This article compared and analysed the literature databases at home and abroad from the perspective of digital publishing and technology service.It was found that as the development history of the databases were different,the characteristics of Chinese and foreign literature database were different either.So there were differences in resources and knowledge service.

Digital library has entered the era of big data,when brings opportunities,it also brings challenges.How to integrate digital resource into whole big data from data and information that scattered distribution and fragmentary existence in digital library,extract valuable information from them,translate into useful knowledge and rule,which is important to enhance the service ability and competitiveness of digital library.In view of the issues concerning different data sources,diverse data storage and unstructured data existing in digital library,the paper conducted some research on the reconstruction and integration of digital resources of library In the era of big data,the strategy of digital resources reconstruction and fusion based on big data is put forward.The strategy is helpful for the integration of digital resources in digital libraries,and promoted the sharing of digital resources,and helped strengthen the contact of the digital resources,reader,system service resource,and Personalized service model,so as to enhance the competitiveness of the digital library,ultimately improve the comprehensive service ability of Digital Library.

Network builds a new "field",which becomes a amplification station of social risk.The purpose of this study was to describe the relationship between network communication and social risk amplification.On the basis of distinguishing the concept of network and media,it analysed of the relationship between characteristics of network communication and the amplification effect.Based on the public health events,the social effects caused by social risks itself were discussed.On the basis of the above analysis,the secondary hazards derived from the network to the social risks were analyzed.Based on assumption of the relationship between network society and real society,a model of the social risk amplification effect of the network was proposed.Rational attitudes and responses to the amplification effect of the network in the social risk were necessary.

[Purpose/Significance] In order to achieve University Library Service innovation and transformation,meet the educational needs of students about innovation and entrepreneurship,promote the development of implement and transformation of colleges and universities patent,promot the spread and development of science and technology,this paper reviewed university library service under innovation and entrepreneurial environment.[Method/Process] The authors used fishbone diagram,theoretical modeling and other methods to analyze the significance of the University Library patent services,service advantages,current situation and existing problems,design patent services form content and services,built a service model.[Results/Conclusion] University Library patent service model was constructed based on innovation and entrepreneurial environment,in order for the library to expand business and achieve service innovation.

With the continuous updating of technology,innovative libraries' services are more and more innovative.Mobile digital library service in universities has become the focus of attention.How to improve the quality of services' customer satisfaction to better meet the needs of users has become the urgent problem to solve.The paper researched on the evaluation problems of statistical data quality of university mobile digital library's service quality,referring to methods of evaluation statistical data's quality adopted by some countries and international organizations,established the evaluation system of dimensions of statistics data quality of university mobile digital library services.The questionnaire survey results showed that the measurement items could be testified by the reliability,validity,the recognition of the importance and relevance degree of customer satisfaction.The design of quality dimensions and the evaluation index constructed in this paper was reasonable,and the survey data could be used for further research.

As a hot topic,Open Government Data provides a new way for promoting the construction of the transparent government and innovations between different social organizations.This paper designed and established a platform based on Drupal in order to resolve the problem about datasets metadata and data formats existing in open data portals of local government in China.Metadata providing can permit interoperability between different systems and the use of machine-readable,non-proprietary electronic data formats can reduce technical barriers to data access for users.Based on the basic analysis of the core functions of the platform,this paper introduced a common metadata standard DCAT,which was announced by W3C.Then the clear description was given to explain how to process mappings between DCAT vocabularies and fields of Drupal,which aimed to provide metadata for datasets.Publishing linked data is always difficult for the study of open data.There fore,the paper presented a simple solution on how to provide a Sparql endpoint for publishing data formats of linked datasets using Drupal.Finally,taking a dataset from Zhejiang government's Open data platform as an example to show the whole process about how this platform publishes datasets and provided machine-readable metadata formats.And this paper also made a detailed introduction about the important Drupal modules used in this platform,including RDFx module,Sparql endpoint module,DKAN related modules,which is a complimentary offering to CKAN with a full suite of cataloging,publishing and visualization features,and so on.This paper provided references for the construction and upgrading of all types of open data platform in our country.

Using Delphi experts forecasting methods,the paper analyzed factors affecting the operation of the platform and the goal of platform-building,and then discussed the establishment of the platform performance evaluation index system,established the index framework,calculated weights,and practical application to verify system effectiveness.

[Objective] to influence/significance of network information consumption of college students to explore Internet plus environment,[method/research] status quo and development status of the Internet at home and abroad through the process of understanding] explored the influence,connotation and status of network information consumption of college students in university students' network information consumption and Internet plus on the network the information consumption of university students,and adopt the way of empirical study,using SPSS software reliability analysis,the questionnaire data validity analysis,correlation analysis and principal component analysis,the main influence factors[Conclusion] the results/network information consumption of college students,and according to the network information consumption of college students the current problems are optimization countermeasures.

As a multi-roles community,the demands of library users are considerable complexity and uncertainty,and the activities of participatory design in library could help to realize the personalization and diversity of library services,and to promote the transformation and innovation of library services.Based on literature research,this paper explored the meaning of PD theory and its similarities and differences with UCD theory,and summarized the main contents of participatory design in library in two aspects,such as the space design and the service design,then introduced the methods of participatory design.Through the analysis of the initial results achieved by American university library in participatory design practice,in order to provide ideas and reference for the domestic library to carry out the participatory design activities.

In the face of the city public crisis which occurs frequently,the problems of the shortage of structured research data are increasingly prominent.The development of big data provided new opportunities for the study of city crisis case base.This paper expounded the connotation and thought patterns of the big data and the factual research based on the big data technology,and the paper constructed the functional design,systems architecture and system implementation of city crisis case base based on the big data.The innovation of the paper was that relevant thinking,overall thinking,fault-tolerant thinking and intelligence thinking of big data was introduced into the construction of the case base,filling in the coordination work of the functions of the case base.

This paper firstly discussed the importance of data literacy education in E-Science environment and considers that academic library is the best organization to teach data literacy.Next,the paper introduced its concept and content and pointed out that domestic libraries explore data literacy education should learn from outstanding achievements and practical experiences abroad.Then analyzed the New England Collaborative Data Management Curriculum(NECDMC) project led by the Lamar Soutter Library at the University of Massachusetts Medical School,data information literacy(DIL) led by Purdue University,the University of Minnesota,the University of Oregon,and Cornell University and MANTRA led by data library staff in University of Edinburgh and concluded the model of best practices from curriculum goal,students,teaching methods,teaching materials and teaching evaluation.Experiences learn from best practices included funds and personnel support,focus on characteristics of field scientific data and data management requirements,kept the data literacy courses sustainable and so on.

This paper introduced the general situation of data literacy education of American university libraries,and elaborated data literacy education practice cases of Purdue University library,library of University of Minnesota,as well as University Library of Virginia Tech.This paper then sumed up the beneficial experience of data literacy education of American university library,including focusing on user needs assessment,developing embedded data literacy education,developing extensive cooperation relations,along with taking multiple evaluation methods.

[Purpose/significance] In order to solve the problems of tedious and disorder of the traditional manual management of the library study room,this paper used the new intelligent technology to realize the open,efficient and orderly management.[Method/process] On the base of elucidating the access control principle and the system design,taking the study room management system of Dalian University of Technology Library as an example,this paper discussed system technical framework,software design process and function module solutions.[Result/conclusion] Practice has proved that the use of new access control technology with application development of the management software,it could realize the intelligent management of library study room.Through the access control management system and online booking method to realize the unattended self-service management mode,the use efficiency of the study room and the reader's satisfaction was improved.

In order to explore the feasibility,guiding principles and methods of the local university library providing the subject service for the society.Using literature analysis and Internet survey,this paper analysed the local university library for the society providing the necessity of service disciplines,guiding principle,a service framework.At last the paper summarized specific experience of the Library of Taishan Medical College in subject service for society,hoping to promote university library for the community accelerating subject service pace.

The development of information technology,RFID technology is more and more applied in the library.The application of RFID has brought many conveniences to the management of the library and also provides the readers with a more convenient use of experience.But in the use of the process,some libraries also reflect a lot of problems of RFID.Therefore,combined with the Department of computer science of Nanjing University and based on the previous studies,this paper developed and built a Smart Library Based on UHF RFID,which had achieved good results in the application.

The appearance of big data has provided the guarantee of abundant information resources for scientific research and meanwhile,has brought great challenge to the search,analyses,and ueses of scientific research data.Through analysing the relation between sci-tech novelty retrieval and scientific research innovation,and finding the current problems of sci-tech novelty retrieval,this article especially proposed a series of measures of building big data by integrating resources of novelty search organizations,strengthening the construction of novelty-search talent team,standardizing the management of sci-tech novelty retrieval and perfecting the system of quality control to promote the scientific development of the novelty retrieval work and to further propel the scientific research innovation.

The dilemma which library subject services are now facing and the relationships between the subject service and the embedding method in the subject services are analyzed.On the basis of that,taking cooperations as the concept,taking complementary advantages as the methods,the embedded subject service is reformed creatively by using computing resources and cloud computing technology,a new service,named subject cloud computing service,is designed and realized,and then is embedded into the scientific research process of school of material.The actual results of the subject cloud computing service showed that it meets the desired effect of the design,and achieves a win-win situation between the library and the school of material.

SOLOMO,known as "Social,Local and Mobile media",which is becoming a core element of Smart Library.The paper elaborated the concepts of Smart Library and SOLOMO,and discussed the inevitability of SOLOMO applications to Smart Library.Finally,the basic functions of the Smart Library were introduced and extended functions of Smart Library combined with SOLOMO were explored.

Taking 1423 papers on library evaluation indexed by China Academic Journal Network Publishing Database from 2011 to 2015 as research objects,this article used the bibliometric method and VOSviewer visualization software to analyze the stage of development,important periodical information sources,high yield research institutions,major research themes and hot spots of this research fields.The results showed that the research of domestic library evaluation in the last five years was in the stage of stable development,and library science and information science were the main output subjects of the study on library evaluation.Theory of library evaluation,library service quality,library site evaluation,and evaluation of university library were hot topics in this field.

The online searching data reflects the real traces that consumers leave behind while gathering some information or making purchase decisions.The online searching data benefits us to know the information of what is the consumer's need.In our paper,the selection of keywords differents from the existing researches,on the background of China's automobile market,the paper researched the relationship between online searching data and Chinese automobile sales.Firstly,identified the key words of online searching mainly according the text mining technology,to be specific:① Using Jieba segmenting the automobile BBS text captured to words;② Converting segmentary words to the Vector space model by Word2vec model;③ Combining TF-IDF algorithm and cosine similarity algorithm to determinate the key words.Then,based on the 108 months long panel data,the paper established a fixed effect model between the online searching data and the automobile sales.Finally,the paper forecasted the automobile sales in nearly 12 months.The empirical result showed that:there is a Long-run equilibrium relationship between the online searching data and the automobile sales,and regression model can explain 76% of the variance.The holdout analysis suggested that online searching data can be of substantial use to forecast the China's automobile sales.

In order to know the progress of cooperation among library,archive and museum(LAM) at home and abroad,literature statistics and analysis are conducted toward IFLA annual conferences and related papers,China's national,provincial and ministry subjects and funding papers by means of literature and network survey method.The analysis showed that China started late,lacked practical projects,and research results are single in respect of LAM cooperation.Therefore China should establish common internet portal for LAM,achieve technology unification and establish special organization in order to strengthen LAM cooperation.

Team knowledge sharing is very important to improve the efficiency of the team,how to promote team knowledge sharing has become one of the highlights in agro-scientific research in the present.This paper took a quantitative analysis and comparative research on the team of university graduate students'internal knowledge sharing behavior from online and offline,and further to the influence factor-emotions trust deeply.Analyzing the survey which was collected was based on constructing a theoretical model.The results showed that the online knowledge sharing behavior and offline has correlation in a certain degree;Compared with the offline,online ways have a better result on the improvement of the breadth and depth of knowledge sharing between members;Emotional trust would be positive influence on knowledge sharing behavior of online and offline,but greater in offline.

This paper used the relevant literatures about keywords "emergency management" and "crisis management" from 2011 to 2015 as a sample,to compare and analyse hot topics of emergency management and crisis management research in China.Via statistical characteristics analysis the data sources,the year and number of publication,and publications to find out that emergency management research degree of heat gets steady,and crisis management research degree of heat becomes uptrend turn to downtrend both in nearly five years.Via co-occurrence and clustering analysis the high frequency words to find out the hot topics and the associated characteristics of emergency management and crisis management,in order to explore the strategy of innovation and development of emergency management and crisis management of China.

Information retrieval is the premise and the core of intelligence research.Based on the theory of mapping knowledge domain,the article reviewed the research progress of information retrieval in recent decades.Applying bibliometrics method such as key words frequency analysis,cluster analysis,co-word analysis,co-author analysis,the article counted 103733 pieces of academic literature in the field of information retrieval from 1956 to 2015.The article took the literature data about time distribution,subject distribution,keywords frequency,regional distribution,research institution distribution,authors distribution and the co-authorship network for analysis.Meanwhile the articles shows the co-authored network and the co-occurrence relations of subject headings and keywords through visual knowledge map.The results showed that Information retrieval research is in rapidly developing stage now.It had the clear researching topics and the significant difference among the regions in the research.The main influential learning leader has formed through the analysis of the development of information retrieval,looking for the research directions and the new hot spots would profit from this article.

With the rapid development of Web2.0 technology and electronic commerce,more and more customers participate in the Internet,share product experience and express likes or dislikes about product.It is a challenge to extract product feature from customer reviews effectively in the product opinion mining field.Firstly,this paper introduced the research progress of extracting product feature from frequency,co-occurrence,modeling and implicit feature mapping both at home and abroad.Secondly,it presented their strength and limitation respectively.Finally,it enumerated some research interest about this task.
