In order to improve the information quality,system quality and service quality of Digital Library increase the user's Perception effect and enhance the user's stickiness.[Methods] The article was based on Theory of Reasoned Action,Technology Acceptance Model and the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology,by introducing three variables of the Information System Success Model:Information Quality,System Quality and Service Quality,and combined with existing research results and constructed the integration model of information quality,system quality and service quality of Digital Library. And the Exploratory Factor Analysis,Confirmatory Factor Analysis and Structural Equation Model were used for empirical research on user behavior intention of Digital library,and the Statistical power of the integration model was calculated by compiling R language program.[Results/Proposals] The results showed that information quality has a significant impact on perceived usefulness,system quality has a significant impact on information quality,service quality and perceived usefulness,and service quality has a significant impact on perceived ease of use. The statistical power of the model was very high,which showed that the results of the article have enough confidence. According to discuss the results of the study,the article put forward some proposals on how to improve the information quality,system quality and service quality of the Digital Library.[Implications/Limitations] Finally,the implications and limitations of the study were discussed.

In the era of data,data is source and data is service. It is the mostly important for intelligence analysts to do intelligence service in the era of big data. This research firstly discussed the concept,the characteristics and the development of big data. Then it explored the opportunities or challenges of intelligence services,which were brought by big data. And finally,combined with the characteristics of big data,it established intelligence service model in the era of big data. This model took the data characteristics of big data,the intelligence demands of intelligence users and the process of intelligence service work into account to implement customized service or personalized service. The transformation processing of data-information-knowledge-wisdom was reflected in the mode,i.e. it conversed real-time data and dynamic data into information,then abstracted and condensed above information into knowledge,then sublimates knowledge deeply and forms wisdom,and finally it got wisdom products that were provided to intelligence users in order to achieve intelligence analysis and the purpose of the service.

[Purpose/significance]In the practice of public opinion monitoring and management,identifying the key nodes in the public opinion network quickly and effectively is of great significance to the supervision and management of public opinion.[Method/process]From the dual dimensions of content and structure,this paper designed a complete method for mining,identifying and classifying key nodes of network public opinion.Involving GooSeeker,Gephi,Fuzzy AHP and TOPSIS software and algorithms,and Sina micro-blog 8·12 coastal explosion event as an example for specific analysis.[Result/conclusion]It broke through the limitation of sorting only the key nodes from a single dimension,made the identification and classification of key nodes further,and made clear the evolution characteristics,which had reference value to the scientific response of network public opinion.

Based on laws of supply-demand,game theory and relating theories of network economy,this paper firstly analyzed the reason for free of digital products and pointed out that free digital products should be existed due to their zero marginal cost,rapid decreases of original input,free platform offered by Internet,more powerful psychological effect,abundance as well as the non-zero-sum games between the suppliers. Then it described the development of digital products free pattern,and further stated the necessity of free of digital products based on the detailed analysis of the three-party and Freemium model. Based on these two parts,it then discussed the monetization strategy of digital products under the free background,and suggested that digital enterprises should do commerce from free,and charge based on customized products,advanced features and added value; guided by abundance thinking,take users' attention and time as scarcity resources,and take their interests and high level engagement as revenue resources; stipulate diversified charging standards,increase the span of prices range,and adopt flexible pricing strategy. It focused on providing the decision taking base for our digital enterprises to understand the reason for free of digital products,follow the development of free pattern evolution,and take effective monetization strategy so as to make and increase their profits.

Semantic web has gained considerable development in the last two decades,yet the definition of semantic web and its theoretical framework are still ambigous,the related research was mostly proposed for technical support,and there is few systematic and in-depth theoretical analysis,which is not conducive to the development of semantic web in a long-term. To address this problem,firstly,this paper chose several core primary concepts related to semantic web by discussing and expanding the classic "semiotic triangle" model. Then,based on these primary concepts,it discussed and compared three kinds of typical semantic web definitions. Finally,through ontological analysis,it discussed semantic web as a resource network through its core properties. According to above discussion and analysis,it proposed a new definition of semantic web with its core attributes as the constituent elements,and reconstructed the theoretical framework of semantic web based on this definition,in order to improve the foundamental theoratical framework of semantic web.

Effective error management is dependent on individual error information reporting,and the error reporting relied on employee's self-reporting which may be improved by positive error culture and individual error information learning ability. Based on the three element interaction theory,individual error information learning ability was used as an intermediary variable to explore the relationship among it and error management culture and personal error information reporting. Regarding the medical personnel as empirical research background,this thesis verified the influential relationship among them. The result showed that:error management culture did not only directly affect the personal error information reporting,but also had an indirect impact on the individual error information reporting through the personal error information learning ability.

Social Q & A platform become more favored as a platform for meeting the demands of knowledge accuracy and differentiation of users,while developing social relationship. But there are still problems about active users are relatively small and the knowledge contribution enthusiasm is not really high,so that it is difficult to stimulate the knowledge innovation. The research on the influencing factors of individual innovative behavior on social Q&A platform is particularly important to improve the platform service. Based on the theory of social capital and self-determination,combing with previous research,a theoretical model was constructed to explore the pattern that how the proposed variables impact users' innovative behavior from the perspective of knowledge contribution. The questionnaire survey was conducted in the survey,and Structural Equation Model with partial least squares method was employed to exam the research model and hypothesis. The results showed that the enjoyment in helping others,the knowledge self-efficacy and the intensity of interaction is an important factor affecting the knowledge sharing,then affecting the innovative behavior of users. Based on the empirical results,this paper put forward some suggestions to enhance the knowledge sharing willingness of social Q&A platform users.

This paper studied the multidimensional model of network public opinion evolution,interpreted the law of network public opinion from a higher angle,and enriched the theory of network public opinion communication. Quantitative studied the change of information growth rate during network public opinion trends forecast,constructed a multidimensional function model that the rate of growth and time were the independent variables,and the cumulative number of information was the dependent variable. Then studied the effect of various parameters on the network public opinion dissemination and its path through MATLAB simulation,verified the feasibility of the model by analysis of the "Chengdu female driver" microblog data,and illustrated the advantages of the high dimensional model to study the mechanism of network public opinion. Through theoretical modeling and empirical analysis,it was feasible to extend the Logistic model to higher dimensional research of network public opinion evolution mechanism. The multidimensional model explained the phenomenon of appearing more "peak" in network public opinion data,and the essence of network public opinion statistics was the projection of the high dimensional model curve in the time axis.

Based on NetLogo,simulation platform of network public opinion evolution simulation model was constructed. Using the graphical interface and NetLogo peculiar turtle,patch,link and various types of Agent construction of network public opinion complex network simulation platform,implementation to show changes nodes spread graphics output window. Thus visually showed the Internet public opinion events incipient,intensifies,outbreak and weak to the demise of the whole life cycle. The study didn't take into account the impact of the dynamic network relations and community network structure for simulation. Through simulation practice found in the network public opinion of the various factors in the evolution process of functions and mutual relations,it also provided the network public opinion evolution simulation visualization paradigm.

Research information resource integration is the key for collaborative innovation. This paper used the method of information harmonization to resolve the problem of research information resource integration. This paper expressed the different metadata schemas in a semantic mapping network to integrate the paper,patent,scientific and technical report. The result showed that metadata harmonization provided a method to map the different metadata schemas on the semantic level,and provided a useful reference for research information integration.

[Purpose/significance]The next-generation library service platform has been popularized in the UK and Hong Kong Academic Library Consortium,but the relevant research and practice is lack in China.[Method/process]By the case study of the applications of next-generation library service platform in WHELF and JULAC.[Result/conclusion]The next-generation library service platform can help the academic library consortium to deepen technical cooperation,innovative cooperation model. This study can give references to academic library consortium in China.

Purpose/significance] In order to discover underlying rules and extract useful knowledge from big data,and effectively solve the problems in the library personalized smart service.[Method/process] In the face of readers' wisdom reading demand,in this paper,the matters needing attention were studied for personalized smart service in library,and the smart library service system was constructed based on the big data mining and knowledge discovery, the functions of each service layer of smart library were described.[Result/conclusion] The system could make its resources and services highly integrated,significantly reduce the use of system resources,according to the requirements of readers to intelligently customize the service content,and provide personalized smart reading services for readers.

Subject hotspot direction recognition is helpful to grasp the concrete object of scientific research,and it is the focus of researchers. The university library constantly seeks the meeting point of the subject service around teaching and scientific research,and to provide deep level,personalized subject service such as research trends in the specific field of research which is embodiment of library service innovation. Taking "high temperature materials" as an example,This article analyzed the global development trend of subject,national/regional,organization and personnel performance,and made integration analysis and interpretation of subject hotspots based on the multi-platform and multi-method,in order to explore how to expand the breadth and depth of the subject service of library,and to help teachers with their future teaching and research.

The circulation log has the true,accurate,and detailed merits in the analysis of the readers' borrowing behaviors. The statistics and analysis of borrowing logs of a university in Heilongjiang Province during September 2014 to August 2016 were given. It was found that the borrowing behavior has stable change law from the week,day,and time perspectives. The difference of borrowing behavior of the students of the same grade was not obvious,while it was obvious for the students of different grade. The grade of reader was the main influencing factor leading to borrowing difference at certain period of time.

[Purpose/Significance]Specific field of Frontier Science and technology information tracking work need to construct the information source system,but it exists a lack of research on the mining and acquisition strategy of frontier science and technology information source. [Method/Process] Combining with relative experience,a base of defining related concepts of frontier science and technology information source,concluding the characteristics and methods of mining of frontier science and technology information source,this article researched acquisition strategy from the connection of information subjects,mining and discrimination method and direct acquisition.[Result/Conclusion] This thesis explored to put forward the three major information source mining and the acquisition strategies of tracking frontier science and technology:diffusion from the central source,human-computer cooperation,authority issued,and hereby provided valuable references for the future strategic intelligence research and practices.

With the increasing progress of technology,the development of big data industry is becoming more and more rapid.And it is essential for big data business to explore impacts of big date industry. Firstly,this paper established the three level evaluation index of big data industry based on a questionnaire survey. Secondly,using Delphi method and AHP method determine the weight of every evaluation index,and also tested its consistency. Finally,according to the results find out three main factors of big date industry development,and gave relevant recommendations.

This paper elaborated the characteristics and internal causes of the transformation of technological paradigm,established the theory model of technology paradigm transformation by understanding the general process of technology paradigm transformation,based on the combination of social network thinking and patent citation network,the paper proposed a prediction method system of the technology paradigm transformation,carried on the real diagnosis analysis by the case study of liquid crystal materials technology. The results enriched the theory research of technology paradigm transformation,also provided the strategic decision for the enterprise and the research direction for the industry technology.

The development of modern science and technology makes technical communities compose by information technology and other technologies,and various technical communities continue to strengthen the contact and penetration,so appears a variety of technologies' cross-convergence. If these technological field's current convergence state and the trend of convergence were detected earlier,it will have a major significance on our country's priority development and strategies making. To solve this problem,this article proposed a framework based on patent data to measure the technology convergence,and through combining macro and micro study of technology convergence,it could determine the state of convergence. And at the same time the data of electric vehicle technology and information technology's convergence from Derwent databases was used as an example to verify it. The results showed that G06F (electric digital data processing),B60L(power equipment or power plant of electric vehicle),H02J (electric energy storage system) and other technologies were more prone to converge with other technologies and its convergence ability was strong. The convergence of G06F-B60W and G05F-H02M played a more important role in the technology convergence,and their convergence strength and quality was higher too.

The purpose of this paper was to reveal the dynamic state and inspire innovation,promote the sustainable development of informetrics. Taking the "Journal of Informetrics" as sample,the author analyzed the research footprint and knowledge structure of informetrics in the past decade,using the methods of bibliometrics and content analysis. The study showed that the output of China,USA and Europe like "a situation of tripartite confrontation",the three institutions with the largest output were Catholic University of Louvain,University of Antwerp of Belgium and National Taiwan University of China. Lutz Bornmann from Max Planck Gesell was the top expert who had published maximum papers,and he was occupying a central position in a cooperative network. The Basic knowledge was composed of three clusters that were h-index and improved indexes,citation measurement and optimization mechanism,science of science and science management. Research hotspots included citation analysis,h-index,impact factor,and research evaluation.

China's think tanks' construction has been highly valued and widely focused on since 2015,and enters the period of the normatively rapid development of transition. The number ranking after the United States,but China lacks internationally high-quality and high-impact think tanks. Through the preliminary investigation of famous think tanks at home and abroad,it has been found that there are still significant gaps on the structure of management organization and the construction of information resource. Aiming at the problems existing in the construction of China's think tanks,from independence of the decision-making organization,flexibility of the research organizational form and levels of the quality evaluation system,as well as the wide range of information sources,innovation of information collecting tools and accumulation of databases,explore practical experience of foreign top think tanks which is suitable for China,hoping to find new opportunities for our think tanks' breakthrough.

Expectation Confirmation Model of IS Continuance,proposed in 2001,has been widely used in the fields of Information Systems,Library and Information Science,Management and etc. First of all,the presentation and evolution process of ECM-ISC was introduced. Then,from the perspective of citing papers,content analysis method and the word frequency statistics of keywords were employed to analyze the application of ECM-ISC abroad in terms of application purpose,application object,application form and application method. The factors that affect users' continuous use of information system in the context of ECM-ISC application were summarized,including user factors,system factors and environmental factors. Finally,the shortcomings of the application of ECM-ISC were pointed out and the future research directions were put forward.
