As the rise of social media, they have become a hot research topic in recent years at home and abroad.Analyzed the foreign social media systematically and their information communication models were significant to the development of our social media.This paper compared several popular social media in foreign countries from multiple perspectives and proposed four typical information communication models, such as cross looped model, straight line without center model, interactive network model and weak interaction model.At last, the paper combined advantages and disadvantages of foreign social media and put forward eight countermeasures to promote healthy and sustainable development for our social media.

There is less domestic literature on"government emergency management website optimization evaluation"for research in China.In order to solve this situation, this paper constructed the evaluation index system of emergency management website based on IA theory, and discussed a comprehensive evaluation method of government emergency management website.This method combined the advantages of the analytic hierarchy process and the order relation analysis method, and used the combination of the expert's weight and the public's score, and carried on the qualitative and quantitative evaluation to the emergency management website construction.The results showed that the hierarchical order analysis method is simpler and more practical than the traditional analytic hierarchy process, and it is more convenient to operate, and it is worth to be popularized and used.

[Purpose/Significance] In order to solve the problems of the library's numerous information systems using different authentication methods to cause the readers and librarians' confusion and cumbersome operation, our team has built a library unified authentication platform to realize the consistent authentication between different information systems.[Method/process] Based on the reader information of Huiwen automatic management system of library, the unified authentication platform of the library was constructed by the open source software FreeRADIUS.Taking the implementation of certification platform of Dalian University of Technology library as an example, the technical support principle, design idea and concrete realization method of the system was expounded.[Result/Conclusion] Through the concrete practice, the unified authentication scheme based on FreeRADIUS can meet the certification requirements of the integration of various information systems, and it can improve the security of information system and the convenience of readers.
