In view of the fact that methods of competitive intelligence system evaluation do not reflect characteristics of big data,characteristics of competitive intelligence system based on big data are summed up according to three changes of thinking pattern made by big data.Then,the train of evaluation thought of competitive intelligence system based on big data is put forward according to the constitution of the competitive intelligence system.Furthermore,the evaluation index system of the competitive intelligence system based on big data,including function index,technique index and the user index,is established from the views of the strategic security,operation status and user experience.Finally,methods to measure the quantitative and qualitative index are discussed briefly.The proposed evaluation index system has characteristics of multi-level and multi perspective,which can provide references for the construction of competitive intelligence system based on big data.

How to design the opinion interactive model in line with the actual situation,makes the simulation results more authentic,is the core problem of network public opinion research simulation.The major research of international opinion process is only considered the influence of the neighbor to the formation of the opinion,neglecting the impulse of individual opinion attitude towards the current comments on the historical moments.Based on carding,analyzing the classical opinion interactive model,considering the time memory problems of individual opinion evolution,combining the convolution theory to establish the opinion rules of interaction model with time cumulative effect based on HK model,and implementing the algorithm.The results of the simulation show: In a moment of netizen opinion value of network public opinion is not only affected by the surrounding neighbors at the time,its own historical memory will also play an important role in.

Based on the survey of Chongqing Culture and S&T Innovation Alliance,the paper conducted an empirical research on relationship of external knowledge,absorptive capability and innovation performance in the process of cultural and S&T integration.The result showed that:absorptive capability play an important intermediary role in the process of external knowledge inflow and innovation performance enhance,but not absolute just culture enterprise only.For the culture enterprises,external knowledge exist a significant direct impact on innovation performance,while the mediation of absorptive capacity is very weak.The measurement of absorptive capability need deepen in the future research,in order to promote the importance in the enterprise which lack of in-house R&D.

In order to explore the influencing factors of Knowledge sharing in online research community,this paper built a knowledge sharing concept model based on self-determination theory.This paper proposed hypotheses on the relationship between the basic psychological needs and autonomous motivation to Knowledge sharing in Online Research Community.The paper used an online questionnaire to conduct empirical research,collected and analyzed data of 291 samples by Amos.Empirical results showed that challenge motivation and reciprocal motivation have direct positive effects on Knowledge Interactions.Basic psychological needs have indirect effects on Knowledge Interactions using autonomous motivation as mediating variables.Finally,it proposed measures to encourage the Knowledge sharing.

The rapid development of mobile Internet has prompted various innovative mobile applications,while the emergence of mobile taxi booking software,to a certain extent,provides much more benefits to passengers and taxi drivers.This paper aimed to investigate the influence factors of users' initial usage intention of using mobile taxi booking software.Based on the UTAUT model and the initial trust theory,a theoretical model is built and improved by adding factors such as perceived playfulness,perceived risk and perceived price level according to the characteristics of taxi booking software.Then this paper carried out the questionnaire survey to collect sample data,and analyzed the data by using SPSS and AMOS software.Finally,according to the analysis results,the paper provided corresponding management and marketing advice for taxi booking software' operators.

This paper proposes a social tagging recommendation method based on LDA topic model to solve the problems of accuracy and effect in existing tagging recommendation method.This method extends the traditional tagging recommendation method based on the relation of objects to combine analysis of the relation of objects and the content of resource by using of LDA modeling technology.The experiment result shows that this methods gets a good expectant performance and dramatically improve the quality and efficiency of tagging recommendation.

This paper attempted to research user purchase behavior in digital products from the perspective of the bounded rationality theory,and explored the impact mechanism of bounded rationality on consumer purchase behavior.The paper proposed a hypothesis model of consumer purchase intention to digital products based on bounded rationality according to the individual behavior model.The results indicated that purchase habit,purchase experience,mood,ability,risk attitude,cognitive and purchase motivation have significant effects on the purchase intention and cognitive is a full mediation impacting purchase habit,purchase experience,emotions,abilities,risk attitudes to purchase intention.

Based on the characteristics of the virtual product service under the mobile commerce environment,the quality evaluation index system of virtual product service under the mobile business environment with six dimensions(mobility,reliability,responsiveness,security,emotional engagement and compensatory)was put forward;the systemic argumentation had been given to these dimensions and its containing factors in the system by the method of literature research and expert consultation.Based on the analytic hierarchy process steps by building judgment matrix,consistency ratio inspection,calculating the index weight and establishing the target evaluation formula,finally a complete quality evaluation system of virtual product service under the mobile business environment was built.The research results had positive theoretical reference value and practical significance to improve service quality and the actual service quality evaluation for the mobile business.

In order to study the mobile information service quality that is addressed by both library and users,based on the Planned Behavior Theory,the paper built an index system for mobile information service quality evaluation,carried out an index importance-degree survey of mobile information resources users using the designed questionnaire,calculated the survey results and obtained the index weight using the weighted statistical method.Adopting the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,the mobile information service quality evaluation for Xi'an University of Science and Technology Library is conducted.Research results showed that the mobile information service quality of the library is more than medium.Therefore,the service means,mobile resources,retrieval system,and personalized service of the library should be enhanced and innovated,and the mobile information service should be improved to better satisfy users' demands for mobile information.

Based on the novel mobile application for group-buying,this paper structured a new model which intends to explore the factors influencing the local service group-buying under the existing theories and models.The data collected from Meituan APP was used to test the model.The result shows that most of the hypotheses were supported.According to the results,the number of reviews has positive effects on sales volume.Finally,some useful suggestions was proposed,as well as the limitation and future research directions.

Image clustering of digital library can discover user interested information from large image database so as to provide a new technical support for image management.Traditional feature extraction algorithms which are applied to image clustering often ignore the space distribution information of image color,and have the poor adaptability.Images are divided by equal regional rectangle ring and regional spatial correlations are calculated,which is used to calculate regional importance to integrate spatial information with color information.At the same time,to ensure clustering accuracy and improve convergence speed,the cutoff distance parameter of the fast search density peaks clustering(DP)is improved reasonably.Finally the proposed clustering algorithm is used in image retrieval of digital library.Experimental results show that the proposed method is feasible and effective.

Based on the database of Web of Science,this paper collected Chinese and German articles in the subject of oceanography,divided them into international co-authorship and non-international cooperation,and used bibliometric methods to analyze the number of articles published each year,the average number of authors and references of per article,the journal impact factors,average cited times and cooperating countries with the help of EXCEL,SPSS and UCINET.The results showed that the international co-authorship of German articles in Core Journals of Oceanography preceded the international co-authorship of Chinese articles,but the international co-authorship of Chinese articles developed fast recently and the number of Chinese International co-authorship articles has outnumbered German articles;the quality and academic influence of Chinese articles is inferior to German articles and the number of cooperating countries with China is less than that with Germany.
