In order to solve the difference between the degree and direction of the influencing factors of the mobile library users, to explore the factors that aff ect the adoption behavioral of the mobile library users, comprehensively 32 Empirical Research and 8725 independent samples were analyzed. Quantitative and qualitative analysis was used to analyze the variables that infl uenced the adoption behavior from four aspects: knowledge content characteristics, technical media characteristics, situational characteristics and individual characteristics. Theresults showed that perceived usefulness, perceived quality, task-technology matching, perceived ease of use, compatibility, accessibility, subjective norms, self-effi cacy, and innovation were the main factors,and perceived costs had a signifi cant hindrance to adoption. At the same time, according to the research results, combined with the mobile library application situation from the knowledge content construction, system technical support, marketing and user guidance four aspects of mobile library users to promote the adoption of the strategy.
