social sciences indicates that BT is a must in the library smart service.Blockchain technology help the transformation of library smart services on the management system,institutional library construction,and knowledge trading.It also satisfy the readers' needs for smart service in the use of equipment space and network learning exchange platform in libraries.Blockchain technology is a shortcut to achieve library services that focus on readers' needs.

At first,based on the existing results,a questionnaire of the current situation of digital library website based on user experience was designed.Secondly,the digital library users were investigated by means of convenient sampling and the survey data were analyzed from the perspective of interface design,system function,user service,information security,etc.Finally,the paper put forward the strategy of digital library website optimization,such as interface design optimization,system function optimization,user service optimization and information security optimization.

Big dataas a new resource,is the promoter of realizing government management innovation,the development of big data is the necessary way to achieve innovation driven development strategy,and open government data is the guiding ideology of big data strategy and priority.Open data website,which is one of the most important project of open innovation for the government of New Zealandand,is the key element to open the New Zealand government.The paper summarized the successful experience of the construction of Open government data website in New Zealand,because it was helpful for the construction of our government's data open website.It laid the foundation for giving full play to data value.By using the method of literature investigation and case analysis,the content of New Zealand government data open website was analyzed,and the content that our government data open website should perfect was put forward.Our government needed to set up the data integration platform at the national level as soon as possible,improved the service level of the government data open website,increased the interpretation of the data driven innovation on the website,and develop the interactive exchange platform.

[Purpose/Significance]Aiming at the lack of cognitive and emotional guidance in the search process of current search engines for children,this paper proposed a method for designing a search engine with social intelligence for children that meets children's cognitive,emotional and sensory needs,which would povide a thought and direction for the design and developmemt of search engines for children.[Process/Method]Conducting an information retrieval experiment by use of Baidu search engine,according to the observed performance of children's cognition and affection in the course of three kinds of information retrieval tasks completion and combining pedagogic and developmental theories,this research analyzed the effect of cognitive,affective and sensory factors on the retrieval processes and results,and composed the three dimensions of cognitive,affective and sensory to carry on the design of search engine for children.[Results/Conclusion]In order to finish the information retrieval tasks better,children needed a search engine with cognitive guidance and empathy founctions to help them aquire knowledge and promote skills during the search process.

[Purpose/Importance]This paper analyzed the characteristics and shortcomings of the excellent case of the second national university library reading promotion case competition,and studied the development practice of academic library's reading promotion under the perspective of innovation,so as to provide reference for future reading promotion.[Method/Process]Through literature investigation,network investigation and field investigation,it made analysis on reading promotion excellent cases of the second national university libraries,and summarized the development status of reading promotion activities of university libraries which showed a trend of diversification.According to the revelation of the case,the problems and suggestions for the reading and popularization of academic library were put forward.[Result/Conclusion]The reading promotion of university library was a systematic and long-term service work.It was important to uphold the innovative service concept in pragmatism,and to realize the normalization of reading promotion and the diversification of forms of activity.

Based on the Web of Science database,the citing literatures of the Chinese,American and British literatures in two different periods:1990-1994 and 2010-2014 from Library and Information Science discipline were used as samples to analyze:(1)the characteristics of the American citing literatures in two different periods,including country,institution,source journal,open source,type and language,as well as the differences among them;(2)the characteristics of citing literatures during 2010-2014 from China,the United States and the United Kingdom,as well as the differences among three countries,thus revealing the map for the distribution of citing characteristics and the scientific exchanges among three countries.This study found that:(1)the average number of articles published in the United States in 1990-2015 was 24 times that of the average number of articles published in China;(2)the major citing countries in Library and Information Science in China,the United States,and the United Kingdom were basically consistent;(3)Chinese universities such as City University of Hong Kong,University of Chinese Academy of Sciences and Wuhan University became the major citing institutions of the United States and the United Kingdom in new period(2010-2014);(4)The open source degree of citing literatures in library and Information Science in the United States was the highest,with a ratio of 10.73%;(5)The major types of citing literatures in library and information science in China,the United States and the United Kingdom were basically the same,all of which were papers,conference papers,reviews,monographs and editorial materials,and the proportion of papers and conference papers was above 91%.

[Purpose/Significance]Keywords are important ways to reflect the research topics,research methods,and data sources of journal articles.This paper aimed to study the similarity of academic journals through the key words of the paper and provided reference for academic research and practical work such as journal classification.[Method/Process]First,based on the review of relevant literatures,two kinds of journal similarity calculation methods based on the keywords of the paper were proposed.And then,the paper took Journal of library Science in China and Journal of the China Society for Scientific and Technical Information as examples and collected keywords of the two journals from CSSCI during 1998 and 2017.Finally,the similarities between the two journals were calculated.The co-occurrence keywords of two journal articles were analyzed.[Result/Conclusion]The result showed that there were certain fluctuations in the similarities between the two journals.However,the overall trend was a downward trend.This showed that the similarities of the papers published in the two journals were declining,and the differences were increasing.

The prediction of co-authorship is of great significance to improve scientific research cooperation efficiency and manage scientific research more effectively. Using CNKI as the data resource,this paper selected co-authorship in the core journals between 2001 and 2015.The co-authorship prediction index system was determined by index properties and index variance.By comparing the prediction effect of the unsupervised method based on single index and supervised machine learning method based on classification algorithm which contained logistic regression,support vector machines and random forests,this paper finally confirmed the prediction model of the relationship based on the index system and random forests.

This paper firstly took the domestic Chinese HowNet literature data as a sample,and gave an in-depth overview and summary of the distribution of literature on network information security and research hotspots.The research found that the research in this field mainly presented five hot topics:network environment and information security,network technology and information systems,network information categories,information management and security strategies.Then it focused on the topic issues of network information security at the national,corporate,and individual levels.Finally,relevant suggestions for the main issues in this field were put forward.

[Purpose/Significance]The paper summarized the application status of UTAUT model in IT/IS adoption in China,pointed out the existing shortcomings in UTAUT model application,and found possible development trends,so as to inspire the future research on the application of UTAUT model for IT/IS adoption.[Method/Process]Using the CNKI journal database,UTAUT was used as the retrieval word for full text retrieval.The bibliometric method and content analysis method were used to summarize the selected empirical research literature from four aspects:the research topic,the theory or model application way,the object of investigation and the influencing factors of the adoption behavior.[Result/Conclusion]The domestic application of UTAUT model to study the IT/IS adoption behavior mainly focued on Internet plus"X"and the mobile service areas.Most of the literature do the empirical research by extending the UTAUT model,taking students as the research object and using structural equation model.In addition to the conventional variables of UTAUT model,the influencing factors of extraction in empirical research were more concerned with risk,cost and trust.Application of UTAUT model was mainly divided into four ways:single model,model extension,model combination and model integration;according to the different attributes of influencing factors,they could be divided into:technical factors,economic factors,personal factors,environmental factors and quality factors;according to the action principle of the influencing factors,they were divided into:direct factors,indirect factors,amphibious factors and regulated variables.Finally,some suggestions for future research were put forward.

User Generation Content is an active topic in recent years under the condition of Web 2.0.Literatures on User Generation Content were reviewed.The paper introduced the background of UGC,then analyzed its research trends from four views,basic concept,generation motivation,quality and legal problem of UGC.Sentimental words and sentimental quantification in UGC's sentimental analysis were studied,and the application of algorithms used in the existing sentimental analysis was introduced.Finally,interesting works in the future,such as policies which could improve UGC's quality,recommendation models that could get high accuracy of UGC mining,quantitative method how to construct a sufficient sentimental dictionary for different area,privacy preserving of UGC,were proposed.

Existing scholars use multiple theories to study Internet privacy paradoxes from multiple perspectives.So far the research on the cause of privacy paradox has not formed a unified research framework,and it also lacked the systematic and theoretical integration of existing research,which hindered the further development of the privacy research field.In order to make up for this shortcoming,this article retrieved and collects foreign literature achievements on the Internet privacy paradox.Through a systematic review of the literature,it reviewed and summarized research on privacy paradoxes of foreign networks,and systematically introduced concepts related to the privacy paradox,research on the theory of the causes of privacy public opinion,and proposed a framework for theoretical integration for further research.This framework was based on the theory of planned behavior and shows the relationship between privacy theory and related theories,allowing us to better understand the formation mechanism of privacy public opinion.Finally,in light of the insufficiency of the existing research on privacy of the Internet,future research directions were given.

[Purpose/Significance]The purpose of this study was to help scholars clarify the development of theory of reasoned action and its application status in IS discipline.[Method/Process]This study conducted a detailed literature review,proposed the current main research issues based on theory of reasoned action in IS discipline,and systemically summarized the research achievements,existing shortcomings and future research directions.[Result/Conclusion]It is found that the researches based on theory of reasoned action in IS Discipline mainly focused on six research aspects:The application of TRA in the adoption of information system,the application of TRA in the usage of online platform and information service and so on.There were some shortcomings in existing researches,such as"the behavioral cycle is not studied comprehensive enough,and most researches take the behavioral intention as the end of the study","Lack of long-term longitudinal research,ignoring changes in users' intention and behavior over time"and so on.The users' actual behavior,the evolution of users' intention and behavior,the applicability of TRA in emerging management information systems etc.were the issues of concern for the future study.

[Purpose/Significance]This paper sorted out and summarized related important literatures of transactive memory system in the fields of the management information system,providing ideas and directions for researchers.[Method/Process]This paper generalized research questions into the influences of transactive memory system on team performance and knowledge integration.transactive memory system influences team performance in several aspects,including the team performance of software development team,virtual team and using social media,and team creative performance;while the influences on knowledge integration can be refined into the influences on knowledge sharing,knowledge searching,knowledge coordination,knowledge network and knowledge transfer.[Result/Conclusion]Facing the limitations of current researches,future research could make progress in theory and model,task types,time dimension,research objects,data acquisition,research methods and research contents.

[Purpose/Significance]In order to understand the application research progress of the D&M information system success model,summarize the deficiencies of the current research,and provide reference for the future research and application direction.[Method/Process]This paper selected domestic and foreign representative D&M model-based empirical research literatures,summarized the application methods of the model in practice,and discussed the research results in different categories.It also discussed the problems existing in the application of the model and provides the research directions worthy of attention in the future.[Result/Conclusion]The research found that the current application of D&M model mainly studied four aspects:the net benefit of information system,the factors influencing system success,user-related problems and the practice of system design and optimization.The main problems in the research focued on the adjustment of the model structure and the interpretation of variables in the practice environment,the horizontal comparison between the different information systems,and the lack of practical applications.The existence of these problems provided a direction worthy of reference for future research.

Through reviewing international impression management theory literatures,this paper first introduced the origin and evolution of impression management theory.Then through the retrieval and combing of the application research literatures of impression management theory in information system,it is found that the existing researches concentrate on"impression management strategy researches","impression management impact factors researches","the impact of impression management on employee relations and job performance"and"influence of impression management on users' willingness to participate online";In order to remedy the shortcomings of the existing research,"comparative study of cross-platform personal impression management strategies","research on impression management strategies of politicians or stars","effectiveness of corporate network impression management strategies after critical crisis events","comparative research on the influence factors of impression management based on different business type platforms","different influences of various opinions of employees in job-seeking social media on the corporate public image",etc,were the research directions worthy of attention in the future.
