Through a comprehensive review on studies about information services industry since 1970s at home and abroad, this paper sorted out and analyzed the history of evolution of research prospect and theoretical methods in information services industry.The study found that, regardless of domestic or foreign, the study of information services industry was firstly cut in from the perspective of information technology, and focused on its "information" character;after that, economic research methods were introduced in, and researchers paid more attention to the "services" character during the interaction with other industries.According to the shift of research prospect, the academic background has been gradually diverse while the proportion of researchers with economics has increased in recent years.In the future, the two perspectives should be integrated in order to effectively compensate the disadvantage of two types of research.

This paper firstly analyzed the basic development model of tourism industry and its value chain marketing aspects.Then a further discussion about the application value of mobile technology, a new media information service tool, in Tourism Value-added information service integration was made.Finally, the paper also analyzed some specific issues in the application of mobile technology in Tourism Value-added information service integration, such as application areas, distribution of benefits, as well as business strategy.

This paper firstly made a in-depth analysis of public goods attribute of government public information service, and pointed that it has non-exclusive characteristics in consumption and non-competitive characteristics in supply.Based on this, this paper pointed out the limitations of public goods in the market equilibrium and resource effective configuration, analyzed its supply and demand curve, and discussed the imbalance of government public information service.To solve these problems, the paper suggested establishing needs expression mechanism in demand side, and constructing competitive mechanism in the supply-side and reshaping the market in order to reconstruct the supply and demand balance and the effective allocation of resources of the government public information services.

This article firstly made a hierarchical analysis on the function of modern information service industry, and summarized it as base layer, the support layer and integration layer.Through the analysis of basic mode of industry association of information service industry on different levels, the paper also pointed out that the basic level, the industry association of information service industry is mainly the forward linkage, on support layer are both forward linkage and backward linkage, and on integration layer is mainly backward linkage.Basic on this, the paper also introduced Daniel Bell's theory of industrialization process, and made a further analysis of the basic characteristics of modern information service industry's Industry association on different stages of industrialization process.

Expert information management efforts of all kinds of website functions and services of the multidimensional assessment, but the research perspectives were confined to the optimization of website models and tools to evaluate the comparison, and service quality and user satisfaction between the consideration were confined to the traditional service industries.The user perceived risk as the core, based on the theoretical basis of quality of service users, to explore the emergency information service website quality cross level effect.Based on the existing research results, on the perceived risk of users based on purchase intention and emergency of website information service quality proposed a new explanation.In view of the perceived risk factors and the introduction of the emergency site connection, website information service quality based on the perceived risk of purchase intention change were put forward to improve emergency website information service quality level of new ideas and insights.

[Purpose/Significance] This paper reviewed think tanks research in the field of Library and Information Science as its research object, analyzed research results of think tank, finds research shortcoming and provided its future directions.[Method/process] Based on think tanks-related research papers published in the field of Library and Information Science in CNKI and national scientific research projects approved in the year 2006-2015, the quantity of research papers, keywords frequency and research projects were analyzed, clarify research focused in the field of information science, pointed out its limitations in information science, explored its development trend of information science in the future.[Result/Conclusion] The result demonstrated that think tank research were valued by information science, current research focus and direction were stated, the fields which were needed to be expanded and deepened were found, and the important research area in the future was pointed out.

In order to explore the influence factors of the answer recognition in social Q&A website, the author selected "Zhihu" as research object.Based on the theory of IAM, the research hypothesis was put forward from two aspects of answer features and respondent features.The hypothesis was tested using content analysis method and regression model.The result showed that the answer recognition was affected by the answer length, the timeliness of answer, and the influence of respondent.It was also found that the respondent features has more influence on answer recognition than the answer features.

In this paper, starting from the risk management problems of enterprise technological innovation, further analyzed the enterprise technology innovation process, and the technology innovation process combined with competitive intelligence early warning, it was concluded that technical competitive intelligence early warning process, on this basis, constructed the enterprise competitive intelligence early warning model of risk management of technological innovation, and analyzed around the data layer, business layer and application layer three aspects.This model made up for the risk early warning information gathering and analysis ability is insufficient, in the practice application of enterprise technology innovation risk early warning has extensive significance.

The research on scenario model of public crisis events based on ontology is in order to guide and support the emergency decision makers to adapt and understand the current situation in view of targeted decision action, through creating a familiar environment and scene.This paper put forward the scenario construction system for government crisis decision-making from the angle of knowledge management, built the public crisis event scenario model based on ontology, and gave a detailed analysis of its characteristics and application value.The results showed that the scenario model with semantic analysis and reasoning ability could effectively support government crisis management system for early warning, monitoring, command, evaluation, by means of ontology as KOS, scenario knowledge element as the semantic unit, semantic knowledge network as the scene form.

From the perspective of costs and benefits, this paper conducted a study of the economic benefits and social benefits of copyright, it pointed out fair use of copyright could not only increase earnings of copyright owners, but also expand works publicity, increased the public's contact and use of copyright works, thus it was conductive to the prosperity and development of public culture, in line with Pareto Criterion.This research could be a theoretical reference for the revision of copyright fair use system.

In order to make the information user to efficiently and accurately obtain the required information from mass information.This paper, based on the summary of related studies on user behavior theory, firstly carried on a comparative analysis about the three classical models of information search process from five aspects, and then put forward a new model of information search "three stages" process.Finally, with the method of task test, designing situations and doing experiment on the "three stages" process model by using Morae usability testing software, generating different tasks for the search process.Therefore, the scientificity and universality of the new model proposed in this paper were verified.

First, according to the related data at home and abroad development status and technical progress of research and investigation of the current major linked data sets, and in-depth study of the DBPedia data sets, the DBLP data set and CORDIS data set.Then based on the Chinese Academy of Sciences integrated information platform CASIIP, combined with China Academy of Sciences Institute of group knowledge integration platform project phase, phase II construction, a full analysis of semantic platform extended the demand and feasibility of, and in the data association based on the proposed solution CASIIP semantic expansion.Finally in the CASIIP content management module, search components and integrated resource management components using DBPedia the lookup and spotlight respectively, to achieve the assembly semantic expansion.Experiments showed that the method was reasonable and feasible.CASIIP implementation from the foundation content release station platform software to the semantic resource integration platform software development laid the foundation.

Social tag system is a new concept proposed in Web2.0 to express user's interest more clearly.And tag clustering is an important research topic in personalized recommendation.This paper proposed a personalized recommendation method based on tag clustering and user model.Tag clustering was realized by calculating similarity between tags and made recommendations according to tag clustering results.Experiment results using CiteULike data set show, proposed method which could improve the recommendation hit ratio compared with general recommendation algorithm, optimize ranking of objective resources, and help users to discover new resources easier.

To analysis citation characteristics of non-citable document(NCD)of information science and library science journals from SSCI and their contribution to journal impact factor(IF)in an all-round way.As a result, this paper found that among information science and library science journals, NCD types which had the highest rate of number of papers, citation frequency, were editorial, letter, and that also had a higher citation efficiency.NCD could not only be cited but also lead to the document.Citation frequency of NCD and NCD to CD occupied a large part in citation of IF.The results provided references for the domestic information science and library science editors to understand document's citation characteristics of SSCI journals, learn the way and the idea of SSCI journals, strengthen planning topics, enhance the influence of the journal.

By the use of literature review and questionnaire method, this paper discussed the influencing factors of university students' mobile reading behavior, and analyzed the perceptions of university students and the differences in individual characteristics.The research results showed that the twenty-eight factors of the seven aspects(reading subject, reading content, reading software etc)influence the university students' mobile reading behavior on different degree, and the user groups of different gender, education background, professional background showed the significant difference in perception.Finally, research results were discussed and some suggestions were put forward.

Research on the library new service format and its optimizing routes by fusing Altmetrics, with a view to providing a theoretical reference for the transformation and upgrading of the library.This paper studied the connotation and extension of Altmetrics, and then analyzed the functions and roles of libraries in the Altmetrics ecological system.The study showed that the main contents of library service work by fusing altmetrics contains the following contents:knowledge discovery and information pushing, research supporting and decision-making consultation, academic exhibition and image shaping, resource construction and collection optimization.Optimization strategies could be used for library's promotion and marketing, demand survey and analysis, co-operating and development.

Currently, the discipline services provided by university libraries cannot fulfill the needs of teachers and students.The construction of the discipline service platform is imperfect.The construction of intelligent professional discipline service platforms of libraries should be based on the rich information resources and be intelligent-service-oriented for the users.With five sustainable development directions, including the establishment of the cloud collection of discipline resources, the intelligent browsing and retrieval of resources, the management of the personal spaces of users, the mobile discipline advisory of the union and the multi-role interactions, as its construction goals, research targeting the information construction and the readers' experiences should be implemented in the following four aspects:the backstage management, the cloud computing and processing of resources, the advisory of the union and the personal mobile discipline service client.

Theories such as inquiry learning and resource-based learning has been more and more widely recognized by educators.In this context, creating a platform for subject resources was important.Resource platform for university should be able to integrate high-quality subject resources, organize subject resources scientifically, retrieval subject resources intelligently, optimize knowledge map and provide communication channel for teachers and students.Under the guidance of these principles, the model of university subject resources platform based on ontology has been designed.First, this paper used case analysis to analyze the needs of the platform.Then, the structure of the platform has been designed on the basis of the analysis.Finally, the model of resource ontology has been constructed according to the platform.

Coordinating electronic books and print books has become an important topic in resource construction.Taking Shanghai University library as an example, this paper studied the usage and cost from 2010-2014 of Chinese-foreign electronic books and print books.It is also the necessity of print books and electronic books' coordinated development.Finally, it pointed out the basic strategies of their coordinated development.

[Purpose/significance]In the university library subject service, using a variety of means to obtain the reader information behavior data, data mining and information push service, improved the efficiency of the information service, may inadvertently violated the reader privacy.[Method/process] Information service for readers of university library information behavior in the process, the confused information privacy protection strategy, at the same time introducing the third-party certification technology, designing and implementing the reader privacy protection model, avoid to invasion of privacy in the information service.[Result/conclusion]Discussed the combination of technology and system reader privacy policy model, applied in the data management of university library readers.

This research analyzed the degree of internationalization in Philosophy and Social Science of Universities in provinces and cities including Beijing, Shanghai, Jiangsu, Hubei and Shaanxi in terms of their participation in international academic organizations, publication of international papers, sponsoring, hosting and attending international conferences, organizing internationally influential journals, undertaking international programs etc.The result showed that there exist different development levels among the above five provinces and cities, and the differences between subjects are even striking.In addition, the number of internationally influential journals and databases hosted by these universities are fairly small.Therefore, strategies, such as multi-channel and multi-level cooperation with international academic institutions, "Going out" and "Bringing in" policies should be taken to improve the situation.

For the background of "big data", the present situation of data privacy laws missing in our country, the paper chose Japanese data privacy laws as object of study, introduced two Japanese applicable data privacy laws-"Act on the Protection of Personal Information" and "Common Number" Bill, analyzed Japanese data privacy laws based on data manipulation rules, data service rules and punishment rules, and then researched the following enlightenment:encouraging multi-agencies involvement, establishing relevant standards, and forced mechanism of data privacy protection.In order to provide references for our data privacy legislation.

Based on the literature from CNKI and Web of Science on network public opinion, this paper used the method of co-word network analysis studied network public opinion in domestic and abroad by bibliographical analysis.Organizing the relevant partnership of research institutes and authors in this disciplinary, then the paper phased studied the co-word network in this field, by visualizing the subject knowledge network, the paper showed the focus and evolution of various stages of online public opinion at home and abroad, finally finished the comparative analysis.The results showed that there was some shortcomings compared with overseas.It argued that the future research in domestic should strengthen the cooperation of author and institutions, promote the integration with other disciplines actively, explored new research directions, so that the research in this field could be encouraged.

This paper analyzed carbon fiber sheet with statistical methods based on Innography patent information retrieval platform, the overall situation of Japan and U.S.and other technical focus countries is presented from the aspect of annual trends of patents, patent rights, hot and core technology patents on carbon fiber sheet, in order to provide the development and research of carbon fiber sheet required patent information.This study shown that the technology of carbon fiber sheet has been improved rapidly in recent years, Japan and U.S.played a dominant role and began to enter a new round development stage.

Corpus is an electronic database which is composed of the natural corpus collected accordingto a certain method.Since 2000, the research on multilingual corpora in China presented a rapid upward trend.Based on a comprehensive literature research, this paper summarized the current research situation of multilingual corpora in our country.The researches on multilingual corpus were mostly concentrated in the field of linguistics, followed by the computer field.Research topics were mainly distributed in two parts:the key technologies of multilingual corpora and the application multilingual corpora.

On the basis of the research status of WeChat in various fields, the paper analyzed the problems existing in the current WeChat study and discussed the future research direction.Through the analysis of the Chinese and foreign literature found the study mainly has three aspects:theory, technology and application.WeChat functional properties was the basis of the research.The characteristics of WeChat on propagation was the key theory to study.And the use of related technology to transplantation or create a new application to WeChat was the purpose of research.The scope and depth of the current study was limited, future research should be more humanized and practicality.
