[Purpose/Significance] In order to construct the university library subject service team performance evaluation index system, looking for reasonable and comprehensive university library subject service team performance evaluation methods, to facilitate the management of university library subject service team, improve subject service team of service quality and level and user satisfaction. [Method/Process] At first, the paper combined with the characteristics of the university library subject service team, from five dimensions of team organizational levels of the university library subject service team, the level of the university libraries, team member level, user level, service level, used analytic hierarchy process to construct the university library subject service team performance evaluation index system, and then put forward a comprehensive evaluation method of university library subject service team performance based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. Finally, the paper conducted an empirical research by setting a library library subject service team of an university's engineering library in Jilin as the research object. [Results/Conclusion] extended the research field of university library subject service team, constructed the university library subject service team performance evaluation index system, provides an university library subject service team performance evaluation method based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, the method is reasonable and practical.
