[Purpose/Significance]Facing big data to research the information alienation mechanism and control model of network public opinion,this is the key to control information alienation degree during network public opinion propagation,and can provide references of network public opinion management for government.[Method/Process]Through the qualitative analysis of the information alienation mechanism of network public opinion under big data environment,expanded the network public opinion evolution mechanism model to information alienation control model,and then researched the classification problem of information alienation control through numerical simulation.[Result/Conclusion]Through theoretical modeling and empirical analysis,confirmed the feasibility of information alienation control model in this paper.The above theory research will contribute to accurately grasp the degree of network public opinion information alienation under big data environment,and provide references of network public opinion countermeasures for government.

Libraries' transforming from traditional services to new functions showed the true mission and responsibility.Aiming to address the transformation in library service innovation from the perspective of library users,the graphical questionnaire of 227 library users was collected and analyzed by cognitive psychology based on iSquare protocol.It concluded that users expect and see library service innovation should be built with semantic link techniques,user interoperability,recommendation function,universality,networking,convenience,and virtual ability.iSquare protocol could be strongly used but with limits.

The paper summarized the factors leading to the information security of supply chain system,analyzed the working paths pointing to the competition intelligence from two aspects:supply chain network integrated information system and the supply chain interpersonal intelligence network.And the paper put forward the two work priorities and five major work sessions of the supply chain system competitive intelligence work,namely establishing two priorities,the supply chain network integrated information system and the supply chain interpersonal intelligence network clearing five major work sessions as the core node and its dominant platform for the supply chain to share information database,the confidential information of the non-core node and the confidential information of the supply chain system stored,the network system of the third party organization,the external interpersonal intelligence network of the node enterprise and the interpersonal intelligence network within the node enterprise.Finally,the paper designed the supply chain system's countercompetitive intelligence strategy system from the following two aspects:the supply chain network integrated information system and the interpersonal intelligence network of supply chain system.

Based on the system theory analysis,this paper constructed the evolution model of the service model under the background of the structural reform of the supply side of the country,discussed the evolution mechanism of the library service transformation and upgrading,and provided the structural reform of the public service supply side new theoretical analysis perspective.This paper systematically analyzed the elements,power,environment,service ability,function and mode evolution of the library supply side.The basic resources,talents,technology and space were the four elements of the library supply side,which was the basis of constructing the evolution mechanism model of the library service model.It also influenced and determined the internal basis of the library service ability and level.The adjustment and optimization of the system elements was to improve the library service ability,enhance the service function and service effect of the fundamental driving force.

The development of virtual health community depends on information systems.This paper analysis the users' intention of using virtual health community from the perspective of information system success.We propose 10 hypotheses and test the hypotheses from empirical research.It is founded that the information quality and system quality have positive effects on the users' intention of using virtual health community;the completeness and format of information and integration and flexibility of system did not pass the empirical test;the accuracy and currency of information have positive effects on information quality of virtual health community;the accessibility and timeliness have positive effects on system of virtual health community.Finally,we provide some recommendations respectively.

Medical and health information disclosure policy is the essential component of the government's information disclosure policy system.Firstly,this paper discussed connotation of medical and health information disclosure policy based on the analysis of the research background of it.Secondly,the article defined the research object of the medical and health information disclosure policy,and structure research content framework of it from static and dynamic two levels.Followed,this paper preliminarily constructed the basic research framework of medical and health information disclosure policy for "object-content".Finally,this paper analyzed the synergistic dynamic factors of the medical and health information disclosure policy,and put forward the synergistic dynamic model of it.

On the basis of previous studies,social capital is divided into three dimensions:structural dimension,cognitive dimension and relational dimension,the study choose the question-and-answer social platform of zhihu as the research object,combined with the questionnaire survey to obtain the data to carry out the correlation and regression analysis.The analysis results showed that the structural dimension of social capital had positive influence on the quality effect of knowledge sharing,but it had no effect on the quantity effect of knowledge sharing.The common language and common vision in cognitive dimension had positive influence on the quality and quantity effect of knowledge sharing.Community recognition in the relationship dimension had a positive effect on the quality and quantity effect of knowledge sharing;Trust has only positive influence on the quality of knowledge sharing,and it had no significant influence on the quantity of knowledge sharing;And reciprocity had a positive impact on the amount of knowledge sharing,and the quality of knowledge sharing was not significant.

Based on a large number of domestic research literature,and from think-tank knowledge management,think-tank intelligence service innovation,think-tank knowledge management and intelligence service innovation relationship,the main academic views of think-tank knowledge management and intelligence service innovation in recent years were analyzed and the research status of think-tank knowledge management and intelligence service innovation were summarized.Then the shortcomings of the research were analyzed.Finally,the key research directions and potential research hotspots of think-tank knowledge management and intelligence service innovation research were prospected in the future in China.

With the rapid development of mobile group-buying,how to keep users' continuance usage intention becomes a key for mobile group-buying's development and competition,ECM,IS success model and the integration research model based on them are main continuance usage intention research models,which have the strongest explanation of those model is also an important question for continuance usage intention research.This paper compared and integrated research model based on ECM and IS success model to examine mobile group-buying's continuance usage intention.Collected data through online questionnaires and analyzed data by SPSS and Smart PLS.The results revealed that ECM,IS success model and integration model all could be used for mobile group-buying's continuance usage intention research,and the explanations of satisfaction and continuance usage intention of ECM were all much more stronger than IS success model,and the integration model's explanation of satisfaction and continuance usage intention were strongest,so integration model was much more available for continuance intention.Mobile group-buying's satisfaction and continuance intention were impacted by confirmation,perceived usefulness and system quality,service quality,and the influences of confirmation and perceived usefulness were much bigger than system quality and service quality,the influence of information quality was not significant.

This paper presented a method of identifying research fronts based on media of science and technology,which could effectively reveal the breakthrough of the research front,and track the latest research progress and tendency.Taking the paper cluster of detected research front or a subject area as intellectual base,the paper identified the latest research results or progress with potential impact of citing papers based on the news report,commentary and opinion of media of science and technology,and took CRSIPR-Cas9 research front for example to conduct empirical analysis.As an important supplement to identify research front by scientometrics.This method would help information researchers and researchers to identify the research front and grasp the latest research trends more timely and accurately,and provide a new idea for the refinement of user information services.

[Purpose/Significance]Aiming at the problem that the feature extraction performance is low and the initial center point in the feature clustering is under the condition of information overload condition.[Method/Process]In this study,a new Apriori algorithm based on weight was proposed to generate candidate product feature sets,and then the candidate product feature sets were filtered according to independent support,frequent item term non-feature rules and PMI algorithm based on web search engine.Based on HowNet's semantic similarity and feature view co-occurrence as a feature to measure the degree of correlation between product features,an improved K-means clustering algorithm was proposed to cluster the product characteristics.[Result/Conclusion]The experimental results showed that the precision is 69%,the recall rate was 92.64%,and the comprehensive value was 79.07%.In the stage of feature clustering,the improved K-means algorithm proposed in this paper had better mining performance than traditional algorithm.

According to life cycle stage theory in crisis management,the evolution stage under the network public opinions was analyzed.And a novel evolution model for the network public opinions in public emergencies was built,which consisting of brewing stage,outbreak stage,diffusion stage,repeated stage,regression stage and long tail stage,and deeply analyzed its characteristics.Based on the typical case analysis of public emergencies,the government's response capability and its evolution situation were explored.The empirical results would provide theoretical implications and technical supports for the public opinion guidance.

[Purpose/Significance]Based on health literacy,the paper aimed to explore the impact of differences in health information behavior on the actual health level,with a view to improving the domestic health information services for University students,so as to improve the health of college students.[Method/Process]The paper collected the data of 1168 University students through questionnaires,and then combined the physical measurement data of Wuhan University Sports Department.Using the relevant statistical methods,the paper conducted an empirical study on the impact of health information behavior and health literacy differences on actual health of University students.[Result/Conclusion]It was found that health literacy and health information search were significantly related to the health level of University students.Health literacy would have an interactive effect between University students' health information seeking behavior and health level.Health information seeking behavior would have an interactive effect on the health literacy and health level of University students.

Express industry in China has developed rapidly,the user personal information security problems related to increasingly prominent.This paper first defined the content of express information and its legal provisions.Secondly,the paper investigated the current situation of personal information security risks of express users through the questionnaire.On this basis,this paper analyzed the causes of the safety hazard from the four perspectives of the country,the user,the express delivery enterprise and the electric business platform.Finally,the paper put forward the corresponding countermeasures for the existing problems and causes.Through the research of this paper,the paper provided reference and guidance for the healthy development of express industry.

The paper introduced the professional and technical features of the open source software koha used in the library thoroughly and comprehensively.Taking koha 3.22 as an example,it explored the strength and weakness of the software in its application,probed the feasibility of its application in chinese library.Based on the analysis of the development of the software in foreign country's libraries,the paper came up with ways for the development of the open source software in our country's libraries and on how to prepare for it from such aspects as talents,technology and knowledge.

[Method/Process]University library's patent information service for collaborative innovation system has realistic significance to maximize intrinsic value of university library,and to promote form tightly-knit collaborative innovation system which based on intellectual property strategy.[Purpose/Significance]This paper investigated the current situation of patent information services between universities at home and abroad.The problems existing in university library's patent information services were also analyzed.Further,the necessity and advantage of university library's patent information service were discussed.[Result/Conclusion]Based on theoretical and practical analysis,taking Nanjing Tech University Library as an example,this paper gave some suggestions for collaborative innovation-oriented university IP management.At last,the university library's patent information service modes for three layers including internal universities,collaborative innovation industry chain and the regional collaborative innovation network were established.

Rapid development and application of big data technology is speeding up the dissemination and utilization of visible media big data.Features and intensive application of visual media also bring about some suecurity issue.Construction of copyright protection mechanism of visual media big data under Internet environment can provide safety guarantee for content services of visual media in digital library,and ehance integrated service ability of digital resources in digital library.Firstly,sparse features were extracted by eploiting the data sparsity and perception sparcity of visual media,and then a sparse perception computing model for visual media big data was built.Then the design idea of visual media copyright encryption,copyright authentication,copyright notice and audit trail scheme were given from the point of view of sparse feature computation of visual media.Finally,the copyright protection application schema of visual media big data under network environment was developed.Its application in digital library prove the effectiveness of this copygright protection mechnisam of visual media.It could safeguard the confidentiality,integrity,availability,and auditing of visual media big data in digital library,and enhance content service ability of visual media in digital library under big data environment.

This paper summarized the calculation principle and method of Latent Dirichlet Allocation(LDA),and the treatment flowsheet using the fast collapsed Gibbs sampling's algorithm to analyze the corpus in open source R language.The paper designed the function framework of the novelty retrieval aided analysis system based on LDA model,and described its functions,programming mentality and workflow.Finally,with a novelty retrieval case,this paper explained the basic process of using LDA model,mining potential theme using the keywords of relevant literature,comparing comparative analysis the subject of research content,giving an objective to the research topic.The results showed that the novelty retrieval aided analysis system based on LDA could quickly and effectively mining related literature,reduced the difficulty of analyzing relevant literature topics to Novelty Consultant,improved the objectivity of evaluation subject.The overall analysis effect was good.

[Purpose/Significance]It is of great practical significance to reduce the regional innovation cost and improve the level of the central and western regions of China which are relative weaker in higher education,that revealing the law of collaborative innovation and exploring more effective collaborative innovation mechanism for local undergraduate colleges.[Method/Process]This paper gave a study on the characteristics and influencing factors of collaborative innovation in local colleges of central and western regions based on the statistical analysis of institutional collaboration invention patents of provincial undergraduate colleges in Henan Province,during 2014-2016.[Results/Conclusion]The findings indicated that there was relative quantitative and proportional lower in collaborative invention patents.The small circles on core institutions or city-region s or had been formed in collaboration networks.It also gave some discussions on these phenomenon which may affect the regional collaborative innovation.

Comprehensively displaying the research status,important countries or regions,research focus and development tendency in the area of personalized healthcare management,a bibliometrics analysis is of great importance for researchers in the field of information management,electronic health,smart healthcare,etc.to grasp the situation and carry out the following works.There were 4803 effectively extracted papers published in 1656 journals between 2003 and 2017 by certain set.With the informatics analysis software,the results showed:(1) an upward trend appeared in the overall number of the annual papers;(2) 88 countries or regions were involved in the research,and related institutions mostly were distributed in the United States;(3) research disciplines mainly were medicine,computer science and sociology;(4) hot spots concentrated on the Internet application,personalized medicine and so on;(5) the future research towards the implementation of personalized healthcare and electronic health record.

In recent years,the Internet of things continued to maintain nearly 30% of the rapid growth,and gradually penetrated into all areas of social economy,Internet of things has become the world's largest market.Therefore,in-depth study of the technical opportunities for Internet of Things to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises has important practical significance.This paper mainly used the Citespace visualization analysis software to excavate the science and technology papers and the patent literature.Through the comparative analysis of the key words clustering and technical research hotspot in the scientific and technical papers and the patent literature,it was found that the two kinds of technical opportunities for the development of the Internet of things were Network application layer on the GIS technology and platform layer in the multi-source data under the integration of computing technology,the end of the Internet of things summarized the future development of the eight trends.

This paper took the doctoral dissertations as the research object,and through the methods of co-word analysis and visualization,it made a comparative analysis of the development of network privacy at home and abroad,the research hotspots and the evolution of research topics.Through the summary,it was found that the similarities between domestic and foreign research were as follows:the technical research on network privacy protection was more and more important and showing the development trend of the research on the network privacy problem brought by the emerging technology,etc.The different points were:the problem of privacy had been more important but the domestic privacy of location services was more concerned.

Applying bibliometric methods,this paper analyzed the bibliography and reference data which were taken from Economic Research Journal and indexed by CNKI database and CSSCI database.Meanwhile,this paper drew knowledge graph and revealed core authors,core institutions,citation journals,cited periodicals,and the evolution of theme knowledge.On this basis,both knowledge structure and knowledge feature of the periodical were described.

The public seek health information through the Internet has gradually become the main approach to obtain information.This paper investigated and summarized the literatures of Internet health information seeking behavior of domestic and foreign scholars,and studied the research methods,channels,types,barriers and influencing factors of public Internet health information seeking behavior,which was related to Departments to meet people's health information needs to make reference,and improved public health information seeking efficiency and satisfaction,at the same time put forward the prospect of relevant research in our country.

This paper chose CNKI as citations database and retrieve related research on open government data.In the end,the paper selected papers from CSSCI core journals and a small number of non-core highly cited paper as samples.This paper summarized the major research topics and made comment on them and on this basis,the characteristics of existing research were analyzed and shortcomings were pointed out.Mainly in the following aspects:(1)insufficient on theoretical research and depth;(2)the lack of systematic research;(3)little attention has been paid to open government data readiness assessment;(4)there is little research on evaluation framework and index system which is applicable to the open data practice of China;(5)the absence of research on the top design of open government data.And the paper provided references for the following research and perfect the relevant research on open government data of our country.
