[Purpose/Significance]To put forward suggestions for improving data openness of government reasonably,and provides measuring means of quantitative study for related scholars,this paper built a evaluation system of data openness of government.[Method/Process]Drawing on the power theory to analyze the theoretical basis of government data opening,from the power subject and relative right,it designed evaluation index combined with existing researches about features of open data and evaluation of government open data.Analytic hierarchy process was used to determine the weight of indicators,then validating the usability of evaluation system by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.[Result/Conclusion]The evaluation system of the data openness of government had certain practicability and operability.Among the evaluation system,the accuracy of data had the maximum weight,government support and insurance of governmental data secondly.To make data openness government reasonably,the attention was paid to improve the data accuracy of service quality of government and to enhance input and data security protection isnecessarg.[Innovation/Value]Existing researches about government open data only focused on the evaluation of influence factor,lacking the concentration of government data openness.This paper provided the evaluation system of government data openness,according to the importance of index,taking the opening degree as the breakthrough point.

[Purpose/Significance]To put forward suggestions for improving the information construction of enterprise's data openness and security,this paper built a "comprehensive,systematic,operable" and quantitative evaluation system for collaborative management of enterprise's data openness and security.[Method/Process]Drawing on the related research of enterprise ecosystem theory and synergy theory,from the management process,it designed scientifically specific index item of collaborative management of enterprise's data openness and security.Analytic hierarchy process combined with expert inquiry was used to determine the weight of 3 dimensions and 14 second-level indicators,then making empirical analysis for usability of evaluation system by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.[Result/Conclusion]The evaluation system of the collaborative management of enterprise's data openness and security had certain practicability.Among the evaluation system,the data's ease of use had the maximum weight and organizational identification secondly.To make collaborative management of data openness and security of enterprise for user reasonably,the attention should be paid to the efficiency of data for user and to create appropriate organizational culture to improve the identification of staff on data openness and security.[Innovation/Value]Existing researches about enterprise data management only focused on single aspect of "data openness" or "data security",lacking coordinating investigation of openness and security of data.This paper provided the evaluation system of coordinating investigation,and applies it to practice.

[Purpose/Significance]To make the operation process more standardized and unified through the collaborative supervision of government open data,so as to improve work efficiency and data utilization.[Method/Process]The paper drew on the coordination theory related ideas into the government regulation of open data in this research field,the data of synergy between itself and the data sharing,and expounded the main contradiction in the process of data governance.[Results/Conclusion]Three supervision paths were proposed through the analysis of data synergy and the above contradictions.[Innovation/Value]This paper incorporated the idea of synergetic theory in the research process,and provided a new attempt for the research of government open data supervision.

[Purpose/Significance]Open data policy coordination promotes and guarantees the open access of data resources.The experience and results of open data policy research from the perspective of policy coordination could provide references for the theoretical and practical research on the policy coordination of open access books.[Method/Process]On the basis of analyzing the connotation of open data and the classification of open data policies,this paper expounded the concrete measures of open data policy coordination,and analyzed open access books and open access policies of books.[Result/Conclusion]Combined with the concept of policy coordination and the actual situation of open access books,this paper put forward the policy coordination measures in the construction of open access policy of books from three aspects:management policy coordination,benefit distribution policy coordination and technology policy coordination.

In the content communication process of the network public opinions,a variety of physically independent public opinion dialogues may exist semantic association among the communication factors,and the interaction of communication factors plays an important role in the evolution of public opinion content.In this paper,the interaction of network public opinion in the communication process was commenced.The communication content was the main research object.The key nodes and their topics in the communication process were regarded as analysis unit.Sina micro-blog was chosen as a data source and collect public opinion event information.The research methodology was to integrate the life cycle theory and the identification of key nodes,and to construct social networks in all stages of the life cycle of public opinion events,extract key nodes,and mine the topic of public opinion content in all stages with LDA topic model method.On the basis of this,the topic distribution and changes of public opinion were studied in the same stage or in different stages under the influence of the key nodes.The conclusion provided some references for social public opinion analysis and decision support.

On the basis of reviewing the research of "information cocoons",this paper analyzed the feasibility of the quantitative research of "information cocoons" for users of content intelligent distribution platform.From the specific process of content intelligent distribution platform that provided services to users,the paper analyzed the problems of "information cocoons" of the content intelligent distribution platform deeply,based on the whole process of "symptom-syndrome-group-evaluation" in TCM clinical diagnosis,the multi-dimensional quantization study was conducted.Furthermore,the quantitative research model of "information cocoons" system was introduced.Finally,the advantages and limitations of the research were briefly described and the next stage of research was forecasted.

[Purpose/Significance]In the new media environment,network public opinion information dissemination plays an important guiding role in the development trend of public opinion.The monitoring of public opinion will help the relevant public opinion management departments to effectively supervise the public opinion information dissemination and promote the benign development of public opinion events.[Method/Process]This paper constructed the index system through analytic hierarchy process based on information entropy theory.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to establish the network public opinion monitoring model in the new media environment and the classification of monitoring level was conducted according to the degree of membership of public opinion indexes.This paper took sina weibo platform as an example to obtain data for network public opinion monitoring and analysis under new media environment.[Result/Conclusion]The influence level of "Hong Mao Liquor" was Ⅳ,requiring public opinion managers' monitoring the development and trend of public opinion in time.The monitoring level could help the government and relevant public opinion managers to take targeted measures to monitor and guide the benign development of online public opinion.

[Purpose/Significance]The paper studied the preferences of individual investors for information acquisition behavior in the context of big data.And the paper explored the impact of the new media environment on individual investment users' decision-making.[Methods/Processes]Firstly,based on the perspective of the open stock investment online social network,the main information acquisition behavior of individual investors was analyzed,and two important factors that affect individual investment decisions were determined.Secondly,questionnaires were used to collect relevant data and research hypotheses were proposed.Finally,the paper used the regression analysis method to test the hypothesis,and analyzed the information acquisition behavior preference of individual investors' decision.[Results/Conclusion]The study found that there were significant differences in the choice of information acquisition behaviors among different individual investors.And there were differences in the behavioral preferences of investors with different personal analysis abilities.Moreover,personalized recommendation had a great influence on the individual investor decisions.

[Purpose/Significance]The impact and challenge of the development of the great data age,which is to build up the intelligence service system of the modern think tank,to improve the level of intelligence service in the tank,and to provide a guide to the overall development of our nation's think tank.[Method/Process]Based on the perspective of synergetic theory,this article analyzed the four aspects of traditional user needs analysis,data processing methods,service models,and think tanks in the context of big data,and concluded that modern think tank service operations should be coordinated with modern science and technology and innovative service models.[Result/Conclusion]Finally,this paper constructed a service innovation service system for think tanks based on synergy theory.Through this service system,think tanks could not only meet the growing needs of users,but also form a relationship between users and think tanks to monitor mutual benefit,and this would promote the overall development of our think tanks.

Based on the S-O-R model,this study built a theoretical model so as to reveal user behavior in social commerce context.In particular,this study attempted to explore the effects of interpersonal interaction and social support on trust and social commerce intention.339 valid data were collected via survey questionnaire and further analyzed using structural equitation model.The results showed that,trust based on ability,integrity and benevolence significantly affected purchase intention and sharing intention.Also,perceived expertise had a significant impact on trust,and perceived similarity significantly influences trust based on ability and benevolence.In addition,information support significantly impacted trust based on ability and benevolence,and emotional support had a significant effect on trust based on ability.

Four retrieval methods(without filtering Boolean logic,filtering Boolean logic,filtering natural language and filtering natural language)were used to test seven common databases ASP,GS,JSTOR,LexisNexis,ProQuest Central,PubMed,Scopus,and Web of.Finally,it analyzed that in the current technology environment,Boolean logic and natural language search were more effective than those in natural language retrieval.

[Purpose/Significance]To explore the formation and evolution of group opinion trends in cyber public opinion events,and to construct a corresponding method for efficient prediction of the evolution trends.[Method/Process]Based on the analysis of the generation and evolution of viewpoints in network public opinion events,the concept of opinion field was introduced with reference to the idea of physical fields and data fields in information science.An evaluation model for the impact of opinion potential was thus proposed.The model was applied to the evolution analysis of the group opinions in microblog comment groups to establish a method for protection of such evolution trends.The basic idea of this method was to predict the viewpoints distribution of future comments & opinions based on the distribution of the current opinion potential,the quantification of which was based on the rankings of current comments that represented the distance between the reference field point (in which the new information audience was located) and the existing comments in the opinion field.[Result/Conclusion]The actual data experiments on microblog public opinion events showed that the forecasting model of the evolution trend of network public opinion & group opinion could better evaluate the influence of the published explicit opinion on the forthcoming formation of the netizens' opinions,and predict more accurately the corresponding evolution trends.

[Purpose/Significance]The network of academic relations contains abundant social capital,which can reflect the academic prestige and influence of scientific research institutions.This paper presented a subject evaluation index——SCAN index to evaluate the richness of social capital in a scientific research institution's academic network.[Method/process]Based on the cited data collected from Top Papers of ESI database in materials science,using the SCAN Index to analyze the ranking of top disciplines in materials science construction universities in China,it was found that the degree of coincidence with QS was high,and it had the stability in the two ESI data comparison test,which confirmed the rationality and reliability of the SCAN index.[Result/Conclusion]The SCAN index could reasonably reflect the relative status of the evaluation objects in the academic network,and could be used to evaluate the academic strength of scientific research institutions and predict their development potential.

[Purpose/Significance]The rural non-government funded library crowdfunding projects applying social media can effectively increase their success rate.[Method/Process]Based on the adaptive structurization theory,the paper constructed a framework of which the impact of social media on the success of rural non-government library crowdfunding projects,the constructed framework was verified and interpreted taken the typical rural non-government funded library crowdfunding projects as example.[Result/Conclusion]The application framework proposed in the paper enriched and improved the theory of social media application in rural non-government funded library crowdfunding projects,and could effectively guide the application practice of social media in rural non-government funded library crowdfunding projects.

[Purpose/Significance]Library mobile makerspace is the service extension of the library's "fixed" makerspace,and an emerging makerspace service mode.It explores and analyzes the construction of library mobile makerspace which can help libraries better carry out mobile maker service and promote the service level of library.[Method/Process]Through explaining the concept,characteristics and construction mode of mobile makerspace,exploring the construction status,service significance and related issues of library mobile makerspace,the paper provided some suggestions to build a mobile makerspace and develop mobile maker services in domestic libraries.[Result/Conclusion]Based on the above analysis,suggestions were put forward for domestic libraries to build mobile makerspace,such as collaboratively building mobile makerspace,raising and using funds rationally,and building network information platform.

[Purpose/Significance]The platform is the main driving force for developing the library service model under the sharing economy,and it can promote the service model with more features,i.e.,diversified,accurate,and shared.[Method/Process]This paper combined the sharing economy and the sharing platform,and conducted research work on the shared library service model.Based on the successful cases of e-commerce companies and internet platforms,this paper carried out the concept and connotation of the sharing platform in the shared library service model,the core elements of the sharing platform,the service strategy of the sharing platform,and the personalized recommendation of the sharing platform.[Result/Conclusion]Therefore,it could be said that this study would serve as a reference for the transformation of traditional public library.

In order to discover the insufficiency of the domestic big data industry,this article compared domestic and international big data industry policies from four aspects:top-level design of big data development,factor supply environment,data privacy and security protection environment,and big data standard system construction environment.The similarities and differences between big data industrial policies at home and abroad,and finally made recommendations from the four aspects of balancing the opening of government data and perfecting personal privacy protection policies,improving the data circulation system,strengthening personnel training,and adjusting the key technology input of big data.The data industry was effective and healthy.

[Purpose/Significance]In order to help information system scholars clarify the development context and application status of media richness theory,we need to fill the gaps in the literature review of media richness theory in China.[Method/Process]This paper conducted a detailed literature review,proposed the current main research issues based on media richness theory in MIS discipline,and summarized the research achievements,existing problems and future research directions worthy of attention.[Result/Conclusion]It was found that the researches mainly focused on four research aspects:the influence of media richness on the performance,the influence of media richness on trust and credit behaviors of the users,the applications of media richness theory in system design and the applications of media richness theory in information/communication technology.There were some problems in existing researches,such as "social factors and individual/technology factors of media richness theory were not fully considered","the relevant empirical researches using media richness theory as the basis of classification,often ignored the theory of the core ideas" and so on.The influence of media richness on performance using time sequence analysis,the mixed effect of nested media usage pattern etc.were the issues of concern for the future study.

[Purpose/Significance]Ethnographic decision tree theory provides effective theory and methodology for explaining the actual decision-making and choice behaviors of the group.Reviewing ethnographic decision tree theory and its application studies in the field of information systems,will help future researchers to understand it correctly and exert its research potential effectively.[Method/Process]Literature review method was used to present the historical thread of the domestic and foreign literatures and the overall content,summarize the achievements and shortcomings of existing research,identify improved methods and promising themes for future research.[Result/Conclusion]The application of ethnographic decision tree theory in the field of information system mainly focused on two aspects of "research on behavior of common groups" and "research on user churn factors".There were some problems in practice,such as "lack of sufficient ethnographic research cycles in modeling phase","oversimple and deficient decision tree result model","absence of effective secondary examination in testing phase","insufficient interpretation of the decision motive resulting in low explanatory power".Therefore,on the one hand,future research in the field of information system should focus on the improvement of ethnographic decision tree modeling and testing method,by "making rational use of interview skills,improving the efficiency of decision criteria","based on the hierarchical tree model,expanding the structure and dimension of the model","using quantitative analysis method to retest the model,reducing subjective speculation","strengthening the analysis of behavioral motivation,improving the explanatory power of the model".On the other hand,it was necessary to enrich the application practice of ethnographic decision tree theory in breadth,dig the research questions behind decision criteria and constraints deeply,thus expanding the application field of ethnographic decision tree theory in information system.

Means-end chain theory explained the means and purpose of products or services through the personal perception of users.The study reviewed the development of means-end chain theory and its application in the design of information products and services.Besides,the application of this theory in information product and service design was prospected.The study found that the existing researches mainly focused on the conceptual design,attribute and the quality of information products and services.The method of means-end chain theory in the design of information products and services research needed to be improved and the emerging field need to be given a certain attention.Future research could concentrate on decision support,human-computer interaction and information organization and strategic management.

[Purpose/Significance]Expectation confirmation theory is the basic theory to study consumer satisfaction in the traditional business field.After being introduced into the field of IS,it also accumulated many research results.To find out the problems of existing research is helpful to provide valuable direction for future study.[Method/Process]By conducting a detailed literature review,this paper summarized the research focus of current stage and proposed corresponding suggestions for improving the research framework and enriching the research results.[Result/Conclusion]The study found that most of the studies focused on the post-confirmation phase,exploring the adaptability of the model in different scenarios,with less attention to the pre-confirmation phase and the willingness-to-behavior transformation process.At the same time,the research model also failed to reflect the characteristics of information system products.Future research could be based on the complete expectation confirmation model and broaden the application scenario through diversified connotation of attitude.Also,it was recommended to conduct a deep research by exploring the subdivision of expectation and building a multi-level confirmation process considering particularity of information system products.
