[Purpose/significance] Integration of visual resources and library resources is the basis for the develop-ment of mobile visual search services.[Method/process] This paper discussed the aggregation demand of MVS related re-sources, and analyzed the theoretical basis of the digital resource aggregation from the multi-dimensional aggregation and the semantic relevance. Based on basic data layer, resource description layer, semantic aggregation layer and user applica-tion layer, it constructed the multi-dimensional aggregation model of the library MVS resources. It analyzed the MVS serv-ice from the aspects of e-book and digital humanities resources use.[Result/conclusion] The construction of multi-di-mensional aggregation system of mobile visual resources based on semantic relevance was beneficial to the reality of mobile visual search service in different context.

[Purpose/significance] Under the lacking of uniform information literacy standard in our country, the comprehensive research on foreign information literacy standards can provide the guidance not only for the enacting of our country's information literacy standard in the future but also for the practice of the course of Literature Information Retrieval.[Method/process] This paper did a comprehensive research in terms of the structures and the contents of foreign informa-tion literacies. This paper merged the same contents in each standard into one point, classified the different points, and then stated the main points logically.[Result/conclusion] Different standard emphasized different contents, the core of Framework for Information Literacy for Higher Education, which was adopted by ACRL on January 11, 2016, was informa-tion creation, thus, this standard was more suitable for postgraduates. After synthesizing different information standards, the main points in five dimensions of information literacies could be as the guidance of the course of Literature Information Retrieval.

Information sharing and forwarding behavior has long been the focus of research in social media. This pa-per proposed a conceptual framework that utilized the strong and weak relationship theory to explain the effect of relationship strength between users on forwarding intention of business information in social media. From society driven and individual driven, the paper analyzed the factors that affect the forwarding of business information. This paper took micro-blog as ex-perimental objects. By establishing a structural equation model, the empirical results showed:weak relationship influenced forwarding intention directly; social relationship strength has different influence on social trust and social interaction; social trust, social interaction, economic benefits, altruism and self-efficacy had significant impact on the forwarding of business information. This article further expanded the application of strong and weak relationship theory to the domain of social com-merce. It would benefit electronic ecommerce enterprises to make marketing strategy in social commerce.

[Purpose/significance] The knowledge life cycle theory provides new research ideas for public health knowledge management. The effective management of knowledge is essential to the emergency management of public health emergency. It needs a systematic knowledge management system to guide the specific management activities.[Method/process] Firstly, this paper analyzed the research status of life cycle and the knowledge management of public health emer-gency. Secondly, this paper constructed the public health emergency knowledge management system that supported the full life cycle of knowledge. Finally, this paper discussed the key problems of the public health emergency knowledge manage-ment system.[Result/conclusion] Through the life cycle management of public health knowledge, it clarified the segment of health knowledge life cycle in the fourth paradigm environment, and provided reference for the emergency management of public health emergency.

[Purpose/significance] Cloud service industry is booming, the increasing number of cloud services products is accessible to individual users. However, in the course of use, due to technology, service and other factors, resulting in the user visibility of personal cloud services is insufficient. The quality of personal cloud service is in urgent need of improvement. To explore the quality of personal cloud service from the user's perspective, and to provide a scientif-ic basis for the evaluation of the quality of personal cloud service.[Method/process] The multi-dimensional and multi-level method was used to construct the index system of the evaluation of personal cloud service quality. The paper introduces Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) method to carry out empirical study on the index system, uses SPSS 19. 0 for ex-ploratory factor analysis, then draws the IPA matrix diagram, and further divides the indicators of horizontal importance and vertical satisfaction.[Result/conclusion] The paper constructs the index system of personal cloud service quality eval-uation based on the IPA matrix analysis. The horizontal importance index system consists of three dimensions:the manage-ment layer, the user layer and the technical layer. The vertical satisfaction index system consists of two dimensions:the guarantee layer and the lifting layer.

[Purpose/significance] According to the theoretical analysis of the mobile social media burnout, it is helpful to help enterprises or related organizations to make better use of social media tools to carry out related business and public services.[Method/process] Based on "perceived-attitude-behavior" research paradigm, calculation theory and flow theory combined with the theory of planned behavior, privacy, construct the influencing factor model of burnout behav-ior of mobile social media, and tested through empirical research methods of the applicability of this model.[Result/con-clusion] The data analysis results showed that the self potency of mobile social media attitude had no significant relation-ship; "privacy" and "information overload" had a significant negative effect on the mobile social media attitude; flow had positive influence on the attitude of mobile social media; social media had a positive attitude the influence on mobile social media burnout.

This paper first develops a research model of influence factors on comprehensive Q&A sites users' informa-tion adoption from the perspectives of informational and normative social influences. Then, an empirically analysis with ques-tionnaire investigation and structural equation modelling was conducted. Results indicated that information credibility had a greater impact on users' information adoption than information usefulness. From the perspective of informational social influ-ences, it was found that information quality and source credibility affect users' information adoption by affecting their percep-tions of the credibility and usefulness of the information. The results from the perspective of normative social influences re-vealed that information consistency had a significantly positive effect on information credibility. Meanwhile, information rating had a significant and positive impact on information usefulness, but it had no influence on information credibility.

[Purpose/Significance] To provide public opinion information service and decision-making reference for campus public opinion information administrators, campus public opinion supervision office and related leaders.[Method/Process] Under Jade platform, a network public opinion monitoring and analysis system based on multi Agent was analyzed and designed. The work mechanism of information collection Agent, information pre-processing Agent, public opinion a-nalysis Agent and public opinion report Agent were elaborated in detail. A multi Agent communication model consisting of physical layer, syntax layer and semantic layer was constructed. In order to improve Agents' public opinion analysis ability and the ability of analysis result visualization display, Jade platform was integrated with R language through Rserve inter-face, so that Jade Agent could flexibly call rich algorithms of R language.[Result/Conclusion] As a system running in-stance, "hot spot analysis of university Baidu Post Bar" was given. The running results showed that University Network Public Opinion Monitoring and Analysis System Based on Multi-Agent takes full advantage of Agent good properties such as autonomy, intelligence and interactivity, so that the system became more flexible and real-time. Meanwhile, taking big data thinking as a guide and integrating R language made public opinion analysis more comprehensive and objective.

Library WeChat Official Accounts, as the product of the transformation of library services in the new media environment, build a new interaction? platform for users and libraries. The service quality is directly related to the user's perception of Library services. This paper constructed the evaluation index model of Library WeChat Official Accounts platform service from 7 dimensions. The paper used Analytic Hierarchy Process to verify the model's index system, so as to provide reference for the evaluation of the service quality and service improvement of the Library WeChat Official Accounts platform.

In order to overcome the shortcomings of the classic DEA model applied in government affairs micro-blogs, based on performance orientation and DEA theories, this paper constructed a super-efficiency DEA model taking Non-controllable Variables of administrative environment, Non-Pareto and strong partition degree into account. This paper also built an evaluation system of input and output for provincial government affairs micro-blogs from the following aspects, input and output indicators including time cost, content cost, numbers of micro-blogs, numbers of funs, times forwarded, times reviewed and so on, administrative environment indicators including per capita GDP and residents population. At last, this paper used the new DEA method to evaluate the efficiency of 27 provincial government affairs micro-blogs. The findings revealed that the new model had a good partition degree, moreover the results of assessments are scientific, objec-tive and impartial.

This paper took the seventeen academic libraries of ‘Qingbo Index’ WeChat general list as research sam-ples. It gave an analysis by statistical methods and qualitative research methods to the headline articles title from four as-pects, such as push frequency, the title word number, the title characteristic and the title content. Constructed the theme model of the headline articles title content. The four suggestions were given:establish the headline awareness to improve the cognition of reader, determine a reasonable push frequency and manner, select the appropriate title characteristic, select contents match readers' needs.

The coordinated development of Beijing -Tianjin -Hebei region has been promoted as a major national strategy. It is of great significance to promote the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei regional culture and meet users' information demands by constructing cross-regional public library alliance platform. The strategic positioning of the alliance platform was discussed by using collaborative innovation and structural holes theory. The paper analyzed the fea-sibility of construction platform. And it also pointed out that the security and stability of the platform data could be guaran-teed effectively by the block chain technology. Then, how to construct the platform was solved. In order to enhance the quality and efficiency of the library service, the paper constructed the alliance platform which was suitable for the regional economic and scientific development on the basis of full investigation. And the system structure, important database and special service etc on the platform were also analyzed.

The book acquisitioning work is the important basic work of the library, which relates to the core value of the library. This paper took the library of East China University of Science & Technology as an example, aiming at the problems and shortcomings in the traditional acquisitioning mode, the process was optimized. And combining the book ac-quisition with the subject service, the process could not only solve the model problem of the acquisitioning work, but also enriche the work connotation of the subject librarian, and had practical reference value for further deepening the library re-sources construction and subject service.

The article studied digital reference service in Chinese and American public libraries. It will be of great significance to the development of digital reference service in domestic public libraries. Based on analysis of current situa-tion of domestic and foreign library digital reference research on using the methods of literature and network investigation, comparative investigation of current situation of Sino US public library digital reference service through consultation, service content, service system, service quality, service characteristics, service management and other aspects of the domestic problems and deficiencies in these, and then put forward the reference service system of digital reference service, digital reference service management, collaborative digital reference service from digital etc, take effective measures, improve the performance of digital reference services in public libraries in China.

Government data open has important significance for improving government information effects, ensuring social public's right to know and prompting national's economic growth. And the construction of government data open plat-form is the key link. Domestic and foreign scholars have developed extensive researches on government data open and open platform. Taking published papers in the library and information journals for example, the paper gave brief introduction and evaluation of present research situation. Then author selected the countries (such as U. S., Britain, Austrian and Japan) and the cities (such as Shanghai, Beijing and Shenzhen) whose government data open was advanced and perfect as re-search objects, investigated their government data open platform, compared and analyzed the investigation results, found their identical points and different points. The conclusion was, along with foreign countries, there was certain gap in our country for government data open. We should further strengthen theoretical research and practical exploration in government data open and open platform.

The new generation of migrant workers participate in online vocational education has both practical needs and obstacles. Using the method of literature survey and site investigation, the article discussed the public libraries' basic research and practice experience for the new generation of migrant workers to provide online occupation education support services. Taking the settlement of obstacles as the starting point, it put forward the principles and implementation methods of online vocational education support services for public libraries.

The paper reviewed and interpreted State of American's Libraries Report 2016, and examined six key is-sues and trends of the development of 2016 American library. This paper analysed the problems that exist in our library's development and proposed some suggestions, such as promoting library act, re-positioning the role of library, improving the librarians' role transformation, improving the library service performance measurement system, paying attention to the users education of digital literacy, broaden the development of commons and Makerspaces, and improving community en-gagement in public libraries.

The article introduced the construction achievements of the domestic university library training room in severalaspects, including online program construction, rules and regulations, reservation management system and process guidance, open service time settings, reader using process monitoring and characteristic services. Meanwhile, studied the main problems in training room's management and services. Based on this, the research suggested that the university library should formulate detailed and complete management rules for the training rooms, as well as using network self-service and intelligent appointment management means. Develop the training room into an integrated servicespace, and improve its service level in multiple ways.

Through literature review, this paper quantitatively analyzed the domestic and foreign researches on Inter-net privacy, finding that the researches mainly focus on ‘research on privacy of mobile location based services’, ‘re-search on privacy preserving algorithms’, ‘research on privacy preserving technologies’, ‘research on privacy of cloud computing’, ‘research on right control of Internet privacy’, ‘research on user privacy attitude and behaviors in social net-works and e-commerce’, ‘research on the privacy and security of teenagers’ sensitive information, ‘research on data sharing strategy and national governance’. There were some problems in existing researches, such as ‘researches using longitudinal data to analyze the dynamic evolution of the Internet privacy are limited’, ‘concerns about privacy issues in some developing countries are low’, ‘national governance is relatively independent of the industry's privacy policy’ and so on. ‘privacy issues in the process of mobile information and social information mining in the era of big data’, ‘online medical privacy issues’ etc. were the important areas of future research.

[Method & Process] According of the comparative advantage theory, this article compared the interna-tional key technical field with SAIC from main technical field map, main technical field research topographic map, hot technical transition map.[Conclusion] On the basis of above study, the article gave two main technical fields which SAIC should pay high attention in the future:First one was the technical field with clear competitive advantage such as power con-trol systems, battery measurement and testing, energy storage devices; the second batch of development of the technical field should include the fuel cell and its related devices, transmission/clutch/gear system, parallel hybrid, internal com-bustion engine. This conclusion was of significant reference for the development of new energy vehicles and automobile en-terprises in China.

[Objective/Meaning] Altmetrics is a research hotspot in the field of metrology, which has aroused great concern from domestic and foreign scholars. The development of the international Altmetrics research and the layout of re-search force can provide reference and reference for the research of researchers.[Method/Process] The Web of Science database was selected as the source of the literature, and the bibliometric method was used to analyze the general situation, the distribution of the disciplines and the layout of the research force. CiteSpace was used to visualize the keyword co-oc-currence network.[Results/Conclusion] (1) The European region represented by Germany and the United Kingdom and the Americans, represented by the United States and Canada, were the main research forces in this field. (2) Altmetrics research hotspot was moving from theoretical research to empirical research and application, accurate validation of validity, evaluation of large-scale application, exploration of library and institutional repository application was Altmetrics research development trend. (3) The future of China should continue to strengthen Altmetrics empirical and applied research, atten-tion to foreign Altmetrics case of reference, and actively develop the new data source from scientific communication environ-ment, construct the Chinese Altmetrics measurement tools.

[Purpose/Significance] This paper studied the academic trace and academic matrix of domestic aero-space journals and empirically explored the feasibility and effectiveness of journal evaluation. The method based on academ-ic trace and academic matrix could quantitatively evaluate all kinds of academic achieve-ments of the journals, and at the same time improve the intuition and the comprehensiveness of the evaluation.[Method/process] 10 representative domes-tic core journals as the data source in CNKI were choosed in the field of aerospace as the research objects, this paper at-tempted to prove the feasibility and effectiveness of academic measure method based on academic trace and academic ma-trix applied to journal evaluation. The paper collected data from 10 journals, including the number of cited papers, zero ci-ted papers, h-index, total citation and citation of h-domain. On the basis of the 5 independent numbers, the paper calcu-lated the academic matrix parameters and the academic trace.[Results/conclusions] Through a dynamic comparison of the academic traces among the 10 journals, the paper found that the movements of academic trace were divergent and the period of the effective academic contribution accumulation is 2-3 years. To a certain extent, the indicators in academic matrix could explain the reasons which cause the differences between 10 journals. And the paper summaried the differences from 4 aspects, including total academic contribution, the overall paper level, the immediate attention by peers, and the out-break period of academic potential. This enhanced academic journals' academic level and scientific research influence and played an objective and correct urge effect.

[Purpose/significance] The image contains rich and vivid information, and it is of great practical signifi-cance to analyze, organize and deal with large-scale image information effectively by using image retrieval technology. In recent years, the research of image retrieval has been increasing, so it is necessary to sort out the international image re-trieval literature.[Method/process] By collecting the literatures in the field of image retrieval in the Web of Science data-base, this paper used the method of bibliometrics and Citespace Ⅲ visualization to sort out and analyze the time distribution of relevant literatures, the distribution of disciplines, and focused on the main research strength and research hotspot in the field of international image retrieval from the perspective of authors, institutions countries and key words.[Result/conclu-sion] Through the summary and analysis, it was found that most of the main research authors and institutions in the field of image retrieval come from China; the cooperation of international authors had not yet formed a relatively large-scale team. The United States and China were the main forces in the field of image retrieval. The current research focus was mainly on content-based image retrieval, image classification and related feedback.

It is the primary goal for the healthy development of MOOC education in China to improve its quality. To achieve the goal, it is necessary to understand the development situation of MOOC, and the trends of MOOC studies. This paper visually analyzed the hotspots of the research on MOOC in recent years with VOSviewer, and predicted the tendency of MOOC studies in the future. The results showed that researchers focus on the MOOC issues from three aspects both at home and abroad, namely the theory, the education application and the education practice. However, the distributions of the research hotspots were quite different. The support strategies of MOOC need joint efforts from the government, universi-ties and business organizations, including measures from the perspectives of politics, funds, and culture. This paper sys-tematically constructed the hierarchy of support strategy of MOOC education.

With the rise of online shopping in 2004, the articles of online reviews began to increase year by year. This study tried to use the method of literature metrology to explore the research hotspots in the field of online reviews in China. This study used CNKI periodical full text database as the data source, used BlueMC and SPSS software as tools, and used clustering and co-word analysis method to explore research hotspots. The paper extracted four unit-of-analysis (content, users, technology, application); five research hotspots (word-of-mouth effect, information services and use, word-of-mouth psychology, information quality evaluation and discovery and knowledge mining); three main research as-pects (morphology level, audience level and effect level). This research could lay the foundation for understanding the re-search status of online reviews and studying the related content in the future.

The strategic position of competitive intelligence has been continuously promoted at home. The paper ana-lyzed the development tendency of competitive intelligence at home based on the database of CNKI, CSSCI by visualization software. The paper showed the diversification of research theme by using the quantity of published literatures. The paper showed the representative figures and their replacement during the development process by using author's co-citation analy-sis. It probeb into the evolution of the competitive intelligence by using keywords co-occurrence analysis, and put forward the four core areas of competitive intelligence at home by cluster of co-citation literature, which included the basic knowl-edge of competitive intelligence, the application of competitive intelligence in practice, competitive intelligence system, interdisciplinary research on competitive intelligence, then analyzed the characteristic of cluster. Finally, the paper put forward some problems in the development of competitive intelligence according to the development tendency of competitive intelligence in China.

This article described the connotation, core content and research framework of visual search engine, and revealed its research development in China from two aspects ofarchitecture system and key technologies.
