This paper discussed the influence of publication transformation on academic achievement information, academic achievement information subject and environment of the achievement information ecosystem. Publication transformation lead to a series of changes: the quantity of the academic papers, the academic books, the authors, the publication organizations and the readers increasing; the quality of the academic papers and the academic books rising; the economic interest of the authors and the readers obviously reducing; the social interes of the authors, the publication organizations and the readers incrieasing; the changing of academic humanistic environment, the improvement of academic material environment, and the innovation of academic system environment.

[Purpose/significance] This paper explored the factors which influence the knowledge sharing of innovative personnel in the environment of mobile internet. It offered suggestions for innovative personnel to better utilize the technology of mobile internet to share knowledge, cooperate and innovate. [Process/method] On the basis of analyzing and summarizing existing literatures, this paper built conceptual model, used hierarchical regression method to analyze data and verifies the assumptions put forward before. [Result/conclusion] In the environment of mobile internet, main body factors(will of knowledge sharing, ability of knowledge sharing, trust relation)were positively related to the behavior of knowledge sharing; object factor(economic value of knowledge)was negatively related to the behavior of knowledge sharing. The technology and policy of mobile internet played regulating effect between the behavior of knowledge sharing and main & object factors.

[Purpose/significance] This paper used the probability topic model to study the evolution of patent literature, and analyzed the development process and trend of patent technology. [Methods/process] The LDA model modeled the patent text by time window, confusion degree method was used to determined the optimal number of topics, extracting topic vectors according to the structural characteristics of patent text, used the JS divergence to measure the association between topics, introduced IPC classification number to measure technical topic strength, finally, the evolution of topic strength, topic content and technical topic strength were studied. [Results/conclusion] The experimental results showed that this method could deeply excavate the topic of the patent literature, and could analyze the evolution of patent technology over time and help the practitioners to understand the evolution process and trend of patent technology.

Personal cloud storage has a wide range of user groups, in order to reveal the effect of user characteristics on users' perception and intention of personal cloud storage, the paper adopted one factor analysis of variance(ANOVA)to analysis the effect of user charactistics on personal cloud storage adoption by taking users characteristics as control variable, users' perception and intention as the dependent variablesin forms of data collecting by questionnaire.The resultsare concluded as follows. According to the impact on use perception and intention, the facors were as following in turn: personal cloud storage use frequency, the period of personal cloud storage adoption, personal cloud storage usage channels and whether the user has a computer professional background or not.Among them, personal cloud storage use frequency had significant impact on all the dependent variables. And the overall impact of demographic characteristics was small; age and occupation had not a significant effect on all the dependent variables. As for the dependent variables, the biggest variable influenced by individual characteristics was perceived ease of use, which was influenced by gender, whether a person has computer professional background or not, the years, frequency and channels of using personal cloud storagerespectively, then the dependent variablesare affected by the user characteristics including perceived usefulness, perceived trust and willingness to use.

Based on WeChat public opinion transmission characteristics, from the perspective of network public opinion ecology, the paper conducted a research on WeChat public opinion ecology system which was composed of public opinion subject, public opinion information and WeChat environment.It analysed the mechanism of balance and imbalance performance. Taking Hebei Xingtai"7·19"flooding WeChat public opinion crisis as an example, the paper analysed WeChat public opinion ecological imbalances in emergency situations, put forward WeChat public opinion ecological management countermeasures from three aspects of public opinion subject, public opinion information and public opinion ecological environment.

Patent analysis reports are carried out to provide more comprehensive technical information for policy-makers according to patent, the world's largest technology information source. The fully and accurately indexing for content elements of the patent analysis reports is an important foundation to maximize its value.The content elements required indexing and its characteristics of Chinese patent analysis were summarized to select the appropriate indexing method.Then the factors affecting the indexing quality were found to build a scientific and rational indexing control mechanism.

In the environment of E-Science, the process risk management plays a more important role in scientific research project.This paper attempted to discuss the content constitution and the formation mechanism from the nature of the risk of scientific research process. The current situation and problems of risk management in the scientific research process were analyzed.The concept of data management life cycle was combined with three aspects of the research process, life cycle and risk management. Based on the time-process-logical three-dimensional structure, the risk management model of scientific research process was constructed. The operational mechanism of risk management was explored. In different stages, the identification and prevention of scientific research risk were provided.

There is abundant valuable knowledge inside academic documents that is not revealed in abstracts. This paper promoted a method of core knowledge discovery based on position weights, aiming to extract the core sentences as separated knowledge units in the main text with the processing size of sentence. By measuring the connection between sentences, the paper transformed main text into a text network that considers sentences as dots and connection between sentences as sides. An algorithm to compute position weights based on chapters was promoted in this paper. With the help of social network analysis, the paper could find sentences that revealed the core knowledge of the text. The result of the experiment showed that this method could realize the extraction of key sentences in the core chapter from the text, which is primarily expected.

According to the idea of h-index, this paper proposed an h-type index which took into account the citation frequency of each year, that is, the annual h-index, which could evaluate the academic influence of single paper or scholar. Through empirical analysis of 851 scholars and their papers using SPSS23, the annual h-index evaluated the lasting influence of a single paper or scholar. At last, with the idea of annual h-index, the method of expressing annual h-index with ha index was put forward, which was applied in the process of selecting representative papers and talent introduction, providing a reference for Decision-Making Support.

With the continuous expansion of China's universities, the rapid increase in scientific research.As the main form of scientific research, the number of papers has increased greatly, it is very meaningful to define the scientific research performance of scientific research workers.In this paper, according to the relationship between the author, the paper explored the performance evaluation methods of scientific research papers.Through the construction of complex network model, a comparative analysis on the network degree, betweenness, clustering coefficient, H index of the network, in the quantitative score based on the research results was conducted, so as to study multi-attribute decision-making method.This method effectively overcomed the influence of subjective evaluation factors on performance evaluate. This method was used to analyze the effectiveness of the proposed method in the paper published in the"12th Five-Year"of Tsinghua University in the year of CSSCI.

[Purpose/significance] Studying how to choose the method of dynamic evaluation of individual academic impact and exploring the significance of individual academic impact curve. [Method/process] Based on the analysis of the academic influence of each n year and the annual individual posting and citation, the time changes trend of the academic influence of 76 Nobel prize winners in physics were analyzed. The characteristics of traditional bibliometric index and h expansion index were compared. [Result/Conclusion] The appropriate calculation model and the characteristics of individual academic impact index were obtained.

[Purpose/Significance] This paper aimed to explore factors influencing users' trust in interrogation mobile health applications, and to draw up opinions and suggestions which had positive significance for operation and management. [Method/Process] From multi-perspectives of process, institution and characteristic, factors influencing trust in applications were analysed, and hypotheses and theoretical model were proposed based on trust formation model and two-dimensional evaluation model of reputation.In the empirical study part, users of the mobile health application, Chunyu Doctor, were selected as experimenters and the log tracking experiment and questionnaire were conducted. 280 valid samples were obtained and SmartPLS2.0 was applied to test hypotheses and model. [Result/Conclusion] Cognitive reputation of doctor and cognitive reputation of hospital positively influenced patients' trust in doctors, and cognitive reputation of applications significantly promoted trust in applications. What's more, perceived doctor accreditation had a positive effect on trust in doctors, and perceived APP monitoring positively influences trust in doctors and trust in applications. In addition, patients' trust in doctors significantly promoted trust in applications. Last but not least, information quality significantly promoted patients' trust in APP.

Based on the analysis of ontology and Formal Concept Analysis(FCA), this paper proposed an effective ontology construction method of meteorological disaster, which was with"documents——terms"as a core and with FCA as a technological means.Aiming at the lack of knowledge base and thesaurus, the extraction and analysis of hierarchy relationship was discussed in detail. Firstly, the professional terms were extracted and filtered from academic paper documents.Secondly, the"documents——terms"matrix and concept lattice were built, then the analysis process of hierarchy relationship of domain terms was discussed. At last, the OWL description and visually displaying of ontology was proposed while the usability of constructed ontology was verified through GATE Developer.

[Purpose/significance] The paper analyzed the function of the Baidu Scholar from the viewpoint of user experience and found its merits and demerits to help user using the Baidu Scholar. [Method/process] First the function of the Baidu Scholar was divided into three parts which were retrieving information, showing the search results and providing personal service.Second the paper analyzed the retrieval result using the different keywords. Third the paper studied the correlation of the 17 Library and Information journals based on the relative keywords from the Baidu Scholar. [Result/Conclusion] The main findings are that: ①Baidu Scholar could satisfy with the basic information requirements. ②Baidu Scholar could help user to find their academic information from the retrieval result and provide many information recommendation associated with the retrieval result. ③The personal service of Baidu Scholar could satisfy the requirement to manage the retrieval result and provided the academic information recommendation for user.

According to the idea of"antecedent-process-result", on the basis of integration of U&G theory and TAM model, the paper constructed the influence mechanism model of users' use intention to enterprise Wechat public account number, and uses SEM method to make empirical examination. The results showed that: the information requirement, social requirement, convenient requirement and economic requirement could positively impact users' use intention to enterprise Wechat public account number through perceived usefulness. Then fun requirement and convenient requirement had positive effect on users' use intention to enterprise Wechat public account number through perceived ease of use. At last, the total effect of the five dimensions of variables on users' use intention to enterprise Wechat public account number from large to small was as follows: information requirement, convenient requirement, economic requirement, social requirement and fun requirement.

From the view of institution and technology based on Institutional Theory, the hypothesis model of the factors affecting citizen's use intention of online access to government information is discussed by the exploration on how factors impact citizens' use intention of online access to government information and the relationship between institution factors and technological factors. The research model was empirically validated by using structural equation model. The result showed: the six factors such as dealing with perceived network public opinion, perceived information timeliness, citizens' democratic rights awareness had a significant impact on online use intention.Perceived network public opinion and perceived security supervision from the view of institution had a significant impact on perceived information services from the view of technology.

[Objective] This paper studied user data resource utilization to promote the university libraries' service innovation.[Method] It made an inductive analysis of four different types of library user data, introduced user data collection methods, then analyzes characteristics of library user data under the big data environment.Based on the user data resource utilization, it proposed university libraries' service innovation architecture and pattern: construction of user information database to provide accurate personalized service; establishment of Real-time interactive platform to improve user experience service; Building ubiquitous knowledge environment to try ubiquitous service; adapt to meet the needs of users to provide knowledge service. [Result/Conclusion] University libraries should pay high attention to the utilization of user data, so as to innovate the university libraries' service content and form and promote the new development of library cause.

In recent years, MOOCs has developed rapidly in the field of higher education and set off a wave of learning tendency.However, the problems are becoming increasingly prominent such as low participation rate and low completion rate of the learners etc. It is helpful to optimize the construction and practice of MOOCs platform by analyzing the factors affecting participation behavior of MOOCs learners.This paper researched the participation behavior of MOOCs learners with reference to the MOA(Motivation-Opportunity-Ability)theory. From three aspects of motivation, opportunity and ability, this paper proposed the research hypotheses and uses structural equation model to validate the model and analyzes the influencing factors of the participation behavior of MOOCs learners by the data from the questionnaire. The result showed that epistemic motivation, interest motivation, and self-enhancement motivation were the main motivations to stimulate learners to participate in MOOCs learning, and epistemic motivation had the highest positive correlation with participation of MOOCs. Perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use and learner's individual ability had significant positive correlations with MOOCs participation behavior.Finally, some suggestions were discussed based on the results of data analysis, such as strengthening curriculum resources, providing personalized service programs, perfecting authentication mechanism, strengthening the construction of learning community, optimizing platform design, improving individual ability.

Regional technological innovation is one of the important driving forces for the development of the new generation of information technology industry.It is of great significance to study how to promote the technical innovation and accelerate the industrial development by studying the coordination relationship between technological innovation and new IT industries, as well as their characteristics of the space-time evolution. On the basis of constructing the comprehensive evaluation index system, this paper made use of the global time series principal component analysis to systematically analyze the technological innovation capability and the new information technology industry development level of the eight economic zones in China(2004-2013). With GeoDa spatial analysis software and coordination degree evaluation model, an empirical study was given. The result showed: ①China's regional technological innovation capacity and the development level of the new generation information technology industry were on the rise, while both high-level areas concentrated in the coastal areas, showing linear distribution.From the southeast coast to the northwest inland there was a ladder-type decline trend; ②The coordination between China's regional technological innovation ability and the development level of the new generation information technology industry continued to strengthen.And the area with high coordination mainly distributed in the coastal areas and areas along the Yangtze River; ③The region with high coordination degree gradually expanded from point to line and plane. The growths of coordination degree in three major coastal areas and the middle reaches of the Yangtze River provinces was great, while the coordination degree in the middle reaches of the Yellow River, southwest, northwest and northeast regions also increased.

Implementing the interoperability of information systems in a certain field is the basis for big data development and application.Oriented to big data application and according to the IEEE definition of interoperability, this study constructed a theoretical framework from the perspective of capabilities, and conducted a comparative analysis of the solution and practice of health information systems interoperability in China and the USA using the framework.The results indicated that China's method had strong capabilities in data exchange but lacks in data use. To ensure that the development and use of health big data achieves effective outcome, China's government must enhance the capability of data use to enrich data sources, and guarantee health data security to eliminate all involved parties' concerns.

It is pointed out that the system of ESI subject evaluation had its own shortcomings and needs to be perfected by other tools.The retrieval of the information of Earth Science in China University of Mining and Technology by the Web of Science database is very important for the development of the information system. This paper studied the trend of geosciences development in China University of Mining and Technology(MIT)through literature search and result analysis, and obtained a more detailed status and development trend of the discipline development by combining ESI database and Histcite citation analysis tool. The study of discrepancies between the developmental phenomena and the statistical results revealed by the different measurement indicators between the two different evaluation analysis tools showed that the HistCite citation analysis tool could be implemented as an aid to the ESI discipline assessment tools.HistCite citation analysis tool could be used in the analysis and evaluation of subject development in a more comprehensive and comprehensive way.It could provide detailed information for the development of disciplinary development policy and provide strong support for the research of discipline evaluation and analysis.

The traditional user interest researchs in Folksonomy, often considerate the overall similarity when similarity calculation, which can not highlight the differences between users.In addition, there are problems such as interest structure does not meet the user's own cognition.Formal concept analysis which based on the user's cognitive structure, can not only express the semantic information between labels, but also be used to formalize the structural relationships of tags, provieds a new train of thought for user interest's characterization and excavation. There aren't so many researchs about user interest in Folksonomy based on FCA, which mainly focused on two perspectives: single user and user group interest identification. The paper analysed the traditional methods and their limitations of user interest identifion. And beyond this, this paper also discussed the basis of FCA used in identifiying user interest in Folksonomy and some research about user interest based on FCA.
