[Purpose/Significance]Facing big data to research the information interaction model of network public opinion between multiple network communication platforms,this will accurately grasp the evolution trend of network public opinion and the propagation regularity of network information between multiple platforms under big data environment,and then provide references of network public opinion management for government.[Method/Process]Through the qualitative analysis of the information interaction mechanism of network public opinion under big data environment,defined the interaction coefficient,established the information interaction model based on the theory of differential equation,and used differential recursive scheme to predict network public opinion information interaction trend on multiple platforms.[Result/Conclusion]Through theoretical modeling and empirical analysis,confirmed the feasibility of information interaction model and trend prediction method in this paper.The above theory research will contribute to accurately grasp network public opinion evolution under big data environment,and provided references of network public opinion countermeasures for government.

Crowdsourcing website plays a key role in the crowdsourcing process,a comprehensive quality evaluation of crowdsourcing websites in China,from the perspective of users,has practical significance.A quality evaluation index system for crowdsourcing websites was constructed based on WebQual 4.0,and the weight of each index was determined by the method of Analytical Network Process.According to the evaluation index system,real users was invited to give a comprehensive evaluation of the quality of China's 3 typical crowdsourcing websites,including zhubajie.com,vikecn.com and xiaoyuer.com.The evaluation results gave us some enlightenments about how to improve the quality of crowdsourcing websites in China,and also proved the applicability and operability of the quality evaluation index system of crowdsourcing websites.

Improving government responsiveness to netizens' demand is crucial for enhancing the capability of cyber space governance.Using theories of information communication,Internet participation and government accountability,this study constructed a research model influencing government responsiveness from subject features and information content.It tested hypotheses using 6608 letters from government mailbox of Chengdu municipal government website as data source.The results indicated that level of department,number of department,time of response,and duration,cost,range of meeting netizens' demand,repetitiveness of netizens' demand significantly impact government responsiveness to netizens' demand.

[Purpose/Significance]The purpose of this study was to examine the status and role of graphical abstracts in the field of international academic journal publishing and scholar communication in the last decade or so.[Method/Process]The author searched the latest literature at home and abroad through database search,identified the main concepts,key discoveries and imbalances in development at home and abroad,and then evaluated the practical significance and development trend of this matter.[Result/Conclusion]Two studies had shown that graphical abstracts had no direct impact on the impact factor.According to this conclusion,it could review the influence of the graphical abstract on scholarly communication from four aspects:(1) the process of the rise of the graphical abstract,(2) the negative,the resistance,the limiting factor and the domestic situation,(3) promoting the long-term impact of scholarly communication,science communication,(4) conclusions and advice for future research.

[Purpose/Significance]This paper researched South Korea open government data,in order to provide a reference for the process of open government data in China.[Method/Process]Using the research methods of literature review and case analysis,this paper took South Korea as an example,accessed to the first materials from literature and discussed the content of open government data in South Korea,and summarized the characteristics of open government data in South Korea.[Results/Conclusion]This paper put forward to improve the management system of open data,strengthened the management of open data,paid attention to international cooperation,made it a priority to open key data sets,built and revised the relevant laws and regulations.

This paper proposed an emergency knowledge mining model for knowledge increment.Based on formal concept analysis and concept lattice theory,formal background and concept lattice of emergency knowledge had been established.Through the lattice operation,the implicit knowledge relation of emergency knowledge domain was found,and the goal of increasing the dimension of emergency knowledge had been achieved.The empirical results showed that the model had good performance for emergency knowledge mining,and the acquired high dimension emergency knowledge could provide some enlightenment for the next same type of emergency.

[Purpose/Significance]Promoting the construction of new think tank must improve the ability of think tank governance,improve the information security and intelligence support role of think tanks in government decision-making.[Method/Process]Through using theoretical research methods,this paper analyzed the motivation of promoting the governance ability of think tanks,probed into the theoretical connotation and the basic embodiment of the governance capacity of think tanks,and put forward the ways to realize the governance ability of think tanks and the measures of protection.[Results/Conclusion]The paper probed the ability to enhance the ability to think tanks,could greatly enhance China's new think tank governance decision-making and intelligence services.

As a new mobile internet business model,knowledge payment platform has been developing rapidly.However,due to the poor knowledge quality,serious homogeneity and other issues,users are often not willing to pay,which will be detrimental to its successful implementation.Based on social capital theory,this paper studied the behavior mechanism of paying for knowledge,and examined the factors that significantly affect users' payment.411 valid questionnaires were collected and analyzed by structural equation modeling.The results showed that social interaction ties,shared vision and trust significantly affected a user's intention to pay for knowledge.Among them,trust played a most important role.This research implied that knowledge platforms should pay attention to the construction and development of social capital in order to motivate users' intention and behaviour of paying for knowledge.

[Purpose/Significance]Exploring factors influencing search engine users' continuance usage behavior and its interaction mechanism of action when the search engine service provider is in the context of negative electronic word-of-mouth due to crisis event,which has a positive effect on coping with unexpected crisis events effectively and doing scientific customer relationship management for engine service developers and operator.[Method/Process]This paper integrated the technology acceptance model,the expectation confirmation model of IS continuance,the attribution theory and habit theory,then proposed hypotheses and structures theoretical model.In the part of empirical analysis,a large number of pictures and texts and other experimental material about "Wei Zexi Event" were uesd to simulate the context of negative electronic word-of-mouth,and combined with questionnaire to collect 339 valid sample data.After that,SmartPLS2.0 was applied to test hypotheses and model.[Result/Conclusion]The results showed that,expectation confirmation had significant positive impact on technology support and using satisfaction,and technology support stimulated satisfaction,continuance usage attitude and its intention.Negative electronic word-of-mouth directly and indirectly via partial mediating effect of attribution of responsibility negatively restrained continuance usage attitude.Satisfaction,continuance usage intention and using habit promoted continuance usage actual behavior.

Focusing on the characteristics of positive information,the paper adopted the three-side evolutionary game theory to build a three-stage model to study the mutual role of various behavior subjects in promoting the information spreading in social networks.The strategy choice of various behavior subjects such as network pushers,opinion leaders,ordinary Internet users,social network media were corresponded into parameters of three-side evolutionary game models.The paper then designed simulation experiments and obtained experiment results by simulation analysis.Finally,it put forwards measures to promote the spreading of positive information.

[Purpose/Significance]Knowledge exchange efficiency is to measure the comparison of input and output of academic journals,which has important reference value to explore the position and role of the academic journals in knowledge exchange and provides a new research idea for evaluating interdisciplinary academic journal.[Method/Process]The paper measured knowledge exchange efficiency of 30 species of important journals of department of management sciences of national natural science fund committee by the non-parametric Super-SBM and parametric SFA method.[Result/Conclusion]The results showed that during the period of 2009-2013,the overall level of the knowledge exchange efficiency of 30 species of important journals was rather low.There was no significant difference of knowledge exchange efficiency among journals by the Super-SBM and SFA.Two different methods were universal in the versatility on the level and rank in terms of the knowledge exchange efficiency.

[Purpose/Significance]The difference between the time of publication and the discipline of the study will cause an effect on the dilution of the citations in the following citations.This paper designed an evaluation index of academic influence from the perspective of temporal dynamics,which could eliminate the influence of dilution effect and can reflect the value of citation in different periods.[Method/Process]The Average number of citations per paper of the reference set was choosen as a benchmark to eliminate the dilution effect caused by the publication time and different discipline,furthermore,different weights were given to the citations that happen on different statistical time points,which could be used to characterize the different values of citations in different periods.[Result/Conclusion]Taking Sichuan University as an example,this paper selected the ESI discipline and the scientific research personnel as the evaluation object to carry on the empirical research,the results showed that this index could effectively distinguish the different research entities with different academic development trends.

Under the current background of "Internet+",using the big data mining technology to promote the level of intellectualization,personalization and automation of knowledge service to realize the smart knowledge service is the development trend of library service.Firstly,the smart service model of library based on big data mining was proposed,and user group mining,user interest mining,subject and domain knowledge mining and business association mining were used to bridge the gap between the big data application and requirements of smart service.Then the technical support system of library big data mining based on Hadoop platform was suggested to provide technical solution for implementation of smart service applications.And finally,the scenario knowledge recommendation service and the automatic micro-knowledge Q&A service with the support of big data mining were discussed.

At first,this paper reviewed the concept of user experience,mobile library and mobile library based on user experience.Secondly,it analyzed three elements that affect the quality of mobile library service:interface design,information content and system function,and the relationship among the three factors.And then the mobile library service quality improvement mechanism based on user experience was constructed and case study method was used to test the validity of the "mechanism" by taking the A mobile library as an example.Finally,it put forward the strategies of improving the service quality of the mobile library:optimizing the interface design,enriching information content and improving system performance.

Based on the analysis of the number of disciplines,cited frequency,highly cited papers,hot papers and other aspects of Chinese mainland universities in the ESI list from the latest ESI database date in March 2017,this paper discussed the discipline development trend and academic influence of universities in different regions of China.The findings:there is a huge difference in the level of discipline development of chinese universities between regions,the strength of scientific research and competitiveness were concentrated in the central region,the strongest in East China.The five discipline strongest provinces in Chinese mainland universities were:Beijing,Shanghai,Jiangsu,Hubei,Guangdong.The disciplines of chinese mainland universities were more serious homogenization,the dominant disciplines focus on Physics,Chemistry,Engineering,Clinical Medicine,Materials Science.Finally,the paper discussed the connotation.characteristics and evaluation of the construction of first class discipline.

The subject service platform of university libraries is an aggregation of subject resources and services.The scale of the resources concerns the subject service satisfaction.According to the online research,985-Project universities have already built the subject service platform and adopted LibGuides to process and issue subject resources,they are short of the capability of maintenance due to limited Internet shared resources.Meanwhile,though most libraries already built the navigation system for their digital database.However,the subject navigation built for subject classification and guidance was not as good as expected.So users don't make full use of the database nor the platform.To visualize LibGuides and embed the improved navigation of subject database in the LibGuides,the subject platform should be improved to make use of the database and satisfy users' need for subject resources.

Based on the open source Omeka platform technology,this paper studied Omeka's core plug-in for cultural resources collection platform.On this basis, based on the lack of cultural resources collection methods in our country,Omeka technology was applied to the collection of cultural resources,research on the small collection website of digital cultural resources based on Omeka in foreign countries,in order to provide reference for the online collection of cultural resources in the information era.

This thesis analyzed the bibliometric characteristics of 445 journal papers about knowledge collaboration in China to show the distribution and development laws of literatures,source journals and core authors.Taking methods of multivariate statistics and representative paper screening,the authors explored the main research topics of knowledge collaboration.Using approach of SNA,it discovered and presented the relationship between research topics and kernel research manpower.Through strategic diagram,this paper revealed the internal and external structure of the main research topics and predicted its development tendency.Based on the above-mentioned systematical review and summary of the current researches,this paper offered a comprehensive view of the research situation and development tendency about knowledge collaboration,which was supposed to serve as direction and reference for the future research in this field.

[Purpose/Significance]Objective:Most of the studies on co-authored papers took theme or subject as research object,and the academic co-operation between agencies was rarely discussed from the perspective of the whole research institution.[Method/Process]The study selected journal articles published in Web of science from 2007 to 2016,using bibliometrics and social network analysis to analyze the coherence of papers.[Result/Conclusion]The research showed that the academic coherence of M universities in the field of library and information science has become a general trend,and the degree of coherence was positively correlated with academic productivity and academic influence respectively.The results provided an important reference for the research institutions to analyze the academic research network.
