Internet,as a carrier of information,expedites the dissemination of public opinions.The netizen need a outlet for their depression in their real life.Whenever there is a hot issue,their feeling would be ignited,magnified and going to extremes.How to manage public opinion with scientific approaches is one of the crucial issues our government need to deal with.Driven strategy of Internet public opinion dissemination was studied via organization upgrade and exterior management upgrade.Questionnaire was designed to survey the recognition level of netizens for the affecting factors of organization upgrade.Scoring method of the fuzzy group decision was used to analyze the results.A game model was established to assist government making decisions for the strategies in the process of public opinion dissemination management.The research results could offer scientific and effective theory and technique support for relative authorities to carry out Internet public opinion management.

[Purposes]This work focused on automatic summarization by utilizing vector space to describe the semantics.[Methods]proposed a new representation based on word vector,which is called bag of word vector(BOWV),and employed it for automatic summarization.Words,phrases,sentences,paragraphs and documents could be represented in a same vector space by using BOWV.And the distance between representations was used to reflect the semantic similarity.For automatic summarization,the paper used the distance between BOWVs to measure the semantic similarity between sentences and document.The sentences similar with the document are extracted to form the summary.[Findings]Experimental results on DUC01 dataset showed that the proposed method could generate high-quality summary and outperforms comparison methods.[Conclusions]The experiment showed that this research improved the performance of automatic summarization significantly.

Based on the user's perceived value,this paper took the form of questionnaire survey to obtain the factors which affected the user's perceived value of medical information service,arranged and summarized the current medical information service projects through the SPSS statistical software and the literature review,finally constructed the perceived value index system of medical information service project from two aspects and eight dimensions,in order to provide reference for further research on improving the quality of medical information service.The research results of this paper could be used in the construction and improvement of medical information service projects,and used to evaluating the quality of medical information service.

According to the ranks of Chinese cities' government wechat official account influence,seven government wechat official accounts of prefecture-level city were selected as samples.The paper analyzed the information theme of samples published from May 1st to July 31st in 2016 by using content analysis method.Results of coding analysis showed that the themes include twenty-six secondary subject terms which could be generalized as five primary subject terms:public services,news reports,the policies and regulations,living information,culture and history.Comparing with and analyzing existing literatures,this paper explained and discussed reasons why the number of information published by different themes is different.At last,the results of the study could offer some reference for cities' government institutions to open and operate government wechat official.

Mobile reading service in university library constantly updating under the new media environment,in this paper,12 representative university libraries at home and abroad were selected to study on the mode and content of mobile reading service.Through comparative and analysis the difference between mobile reading services in domestic and international university libraries shows that,China should increase the popularity of mobile client in our university libraries,further strengthen the mobile reference service,construct digital application experience area,enhance the level of digital research space services.

The presentation of the system determines the efficiency of the system.This paper investigated the teaching reference resources system of websites of universities sponsored by 985 project and researches on the system's name,interface hierarchy,information architecture,presentation format and path,the contents and types of document resources,permission settings,and the system the library bought other than the teaching reference databases.The result showed that most of the constructions of the system had different ways and lack of shared ideas,which not only lacked the consistency,but also was absent of the standard on presentation and content.Only with basic principles,the resources could be searched,utilized,and managed more successfully.

The contradiction between supply and demand is the main contradiction of university library in our country.From the supply side structural reform ideas,the article clarified the present situation of university library service supply and demand imbalance,analyzed the reasons of the deviation of supply,captured the sticking point of contradiction,service supply side force,put forward the idea of university library service supply side reform and gave the realization path from "focus on management,adjust the structure,complement the short board,strengthened service" four aspects,in order to improve the service quality and efficiency of the library.

In recent years,public security events frequently in China,which brings serious economic losses and casualties to the society.How to governance public security effectively is a common topic of the society and the government,the academic community has also been having a lot of discussions on this concept.Reviewing the existing literature systematically,contributes to grasp the present situation of public security research in China,summaries the experience and lesson,promotes the theoretical research and practical progress of public security and so on.There are some qualitative researches about it,but lack of quantitative and visual analysis of existing researches.Regarding the literature of public security from the CSSCI database as the research object,the paper drew a knowledge map about researching on public security with the software cite space 4.0,then studied on research status,research hot spots and evolution trends.The result found that the domestic public safety security could be divided into three stages,which mainly focused on five aspects:basic theory,management system,risk assessment or governance,public security emergency response,information release and public opinion guidance.Noted the development trend of future research finally.

Combing the research progresses and frontiers of health literacy assessment,to provide reference for the development of measurement instrument for health literacy in China.Taking the valid documents included in Web of Science^TM Core Collection as data sources,integrated use the analytical methods of information metrology and mapping knowledge domain,analyzed the progresses and frontier of international health literacy assessment based on visualization from four aspects,which were research status analysis,citation analysis,main path analysis,and frontier tracing.Firstly,health literacy assessment had attracted much attention of international scholars since 1997,and America was far ahead of other countries in the study field,great efforts was needed in China;Secondly,the assessment of health literacy had experienced a transition from a clinical perspective to a public health perspective,and then combined;finally,the frontier fields of international study of health literacy assessment mainly concentrated in three areas:health literacy assessment for a specific age group,or a specific disease patients;the diversification of evaluation methods;and the comprehensive,standardization of the scope of health literacy assessment.
